Especially once you have learned the latest science on cholesterol etc and you learn that the higher the cholesterol, the longer you’ll live, and that cholesterol is an important antioxidant for humans!

There is an inverse relationship between LDL-C levels and the risk of all-cause mortality, and this association is statistically significant.

The cholesterol scam is the second biggest lie sold by the medical establishment (second to COVID jabs). If you haven’t read the book, The Clot Thickens, I highly recommend it.

I second this recommendation. Great book! And to round out any medical skepticism, read the book Dopesick and appreciate the level of evil we are dealing with in Big Pharma.

The Dopesick series with Michael Keaton was also very good.

Years ago my naturopath told me my cholesterol was too low. He said there were links between low cholesterol and alz. Just great. Same with my mom, and she’s 89 and only now beginning to act a little off, but I actually blame the shots for that. Anyway, I try to increase my levels, it doesn’t work!

How has humanity survived for millennia without a pill for every ill? Sheesh.

Was once offered a med by a cardiologist. When I asked a pertinent question about why in relation to what he was “treating” and then said, Thanks but no thanks, his reply was, “That’s what I’d say!” Imagine how many just docilely take the offered med and the doctor says nothing. $$$ anyone? Plus, once he admitted his personal reflection, obvious CYA. Wake up call over 30y ago.

I suspect the wisdom of your body has it all over their “normals”. I suspect your body is producing and incorporating the right amount of dietary cholesterol for your lifelong visit to the planet, however long or short. No offense or fearmongering intended. ‘Cos very few of us know our exit point well ahead of time. Me, heck, could be later today, who knows? Nobody promised me tomorrow and all that. Existential stuff. I know, on the taboo list. That’s me, the heterodox, crossing the line. Two arguments:
