If you recall, James O’Keefe had the video of the CNN clowns saying (after the stolen election) “ok, now it’s time to turn to climate change”. The average person is just too dumb or indifferent to see what’s really going on. I have a vision of starving and homeless emaciated dems standing in lines...not for food or shelter, but to cast their vote for the next democratic candidate. They still think they are better off now than under Trump.

Yup. I read an insider document several years before the pandemic that said they wanted vaccine passports

And I naively thought- that’s crazy. How would that ever come to be?

Well now we know.

They always have a plan to get where and what they want.

Normal people can’t even imagine the evil and power that’s behind all of it.

I love Maui. Wanted to retire there. That fire was not natural. No way. Too hot, too fast, too many ‘coincidences’ and anomalies!

They wanna say those winds were caused by hurricane Dora 500 miles away… okay… where’s the rain that comes with a typical hurricane then??? And if there was a hurricane nearby… why are there videos of people in the water of Lahaina harbor and the water is calm … if the hurricane winds were coming off the water…. The surf would be way up… and Lahaina harbor was calm… the winds were coming over the west Maui mountains… which doesn’t add up with what the media is saying.

Not to mention- how does a fire burn the inside of a tree black and leave the bark unburned… or melt metal and leave wood and plastics unburned … or burn wood around metal bolts- and the wood unburned- and teeth incinerated… no remains are being found … if it was a normal brush fire which burns around 1400-1500 degrees… they’d be finding teeth/remains … and there aren’t any- because the fire had to be 2200-2400 degrees to melt metal and glass … and incinerate people’s teeth

It’s not right

And the CA and Canadian fires were not right either- but they got away with those… so they moved on to Maui next.

People need to wake up and realize these fires are climate terrorism and intentional

Exactly this. I have been making the same points.

There are wind sensors all around Maui. Did they record high winds, and from what direction? There are lots of military assets all over Hawaii, they could not provide any support? There is an observatory and Airforce installation high atop a mountain on Maui with a clear view of most of the island. They can ping the Moon with a laser from there. They could not monitor the fires and provide assistance? They also conduct experiments with DEW at that facility. Coincidence?

There are too many ‘coincidences’

We knew the Canadian wildfires were not right either, but when the weather app constantly reminds you of “smoke” in the air everyday and the only news you get is how many acres are burning, you either accept it or know you are being lied to on a global scale. People just quit listening and talking about it.

You know, you're exactly right. We were on the big island when it happened and we tried to go visit a couple of historic sites but turned back because the car was getting blown around the road. And when we got out the sand from the beach was stinging our legs, and the wind was so strong that it physically knocked us down. But you're right - there weren't waves with this one. The sea was not churned up - normally the ocean is just wild and all the silt and garbage gets churned up and it stinks for a while. The water there was crystal clear and not moving much. I live in Charleston and we've had a few hurricanes come through and they did not feel like this. And I can tell you, when the hurricane is still 500 miles away down in FL, we feel nothing yet. It's not until it gets much, much closer that we start feeling wind. But we do get rain quicker. So I have told people this hurricane thing was nothing like I've ever felt. The whole thing was so odd.

Dr Robert Malone's interview with two Maui locals in which they explained whether the hurricane could affect Maui-- they said The hurricane would have to be within about 150 miles to have effect on Maui. As It was, hurricane was 500 plus miles away and couldn't have affected.

And all entrances out of Lahaina blocked.

It’s going to be the anecdotal stories and the people on the ground that need to be listened to… not the local politicians or news media…. If we’re ever going to learn the truth about what happened there and killed so many unsuspecting people.

IF the "justice" system was working correctly and giving consequences for the crime, and morals were taught at home, school and church, maybe just maybe, we wouldn't have the situation we are in. Our country has left the path of obeying LORD GOD and gone down the path of worshipping Satan. It is police who remove parents from school board meetings for reading books like "Flamer" to the school board; it's okay for the kids to read those books, but it's offensive to read them to adults?

