I actually DID start watching the entire video of the event, but I couldn't stomach it for very long. The format was thus:

The first topic was masks, and the question went to Collins. He said that first of all before he could answer, he needed to lay out some foundational info, and he started talking about how he wasn't in charge of policy making, and also vaccines, vaccines, vaccines. I gave up listening before he ever got to masks.
