“San Francisco proposal would allow lawsuits over grocery store closures.”

People would be able to sue grocery stores for not being able to survive being legally robbed ad infinitum, but the vaxx-injured and their families can’t sue pharmaceutical corporations for permanently disabling or killing them?! That sounds about right in Upside-Down-Bizarro-Clown-World 🙃🤡

C&C Army, I know how much compassion you have for the vaxx-injured community (unlike the gaslieting media). I have created a piece for them that I hope you can use to raise awareness about their suffering, share resources for mitigating injuries (see the Resources section), and generate support for vaxx-injured individuals and the organizations supporting them:

• “Lament of the Vaxx-Injured”: https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/lament-of-the-vaxx-injured

I packed 251 links into 621 words to share as many stories and as much evidence as possible in an accessible manner. In addition to comforting those who are suffering, the poem can be used to help advance the cause of justice and awaken people to the crimes that have been committed.

In my exchanges with normies, I have found the one topic they tend to soften on is the vaxx-injured. They can’t dismiss their suffering or existence without violating their sense of compassion, so this poem could potentially be used to pry open the hearts and minds of the sleeping as well.

I was inspired to write this after reading Heather Hudson’s heartrending account of what her son, Cody, has suffered:

https://amothersanthem.substack.com/p/congress-the-cdc-the-fda-and-the

Cody is putting up the fight of his life, and they have sacrificed everything to try and cover the perpetually mounting medical bills. They would make a wonderful candidate for a multiplier (let Jeff know if you think that’s a good idea :-)

Meanwhile, just shining a light on the mistreatment and misery of the vaxx-injured would help them immensely because the media is doing everything possible to invisibilize them.

I thought of another solution should SF pass that nonsense: Let's say a chain, like Whole Foods, has one store in that situation. (They don't any more, but it's an example.) The company could franchise that one store or use some other method of disconnetcing it from the company (sorry, I don't know about how that is done) and then people could sue the one grocery, not put the chain out of business.

And I saw your post on the jab injured. Outstanding. I think of jabs as attempted murder, or murder when the person dies.

My thought would be - just stay open, put up the notices, don’t stock the shelves, or very little, then put up sold out signs until next delivery day. Not officially closed, but nothing to sell.

Thanks for the GSG link MAA. Are you familiar with REACT19? React19.org. They say they compensate vax injured Americans for uncovered medical expenses. Evidently the CICP ( Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program) has only compensated 11 Americans for C-19 injuries.

Yes! I include Brianne Dressen and React19 in the dedications as well as providing a donation button after the post.

Such a great piece MAA! I will share it. Glad to hear you’re on the mend. It can take awhile depending on age. an honest neurosurgeon told my husband, who was suffering from a back injury, to give it 4 months to heal, along with pt. It could take that long for the body to heal at his age - early 70’s. Sure enough that’s what it took. It helped that he’s very healthy, strong & active due to a disciplined lifestyle & no pharmaceuticals.

Thank you, Dena! It feels like it's been one step forward, three steps back for a while. The worst part is lying down only makes it worse, which is affecting my sleep. I do fine standing (which is good because I have a standing workstation), so if I could only figure out how to sleep standing up ;-)
