I am very concerned about the intentional spreading of bioweaponized ticks. This has been confirmed by Congressman Burchett, and there are pilots who have come forward admitting they have been paid "a lot" of money to drop boxes of millions of these ticks across farmland in America. And of course the evil one behind this is Bill Gates.

I do hope Jeff will investigate and address this current attack on Americans.

MayBella82's avatar

The pilots should be held accountable along with Bill Gates and the rest of them.

Good luck with making that happen.

I met a man in NC a few months ago who told me he has alpha-gal syndrome. I had never heard of it prior to that. He said he can’t eat “anything that gives live birth,” e.g. beef, pork, lamb, venison, etc., but he can eat fish and poultry.

TamalpaisRose's avatar

And duck is ok to eat, too. My husband, with alpha gal, enjoys now and then as it gives him that meaty game taste as well as good nutrients not in fish and other poultry.

Alpha gal or Revenge of the Animals??

A chicken or guinea fowl eats a huge # of ticks in less than an hour. Wild animal population will suffer greatly. Gates may no longer be among us, on this earth according to many. Whatever evil co-ordinates the efforts is desperate.

Thank goodness for my free range chicken flock. We’ve found no ticks, no scorpions, no snakes, very few grasshoppers this year. I have protected areas for the frogs and lizards. Plus the eggs are delish!

I read there is a combo of ivermectin and a few other things that actually cures alpha gal.

There are various people posting on X sharing alternative means of combating this awful syndrome. One I saw today was based on acupuncture up in the ear!

It’s dreadful what evil people are trying to do. Trying to make it so we can’t eat red meat, and I’m willing to bet they will end up wanting to vaccinate everybody against it somehow, too. May God watch over us all.

I’m confident there will be further ways to reverse this as time passes.

A single opossum may kill thousands of ticks during a season.

Guinea Fowl and Chickens: Pecking Away the Problem

Opossums rule! It makes me heartsick to see them killed on highways as they are one of the few mammals that do not get Rabies, are so affable and fun. I raised a baby a few years ago when the mom was hit by car. His name is Mr. P. I released him when it was time. He still shows up from time to time and of course knowing I will have a lovely snack waiting for him. thanks for posting this.

I call BS on the possums eating ticks theory. I recently bought an abandoned property and inside a dirt floor outbuilding there was a whole family of possums. I captured and executed them. They are disgusting animals. Every last one of them was tick infested. If they like ticks so much why weren't they eating them off of each other.

LC's avatar

Would you like to verify this article?

https://www.medicinenet.com/what_home_remedy_kills_ticks/article.htm

7 natural remedies to kill ticks:

Salt: Regular table salt can kill tick larvae and eggs, dehydrating them until they fall apart. You can kill ticks in your house by sprinkling salt over your floor and furniture, applying a layer at night and then vacuuming it in the morning. If you have carpeted floors, leave a thick layer of salt on it for at least a week before vacuuming.

Boric acid (Borax): Boric acid is available in supermarkets as the main ingredient in some flea powder products. It can be sprinkled on your carpets. Boric acid alone can only kill larvae (living in carpets or rugs) that are actively feeding and not adult ticks because they only feed on blood.

Detergent: You can kill ticks on your pet with any sort of dishwashing liquid. Apply a generous amount of soap on your pet (more than you would for a typical bath). Allow your pet to soak in the soap for 15-30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and let your pet dry indoors. Keep in mind that this may irritate your pet's skin and will not kill tick larvae or eggs.

Eucalyptus oil: Eucalyptus oil acts as a tick killer as well as tick repellant. Spray a solution of 4 ounces of pure or distilled water with 20 drops of eucalyptus oil on yourself and your pet.

Bleach: Bleach contains powerful chemicals that can instantly kill ticks. Place the tick in a small container that contains bleach.

Rubbing alcohol: Rubbing alcohol can kill ticks for good. Once you remove the tick, put it in a cup of alcohol and cover it up with a lid to prevent the tick from escaping.

Water and mow your lawn: Ticks flourish in warm, dry environments, which is why they can be found in thick grasses and wooded regions. Mow the grass outside your house to reduce the number of ticks in your yard that can potentially find a host in you or your pets. Keep your lawn trimmed short and properly hydrated.

This was detailed on a podcast I listen to. Joe Rogan did a segment on it. His guest was Burchett, and they were discussing the idea that whoever is doing it (Bill Gates came up) would probably claim it was a release of sterile ticks to reduce tick populations. This is an actual thing, if so why not just tell the public? They were speculating about bioweaponization but no proof. Very suspicious. Ways to protect yourself that were suggested on the podcast ( not joe Rogan) were sulfur powder on boots and lower pant legs in the woods ( not on skin), and planting of thyme, rosemary, and catnip which apparently repels ticks from your yard.

Roger Beal's avatar

There are useful "natural" thyme/rosemary/lemon bug-repellant sprays you can buy to protect your exposed skin.

LMWC's avatar

Trying Wondercide right now. They use natural tick repellants such as peppermint, cedar wood oils and others. They make a variety of products including dog collars that are supposed to last 4 months.

I live in mid Michigan, never encountered ticks until this last decade. Every spring they have gotten worse.

Janet's avatar

My grandma used a big fluffy powderpuff to put some kind of yellow sulfa powder for chiggers on our legs when we visited. I got chiggers around my waist a couple of years ago when I was carrying yard waste. Nasty. I thought I had shingles.

CitizenA's avatar

We do the same. Keeping sulfur powder in a big jar in the garage except instead of a powder puff we have one old sock balled up in the toe of another old sock and the open end knotted up to keep it intact, and we dust our lower legs before walking out in the pasture during tick season. It works.

SteelJ's avatar

Never heard of that. We'd never dream of going into the woods around here during tick season without treating our pants, socks, shoes, and shirt with permanone/permethrin. It works perfectly. Does sulfur work that well, IOW zero ticks, every time? I'd rather not use poison, but so far the options are between permanone, getting Lyme, and staying out of the woods, so we choose permanone.

CitizenA's avatar
3hEdited

In our experience, over many years, sulfur works perfectly. Never picked up a tick when we applied sulfur to our legs and shoes.

Oh and we also had the sock filled with sulfur as well as keeping it in the jar of sulfur. Just bang the sock filled with sulfur against your legs and shoes. Actually you don’t need the balled up sock in the toe (it just gives it more weight). You can simply fill the sock with sulfur and that will do the trick.

SteelJ's avatar

Thanks for elaborating, details matter! Especially when the consequences are Lyme and Alpha-gal.

