I didn't mean to be flippant about what people went through- I just don't want people who are still in the military (or those outside the system) to continue the mistaken impression that many of them have that being forced to take an EUA product is legal! I want them to understand their rights and fight for them, so this doesn't happen again. And I think reading the book I mentioned will give people the ammo they need to stand up in the future. It's really good, and it highlights the injustices service members went through, like those you're bringing up.
