You will strengthen their heart, You will incline Your ear

To vindicate the orphan and the oppressed,

So that man who is of the earth will no longer cause terror.

Good Morning Jeff.

Thank you Janice.

re: Florida Ballot Initiative Integrity.

You finally hit on a topic near and dear to my heart. You see, I (a lowly scum and deplorable "Citizen") presently have a court case at the Arizona Supreme Court concerning Initiatives and Referendums at County level and below. AZ Constitution Art 4, Part 1, Sec 1, sub para 8, found here: https://www.azleg.gov/const/4/1.p1.htm CLEARLY RESERVES, FOR ALL MATTERS AT COUNTY LEVEL AND BELOW, THE POWER OF THE INITIATIVE AND REFERENDUM TO THE ELECTORS - Electors are current registered voters in the county. It does this by requiring ANYONE (i.e. county board of supervisors, school board, city council, another citizen) to first get a percentage of electors to approve the initiative (15% of the electors) or referendum (10% of the electors) by signing a petition which states they support the initiative or referendum. If they cant get the required number of electors to sign, the initiative or petition dies. One of the critical issues of my case is that the county did not get the necessary number of signatures on petitions, in fact, they got ZERO and yet still put the issue on the ballot. This is where they failed, yet they (the county BOS) say they did not have to get signatures. Every County in Arizona ignores the sub para 8 requirements as if they don't exist, and I suspect something similar happens in every county around the country.

Care to weigh in on their violation of our Constitution, Jeff? If the Supreme Court follows the Constitution we should have an outright win. But there are billions of dollars at stake for the tax crazy, power crazy legislators and supervisors and other special interests happy to rip off the citizens.

Im sure hopeful President Trump will reap vast fury and destruction on the federal government.

But we "Deplorables" must do our part too. Every county, city, township, school board, etc in every state needs to be looked at by it's Citizens. They must look at the bogus tax schemes put together called "Tax Districts" (Light Districts, Water Districts, Jail Districts, Hospital Districts, etc) which is how massive wealth is being transferred from the Citizens to "their" governments.

I have not checked other State's Constitutions but I'm pretty certain they will have an Article just like Arizona's which is being ignored by "our representatives" in government to their own power and wealth.

Willing Spirit's avatar

Agreed! People need to stop being enslaved to the idiot tube and other ‘bread and circus’ pastimes and go to those city council, county commissioner and school board meetings.

Know who your representatives are. Get their newsletter delivered to your email box. Read it. Make phone calls. Send brief pithy messages.

Join a local Republican/ Conservative political group and ask that speakers from the above governing bodies come and give talks on the constitutions and bylaws and such that they are supposedly governed by and to provide copies to the audience.

When those local politicians look out and down from their cushy seats and see a mostly empty room, they feel like they’re working under the cover of darkness.

Donald Trump needs all the help he can get from every one of us.

Believe me, I am also preaching to myself!

Willing Spirit's avatar

If you can think of no other reason to attend these local political meetings, you can think of the satisfaction of making them uncomfortable; wondering why you’re there.

Your very presence changes the climate in the room.

Amen! We must not leave it to President Trump... he cannot save us, he can only help us save ourselves. It has ALWAYS been the responsibility of the PEOPLE to govern their representatives and we have failed magnificently. We must turn that around and do it now, not tomorrow. We will soon have a federal government which will not provide "top cover" to corrupt state and local governments as we have seen by the very worst federal government in the history of the country under the puppet masters who seated biden and his corrupt, un-elected administration.

Hi Carlos,

One of the biggest powers we Citizens have is the power of the Initiative and Referendum at County level & below. The founders were so prescient in reserving that power to the people. Yet we have been careless and inattentive and as a result, have been horribly abused by County Supervisors, City and township counsels, school boards and honestly, even the state legislators. We can take it all back if we would simply take back this power. Anything we establish through the legislative initiative process at county level (and below) CANNOT be overturned by the state legislature or governor. This is why county's hold elections, not states. But they have even stolen our elections and now our elections are run by, and counted by corrupt governments (its not who votes, but who counts the vote). We MUST take it all back.

