I think Ulta had to know there would be backlash. My question is, why? Chaos? Pitting women against men? I'm just having a hard time believing their marketing & PR people truly believe the crap they shove down our throats.
I think Ulta had to know there would be backlash. My question is, why? Chaos? Pitting women against men? I'm just having a hard time believing their marketing & PR people truly believe the crap they shove down our throats.
They are that stupid and they live in an echo chamber and bubble that only has their views. It's hard to comprehend but they truly are brainwashed and shallow.
It does seem over the top ham handed. These places like money. Why would they piss off their customer base? A good portion of it anyway. Head scratching.
I wonder the same about the NFL. Granted, have not kept up with the numbers but their caving to the woke kneelers cost them plenty at least early on. I 'get' that they were pandering to the younger audience, but have to wonder if the backlash has hurt them in the long run. We were big NFL fans, season tickets, merch, watched games every Sunday. Walked away after the Kapernick incident. But I am in a town (KC) that seems to have been willing to forgive and forget. Arrowhead packed every Sunday and half the church was wearing Chiefs garb this Sunday. SMDH. Way too many of my Conservative friends yakking it up about going/watching/supporting the team.
My son in law works MLS as a camera guy on the field, especially football, in New York. I think it’s just as big as always— he has to turn down work often. He was required to jab up and I’m sure he’s required to get that despicable mouse shot too. He has had afib episodes in his past as well—50 yo. I pray every day. He has to carry a 40 pound camera on his shoulder.
So sorry to hear that. Both of my kids and their spouses got the original 2, and won't say if they have gotten more. They clam up and change the subject, other than my son who has said he's not/not going to get the booster, and have just let it go. Job did not require it, but he wanted to go on a cruise and go to concerts, so he did it. Other than an appendicitis a week after jab 2 for my daughter in law, none have had any adverse effects. Yet. But I still pray; it's all I can do, they are grown adults who made the choice.
My son hasn’t and won’t ever take the vaccines. My daughter took the initial set of 2 because the physicians she knew assured her they’re safe. Since then she realizes it was a huge mistake and deeply regrets it. She has turned to holistic, non-traditional healthcare. Fortunately she’s very healthy and hasn’t had any adverse effects yet. I’m glad she woke up quickly but the ones who continue to get all the boosters are playing Russian Roulette.
I’m a lifelong GB Packers fan (and shareholder) and I lost interest when the Kapernick kneeling started. The loss of respect during the National Anthem, the effeminating of the NFL, and now the wokeness…I’m done! These overpaid millionaires/billionaires need to understand their base but the commissioner who lives in leftist land, NYC, apparently values the progressive leftist mentality more than the average fan who sacrifices a lot to attend these costly games. Sadly, the Packers are everything to GB.
That's what the newscaster tried to play it off as. It was ar a NASCAR race. The crowd was clearly yelling, "Fu(k Joe Biden!" There was a driver that won (I think) whose name was Brandon. She said they were cheering, "Let's go Brandon!"
As someone who's had some experience in marketing (for a publicly traded company), they study and know their demographics very well. I won't pretend to know why they took this route but it's possible it was a trade off in some way. The last time I was in a Ulta store in a Dallas suburb (2 yrs ago), I noticed at least half of their customer service people were men. Men wearing makeup & nail polish. I have a feeling their male customers have grown exponentially. Most Ulta locations are in or near big cities where there's a large population of trans/gay people so I imagine that's the customer base they're targeting.
LuAnne, you make a good point and may be right. This is nothing new and maybe that demographic has been growing in places like Dallas, but I hope that means they’ve misread the tea leaves and they’ll be closing stores in smaller cities across the country. I’m in Amarillo and I don’t see it being successful around here. Even though there is a sizable number of trans in this area, not enough to keep that store open. IF, and this is the big IF…women will stand together against this nonsense.
Yea, I don't think it will fly either but apparently, they're doubling down on the woke nonsense. I stopped shopping there a while back. I've actually stopped shopping at most big box stores. We've since moved out of Dallas to a few hours east to a rural town/county. It's quiet, peaceful, and the people are down to earth.
I returned a mail order item to Nordstrom's recently. They used to be a very conservative, upscale type store and would never have hired the kind of people they hire today. The person I dealt with in my return process was one of these made up tranny types with big plugs in his ears (I won't refer to him as a "her"). I was actually shocked because it was such a departure from how Nordstrom used to require their employees to be. It's hard to get away from this sick stuff.