JudyC's avatar

The sock filled with sulphur is what my grandmother used for decades and it definitely works. She lived on a 380 acre ranch along the Medina River in Texas where there were abundant deer who were covered in ticks. We never picked a single tick off our bodies using sulphur.

Flatulus Maximus's avatar

I also read recently that coconut oil repels them. I mow like a MOFO, so they're not a problem in my immediate sphere. At least 3 people I know (here in Eastern KY) have been bitten and made quite ill: one with pretty severe neurological problems, and 2 with Alpha-GAL. Definitely advisable to read up on how to protect yourself.

Jaime's avatar

I got bit and very ill years ago from it - well before Covid. It felt like something very sci fi and unnatural happening in me - which was how I described it to the drs who knew nothing… anyhow - I found out during my digging during that time that many were aware it was a bioweapon - this was maybe 15 years ago..

Glenda Gallagher's avatar

My son contracted it a number of years ago on his property in Ft White and fortunately was able to identify the cause. He is currently undergoing auricular acupuncture for it in Gainesville, and is part of a new study by an oriental medicine doctor who is seeking subjects to cure.

Glenda Gallagher's avatar

Yes Gainesville FL. His acupuncturist studied the protocol and he is about 3 weeks in. I just sent him some other info on alpha gal that used herbs and his acupuncturist alerted him to an oriental medicine doctor who is working to help afflicted people. He is taking on 10 subjects gratis and my son wrote him with his story and was accepted as one of the 10. It will start next week I believe. Via Zoom. My son is very careful, an accomplished cook and baker, eats clean and we live on the Nature Coast and he fishes as well. So he has a fighting chance here. I do believe it was a bioweapon like Lyme and may well have Ft Dietrich type origins. Grrr. Thank you all for the information you’ve passed along.

Lori's avatar

Is this Gainesville Florida? There is a terrific Chi Institute for pets in Reddick Florida ( a hop, skip, jump from Gainesville) that uses Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine/holistic vet med for many pet issues including tick borne diseases. If you have a pet or know someone who does that lives nearby, let them know about the Chi Institute. https://www.chi.hospital/

Lori's avatar

Are you feeling ok now Jaime?

Jaime's avatar

Yes Lori! Thankuu! I hope if this stuff starts to attack folks that I can help direct them in some way with hope. It was really scary dealing with it and I assume I’m in remission?! I feel fine for the most part. The issues I have now are seemingly just related to getting older 😀

Delightful Designs's avatar

The barrier methods for keeping ticks off the body work well. Dogs and cats that go in out are a problem and you might put a lot of thought into them. I don't go out without tick proof clothes on, and ladies, pantyhose works well on your legs. I make work pants out a thin single knit polyester that I like, and I have watched ticks slide right off of them. I carry needle-nose pliers, and crush all ticks I see.

Ticks survive by going UP as high as they can, as fast as they can, hoping to get someplace they can't be reached by an animal to remove them. Stopping them with a slippery surface instead of nice easy to climb skin or cotton clothes DOES work. I have not removed a single tick from my body since I moved to Missouri over 10 years ago, I use my barriers religiously.

I can't stop the ticks being dumped, I CAN stop whether ticks can get on me bite or not. I have been doing this for Lyme in ticks, and I am definitely not quitting it.

AND if you DO end up with Alpha Gal, look into the acupuncture treatment for it. I'm hearing a lot of reports that it DOES work. And it's not just a quick thing, dietary changes etc might have to be done. Barriers are easier than mitigation. And Lyme is still out there too, from the last weaponization of ticks. And it's even harder to get rid of.

Lori's avatar

Try Wondercide products for fleas and ticks for your pets! Works great.

kittynana's avatar

@Delightful- pantyhose are a creation of the devil

TamalpaisRose's avatar

Yes very serious. My husband has had alpha gal for 13 years and it wasn’t diagnosed until 2020. He almost died several times. I’ve told him for years it’s a bioweapon but he doesn’t believe me. Those affected have to be very careful when dining out and tell the server about the allergy because even just a veal sauce can cause an attack.

Glenda Gallagher's avatar

This is so important. My son has it and the contamination of a chicken dish (safe) with beef product will cause him to experience the symptoms. I read the even certain gelatins will set it off.

Christy B's avatar

Two professors of medical ethics at Western Michigan University's medical school published a peer-reviewed paper in a major academic journal arguing that it is, quote, "morally obligatory" to release genetically engineered ticks on the American public so that more of us become permanently allergic to beef, pork, and lamb.

The paper is called "Beneficial Bloodsucking." It was published in the journal Bioethics in 2025. The authors are Parker Crutchfield and Blake Hereth, and they teach the future doctors of America in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Here is what they actually wrote. They call the disease-carrying tick a "moral bioenhancer." They say we have an obligation to "expose others" to alpha-gal syndrome, the meat allergy spread by the lone star tick. They say we should "undermine attempts to cure" the allergy. They say AGS is not even a disease, so it does not need a cure.

Their plan is to use CRISPR gene editing to redesign the tick so it can survive in more environments, including cities, possibly by hitching rides on rats. They cite the gene-edited mosquito programs already operating in other countries as their working model.

Their justification is that eating red meat is morally wrong, and since you will not stop on your own, the credentialed class at a state-affiliated medical school is going to make the decision for you. They argue this is not a violation of your rights, just a tolerable, quote, "infringement," same as a vaccine mandate.

One of the same authors previously published a paper in the same journal titled "Compulsory Moral Bioenhancement Should Be Covert," meaning forced biological modification of the population should be kept hidden from the population.

This is a peer-reviewed paper sitting in the flagship journal of the bioethics field, written by tenured professors at a medical school, available right now on PubMed.

Tick diseases can be devastating to human and animal health (I include pets in that). Anaplasma, Babesia, Lyme, Ehrlichia and the list goes on. Gates is a madman and serial killer between his depopulation jabs and now this along with patenting food that is so unhealthy. Words Beyond Me-Janice Powell's avatar

✝️✝️✝️

I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a book written inside and on the back, sealed up with seven seals. And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the book and to break its seals?” And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the book or to look into it. Then I began to weep greatly because no one was found worthy to open the book or to look into it; and one of the elders said to me, “Stop weeping; behold, the Lion that is from the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome so as to open the book and its seven seals.”

“Stop weeping; behold, the Lion that is from the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome so as to open the book and its seven seals.”

Which He did when He ascended in glory and sat down at the right hand of the Father to rule as King of kings.

Tom Wiedemeier's avatar

Phil, are you saying that Jesus opened the book and the seven seals when he ascended into heaven? The opening of the seven seals (the beginning of the seven year tribulation judgments ) will happen after the Anti-Christ confirms a seven year covenant with Israel. This is still future.