How would you have responded to the Oct. 7th massacre? Attempted to negotiate the release of the 250 hostages with Hamas? Israel did that but only got some of them back. Maybe you would have warned the Gazans to evacuate since a military operation was the only way to eliminate Hamas and recover the hostages? Israel did that too. Perhaps cease fires to reassess and see if there is another way of getting the hostages back but eliminate Hamas too? Israel tried that too but the reality is that Hamas is a threat to Israel and they still hold on to innocent hostages so what choice does Israel have but to fight on?

Exactly! Hamas uses the civilians and especially children in particular as shields. They set themselves up in hospitals and schools etc. because they know the Israelis DO care about the lives of civilians and children and Hamas figures they are safer hiding among them. Hamas also sees the deaths of Palestinians as something to further their cause...they do not care. Hamas has brainwashed people into thinking dying for the "cause" is dying for Allah and they will be rewarded for their deaths and shoot straight up into heaven. In previous years (Isis, Taliban etc.) mothers of suicide bombers were paid large sums of money for their sons' and sometimes daughters' deaths when they blew themselves up, and it was seen as a great success if they took some infidels with them, the more the better. Islam as they practice it in these places is twisted and sick and downright evil.

What Westerners (and American fools) who protest in support of Hamas do not appear to know is that NOT ONE other Arab country in the region will allow any Palestinians into their countries as refugees. Egypt and Jordan are right next door. They all speak the same language, they share the same religion and culture. Yet no one will accept Palestinian refugees. The king of Jordan is on camera stating that taking them in "is a red line we will not cross." Has anyone questioned why this is so?

Yes - there are no ‘basic decency rules’ for Palestinians. Considering that, the Israeli’s have used considerable restraint for decades of this war. As was said already, until they learn to love their own children more than they hate The Jooos, there will be no peace.

Who ever speaks about the retaliation of Israel as a one way act, completely ignores history and nevertheless Biblical history.

This war started 3500 years ago and is a family affair that only the creator of the world can finish it. And it will. Have not dub about it. Also the only way to understand the most important factor is to look and understand the spiritual aspect of it.

I will challenge anyone that reading or listening some books will have the same opinions.

From Time Immemorial by Joan Peters

The Dragon Prophecy by Jonathan Cahn

And many others

You can also research the ONU resolutions and see for yourself how many billions and billions of dollars has been wasted in this idea of giving money to a cause that is not going to change a bit. The tiny state of Israel is not even 5% of the Arab land

The Palestinian people don’t have a problem land, they have a problem with the existence of Israel and if you miss their point then you missed the whole purpose of their argument. From the rivers to the sea means cero Israel or Jews inside that land.

Remember when Clinton got them together in Camp David and they refused to settle for 98% of their demands, they wanted everything or nothing and walked away with nothing in exchange for more war.

But at the end at least for me, the only explanation is spiritual warfare.

Is simple no Jews, not Messiah. And the adversary will not settle for anything else.

Also, there’s the little known but oh so true BIBLICAL TRUTH. GOD says in several places in the bible that whoever supports Israel will be supported. Whoever has Israel’s back, GOD will have their back. Whether you believe in GOD or you don’t, it’s true. It’s been proven over and over. The prophecies regarding Israel are true. NO, Israel is not perfect however, God said what he said. Parents will protect their kids, even if their kids aren’t perfect. God is no different.

Here’s ONE of hundreds or prophecies that have come true regarding Israel. The bible says it will BE a nation, then it will NO LONGER BE a nation, then it will BE a nation again toward the last generation. Well, Israel WAS, then it WASN’T and in May of 1948, she WAS AGAIN a nation. God said it. It happened. NO other nation existed, then no longer existed then became a nation again. GOD’S word is TRUE.

What they learned, and I’m not kidding, is that higher elevations are cooler than lower elevation (duh #1). They also found that urban areas were warmer Han rural (duh #). Another thing they learned was that industrial areas with large parking lots were “heat spots” (duh #3). I remember a weatherman in Kentucky around 1994/1995 who said that urban areas are hotter due to the asphalt and pavement warming the atmosphere around it. They could have paid me half what the study cost and I would have told them the same thing! “Experts” strike again.