Yes, and when I go into a store looking for advice, that's not who I want to get it from. The last time I took my daughter in there it made me a little nauseous. Won't be doing that again!
If their base is young enough, they can push anything. My daughter actually believes it is mean to say anything negative about the whole movement. At that age (late teens to early 20s), they don't think they should push back or complain, lest they are tarred with the "unaccepting" brush.
Yes I know. Our friend, a single father (his wife died of cancer when girl was still a toddler) asked me to talk to his (incredibly brilliant and mature) daughter casually while we were all having coffee. She thought the same about being 'mean'. I get it. Peers are so important at that age.
I did not condemn the trans young people or even bring religious faith (which we share) into it, but offered a different pov.
I tried to explain to her that it would not be as acceptable and common as it now is if it wasnt being pushed as cool and acceptable and even celebratory. I said the same about homosexuality. I told her not to discount the *power of suggestion*.
I believe that adolescents and teens are psychologically going through a stage of development in their identity. The culture today is deliberately and demonically confusing them and giving them options that really didn't t exist before.
I also truly believe that this great public acceptance and celebration has convinced a majority of young people that they are what they are not.
(My 30 something daughter who was a bit boyish at times in her gemini personality, lol, always says that thank God she grew up in the 90s and not today. She was also a bit of a difficult teen, and thinks that schools would have convinced her to be trans.
She is happily all woman today.🙏)
My words to our friends daughter probably fell on deaf ears, but every seed we sow may take root someday.
Thank you for doing that. At least she was open to hearing you out. 100% agree this is all by design. MOST kids put a very high priority on being accepted/cool, so are more easily swayed. I too was a tomboy growing up and shudder to think the path that I might have been pushed towards were I a kid today. Although I was also a rebel, and (still) got a kick out of going against the grain. And yes, 'all woman' but I still don't like wearing dresses.
Yeah, tomgirls...where did they all go? I remember how I always preferred boys' activities and even their toys. I was given dolls but they sat on a shelf and I didn't play with them. I liked little cars, my brother's electric train, his dinosaur collection, his cowboy outfit with little guns. But through all this, I NEVER wanted to be a boy. I just wasn't a dainty little girl and I never liked frilly girly clothes....still don't! A lot of girls go through this kind of phase. I remember being uncomfortable when I approached puberty. Some of my girl buddies became interested in boys before I was, I hadn't physically developed yet and I was just uncomfortable with everything at that particular time. But guess what....it's something girls and boys grow beyond as they mature. They figure it out when it's emotionally appropriate. It's just sick and criminal to mess with this process by making kids think they have to change genders to deal with it all.
My only neighbor within miles growing up was a boy 2 yrs younger than me. We did all boy stuff, made makeshift board ramps to jump our bikes, shot BB's at each other's feet, climbed the biggest trees we could find, etc. We had fun! I was extremely jealous that he could pee standing up, with an unzip but I had to hide behind the shed and halfway undress! 🤣
Yes I played with my brother and his friends, as well as boy cousins, and could climb a tree with the best of them! I played with frogs and snakes and turtles. Cars and trucks too. Never really liked dolls much. But I did like a few girlier things as a child (wearing dresses on special occasions for example). When I got to be a teenager, more of my girly side came out and I started being interested in clothes and makeup. Glad I wasn’t pigeonholed into the trans nonsense then (not sure I would have been influenceable enough for that but you never really can know). Now I’m a combination of very feminine and tomboy. I don’t like the stereotypical role of weak and helpless female but I appreciate doors held open and such gestures, as well as the pretty clothes etc. We are all complex and don’t have to conform 100% to a particular stereotype (I despise stereotypes anyway) but we can still be certain that we are all woman (or all man) and not some sort of made up gender on the 52 or whatever gender spectrum they’ve invented 🙄
I graduated from high school in 1967, and I rather hated high school and the whole environment there and couldn't wait to get out. The popular vs. the unpopular, the mean girls even then, and I was so happy to be done with it and get on with my life. I didn't even want to attend my h.s. graduation ceremony and my parents didn't understand it. I immediately loved college by comparison because all the high school b.s. was magically gone and people were there to learn. The silliness of high school was all put into perspective when a great English lit teacher I had said this: "Who is the most popular person in this class?" Everyone in the class laughed because we all realized this silly notion no longer had any meaning. However, in today's world and due precisely to the insidiousness of social media, it sure seems like people can never get away from the high school mentality and are locked into its superficiality indefinitely.
