The arm injuries are recognized as vax injuries. It may be muscle fatigue - and maybe not. I think about the possibility of your muscle fatigue comment as reactivating a trauma the body experienced by the shots, or perhaps some "goodies" still left behind there by the shots doing something. I also think about the vax injured who report old injuries that had healed getting reactivated.