You can't trust the police.

You can't trust anyone in power. They have proven they're not to be trusted. Your safety is no one's responsibility but your own and the sooner you and everyone else wake up to that fact, the better chance you have of surviving what they have in store for us.

As we gear up for the flim-flam-demic 2.0 it is important to reflect on how much of a farcical fraud 1.0 was. SARS-CoV2 was and is dangerous to almost no one - and they knew it nearly from the the start:

https://tritorch.com/covidKillRate [image]

https://tritorch.com/CDCIFR2020 [image]

In September 2020, this was the CDC's best estimate for the COVID-19 Infection Fatality Rate:

Rate by Age Group:

0-19 years old: 0.00003

20-49 years old: 0.0002

50-69 years old: 0.005

70+ years old: 0.054

Meaning all of this carnage was based on a deliberate lie:

The masks ● the social distancing ● the lockdowns ● the economic and farming destruction ● the mental and physical health destruction ● the arrested development of millions of children ● the myriad of preventable suicides ● the bevy of new, rushed, barely tested, deadly vaccines

They had a practice run for this charade in 2009: https://youtu.be/Gs-DBOFWCpc [3.31mins]

"You're not supposed to know that all of your global "leaders" are working diligently to rapidly deteriorate your economy, society, security, and family because you'd be far less likely to go along with this charade if you knew you were just a gladiator in the Coliseum."

Manipulation of good intentions became virtue signaling and virtual vigilante mobs guilty of (virtually) lynching people or at least taking away their livelihoods.

I've come to think of all of this (covid, MMT, climate nonsense, trans/gay insanity, etc.) as a controlled demolition of the US. The biggest threat to the globalists' goals (sorry, Jeff, but the Republicans are globalists as well and 100% in on this) is a free, prosperous, armed American citizenry backed by the founding documents of this country. One can't help but notice those are the exact things the DNC and the GOP consistently attack, albeit in their own specific ways.

The CDC admitted in May of 2020 that the overall infection fatality rate (IFR) was 0.3% which is similar to the Asian flu of the late 50's and Hong Kong flu of the late 60's. Nothing done since was done for medical reasons as that IFR doesn't justify any intervention.

Expand full comment
RU's avatar

And 0.3% is still about 10x higher than actual. Even without removing all the illegitimate "covid" deaths from total (the deaths that were with covid not from, deaths 30 days after covid, deaths due to vax that were coded as "covid," and so on), I think the current best estimate is 0.03%. Remove the false positives and that would be cut in half or so.

The funny part is, the data out of Italy in late 2019 showed the same. It was basically the flu. But, like so many others, I initially doubted myself. I thought, well, I must be missing something. They must have info I don't. LOL.

They did have info I didn't: they are tyrannical sociopaths and they seem to know it and revel in it.

I think Jeff did a thorough job of explaining both sides, pro Trump/ pro DeSantis points of view.

Personally, My gut tells me that Trump is going to be embroiled in these legal battles for a very long time. It’s disgusting and wrong full stop.

It’s only for the fact that our country is going down in literal flames and we need a leader ASAP to harness the madness and put an end (if possible) to the blatant corruption in our government agencies. I want the prospective President to be able to take care of the business at hand unencumbered by the seemingly endless and evil political persecution that is happening to Trump.

One fact mostly all true conservatives and sane people in general can agree on is that It’s awful to watch this happen in America. 😔

A couple of thoughts:

1) it won’t matter who the GOP nominee is, the full force of the political war machine will be 100% aimed at that person.