Lori's avatar

Exactly so I don't understand why anyone is weeping in that passage when we all and they know the answer.

Juju's avatar

“Then I began to weep greatly …” the writer was the one weeping as he was learning right in that moment what we all now know from the New Testament, as it all was being revealed to him in that vision. That’s why he was weeping. He didn’t yet understand. But he wrote it down so that we all would.

Lori's avatar

I guess it would make more sense if I knew who the elders were, who the "I" is and the fact that Jesus is in Heaven and has been for a really long time already so it makes no sense to say there is no one in heaven worthy of opening the book. John wrote Revelation and he certainly already knew that answer. Sorry to be a hemorrhoid about this:{

If it makes you feel better a little….that Nextdoor site is for some reason mostly liberal even in Florida - a conservative county! I finally got off there just because of how nasty their TDS is. It’s weird.

I was a 40+ years Oregonian. Not born there but lived most of my childhood and adulthood there. Raised my kids there. It was beautiful. So incredibly sad. If I could move my parents out of there I would. Once my parents are gone my remaining family will all leave. Nothing to stay for anymore. Sad.

Curtis's avatar

Same thing with NextDoor in my Red area... Definitely weird.

Tio Nico's avatar

oregon will never recover until the voting is cleaned up. there are some working on it but laws mus chnge, probably nationally. Mail in ballos ave so corrupt. In on cas U vead that some people bgan examining voting registrations in the Norh Portland area. One aaddress intuged hem. Hmmm.. I know about th==where that is, but can;t imagine 250 people actually living there, as the registry claims. SO they hopped in a car and took a drive. Out the south shore o the Columbia river, near the airport... near where the sreet number should be, and got out.. what seemed to be an abandoned driveway was about where the number should have been. they walked into the woods a ways, and saw what used to be a single wide mobile home, one end caved in, tin lid gone, trees growing in driveway blocking any vehicle access. Power lines gone, no waer. yet voter registration shows 250 "registered voters" "living" there?

Until mail in ballots and no validation o citienship, with addressess checked against names, voting will continue to be a joke. I was around when Christine Gregoire's "recount" was going on. People should have been behind bars, but instead those practices were normalised. Washington nor Oregon have had legit elections now several decades. And we are not alone in this.

Sunnydaze's avatar

Agree! The mail in ballots have ruined Or/WA/Cali.

I said Oregon was ground zero for mail in ballots 50 years ago. They perfected the cheat and rolled it out nationwide in 2020. Until they stop THAT Oregon is gone. Sad

There was one. Ed Diehl. The people there are trying and trying and trying. But you can’t fix stupid. It’s unfortunate that voters keep voting for this crap.

I like Ed, but am disappointed that he wouldn't be more vocally MAGA. Even with his exposure from sponsoring the tax referendum he should have done better. I have to lean towards ballot shenanigans being involved.

As the author of today's C&C stated "It’s really that simple. We don’t want Congressmen to be slaves to Donald Trump. We want them to be slaves to the agenda. If that means supporting and defending the President, then just do it and quit whining about it".

Candidate Drazen will lose again, and like last time bail out immediately instead of fighting for the win. Just my NAV opinion.

Sunnydaze's avatar

I agree with everything you said! I wonder if he wasn’t more vocally MAGA because it’s such a liberal state he thought he could walk a closer line and draw in some liberals? Idk.

Like you said - shenanigans! So it probably wouldn’t have mattered. I fully expect KoTAX tampon lady will keep on ruining Oregon for four more years.

I for one am disappointed Massie lost. He was a principled politician and a decent human who couldn't be bought. He fought for food freedom, medical freedom, cutting spending, and more. Even though I am Republican, I do feel we also need less Trump "yes" men and more men who are thoughtful and willing to not toe the party line. I wish differing voices were more valued.

Jacquijacq's avatar

That’s fine but continually voting NO when you could have had 80% if what you CLAIM you want makes no sense. Personally I think he was a Democrat shill

RunningLogic's avatar

He had people funding him who also funded Democrats such as AOC.

CK's avatar

Have you ever listened to Massie? Clearly not because anyone who has listened to him talk would not come to the conclusion that’s he is any sort of shill let alone a Democrat shill.

Jacquijacq's avatar

I have listened to him. He presents himself

As the principled one who is above playing politics. If he’s above playing politics he should t be a politician 🤷🏻‍♀️

JasonT's avatar

Check his results, not his rhetoric. He could have been a significant help to the American people. He chose to be a gadfly instead.

CK's avatar

Nothing about him strikes me as a Democrat shill. I see him as America First but Trump is the kingmaker and you don’t cross the kingmaker.

Also AIPAC, they pumped a ton of money into the 2024 election to get rid of him and even more this time.

Karmy's avatar

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) received significant financial and organizational support from Muslim-American activists and donors during his 2026 primary campaign, which he ultimately lost to Trump-backed challenger Ed Gallrein.

Key Muslim-American Donors and Allies

The Mahrouq Family: Sam Mahrouq, a Texas-based businessman raised in a Palestinian refugee camp, and his family (wife Rania, children Raneem and Zaid, and relative Mohammad) each donated the maximum $7,000 to Massie’s campaign. Sam Mahrouq also contributed to anti-AIPAC groups and Squad Democrats.

Integrity Political Action Committee (IPAC): This group, which partnered with the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) to oppose ICE, backed Massie. Its chairman, Rafed Aljoboury, donated $500 to Massie and publicly endorsed him as an "America First candidate" while criticizing pro-Israel influence.

Other Supporters: Reports indicate Massie’s campaign also attracted backing from anti-war Muslim-American activists and leftist-aligned PACs with foreign ties, a fact Massie used to criticize the "coalition of Israel’s lobbyists" spending against him.

I'm all fer free speech but Massie did luv his Muzzies & their munny! Per Batya Unger's stack t'day: "Never a man burdened by the accusation that he possesses an abundance of class, Massie took one last antisemitic swipe on his way out. “I had to call my opponent to concede, and it took a while to find him in Tel Aviv,” Massie said in his concession speech."

Did we really need the snark that his opponent wuz in Tel Aviv (b/c da joos run the country?--clearly not backin' Massie)

He wuz no choir boy either tho... Right after his wife died (he blamed Mossad...of course), he aggressively courted a laydee named Cynthia West (guess that's how bein' in "deep mournin'" werks?) My young adult son (and more and more of his young friends and relatives) has gone the way of “Trump betrayed us and is an Israeli puppet”. Can someone please tell me where our conservative young people are getting this BS? Is it strictly the likes of Tucker Carlson, Fuentes and Alex Jones? He won’t tell me. I don’t go into the remote recesses of social media like the younger crowd tends to do. I do believe that the dark side is instigating this, but I can’t put my finger on it.