What folks don't begin to consider: the wildlife, migratory birds... in fact they have to kill every living thing on that ground to built their behemoth array of "power." The panels don't have longevity, they have to be frequently replaced due to the amount of heat generated. And by the way, that heat raises the temperatures around their vast array by significant amounts destroying even more than that which it already destroys!

I dont know why they didn't do the same thing our grade schools and shopping centers did. There are several acres wasted on just having solar panels instead of expansion of the campus.

I think it was about 35 years ago I read summary of a temperature study. It included a line that has stuck with me since, and, I believe, is the erroneous foundation of the entire global warming scam.

The line was very close to this, but I don't recall it exactly: The baseline temperatures had to be adjusted downward to account for the heat sink effects of the increasing amount of the urban areas' concrete, steel, and other materials that absorb heat during the day and release it at night.

So this creates a "double error", I think. First, the temperatures from the past are recorded as lower than they actually were. Second, current temperatures are not adjusted downward for this "heat sink" effect.

There are other influences on temperatures that I wonder about. How many temperature readings are from developed areas where heat sinks are more common? Has the pool of temperature measurements kept the same rural/urban ratio over time? Have they maintained the same ratio of northern/southern hemisphere samples over time? Have they adjusted for the changing tilt and wobble of the earth relative to the sun? Have they adjusted for the decreasing strength of the earth's magnetic field (which is a normal cycle)?

I've read that over 90% of sensors are compromised, in the US at least, because of development. ANY numbers from this system are crap. Satellite readings show MUCH less warming, which is happening. Melting glaciers don't lie. The cause of that warming is almost certainly not CO2.

The temperatures are always taken at the airport. At least they are in Reno but I’m sure that’s common in other areas as well.

Expand full comment

And as those airports expand - which they are *always* doing, the heat in the area continues to increase (more concrete, more steel, more people). It’s all so unreliable and not at all scientific.

The ones in the news probably true. But there is fraud in the “official” NASA et al stations. Some have been surrounded over the years and are now urban. Some are offline and so they enter fake data.

Expand full comment

Which implies another question is needed: if readings are always done in urban areas, can you assume the same trend occurs in rural areas? I think that would be a risky assumption, but would be easy to prove one way or another.

Wendy, this summer, high temps in Phoenix AZ were routinely in the 115 to 120 range, right now they are in the mid 60s representing a differential of about 60 degrees. The globe, rotates on a weather producing tilt, and travels through the vast and massive cosmos around the sun on a 550 MILLION mile annual path, also inducing large annual climate variations - due to intelligent design by our Creator.

And these climate change cretins, these delusional power and money hungry fools, want us to believe a 1 or 2 degree change in temp will destroy the planet and that trees do not need CO2 to survive. They are sick and they must not only be ignored but debunked continuously.

Same things I've been pointing out since the '90s. Best part is, the "climate change" temps are based on official temperature stations. These stations are mostly in cities/towns in parking lots and airports. Some of them had been in the "country," but the area built up and are now in "hot spots." So, the "climate change" in that area is real and man made, but it hasn't changed the surrounding country climate.

Well, Barron’s grudgingly allowed, “vaccine sales are eroding too quickly to comfortably tide the company over until the pipeline matures.”

Ah good, people are finally catching on, and the modRNA “operating system” (meaning they operate you) transhuman vaccines will soon join the dodo birds in extinction. Couldn’t of happened to a more deserving company.

For those heroes out there who saw through the following obvious lies from the getgo, BRAVO, for those that didn’t you can “unvaccinate” yourself via prayers and fasting (the Savior always graces us with a way to fix our mistakes):

https://old.bitchute.com/video/dHwgte2MIn5e (1min)

* Rushed, guaranteed to succeed, corruptly tested, experimental injection? ✓

* That killed and maimed well-over a thousand people during the severely abbreviated post-trial phase? ✓

* And also caused 23 spontaneous abortions and 75 serious clinical events from 270 expectant mothers during said post-trial? ✓

* Using a highly dangerous mRNA tech that in the past killed every mouse with ADE? ✓