2) from the time Trump walked down the escalator, the full force of the political war machine was aimed at him, including literal surveillance by actors working on behalf of the opposing campaign. Once in office, obstacle after obstacle: Russia! Russia! Russia! & the Mueller/Weissman investigation; Impeachment #1 - about which is the very scandal that Bob Peters, I mean Biden, is embroiled in, finally coming to light; Impeachment #2; and so on - many events that were intended to undermine his presidency. His military leaders lying about troops in Syria! His attorney general concealing the laptop from hell and lying about election issues! It was a coup in slow motion. Nevertheless, no new wars; drawdowns in military conflicts; prosperity; protection from invasion at the southern border. Attention and resources to combat human trafficking. Energy independence and at less cost than before or since. These are big wins. All while under attack. He is not superman, but I see no one else who has the stamina and clear thinking (never any drugs or alcohol) to deal with so much incoming and still get things done.

However... if these people are dead, their (likely off-island) heirs aren't nearly as invested in preserving/rebuilding the property, especially now that's it's a disaster site and open grave. Those heirs are far more likely to take whatever check the government strokes them to move on. And that's assuming these people have heirs... many don't (when the children are burned alive too).

Rules should be obeyed, but there are times to break them. Would you prefer to be stuck in a multi-mile backup on the interstate, or would your risk a moving violation by driving on the median? I don't make a habit of that, but that's exactly what I did many years ago. I was driving an AWD SUV. I did it cautiously...kids were playing on the grass some places. I wasn't cited, but I had a ready excuse: a passenger who required medication that, if not taken on a strict schedule, could have severe consequences to her. By all means officer, arrest me, but did you know that....?

Other times, not quite as legitimate, like last week, when I was stuck in a slightly smaller (unusual) backup on a divided highway. The median was passable, no oncoming traffic...check...illegal U-turn.

Rules only work when most people obey them and, especially, if the ruling power actually enforces them impartially. Those days are gone, and I doubt they're coming back anytime soon. At some point, I'm sorry to convey the bad news, you're actually a chump if you follow the rules.

Maybe they were there to keep people out, not in, but with no sign on them to tell those trying to exit to go around? It sounds like some at least may not haven been staffed, so there would have been no one to wave the people out, but tell anyone coming in to go back. For any that were staffed, it makes zero sense from our perspective.

Loved your comment, Jen. The same happened on 9-11. Everyone in the buildings below the floors where the planes hit had two options: (1) stay in place and wait for rescue, or (2) try to get the hell out. I read that when people called 911 to ask what to do, they were told to do option (1) and stay in place and wait for rescue. Everyone who did stay in place died. Everyone who ignored the government orders and ran down the stairs survived.

Years later, in about 2012, I was in a San Francisco hotel when the fire alarms went off and a voice came on over the intercoms telling everyone to please stay in their rooms. Remembering the 9-11 story, I immediately resolved to do the opposite. I ran out into the hall and found the halls deserted with all the fire doors closed, I burst through those doors, ran down the stairways to the emergency exit where there was a red sign saying that exiting through the emergency doors would set of alarms. I didn't care & just hit the red bar and burst out into the outside sunshine and made my way to a coffee shop. In the end, there was no fire, but there was no way I was going to just sit in my room waiting for further orders.

And this comes from a man that grimaced while listening to the Tucker/Trump interview last night. Haven't heard a full speech in several years. His personality and credit taking for everything and over simplification with judgemental takes on people and issues is difficult at best to listen to. But what he did as a leader cannot be denied. And what anyone from the establishment did/will do cannot be denied. So it's gotta be Trump to save the country from a hot revolutionary war.

I didn't want to watch the debate, but my boyfriend really wanted to watch it... The last thing I want to see is good (and bad) GOP candidates slinging mud at each other for the next 10 months, but that's what will happen, and it will help the Dems. I never bought DeSantis fans's argument that Trump couldn't win in 2024, or at least that a GOP nominee DeSantis would fare any better. Why? The 10 months of mudslinging necessary for Trump to not be the nominee. DeSantis always had as much chance to beat Trump as Ukraine had to beat Russia. It's a shame because he could have waited 4 years, let all of these other candidates make clowns of themselves and been the obvious GOP nominee in 2028. If I was a FL resident, I'd be happy that he didn't have a stellar performance last night.