Johnny-O's avatar

They are getting it from Trump's actions - the big one is fighting a war for a foreign country that has skyrocketed gas prices and the inflation will soon be coming to a neighborhood near you. And then there is the whole AI digital security prison and cozying up to silicone valley evil goonsquad.

Dave's avatar

Well, they believe it because its true

Iran is and was no threat to the US. It could be a threat to Israel

And don't trot out the nonsense of "Israel is our Ally" because it isn't true. Its an ally of the deep state.

kittynana's avatar

@Dave- which part of "DEATH TO AMERICA!" was not a threat?

Dave's avatar
20mEdited

Iran said 'death to america'

Who is Iran?

I really hate collectivist language because it makes it so easy to manipulate people into doing stupid idiotic things like going to war.

Oh no they (collectivist wording - ugh) said hurty words that they can't actually do anything to bring to fruition.

The neocons RINOs (who from 2016-2020 and throughout 2024 election that were 'Never Trumpers') are now called 'MAGA' have they been shouting "DEATH TO IRAN" for about 40 years now.

We (the US - and by that I mean the People) cannot know who our enemies really are, because for 40 years the deep state has been going to war to benefit themselves at the expense of the average american and the average american soldier/airman/seaman/marine, and telling us that their enemies are also our enemies.

Trump screwed the pooch on Iran because he listened to the swamp.

All foreign bombing should really be stopped until every last vestige of neocon warmongering has been eliminated.

If after we excommunicated all neocons from government we found that we still had to call Iran enemy - fortunately they are way the hell over there, not here and they can't do jack diddly squat to harm US citizens - so they can keep shouting into the wind.

Johnny-O's avatar

Does the knee jerk mindless reply never get old? Apparently not. Words are so hurtful. Try juxtaposing the death, displacement, and misery the US has forced onto the region in the past 40 years vs the big bad Iranians. It isn't even close.

There are a couple of things I have seen on this topic that may help explain:

The CCP spends tons of money on influencing Americans. A current case in point - other than the current Iran situation- is the fear-mongering over AI data centers. Yes there may be truth in points being raised however the funding of the messages indicates CCP involvement. (They would be highly motivated!) I don’t have the inclination to research for myself, I have seen commentary that asserts those you named are getting scads of $$ support from sources that are not thrilled with current US policy/direction.

It’s shocking to me to see how poorly informed people are about Iran, and Iran’s leadership since 1979. Simply finding out the basics and applying common sense would go a long way towards understanding the current situation.

And to think that anybody could possibly have control over current POTUS is so laughable….

Johnny-O's avatar

Trump either has shown himself to be an idiot lunatic, or he is controlled by others. Nothing else can explain his retarded actions re Iran and cozying up to silicone valley evil goons.

RunningLogic's avatar

Yes, that’s exactly what I’ve read also.

Cousin Clem's avatar

I agree. I liked Massie. I thought MAGA was supposed to be for America First yet they dumped the guy who didn't like us handing over all our money to foreign countries (one in particular comes to mind as of late). It would seem it was more a matter of that particular country and their American lobby using a LOT of cash to drive out Massie. The guy with the most cash wins. They now have installed a clear "yes man" who didn't even like Trump 1.0 at all. And of course his interest in the Epstein files probably ruffled a few feathers. So I guess glyphhosate is protected to kill another day, we can now spend even more for the pentagon and Big Ag can take their win. When you have a congress that marches lock-step to the general's dictates we're moving kinda close to another kind of gov't.

Willy-nilly's avatar

The other guy won by hiding in the basement. Let's be real, that's what Trump cried about when he lost to Biden and now he did it to Massie. No way the numbers make any sense in Massie's election.

Ree T.'s avatar

And from what I am seeing this morning, the main voting block for Massie’s opponent were boomers and the silent generation. The younger generations clearly voted Massie. Trump has lost the younger voters and the independents. The midterms are going to be real interesting.

Craig Warhurst's avatar

Be careful as to what brand of Kool Aide you are drinking!

Ree T.'s avatar

Haha- my eyes are wide open. No Kool Aid drinking for me. I have kids in the younger generation and they and their friends are pretty disappointed in how things have gone recently. I find their POV compelling.

Alice Ball's avatar

I have 3 young ones (late 20's) who all voted for and admire Trump, so I imagine it depends who they're listening to.

Ree T.'s avatar

My three young adult kids and their spouses and friends all voted for Trump enthusiastically. But, I will say that none of them considered themselves MAGA. I think there is a distinction. My husband is full on Trump-loving MAGA. My children are not. Yes, I think you are correct. It definitely depends on who listen to. I think I just have real concerns about young voters and independents during the midterms. Just my opinion.

Lori's avatar

Ree, who is the silent generation?

Valerie's avatar

The generation older than the boomers. My dad is 94 and he’s silent generation.

Lori's avatar

Johnny-O's avatar

Lynne Morris's avatar

I agree he was principled and likely a decent human. But Congress, particularly the House, is about passing workable legislation a/k/a making sausage. Perhaps he should enter the priesthood.

Johnny-O's avatar

You mean like passing the Epstein Transparency Act? Kind of a biggie, which in turn, has shown that our current leaders are breaking the law in not disclosing all files, which on its face is a VERY VERY bad look.

Inisfad's avatar

Do you not find it unusual that when the Dems were in power, there was NO WORD about Epstein??? Think about why this has been pushed now into the public sphere…..by Dems.

Johnny-O's avatar

No, I don't find it unusual at all. None of them want that cat out of the bag, including this administration despite campaign promises.

Inisfad's avatar

The point is that there is no ‘cat’. Are you interested in Epstein’s financial opinions and advice? Interested in his discussions with intelligence? Or, like most others, only interested in the sex bit?

DaveL's avatar

Historically, “crushing dissent” usually has a bad ending. No matter who is doing it.

Alice Ball's avatar

Dissent wasn't crushed. The voters voted them OUT. All the RINOs are dropping like flies.

DaveL's avatar

Just quoting what Jeff wrote…

KK's avatar

I respect your opinion but I have to ask, do you follow @lauraloomer at all? She has receipts.

I personally used to be a Massie fan until I realized he, Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rand Paul were not on the MAGA side at all. Clearly enemies of our sitting POTUS. These are all politicians I LOVED. I feel gaslighted by every single one of them, as well as Tucker Carlson and Candace Owen’s whom I also LOVED.

I was at one time unknowingly infatuated with the wolves in sheep’s (MAGA) clothing.🙄

Clearly a lot of false leaders out there. Probably more but I believe the incoming newly elected will get better and better.

Thank you for The Trump Effect.