* A tech previously untested on humans, the emergency usage of which upended over a century of vaccine safety and efficacy research? (The following video showcases the grand finale of the FDA SARS-CoV-2 vaccine approval process for 5-11 year olds.) ✓

* For a virus far less deadly than the lockdowns themselves? ✓

* Also less deadly than the flu - which conveniently went AWOL when COVID hit the scene? ✓

* For a (cold) virus they’ve been unable to cure after over a century of trying? ✓

* But somehow all of a sudden, the criminal pharmaceutical companies - notorious for rampant felonious trial fraud - figured it out in less than a year? ✓

* And then went on to manufacture billions of quality assured, safe and effective doses at record speed which were then lawfully distributed by the US military? ✓

* People actually bought into this on a grand scale, and voluntarily injected this poison? ✓

You cannot fix gullible—it has to fix itself. Pain and failure are the best teachers, but no one wants to be their student. The problem with these injections, however, is that you cannot learn from your mistakes if you are dead. If only they would have listened to Fauci:

The best vaccination is to get infected yourself. —Anthony Fauci

I would just add that cancer has always been a big windfall for the hospitalists. It has the best facilities and subsidizes the other wings of the hospitals.

That's my observation from having been inside infusion centers at several large hospital systems in Michigan and Arizona, where my dearly departed and much loved daughter got IVIG infusions for her lung transplants (for cystic fibrosis).

It also came to my attention from reporting that during COVID, hospitals in many places were in the red, prior to COVID $s being injected into them, for example in NYC.

Here's another story about hospital systems that shows you how the quality, and accessability of patient care can be at the mercy of financial incentives, this time for the investers and the employees of the hospital.

(The hospital system in 4 states is now filing bankruptcy.)

----

"The report detailed the impact of private equity entity Leonard Green & Partners (LGP) on Prospect. LGP acquired a 61 percent majority stake in the company in 2010, holding these shares until it exited in 2021.

During LGP’s ownership, Prospect acquired 16 additional hospitals over four years, the report said. LGP incentivized Prospect’s management “to satisfy LGP’s financial goals (regardless of patient outcomes),” according to the report.

LGP was found to have redeemed stocks valued at $88 million without approval from Prospect’s board of directors, forcing the company to take out a $325 million loan."

----

"The company gave stock options to Prospect employees based on hitting earnings goals while no such incentives were offered to improve patient care and safety, the report said."

Thanks, Deb. Lahaina is coming back slowly but surely. There was a long delay doing anything because the fire made a large area basically a toxic dump. That will happen in LA, too. You don't just go in with bulldozer and disrupt that dirt.

I purposely avoid that west coast out of respect for the work there. But I've seen rows and rows of apartments being built right as you enter town, because housing those displaced continues to be challenging on an island with insufficient housing inventory to begin with.

I saw a heck of a lot of construction going on in early November.

I read in a paper that the first local resident began reconstructing a house on his property, not long ago. This week news surfaced that owners of business owners along the Wharf are forming an organization to drive and oversee rebuilding of Front Street.

And of course the Banyon tree survived and delivers more green leaves every month. #hope

I was a newspaper reporter long ago and watched a region recover from the Northridge earthquake. I think considering the real challenges here including environmental, cultural, and economic including a limited workforce, Maui is progressing pretty well.

Seeing the LA fires is hella triggering for me, though. I moved here from LA in 2020. I have a hard time seeing images of the homesites in ashes at both locations. It's traumatic. I pray for all my old friends in the Southland.

It's not like they didn't have documents when they left home. Most of the paperwork was left in Mexico on the other side of the border! I've seen the videos. SO they are intentionally without documentation when they cross our border. It's like they had instructions to come without documents. Hmmm...who would tell them to do that?

Goldberg huh? There's an internet meme that responds to people like Goldberg with a simple "every single time". Seems there's only two choices with the radicals in this lot, Bolshevism or Zionism. Yet no one will dare question exactly why that is, or even notice it for that matter. I'm not alone in this observation, Winston Churchill made it himself 85 years ago.

