In my career, for some reason, I have been hired by 5 "good Christians". Four of them were decidedly NOT: liars, cheaters, stealers, mean as a honey badger... I automatically distrust anyone who tries to use their Christianity to curry favor.
My current boss is truly a Christian, and a wonderful woman to work for.

The ones who are true Christians in my experience are also the ones who don’t advertise it. They just live their lives following Christ and are very humble about it.