1966. I find reunions boring. Quit going. It’s the so called popular ones that try to keep it going. Hardly ever the ones outside the circle like me go. Yawn. Nothing to talk about.
It’s because they’ve been indoctrinating these kids for a decade at school and online… and we weren’t aware enough as parents.
This is the end result. They’ve created ideologs and soldiers for the gender revolution while we as parents were unaware of what was actually occurring.
And I posted this week… this started in school with the anti bullying campaigns… that was the start of it, and in theory that sounded good.
But in reality it’s created a school environment where ‘anything goes’
A boy can go into school today in
Long fake nails
Long fake eyelashes
Glam eye make up
A tube top
Mini skirt
And long black wig
And not a single student, teacher, or administrator will say a single word to that child!!!
It will be allowed.
And is therefore emboldening all these confused kids
Did you miss this story? I know Americans don't see much Canadian News, the further from the Canada-US border you go, but this recent story made international news.
Tucker and Gutfeld and others discussed this a number of times. There is talk (unconfirmed) that the guy is not really transgender but rather, it's a giant very long con to rub the school administration's noses in their stupid gender policies. He was supposedly deemed a "toxic male" or some such the previous year, so this is how he reacted. The school probably knows it's a put-on, but they are constrained by their idiotic woke stance and can't say anything against him in case he really is transgender. In my opinion, this guy looks so ridiculously over the top I tend to think it is all really a con job. I wonder if the kids in his class are in on it? In any case, it will be interesting to watch the outcome.
I sure hope it's a spoof, but the 13 and 14 year old boys whom I saw interviewed by Rebel News are either very talented Theater Kids (way better than Gene Rosen), or ought to be, because they really fooled me.
Our schools have been hijacked by ideologs trying to hyper sexualize, indoctrinate and groom our children. It’s incredibly dangerous. And it must be stopped immediately.
Well, two points: First, my kiddo was homeschooled and the only one of bunch that has this issue, so I put her naivete down to age, immaturity and a tender heart. There is hope that she will see the light as she matures. Second, that is actually a terrible song, since either Nash or Crosby had said in an interview (years after the release of the song) that their purpose was to separate kids from their parents influence. By that point in time, they didn't care if their motives were clarified, they were quite proud of themselves.
I listen to it all the time..60s and 70s. A little here andxthere came along on the later 70s disco era, but mostly love and romance. That is very different from just sex.
I'm continually shocked by how girls are allowed to dress these days. I'm shocked that their parents allow it, and shocked that the school allows it. When I was a junior in high school in 1966, a new style was a short skirt (by short, I mean perhaps an inch or two above the knees!!) with tights under it covering the legs and a turtle neck sweater that matched the tights. Very 1960s! I wore that to school one day and was fairly quickly cornered by the school principal. She asked me to kneel on the ground, and if the skirt touched the ground it was OK, if it didn't the skirt was deemed too short. Mine was about an inch too short and she sent me home to change my clothes. It goes without saying that girls would never wear tops showing whatever cleavage they had to show at that age, and a bare midriff was totally unimaginable.
There are things that are IDOLS in life and NOTHING will terminate a subservient from their god. Ppl don't just let go because they got offended for a while. Their god will back up or time will pass without further offense and nothing will have really changed. That's what ALL THINGS are about. Ppl just want the same without fuss and if there's a fuss they throw a LITTLE hissy fit and go back to samo. Power hungry elitist do it better because they KNOW human nature BETTER.
In a way, I get it. A LOT has changed for me in the last few years. Lots of things I thought I 'knew' I no longer do know. Oh I was engaged, semi-awake, and have been involved in issues and campaigns really since I was a kid getting dragged along with my parents to things. But it was easy enough to push some red flags aside, until 2020 happened. All of the stuff I had filed away was dumped in my lap. All at once. For me it was a line in the sand, that I have vowed never to cross again. Never again will I trust the medical establishment. Never again will I trust election results. Never again will I trust the government. Had a long chat with a new-ish friend this weekend. Before 2020 she was not awake AT ALL. She says some days she thanks God she is awake (and doing something about it. she ran for local office, lost, and was attacked relentlessly by the woke mob, now helping her husband run for a county office). Other days, she wishes she had never woken up. and could just go back to being preoccupied by where to go to lunch, how to redecorate her living room and what to do next weekend. It's easy swimming in the shallow end. Too many wander into the deep end, find out it's a whole different kind of swimming, and go back to the shallow end.