Dave's avatar

Massie had his back all throughout Russiagate. The establishment neocon RINOs (who are now suddenly considered 'MAGA') were happy to stay silent and it happen, or even assist.

When those same RINOs threw Trump under the bus in Jan 2021, Massie had Trumps back. He has been fighting for years to repeal the BS laws Obama/Biden used to go after Trump and supporters.

The only reason those guys are even remotely on 'team trump' now is because he's doing the war thing they have so desperately wanted for decades.

But getting them to pass more than a few crumbs for MAGA is asking a lot of them - they will not do it.

Trump basically torpedoed the single most MAGA guy in the House

Johnny-O's avatar

It is mind boggling to see how quickly people have mindlessly joined the side of the neocons and are bashing true MAGA heros like Massie and MTG. MTG said Trump doesn't want Epstein files released because it would embarrass his wealthy friends (which I guess in turn would embarrass him). Boo hoo.

Juju's avatar

The fact that you liked him so much assures me it is good that he was defeated.

Juju's avatar

This is false and pure propaganda. And why he lost

SLien's avatar

Well why would Boebert, MTG, and Massie say this. They had nothing to gain with it and lost out. We are losing our truth tellers in the government.

Juju's avatar

They had a LOT to gain from those who support them. They chose the wrong narrative.

SLien's avatar

Boebert, MTG, and Massie have all said the same thing. Trump didn’t want the files released because it would hurt his friends.

Juju's avatar

All you can do is repeat the same narrative. It’s all b.s. and we are tired of it

Inisfad's avatar

Now go back to Epstein’s original indictment in Palm Beach, where Trump was the ONLY person who came forward to help the DA. I guess he didn’t like those ‘friends’ back then, right??

SHug's avatar

Massie is/was not a Rino, he was listed fully as Libertarian. But he voted with the Dems too many times. Trump was pissed at him for various things, starting with not voting to pass the BBB last year. The Epstein files was a tiny thing compared to Massie not only not supporting, but trying to block the President's actions over Iran. Not supporting Israel is one thing, supporting a nation who calls the US "Great Satan" and vows our destruction is entirely another.

Johnny-O's avatar

In what ways was Massie a RINO?

Inisfad's avatar

Do you consider yourself MAGA? MAGA is a team effort, going ina particular direction and having loyalty to the president, even while having discussions of disagreement. But it is a TEAM event, and Massie was NOT a team player. Considering the slim majority that the Republicans have, an ‘independent mind’ dancing to a different drummer, can be the reason why various directives fail.

Johnny-O's avatar

Massie nearly always voted with the GOP. Your comments make no sense in that context. When he didn't, it was because he was standing on principles - something constituents actually like.

Now, shall we talk about Israeli interests buying our elections? Or that Massie's opponent rigged in 10k mail in ballots? Or the massive swing from the last primary in which Massie crushed it? I think Massie got 2020'd.

Inisfad's avatar

People specifically voted for Trump to enact certain policies that they wanted. If Massie decided he disagreed with those principles, then so be it….the people voted him out. It’s that simple.

rolandttg's avatar

You obviously have no clue what a RINO is. Massie is no more a RINO than Trump is. Quit using slurs the way the democrats do, because the only thing it does is destroy your credibility.

Susan Seas's avatar

“Fought for” but never voted for?? Might be the reason.

Robert Vernon's avatar

The voters did reject Massie but with so many allegations of voter fraud, who really knows whether the vote was "true?" Alex Kraner's thoughts on Massie’s defeat and the massive amount of outside money spent on this one primary race cast a shadow on the whole process. https://trendcompass.substack.com/p/the-significance-of-thomas-massies?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=qu0s8

Inisfad's avatar

Krainer’ s substack is a bit of BS. He advises Massey was ahead and then, within days of the primary, various Jews donated millions. Did they give those millions to the voters? Exactly HOW does a donation, within a few days of the primary, affect how people vote? By the way, Krainer also says that Trump didn’t want the Epstein files released, which is BS.

Janine Melnitz's avatar

I COUODN'T AGREE MORE!!!

Dawn Pegis's avatar

You can like differing voices, but when Key votes come up that are vastly preferable to the LEFTists who really do seek to destroy freedom then the choice needs to go AGAINST the LEFT. I think there are too many narrow issue people like Massie that confuse ego with BIG principles (like preserving -CONSERVING- actual individual voice and national sovereignty). For decades GOP has failed from this tendency to splinter instead of holding ground. Lincoln understood this. It's a tough business to consolidate varying positions for the LARGER GOOD.

Arnold C Fossen's avatar

Massie wanted attention and to damage PDJT. The 80% of the time he supposedly supported PDJT was on issues he could not affect by opposing. He opposed on issues that were a close call for voting purposes. His objective was notoriety and to oppose PDJT. He was not principled. The "yes" men you speak of are not "yes" men they are the principled who agree with and support PDJT.

Juju's avatar

Voting against Massie does NOT make one a Trump “yes man” and the implication that it does shows precisely why he was booted out

Alice Ball's avatar

Thomas Massie got voted out because the VOTERS booted him out, which is their job and obligation---to vote for the plans & policies they prefer, which clearly they chose Trump's plans & policies over Massie's get-nothing-accomplished plan. Just like every RINO, although he's packaged as a Libertarian. If you're paying attention, you've noticed that ALL of the do-nothings are getting booted & the rest are on notice. Not sure if you heard about this one.

Maureen Galindo, a Democratic candidate for Texas’ 35th Congressional District, has drawn widespread support by the radical left for her social media posts where she pledged to turn an ICE detention center into a prison for "American Zionists" that would also serve as a "castration processing center".

In a series of posts on Instagram and other platforms, Galindo stated she would convert the Karnes ICE Detention Center south of San Antonio into an internment camp for Zionists and former ICE officers.

She specifically wrote that the facility would be a "castration processing center for pedophiles," adding that this group would "probably be most of the Zionists".

Galindo has frequently promoted conspiracy theories claiming a cabal of "Zionist Jews" controls the media, banks, Hollywood, and local politicians.

She is currently a FRONTRUNNNER in the Democratic primary runoff scheduled for May 26, 2026, where she is facing Bexar County Sheriff’s Deputy Johnny Garcia.

This is the late 30’s Nazi party. Ms. Galindo should be investigated and prosecuted for civil rights violations against an entire group based on religion or just thoughts that Israel has a right to exist. She has the full backing of AOC, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tliab, Zohran Mamdani, and I’m sure people like masochist Bernie Sanders. The insane projection is overwhelming as they continue to call Trump and the republicans Nazis.

