I'm ashamed to know this about our treacherous government, but not the least bit surprised.

Two of my son's childhood friends from Mass - one an Army Ranger, one a Marine infantryman, were tossed out of the military like last week's smelly garbage.

My own son, an NCO in the Marine Corps, witnessed dozens of Marines who were given a less-than honorable discharge (the usual tactic) for refusing the jab.

For this, and other reasons - is it any wonder young, healthy men and women aren't lining up to join the military, these days?

The Biden administration wants us to have a weak military for some nefarious reason.

Certainly SEEMS to be the case, right?

Divide and conquer, weaken and destroy.

Ted Cruz has a recent, excellent quote - "would be easier to state what he has done RIGHT, than what he has done wrong, since coming into office. And that is NOTHING!" ( I paraphrase, a bit - but that is the jist of it. I believe he was speaking with Hannity on FOX.

One unintended consequence of weaponizing 'dishonorable discharges' for reason of 'vaccine' refusal is that the purpose of the discharge category is rendered meaningless by any traditional standard of thinking. A second consequence in issuing such discharges arbitrary and capricious is that smart people will want to avoid the military like the plague. This further degrades and already degrade military.

definately weaponization and politicization of the jab...

Yes, even for those who 'saw all this coming' almost none foresaw the immense scale of the across the board onslaught against all of this. Back in 2008, the year I began my public political life, the word 'weaponized' this and that was not even in my mind. The first time I noticed overt weaponization was the IRS persecution of the Tea Parties under Obama and the Fusion Center/Homeland offensive against the Constitution Party, the Green Party and others, probably in 2011. And then it mushroomed, and very noticeably since 2020.

Now the whole world sees what is going on ... as in the United States now in last place on that 'confidence in' chart in today's C & C.

whats particularly heartbreaking is that so many people are too distracted or stupid or ignorant to resist or be skeptical. If one reads for instance Paul JOhnson's "Modern times" , he documents in meticulous detail the rise of totalitarian movements in the 20th century and how these regimes used every lever of power at their disposal to cajole, brainwash, fool, propagandize people. Lenin in particular was ruthless in using the existing bureaucracy to crush his political enemies. I remember the IRS investigating the so called Tea party. It certainly does seem to have exploded since then. The patriot act was the real enabler.

Soon none of this will matter b/c the US regime is going to collapse in a mountain of debt and hyperinflation

At the time of 911, I spent hours reviewing the evidence un covered by the many investigators, 911 Truth included. My wife couldn't figure on why I was so 'obsessed' with 911. I said that if 'they' get away with it, 'they' will surely do it again. And next time it will be much, much worse.

Well, 'they' the funding mechanism, the Western Banking Cartel are much smarter that were central bankers of the last century. 'They' might just manage get away with a bait and switch maneuver. HOWEVER, the Walk-Away of the rest of the world is the Big Game Changer. And the credibility of the United States, Canada, the UK, the EU, New Zealand and Australia is at zero. The Western Political Establishment is now a well perceived Clown World ... the whole Ukraine Provocation is showing the Western War Machine as a perceived joke. Russia can produce endless munitions, missiles, tanks and so on ... but the West cannot. And so, it's a pretty bad bad bad to bet on sanctioning and/or a short war if one cannot keep up with the assembly line ... and if what one is producing is not a match as to what a credible adversary can produce.

You’re probably right. It seems clear that the whole Ukraine situation is a giant money, laundering scheme for the Democratic Party donors and away to try to gin up political support for the Biden admin.

It’s almost like they had some kind of strategy meeting and somebody brought up the point that “wars always make presidents more popular “or some stupid historical trope like that and so this group of clueless Oberlin english major grads decided to start a “war” .

Plus these ppl seem to have convinced themselves that Putin is an existential threat to the world

It’s Putin derangement syndrome

I think that is the plan. It wouldn't surprise me if that lump of trash Biden has already surrendered to Communist China by signing a document placed in front of him by some treasonous WEF acolyte internal to the administration. Biden hasn't had a clue since he was installed. Nothing this administration has done has been a net positive for America, it's all been destructive to the Republic. They have certainly bowed to and helped the Chinese and other assorted tyrannical globalists (Big Tech, WEF, WHO) and there aren't enough lamp posts in DC.

My question these days is -- do we even have a government anymore? Like most things, it is some other kind of arrangement and somehow they just forgot to tell us about it.

Yes, the punishment for treason and treasonous money laundering? Yes, maybe it should be lamposts!

We have a "government". Just not the one envisioned by the Founding Fathers. It's fast becoming a dystopian nightmare straight from the pages of 1984, Brave New World, and Fahrenheit 451. When they try to implement digital currency, it's completely over. That moment has to be what gets people off the couches and marching with pitchforks and torches or we'll be nothing but serfs controlled by our social credit scores.

The question is ... what kind of 'government' and by what criterion, and more importantly by what a priori organizing presuppositions. I am sure that the answers are various and sundry.

Surely though, when a government collapses and all descends into chaos, then there is an absence of government. And for my money, we the Collective West stand at the very edge of that precipice. Chaos, stupidity, clown rulers abound. And the rest of the world already sees this.

And with the Ukraine proxy war, first with the economic war (sanctions) failing miserably, and now with the kinetic hot war a dismal failure, the whole world is beginning to see that it is once thing to take on second rate countries, but another thing to take on a world class military establishment such as is possessed by Russia.

The failed West is now looking, even with its once vaunted military power, more like a paper tiger filled with clown wanna be 'rulers'. Want an example? Well then, I thought it totally shocking that a child-like Ursula von der Leyen, a failure in everything she has ever attempted, could possibly have been considered as the head of NATO! The rest of the choices in consideration were not any better.

It's going to be an interesting rest of the year.

Yes, I totally agree with you. The west has committed cultural suicide and 70% of the sheep around us don't care as long as Peter (the productive) is being robbed to pay Paul (Free Stuff Army). The school system from Kindergarten to the University level is an unmitigated disaster that has caused irreparable harm to our nation and do nothing but churn out indoctrinated marxists that think 200K a year salaries for working the drive through are a right (I exaggerate slightly). The only way we save the Republic is to get the National government permanently out of our schools, and we start meting out the justice that the communist left so deserves. It needs to be so untenable for them to even exist in our communities that they start to migrate to marxist paradises outside our national borders.

The best thing long term would be for the United States inc., to go broke and have the Private/Public Partnership's Fascist funding mechanism collapse. And 'the government' be forced to cut back to essential only functions. Truly painful, and a lot of people would die ... and as seen in the Soviet collapse. I would not want to see it, but painfully ... I don't see any way out.

I've been looking into BRICS in Durban, something about a common gold back currency or basket. August 22 to 24 this year. Here's one short thing. Take a look at BRICS. Still a lot of that old Sustainable/Socialist/Marxist jargon. Most of the countries are Marxist/Humanist. China and SA very much so. And the rest is Socialist. I realize this is a bit simplistic. None are as stupidly Woke Insane as is the West