Donna, I’m a healthcare professional with 32 years of acute care experience and, although I saw some changes occurring that were not for the good of patients or healthcare, it wasn’t until Covid that my suspicions were raised enough to start digging into what was really behind all this and by April 2020 I had gathered enough information to figure it out. However, I’ve suspected elections have been rigged for a long time. Even in 2016 when Hilliar went absolutely insane after her loss to DJT and she was screaming at her team saying “How could this have happened” that I realized they had cheated but not enough. Hence the need for a bigger crisis to change election protocols which led to Biden being installed with the most votes ever! Did you ever realize that the average voter turnout in all counties was 98%, which is statistically impossible? Quite a few counties had >100% turnout. How does that happen? And now the Secretary of State has turned our voter rolls over to an out of state group called “ERIC” to manage. Nothing to worry about there, right? Look up who has funded ERIC. They’ve got at least 26 states, mostly red, in their clutches already. So yes, the government is corrupt; the healthcare system is corrupt, Big Pharma is corrupt. The only Truth is God’s Word. Get involved and fight back as much as you’re able but mostly put your faith and trust in Almighty God. He will prevail in this sick, evil world we’re in. God bless you!
Thank you Julie Ann B (and Donna in MO). It is so refreshing to be part of a group of like-minded patriots. I have been on an island for many decades. My first awareness was JFK’s assassination. Then Europe pushed multi-culture for diversity. Followed by 911. In early 1970’s I became aware of geo-engineering across the skies. Shockingly, the Corona hoax for foisted upon the world along with America’s blatantly fraudulent 2020 election. All the while, I have plodded along politically by writing representatives and sitting each POtUS plus remaining locally politically active. Over decades, my core issues were with election process, government spending and promises to balance the budget, government growth with agencies+personnel, omnibus bills, government overreach, using race/gender over merit-based choices, unnecessary federal involvement in state’s education system, abortion used as birth control, out-of-control school districts with mega stadiums plus more administration than educators, a simplified 10% flat based income tax and accountability from state and federal elected officials. Over the years, more issues evolved with open borders, cartels, sex trafficking, human slavery and out-of-control crime against fellow citizens and humanity. Never has any elected official provided me an answer or solution to my queries. So kudos and thank you to all patriots who are speaking out and standing up. Carpe diem! And, I’m ever grateful to our fearless leader, Jeff Childers - an amazing patriot with extraordinary wit, wisdom and forbearance.
You expressed exactly how I feel Donna! I've always had a healthy distrust in our government and the institutions you mention but it was a whole new ballgame for me in 2020, just like you. March 2020 to be exact. It was like a light switch that turned on and everything I saw in the dark was now completely in sight. It's been one huge bad revelation after another. The only thing that keeps me sane is God. He gives very specific instructions about this. It takes a lot of fear off my shoulders when I know He is in control. The alpha, the omega, and everything in between. ❤❤❤
Wow Donna! I could have written that myself! All my cherished ideals and beliefs (except my faith in Christ) were challenged in 2020 and I guess it’s true that once you “know” you can’t really go back to the superficial. But finding that other people have experienced the same, even if just online, gives me a sort of comfort.

It is called pushing an agenda.
Yes. This. An echo chamber is powerful. They really think this is what people want. Completely cut off from reality.
It does seem over the top ham handed. These places like money. Why would they piss off their customer base? A good portion of it anyway. Head scratching.

Yes!!! FJB needs to be yelled loud and clear at every game, every sporting event, anywhere Creepy Joe or “Dr.” Jill show their evil faces.
Yup! THIS! 😠
"Let's Go Biden" season has begun again!
https://youtu.be/Ka2_wwfvbcU
The original is F (actual F word said) Joe Biden! 👏👏 👏👏👏
The lady newscaster said they were cheering on one of the NASCAR drivers, Brandon someone. Let's go Brandon!
What I have heard them cheer at football games on TV is F (say the actual word) Joe Biden! He doesn't deserve anything polite.
Thought it was let’s go Brandon?
That's what the newscaster tried to play it off as. It was ar a NASCAR race. The crowd was clearly yelling, "Fu(k Joe Biden!" There was a driver that won (I think) whose name was Brandon. She said they were cheering, "Let's go Brandon!"