With that said, Vivek and Nikki were the obvious standouts. I'm curious at what other people thought about the foreign policy 'exchange' between Nikki and Vivek. Imho, Nikki's hysterical screeching was not a good look. She lost control of her emotions and said "He wants China to eat Taiwan". It wasn't presidential.

Also, I'm not one of those people who think we are facing an existential crisis. I thought that in 2008, and we survived 8 years of Obama. I thought that in 2021 during the vaccine rollout. Vaccine passports were a conspiracy, and then they were rolled out. Civil disobedience (and SEC football fans) saved our country and we'll do it again. Half of Gen Z and Millennials think the planet will be uninhabitable 10-15 years due to global warming. Buying into fear porn is self destructive.

For those who can afford it, I would like to suggest a second Operation Multiplier for CJ Hopkins, who is facing 60 days in jail or a 3,600-euro fine for two tweets courtesy of New Normal Germany. He just published details about his case and Legal Defense Fund this morning:

https://cjhopkins.substack.com/p/the-road-to-totalitarianism-part

https://cjhopkins.substack.com/p/my-legal-defense-fund

I wrote a Note (https://substack.com/@margaretannaalice/note/c-38899653) about it with additional details:

“The @CJ Hopkins case is the equivalent of the Assange case for satirists. If Germany succeeds in imposing this Sophie’s choice of a 60-day incarceration or 3,600 euros fine for TWO BLOODY TWEETS, that is the end of satire as we know it—at least in Germany and other countries that have weaponized ‘hate’ speech laws against those courageous enough to expose the authoritarian practices of their governments. For daring to draw valid historical comparisons with present-day policies and trying to STOP the advance of fascism, CJ is being charged with furthering ‘the aims of a former National Socialist Organization.’

“Anyone who has read even a single column by CJ knows the opposite is emphatically the case, as is made crystal-clear in my Dissident Dialogues interview (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/dissident-dialogues-cj-hopkins) with him from last year.

“I have written repeatedly about the weaponization of the ‘anti-semite’ label to silence dissidents because it is such a danger to those seeking to expose totalitarianism and has been used to crush innocents like poor Clemens Arvay (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/requiem-for-a-smear-victim-clemens) and threaten credible scientific voices like Prof. Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/profiles-in-courage-prof-dr-sucharit).

“We must stand with CJ just as we must stand for Assange (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/ode-to-a-whistleblower / https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/ode-to-a-whistleblower-video-tribute) as their persecution is not only about the vilification of innocents for daring to speak out but threatens the future of satire, journalism, and free speech for all human beings on this increasingly tyrannical planet.”

I heard that Biden is accusing Putin too, but why in the plane like that then? I saw some video apparently showing the burning plane falling out of the sky. It looked like it was on fire inside of the plane, who knows if the video is real. If Putin wanted him dead I doubt he would kill a bunch of other russians, Putin seems aware of the perceptions of the Russian people and eager to stay popular, unlike 'Western' leaders who don't care what anyone thinks because it doesn't matter, they control election results. Even Libs I talk to acknowledge it happened in AZ but say it was necessary to avoid Lake, and they will accept it again especially for Trump.

And that right there is the issue...liberals are "ends justify the means" - they hate Trump so badly (and Kari Lake) because of what they've been told by the media (elites) that they are willing to throw away all of our constitutional rights and freedoms. That is just wrong and sick. I don't think that we should give them a pass anymore. Liberals are going to have to learn to play by the rules. Or we have to get better at cheating and show them what that feels like (and I'm not a fan of lowering ourselves like that, but I have no idea how else to correct this backwards thinking of ends justify the means)

It seems like they don't even think about the problems with having a 'Democracy' that has is controlled for their benefit. They actually feel like it's a benefit to all to have 'freedom' that is dictated by their woke leadership. After all, they call it "free-dumb'. They prefer people be free to do what they are told is allowed.

