If these people have $10 billion dollars they want $20 billion then they want $30 billion and so on. It is never enough. As the Bible says in I Tim. 6:10 (New King James Version) For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Are they truly happy with all this money? Look to their personal lives and answer that question. Ie Marriage(s); family relations close and extended; alcoholism; drug addiction. All signs they are looking for something and not finding it.
The only satisfaction is through a personal relationship with Jesus. Are you saved?