Seems pretty obvious to me. They have been told since they were children that they are God's chosen people, everyone else hates them for it out of jealousy, and it's just a matter of time until the populace turns on them. It drives a collective paranoid neurosis of biblical proportions (haha).

So they lash out attempting to destroy the dominant population (Bolshevism and all the attending pathologies; atheism, feminism, unchecked immigration, lawlessness, racial strife, homosexuality, transgenderism, pornography, etc.). Everyone one of these Christian civilization destroying movements is *dominated* in the US by non-religious Jews.

Or they retreat into the paranoid, self-preservation mode of Zionism. That is insanely nationalistic, no criticism of their actions tolerated, brutal militarism against all perceived enemies, openly assassinating those seen as directing threats, and overtly and covertly subverting governments to advance their agenda.

Anyone who dares even mention this is immediately attacked as an anti-semite and no one is allowed to question it. Discussion is forbidden. I doubt there is a person alive today that had anything to do with the Holocaust. I had nothing to do with it, nor did anyone in my family. Yet it is invoked at every instance to justify these actions and silence people objecting. It has become a religion in itself.

Yet the murder of tens of millions of white Christians around the same time by the Bolsheviks in Eastern Europe is completely ignored. The genocide against Armenian Christians by Islamic Turks is ignored. (BTW, that genocide still continues today by Azerbaijan with military support from Israel.) Twenty years of neocon-instigated US-led wars in the mideast has completely obliterated Christian communities that went back to the time of Christ. A modern anti-Christian genocide is happening right in front of us but people like Goldberg say we are the problem, we are the threat.

Winston Churchill himself supported Zionism because he thought it was the least destructive of the two ideologies of Jewish radicals, and we were going to get one or the other. Instead we got both.

Edit: I know few people will like this comment. I hope though that it will make you think and question what you have been told. Understanding this psy-op is an important part of interpreting how the world works. There's a reason stating "Christ is King" (i.e. an unapologetic statement of our faith) provokes howls of outrage.

And as I mention below, this is not aimed at those practicing Judaism in humility and obedience to God. They are misguided as Jesus Himself told us ("I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one shall come to the Father except through Me") but sincere. This is aimed at secular Jews who hate Christianity for the reasons I state above.

Jeff, “non-religious Jews“ is the key phrase here.

They don’t even know the 10 Commandments so they are good fodder for the brain washers.

Remember, Jesus was a Jewish rabbi .

Expand full comment
Jeff C's avatar

Yes, I'm not talking about the humble rabbi at the local synagogue or other Jews doing their best to live a life of obedience and humility in accordance with Mosaic Law. While as a Christian I think they are mistaken (as the NT makes clear), I don't question their sincerity. This isn't about them.

Please, let's stop with the "Jesus was a Jewish rabbi" stuff though. He was called "rabbi" by people in the Gospels as that simply means teacher. The new covenant (the vicarious atonement of Christ) ended the old covenant. Full stop.

As Christians we believe His death and resurrection ended Judaism. Christ was not part of any formalized system of Pharasitical Judaism and calling him a "Jewish rabbi" just confuses people.

No, because they are all poison. No vaccine has ever worked. Vaccines are a complete sham and a fraud. In the 40s and 50s polio was from DDT, in the 50s it was in all the vaccines and has been ever since. Today they call polio “transverse myelitis” or “Guillain-Barré syndrome” or some other name.. it’s all from damage to the gray matter of the brain and spinal cord. Anything that damages the gray matter enough to cause paralysis is polio. The word “polio” means gray.

He IS the same guy that campaigned across Pennsylvania in 2022 before his stroke. Kathleen is correct, Oz was a bad candidate, Parnell was sabotaged (by whom and rightly or wrongly who knows). Fetterman is a great retail politician and spoke to the working men and women of PA. Millions of mail in ballots had been received prior to the debate which revealed John's impairment to voters too late.

Fetterman is pro fracking, pro Israel, anti Nippon's purchase of US Steel, positions he's held for years. The attempt at bipartisanship is an appeal to the PA voters who voted for Trump. My husband said that Fetterman could own his Senate seat for years to come if he successfully becomes the loyal opposition, willing to work with Trump for the good of PA and our country.
