I have no idea who the special master should be. But I pray for justice. And that is God’s specialty.

As I pondered last night what scripture I should share today, the verse “If God is for us…” came to mind. But the surrounding verses are powerful, as well.

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? Who will bring a charge against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies; who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us. Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Just as it is written,

“For Your sake we are being put to death all day long;

We were considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”

But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

This was the verse that I found this morning when posting. “Let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” Galatians 6:9 ❤️

That verse encouraged me a lot while raising my kids--because WEARY, but now that I'm almost done with that job, the words take on a broader meaning to encompass doing good, standing up for good, continuing to believe in goodness, in this broken world.

They are abandoning the Covid narrative for three reasons. 1. It’s no longer useful. 2. It accomplished its objective. 3. They are focused on the next narrative.

We can see over the hill that it’s coming. We just don’t yet know what it might be.

Definitely “Climate change” The ambiguous, definition-less term can be used repeatedly for all kinds of evil.

“They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen” Rom 1:25

MoodyP's avatar

Yes. Maybe. The thing about climate change issue is that it doesn’t instill fear. What it can be used for is mobility restriction, and restrictions on construction, travel, and lots of other things one could think of. I think of it as herding. They used Covid to get most of the cows in the pen. Then via the series of ever narrowing chutes (climate change as one) they gently lead the herd until they are thinned out and eventually walking single file and up the ramp onto the cattle car. And we know where that car is headed.

Expand full comment
Cynthia Browne's avatar

That's a very astute comment about "herding". I see it in the UK at the moment as various events (football matches, charity runs etc..) have been cancelled because the Queen has died. I think it's totally absurd: what's that got to do with mourning?; do we all have to suspend our lives until her funeral on 19th September? I think the overlords are using this as a wonderful opportunity to keep pushing: trying to condition people into thinking it's perfectly OK to have their enjoyment, recreation etc restricted whenever the overlords decree it shall be so. Once conditioned to this sort of absurdity, people won't even realize that they are being restricted yet again, for no good reason. They will accept it as "perfectly normal"; the way things are round here.

Expand full comment

Hmmm. Maybe. I don’t see how polio alone does it. They can’t sell it as ‘novel’ and most of the country is immune. I keep going back to the concept being floated about a BRICS new reserve currency being made up of a “basket” of commodities. With basket being the operative word. In other words, they are going to throw a basket of crap at us. Polio might be one. Monkeypox another. Spanish flu another. Electrical grid outages. Nat gas shortages. The possibilities are endless.

I forwarded a link to this article to a friend who has (more or less) stuck by me for almost 35 years. The only person that I still communicate with from "back in the day."

Everyone else has gone by the wayside, and that's perfectly fine, but it gets lonesome out here in the wilderness.

Here's the header:

"I read this every day, sometimes I comment..."

And under the link:

"This guy is an attorney in Florida. Finger on the pulse type. Funny. Informative. Analytic. So are his subs.

Just one of several Substack writers who keep me going.

Thanks for the oasis in the desert.

Second, OAS and all-cause-mortality in highly vaxxed countries will hopefully be the death knell of the insanity. (It will also set back vaccination programs everywhere, which may not be bad at this point.) A group of 400 doctors and medical professionals from 34 countries just issued a declaration of medical crisis about the all cause mortality yesterday, similar to the Great Barrington Declaration. Hopefully this will be a way that doctors and others who have been silenced feel like they can speak out. Finally, having grown up in Brevard and spent half my childhood (it seems!) at Disney - back in the E-ticket days when it was pretty cheap and our parents just dropped us off for the day - I'm so sad at what it's become.

Am I the only one who is literally getting sick in the stomach from sorrow over the demonic trend of transitioning? Add that to the 'trendy' alphabet sexual identity line, and trying to sexualize innocent children in schools, and the indoctrination of sexual promiscuity in the culture, and just the all out obsession that has made it into a national religion?

The hate for Judeo-Christian morality and values runs deep in those who hold the strings (Entertainment industry, colleges, magazine and internet media, music industry, for instance) and thise who hold the money (influential oligarchs like corporations, billionaires, their ngos, special interest groups, etc) to influence our culture this way.

There is no escape. It is seriously depressing.

If your kids are in a public school, as opposed to a devout Bible-based Christian school or homeschooling, they are being indoctrinated into this madness. It is everywhere, not just liberal school districts.

I know it's not easy but you have to do what it takes to remove your kids from this environment. These people pushing this are evil and likely demon-possessed. Even the so-called "good" teachers are too cowardly to stand up to it (or they value their pension more than your kid's well-being). I don't say this lightly but leaving your kids in public schools is child endangerment.

Expand full comment
AngelaK's avatar

My children are grown but with a grandchild on the way. Sadly, homeschooling is difficult for two parent at work families and Christian and parochial school tuitions are through the roof. Even when possible, eventually the demon agenda will catch up with them somewhere if not college..It is just utterly depressing.

Expand full comment
Jeff C's avatar

Withdraw for the 401k, take a second on the house, or hit up the grandparents for the money, leaving your kids in this madness is child endangerment.

It's not depressing for us as we have our kids in a fantastic school that operates on the principle that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. All decisions at the school are tested against the Bible and based on that premise. I could not imagine my kids being taught by some twenty-something, pierced, purple-haired atheist. Why would any Christian put up with this?

Yes it takes sacrifice. We had to withdraw from my 401k and it will likely lower our retirement standard of living. I can live with that. We don't take vacations other than short local getaways or cheap things like camping. We rarely eat out.

I appreciate your despair but saying something like we may as well leave them in public school as they'll just get them in college is a cop out. Trust God and do not fear, but use the intelligence God gave us all to protect your kids. One day we will all have to stand before God and account for how we raised our kids. I have far more fear of failing there than I do of having a lower standard of living now or when retired.

Expand full comment
SB's avatar

Love this! There are ways to homeschool and work full time. Yes, with littles that is more difficult but I know many who are making the sacrifice and it is well worth it. I am hearing more and more stories of the liberal nonsense coming to rural Bible belt communities so you are correct that it is EVERYWHERE. As for the argument that they'll see it in college, the college brain is more difficult to retrain if the initial training is well grounded in truth than a young child who still thinks all adults are infallible. Gov't schools are definitely child endangerment...please take them out!