Yeah. I remember that. It’s just less polite now. No problem for me however. I’m tired of polite.
It’s sounds a lot more like Let’s go Biden to me. Was that whole thing changed? I listened twice.
No, it's the original chant....F Joe Biden, vs the more polite version. At least that's what I heard.
Ok. Didn’t catch the first F word. Of course OK if it’s that at this point.
Yup. It seems hard for many people to make an about face on American life permanently. 😕
Yeah, what's up with that? Are all "conservatives" RINOs? Does that mean they root for the devil when it LOOKS like God might not win?
As someone who's had some experience in marketing (for a publicly traded company), they study and know their demographics very well. Yes I have seen an employee (male) in full makeup here in Boca Raton which is still quite family oriented.
I believe it is part of the great perverse demonic agenda thrust on young people from every angle.
Purely demonic. God only knows what will be next.
They already have started legitimizing threesomes.
LuAnne, you make a good point and may be right. Yup
Back in the day we were called tomgirls
Today
There are NO tomgirls
None
Where’s they all go????
They’re all girls
Who want to gender transition to be boys now
It’s a huge problem
What’s totally normal…. Is kids at this age wanting to identify with a group and fit in. That’s 100% developmentally normal!!
What’s not normal
Is this ideology that these kids must be be something else- change themselves physically and medically to feel better and fit in
It’s child abuse.
Masquerading as social Justice

1966. I find reunions boring. Quit going. It’s the so called popular ones that try to keep it going. Hardly ever the ones outside the circle like me go. Yawn. Nothing to talk about.
I agree. The people I want to see, I am already in touch with. Don’t care about the rest.
Very similar to my experience a couple of decades later and I agree that it seems like the HS mentality is omnipresent 😕
Great post and analysis, and I agree with planting seeds where we can.
The dude's a SHOP teacher.
https://nationalpost.com/news/canada/ontario-transgender-teacher-sparks-controversy-by-wearing-giant-prosthetic-breasts-in-class
Yes
I saw that. Horrifying
Making kids participate in his sexual fetish and mental health problem… same as the boys essentially dressed in drag at school
Here in the US
Boxes of books are being delivered to elementary schools in the name of ‘diversity, equity and inclusion’
This is one of those books in the group
Google this book-
‘Julian is a Mermaid’, by Jessica Love
You can see the book online
It’s a boy that wants to be a mermaid
And the grandma allows his outrageous dress and then takes him to the Coney Island mermaid parade
And Google pictures of that actual
Mermaid parade- which is essentially a lot of men dressed in drag.
Look at the final page of the book
‘An ecstatic sense of belonging washed over me’
They’re selling belonging (and I’d also argue titillation).
Ask yourself if this is what we want second grade boys aspirating to!??
And this was in the news recently
A ‘family friendly’ drag show… sponsored by a transgender clinic and an over 21 gay bar

Our schools have been hijacked by ideologs trying to hyper sexualize, indoctrinate and groom our children. It’s incredibly dangerous. And it must be stopped immediately.
Unbelievable.
"Teach Your Children Well."
And we once had popular music uplifting us with positive lyrics like that.
Today music is all about sex.
Musìc has been about sex for a long time. It just wasn't as blatant. Usually.
I listen to it all the time..60s and 70s. A little here andxthere came along on the later 70s disco era, but mostly love and romance. That is very different from just sex.
Very true
All of it
The music
Girls barely dressed- highly sexualized
Anything goes sexually
This is a really a fight with ‘American culture’ … for the soul of our children.
Any Parent raising kids today has to create a counter balance to the ‘accepted’ American Culture … which is not easy.
And since covid it’s been made crystal clear that the schools are now working against parents and parental rights
Perfect subjects for tyranny.
I’m right there with you!
Wow Donna! I could have written that myself! All my cherished ideals and beliefs (except my faith in Christ) were challenged in 2020 and I guess it’s true that once you “know” you can’t really go back to the superficial. But finding that other people have experienced the same, even if just online, gives me a sort of comfort.
Agree, wholeheartedly.
Anything to push the demon agenda.
Simple. ESG scores.
Last time I went into one they had a male employee in full makeup. 😬
Selling 10x the product to cover up, shadow shape, and "beautify" men's faces. That oughta take LOTS of product!
Marketing and PR people only believe what they are paid to believe.