If you think when these people get back in power it will just be Zionists they put in camps and castrate think again. Anyone who disagrees with their radical communist, Marxist ideas for America will be on their short list for the castration chopping block. J.Goodrich

But in Minecraft, the list would include far left State Governors and Legislators, PhD Education Admin folks ruining schools and children, and of course the big names we read about every day from various national governments, corporations, Hollywood, etc.

10,000 might not be enough, but it would be a good start...in Minecraft.

I'm not sure it's correct that the Dem leaders such as AOC support this maniac. I looked up "Democrat support for Galindo" and there are a number of articles saying they have condemned her. From Texas Tribune: "A flood of Democrats, from House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries to New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez to Texas Democratic Senate nominee James Talarico, have condemned Galindo’s comments."

So this loon is really out there and apparently too vile for even many Dems. By the way, I also found out she is a marriage and family counselor. Yikes!

SHug's avatar

Yeah, the CRAZY ones are easy to spot. The ones to really watch out for are the ones who "seem", at first glance, like they 'might' be reasonable. Such as - Texas Democratic Senate nominee James Talarico. Seems reasonable, quotes the Bible? Except his quotes do NOT match what the Bible says at all; deliberate misquotes and straight up lies, like the rainbow crowd tries to do. He's the quiet kind of nut job who ends up doing and supporting horrific things done to those he doesn't like; usually suggested by the psychos like Ms. Galindo.

I listened to the Glenn Greenwald clip, he didn’t mention anything about concentration camps or castration for people speaking out against Jews or Israel. Speaking your mind about Israel is your God given right, however there are laws against threatening or assaulting people because of their religion like they have done on college campuses. Kind of like shooting an unarmed Air Force veteran in the neck or beating a woman to death on the stairs of the capital for being in a crowd of conservative protestors, because they’re conservative. How did the Holocaust begin? Dehumanizing people. Just like the dems dehumanize conservatives and now Jews. Who gets to decide who’s a Zionist, Ilhan Omar, Mamdani?

People are conflating "jew hate" with criticisms of the Israeli gov - exactly what you warn of re nazi times. We can and SHOULD criticize the hell out of the Israeli gov. It has nothing to do with Jewish people. I criticize our gov all the time. Does that mean I hate white chrisitian people too?

James Goodrich's avatar

Putting people in concentration camps and castrating them is her platform for congress. It’s on her website.

Inisfad's avatar

Criticizing what the Israeli government ACTUALLY DOES, is one thing. Criticizing it for speculative internet opinion, like ‘Greater Israel’ is not criticizing the Israeli government. It’s antisemitism, hiding behind an acceptable excuse.

James Goodrich's avatar

No that’s what you’re saying. I’m sure if the dems get back in control you could apply for a SS guard position.

Inisfad's avatar

Sadly, Glenn Greenwald, just like Normal Finkelstein and Max Blumenthal have an underlying psychological issue with their ethnicity and religion.

Johnny-O's avatar

Or, they have a problem with governments that are genocidal and run by tyrants.

Inisfad's avatar

Or maybe, just like you, they don’t understand the definition of genocide. Either there is no genocide, or Israelis are really bad at math, considering that the population has more than doubled in Gaza.

Hi everyone, I hope it's ok if I share my testimony here. God is so good, and His timing is perfect! I am on vacation with my husband and son. Sunday, our first day here, I felt dizzy numerous times. Monday, I got a pacemaker. I had just seen a cardiologist two weeks ago, had tests run, and he told me it might be 5-10 years before I would need a pacemaker. I told my husband I would want a second opinion, and I got one. I had the test results on my phone, so that helped expedite it. And I get to recoup on the beach. God is taking care of me!

Lynne Morris's avatar

On the Massie front, I never got him. I too appreciated, greatly, his and Rand Paul's resistance to the Biden insanity, particularly as related to Covid policy. But we voted Biden and his ilk out. And Massie continued his resistance. Here's the deal, Trump is just the face of MAGA. The heart, brain, blood and spine of MAGA is us. So Massie did not resist Trump. He resisted us and the policies we support. I tend to believe Massie, and to a lesser extent (I hope) Paul, are just the right's incantation of Sanders - a purist with no skill other than bitchin' & moanin'. I think I read that in 14 years Massie had one bill passed.

Uncle Juan's avatar

Maybe the best thing a congressman can do is oppose unconstitutional legislation…

And who worked to expose the Epstein files?

Deb S's avatar

Massie didn’t give a flip about the Epstein files until Trump was re-elected. Seriously, he never even mentioned them. I liked him years ago. I thought he was principled. Something happened when his wife died. Yes, his voting record is almost 100% conservative, but when it came down to things that really mattered, he saw opportunities to simply be contrarian and get his name/face everywhere. I have no doubt that he will be a regular on CNN in the very near future.

Uncle Juan's avatar

Massie never changed… Trump left MAGA

Uncle Juan's avatar

Alice Ball's avatar

You are so far off that it's funny. Good Lord Juan. Did you even read the article??

Lynne Morris's avatar

A Congressperson should represent their constituents and that means supporting the policies they support. He wss such a purist he could not do that. In a way he is what many see Trump as - uncompromising and devoted to his personal cause/power. Personally I think the sex related allegations of the Epstein Files are a distraction. A titillating, sensationalized distraction.

Uncle Juan's avatar

Interesting that the younger set supported Massie overwhelmingly and the Fox News watching Boomers voted for Gallrein.

Lynne Morris's avatar

Absent access to the actual ballots cast, the voter log-in from the day the ballot was cast, and access to personal information controlled by the voter registrar there is no way to know that for certain. So I assume that such misinformation is yet another attempt to sow division. And we are weary to the bone of it.

Cousin Clem's avatar

The particular sex allegations are not so important as to whom they involved. Epstein as running a honeypot operation and probably had a lot of black-mail material on a lot of people. I would expect he shared that with his handlers who, I suspect, were the Israeli gov't. Did any of that blackmailing lead to our involvement in the current war? Who knows? The few resignations were just trimmings tossed to us while the main course is permanently hidden from our view.

Lynne Morris's avatar

That is my thought as well. I think Maxwell ran him not the other way around. I also think the goal ultimately was control of currency(ies).

SHug's avatar

handlers = Rothchilds

Inisfad's avatar

Why wasn’t Massie talking about the Epstein files when Biden was president?? Think about it.

Johnny-O's avatar

Inisfad's avatar

Johnny-O's avatar

Massie got ousted because he was outspoken about the massive Israeli influence on our gov. You know, the influence that has forced Trump's hand into fighting a very unpopular war for them. Wake up dude.

