While I appreciate this, forgive me if I still don’t trust her. Until she comes out publicly and talks about this, I’ll hold off on my cheering for her. She has to know she is linked to them. She has to know millions of us think she is one of them because of them allegedly using her photo without her permission (although it certainly wouldn’t surprise me). She should be shouting from the rooftops to anyone who will listen that they allegedly did this. Why would she be silent on the matter until called out for it? Why not address the elephant in the room? Why not get as far away from them as possible? Forgive me if I can’t trust her answer in a substack comment that we can’t even guarantee she is authoring. IF this is true she should have no problem saying so publicly and then suing them for using her photo….OR….they have proof she is/was a member and she can’t really say this publicly because then she’ll be caught. I refuse to get on a bandwagon of support for her at this point.

Understood, and that is why I encouraged her to write an article addressing it along with specifically delving into the YGL. Hopefully, she'll follow my advice and clear this up in a much more visible way.

That is great advice to her and I hope she listens to you and does this!

Many of us feel the same. As I said in my comment earlier, she’s NOT a conservative, and I’m concerned about so much fawning over her!

She doesn't need to be a conservative to exhibit some common sense expose the democrats. We should welcome any assistance on this front. Not a bad October surprise.

Yes, and I will reiterate my comment from the other day, as long as she continues to champion big government and thinks an extensive social safety net is a good and desirable thing, I will be leery of her.

Alleged using her photo without permission? In 2015, she tweeted she was honored to be a part of the WEF YGL gang. https://twitter.com/tulsigabbard/status/578185129471922177?lang=en

Ha! THANK YOU! Receipts don’t lie!!! And that is exactly why that answer on a comment to MAA substack was something that doesn’t verify anything at all.

Can you share this up so MAA sees it on her reply to my comment? I can’t seem to copy or paste this link and it needs to be shared.

In my reply to her the other day, I shared a link with that tweet and said she needs to address it directly.

Thank you! It never made sense that she’d be a WEF member. She really needs to go public about it.

While I am sure it was quite exciting that she responded to you, gush gush be still my heart, I do believe that she dismissed you in her reply. If she had said that she disavows the w e f and was falsely joined to them then maybe I would take it a little more seriously. But it seems she did not disavow them even in her reply to you nor at the time she found out she was linked to them. And her comment "there's nothing really more to it than that" is very dismissive to your concerns. I'm not impressed.

Right, that’s why I pressed her to write an article about it and specifically brought up YGL, so I’m waiting to see what comes of that.

See above comment. Concernedgrammy brought the receipts! Gabbard in a tweet from 2015 verifies she indeed is a proud member. So either she lied to you or the account is fake. But she indeed is a member right from her own twitter account long before she was being called out for it.

Yes, I pointed her to those tweets in a comment to her and said she needs to address them.

they probably keep track of whomever seems to be rising politically and use them as "Social Proof" to enhance marketing for their organization