Please explain what is MAGA about the state of our country right now? We're circling the toilet... I don't know what Trump is doing, but it certainly is not MAGA. Apparently investigating some former Spanish PM for graft, while Trump's family is getting loaded by manipulating the market? We're not blind. All the BS Trump is doing abroad to distract from the mess we have at home. It's so obvious. But it doesn't matter as long as his family and lackeys are making tons of money.

Dawn Pegis's avatar

You are blinded by the 'main narrative' on all sides. Start by reading the National Security Strategy! Listen to PrometheanAction or many others voices who highlight the contrast of the American geo-political economic system (going back to our founding) opposed to the British oligarchy globalist system. The key factors are sovereign nation states to represent the human creativity to develop resources and exploration for the benefit of their people. Wealth is based on PRODUCTIVITY - labor of humans - that can sustain that productivity (including the human race) rather than financial manipulations of elites. That's why Trump - the BUILDER of things! - (& TEAM) are concentrating on energy and world trade. That is the power center of economic and human exchange; and underlies FOOD as well. Gates, in contrast, has other 'food' ideas and intents (his father was a eugenicist after all). There should be no Malthusian population-limiting agenda with its one small pie view. PEOPLE are God's idea with God-given creativity to EXPLORE and develop NEW ideas and ways of discovering God's natural laws FOR the benefit of humans ("take dominion"). GET A BIGGER PICTURE!!

Laura's avatar

You need to watch Promethean action on youtube, to understand the big picture of what Trump is doing.

Then you can make an informed decision.

Willy-nilly's avatar

Maybe start with the Israel lobby first. Then I might give Trump some credit for trying to root out corruption.

Massie was one of the VERY FEW elected politicians who voted for the people instead of the lobbies. On food freedom, pesticides, unconstitutional government surveillance, government transparency, the budget and deficit, and runaway spending, including on foreign aid, Cong. Massie was on the right side every time. Why should he apologize for bucking Trump? He was standing up for the Constitution and the American people. His loss is a great loss for our Republic. I hope he'll stay involved in politics and continue to serve the people of this country.

EK MtnTime's avatar

Massie lost not because of Trump but because his constituents were fed up with his RINO ways. The people dumped Massie and wisely chose someone who aligned with their interests.

Cynthia's avatar

Agreed! The number of people on the Left who came out in support of Massie is no doubt higher than Republicans who supported him. When he had radicals like Hasan Piker supporting him, that spoke volumes!!

Cousin Clem's avatar

Rino ways? He voted about 85% with Trump's agenda. He just spoke up about the profuse amount of cash leaving this country and a lot going to one particular country and probably upset a few corporations that want the freedom to poison the public. You don't want a congressman, you want a puppet.

Bud's avatar

Massie’s opposition is on high profile issues, most specifically fiscal, including tariffs . Trump doesn’t explain himself beforehand, and a lot of people object bc he is not following the comfort zone of the business as usual political playbook. Mostly Massie was ousted bc he has not been supporting the agenda goals that his constituents voted. The paths to achieving the goals are the divergence.

I've spent the last month curating my comments feed and removing people - blocking them - whose remarks are not useful to my personal 'research-of-life'. Pretty much all of those blockets mercilessly pick apart and peck at Trump's program. They may on paper appear to 'support' in some general way the MAGA movement, but a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. People who claim they know better then Trump don't arouse any interest simply because if they knew better they would do what Trump does and live as Trump lives.

Knowing is doing

RunningLogic's avatar

Yes. And I always keep in mind that these people can tell us anything they want, that they voted for Trump every time, that they are conservative, MAGA or whatever, but for all we know, they could actually be a leftist who hates Trump and would never vote for him. We have no way of verifying what they say and just because they claim it’s true, doesn’t mean it is. Good faith questions and criticisms are not the same as constant undermining and purposeful demoralizing.

Susan Seas's avatar

Yes, I completely agree with you. We see way too many RINO's everywhere. Congress is stuffed full of them - hopefully, not for much longer. We need Thune out for sure. But it's becoming more and more obvious why our lives always get more difficult and never easier - because both sides (leftists and RINO's) are only intent on enriching themselves and perfectly happy to take down the middle class.

Dawn Pegis's avatar

See my comment above - on needing a larger political picture. Trump is DOING because he SEES a much bigger world view. He articulates in his own Trumpian way!!! but he DOES things that realign the global order in a benefit to REAL living and building RATHER THAN the globalist elite oligarchy who only feather their own nest as they seek to rule the world. Trump actually honors other nations and peoples which is why the LEFT is co confounded by his 'friendliness' to Russia, China, even N Korea, the PEOPLE of Venezuela, Cuba, Iran!!!! He's actually a pragmatist. You can only DO what you can do. And he's a lot better at seeing that than any of his critics (like Massie). I don't put my trust in Trump, but I do look for the larger sweep of history and what preserves freedom, human dignity even FAIRNESS in the WORLD. Look what he's doing in Nigeria. this week!!! -picking off the biggest ISIS leaders. Again, READ the National Security Strategy. Read what Jamison Greer with Scott Bessent is doing implementing the American system of economic strategy......Rubio......

People need to get out of their petty ego contests. Stop blowing up opposition on minutia to dominance over the OVERALL strategy.

Collectivism is unreal in the sense, there is no Mrs. France ... there is no One Celebrity ... there is no One terrorist. Hamas is not a Person. Ditto Chase Manhattan Bank, and all the other entities.

Those groupings are artificial and so is their voice.

More interesting: What does the Golden Age of America mean specifically?

I think more, much more, about that.

Jen's avatar

I'm refreshed to read your take on this today. Seeing conservatives so divided is very frustrating. So many people are falling for the narrative that Israel bought an election. I don't think that's it. I think of how I would've voted in this election on Massie or for Raffensberger and I would've voted the exact same way. i am SO sick and tired of people voting with the Democrats and standing in the way of our agenda that we voted to have put in place. What are we DOING? We did not do all this work to get Trump elected to turn around and lose everything now. If the Democrats get back into power, they will nuke the filibuster, pack the supreme court, give DC & PR statehood and then proceed to completely destroy this country. Their cities that they have made into gross cesspools will start to look like oasis style paradise compared to what the whole country will soon look like. So no, I have no patience for anyone who continues to block what we MUST do to ensure that doesn't happen. It's not about Trump worship on our end - it's about being fed up with the nonsense from these guys and wanting our country to go in the right direction. And Raffensberger, I am still furious with him over 2020. That guy is a criminal and deserves to be in jail - not lording over us.

Juju's avatar

I agree. I’m not an Israeli shill and I would have voted Massie out myself, for a plethora of reasons unrelated to Israel or anything Israel said.

Unlike those accusing us we have our own independent minds

SLien's avatar

Sorry to have to leave you with the fact that Miriam Adelson did indeed fund Massie’s opponent…casino lady married to Sands Corp guy. Gets all her money from China and basically has Trumps ear. She’s admitted she’s more pro Israel than pro America.

Inisfad's avatar

Did Adelson escort every voter in Kentucky to the polling station and instruct them how to vote? Or did the VOTERS actually vote Massie out??

SLien's avatar

She paid for all the propaganda against him, yes, that would otherwise convince voters Massie is not a patriot and not a conservative and they need to replace him. The narrative he always voted against MAGA or that he was a womanizer. Honestly let's ask ourselves WHY did Trump get so pissed at Massie? What did he do? It was after the Epstein thing he went balls to the wall against him. MTG as well, and she supported him from the very beginning. Something got a hold of Trump and it's not something good. He's under some kind of weird spell. Just my opinion. I'm not here to piss anyone off, I just stated my case like you all are doing. I am not calling anyone names (like many of you are, for sharing opinions). I don't just come out and call anyone who disagrees with me a liar. It's sad what this commentating platform has become.

Inisfad's avatar

Voters knew that Massie was not a team player, both by seeing his voting record, hearing his speeches and TV interviews, and Trump’s lack of endorsement for him. Massie would have lost even if no one gave his ad campaign a penny. Trump’s lack of endorsement was the kicker.

Jen's avatar

I'm not calling anyone names - not sure if you're referring to me? I think from my perspective I'm a little frustrated that so many on our side are believing the narrative that it's all about Israel and they control everything that we do. Who benefits from that narrative? Who benefits the most by driving a wedge into MAGA? The left. Of course. I don't want to give them anything because I know for a fact they are loving this and want nothing more than to destroy every single thing we love about this country. Take away church. Take away freedom. Take away independent ownership of anything - cars, homes, money...every single thing that gives us freedom and joy. They really are miserable whenever we're happy. So to me - anytime conservatives align with them, that is a betrayal. And that's what Massie did....and in my opinion, that more than any other factor is why he's out on his rear right now.

Fre'd Bennett, MAHA's avatar

Don’t look now, but Massie voted with the president and MAGA 91% of the time.

Removing Massie with the Jewish Flying Monkies is some serious 57-dimension chess.

Elaine's avatar

The figure is more like 85 percent. But, so what?

Juju's avatar

Depends on what that 15% was. Seems to me no one pays attention to what he actually blocked, which was critical.

Inisfad's avatar

He was blocking directives that Trump wanted to pass. But who cares…at least he wasn’t a yes man….is that the idea? Massie is not a team player, and MAGA, in order to win, must be a team.

Juju's avatar
3hEdited

I agree with you and rereading my post now see the way it was worded could be interpreted either way 😆

I think what he voted against proves he really wasn’t America First

People think just because he voted with Trump 85% of the time means he supported him. That just isn’t true. What he voted against says more.

Jen's avatar

fully agree- it's the important legislation that he blocked that has me so upset. And I would bet anything that's what the voters there were feeling too. We want this stuff to get done. And when they block it, it doesn't feel like they're standing on principle, it feels like betrayal.

C Rabbit's avatar

Is it possible that the tens of millions of dollars of campaign ads opposing Massie by Miriam Adelson et al might have had anything to do with Massie's loss?

Dix Gary's avatar

Probably; and only a pittance compared to Soros and the other leftist billionaires. Your point is what exactly?

C Rabbit's avatar

This is from AIPAC's post on X regarding Massie's defeat: In Georgia’s 14th District, Clay Fuller’s victory, alongside Gallrein’s, ensures two outspoken pro-Israel voices are positioned to fill seats previously held by outspoken detractors, Reps. Thomas Massie and Marjorie Taylor Greene. AIPAC was proud to help ensure these districts will now be represented by strong pro-Israel leaders.

Do you think it's proper that Israel is blatantly swaying elections in the United States? Would it be proper for any foreign government to do so? My point is, that money from entities whose allegiance is to other countries shouldn't be allowed to be used to affect American elections.

Cousin Clem's avatar

The majority of congress is on their payroll.

Arnold C Fossen's avatar

So, basically your opinion is that American Jews do not have the rights other citizens have. Hmm. Think I heard that type of stance somewhere before. Didn't it end up with 6 million dead jews?

C Rabbit's avatar

I didn't say anything about American Jews, and I object to your framing it that way. My concern is with lobbying organizations—of any stripe—that coordinate closely with foreign governments to influence US elections. The same concern applies to Saudi lobbying and Chinese influence operations. Do you truly believe AIPAC is purely a domestic organization with no meaningful coordination with a foreign government? Especially after what AIPAC wrote on X earlier, as quoted above?

SHug's avatar

Don't start that leftist "nazi" crap here! Stating that our leaders should lead FOR America and not Israel is not in the least anti-sematic & not anti Jewish!

I also think there should not be any dual citizens allowed to run for ANY public office in the US. Nothing anti anything to it - it is simply a PRO America stance. If you can't decide where your loyalty lies as a citizen, you shouldn't be representing America or Americans. If you are a dual citizen, you should have to lose it before you run for any US office.

Johnny-O's avatar

His new wife is much younger and very liberal. He got a facelift, changed his hair, grew a beard….and became a thorn in the side of GOP agenda. Always claiming the ‘high road, principles’ but actually just made it harder for the House to pass a bill without adding changes forced by Dems due to Massie’s lack of support. He ended up making the bill worse because of his ‘principles.’

Oh my, he married a libtard. Oi Vey! sounds like he went through male menopause!

I wonder if she will leave him because of his defeat. She did clean him up, though.

I wondered the same thing

Defeat will only be 'detrimental' if it's not USEFUL for the LEFT!!

She apparently had some type of autoimmune myopathy.

Mighty “Christian” of you.

Jaime's avatar

It’s Christian to use your brain to deduce things

There is not a lot of that going on with many of the extremist fundamentalists I have encountered here. Critical thinking ability seems to be de-activated.

Fre'd Bennett, MAHA's avatar

It certainly is.

May I recommend it to you?

Fred.. do you like Joe Biden ? Why or why not— Go!!

Let’s hear your Christian reasoning for this evaluation of character!!

Fre'd Bennett, MAHA's avatar

Thank you for asking.

Like Massie, I called out and voted against Biden at every opportunity.

How Christian of you… that’s the point. You have made deductions with your brain( or using Masseys brain) how is that process UN Christian

And with that remark, you reveal clearly you have no understanding of Christianity.

Typical progressive attempting a hypocrisy claim using erroneous beliefs.

Fred, we all know stranger things have been known to happen, even involving those we like or look up to.