The people that know and accept that conservatives are unfairly treated seem to require that they be told what to do, so they can do it and be judged in a favorable way, sort of like a religion. Unfortunately, I think woke AI will replace judgement by God for most libs. They are unable to comprehend why that's a problem.

I hate to say it, but that moment when the candidates were asked if they would continue to support Trump "if he were convicted in a court of law," when DeSantis hesitated and looked around at the others, and finally slowly raised his hand when he saw that Ramswamy had raised his, was an extremely bad look. I predict that DeSantis' polling numbers will take a palpable hit, which they can't afford.

My wife and I totally disagreed on Trump. I thought he was weak and unfocused, but she thought he was strategically trying to not appear angry and unhinged in order to perhaps better appeal to moderate voters. Now I agree with her. I appreciate that you're staying apolitical at this point but DeSantis is not the leader in the primary by any means. The only person that shined last night was Vivek and he will not be the nominee unless they take Trump off the ballot.

Jeff summed up DeSantis's appeal among the rank and file well, but that's not why the GOP money men support him. They don't support him because he's electable and Trump isn't, in fact it's the exact opposite. They support him because they are worried Trump is electable.

The GOP money men love neocon unending wars and "free trade" (snicker) because it's making them rich. Trump turning the party isolationist and protectionist (in other words America First) threatens their bottom line. It's pretty simple.

I was willing to give DeSantis the benefit of the doubt about these associations because unlike Trump, he isn't rich. He needs to get funding somewhere. But his flip-flop on the Ukraine war was a huge red flag. He originally correctly summarized the war (a territory dispute that isn't in our national interest) to a 180 turn to the standard neocon talking points a few days later. IMO that looks like he got spanked by the money men.

He also is now behaving as if the indictments against Trump have some validity rather than rejecting the entire premise. The *only* acceptable response from DeSantis or any of these others is this, "I think I would be a better president than President Trump. However, the indictments are an utterly corrupt abuse of the system. President Trump is a good man, and the left are using these phony indictments to persecute him, and create a legal environment where no one can challenge their authority. If elected, I will pardon President Trump on day one, and my administration will prosecute these corrupt prosecutors."

Yet he doesn't say this. Why not? IMO it's because the GOP money men think the Trump indictments *are valid* and they support them. DeSantis can't speak the truth because those controlling the purse strings won't let him.

I was long on the fence between Trump and DeSantis for exactly the reasons Jeff states in his post. Now it has become clear to me that DeSantis is captured. He may be a great governor but all indications are that as president he will be manipulated and controlled. If he can't even speak the truth in a campaign, does anyone think he'd be allowed to carry out an America First agenda as president?

Apparently I'm not alone in these conclusions as DeSantis originally had pretty strong support and looked competitive. Now his support has cratered and is mainly Never-Trump National Review types. He's destroyed his hard-earned reputation as a fighter and is now seen as just another neocon sell-out. For all President Trump's faults, no one can ever accuse him of that.

He’s much stronger than Trump. Trump grew the swamp. DeSantis is draining the swamp in Florida. Trump is weak and has people making excuses for him left and right because of his bad decisions.

Expand full comment
Jeff C's avatar

You throw out the statements as facts (when they are actually just your opinion) without addressing a single point I made above regarding DeSantis caving to the GOP donors.

DeSantis is not "draining the swamp" in Florida but fighting back against woke policies. This is good and admirable. But what you are missing is that "the swamp" is not transvestites teaching kids as bad as that is. The swamp is the wholesale selling out of our country through endless wars, crony capitalism ("free trade", lol), and unrestrained immigration. DeSantis has done nothing on these aside from some gimmicks, because these are national issues, not state issues.

So when it comes to how DeSantis will stop this as president we get nothing but crickets. Unfortunately the GOP donors are making money hand over fist from selling out the country. They don't care about woke issues as it's not their gravy train, so DeSantis is allowed too speak out and take action on those. But he's not allowed to touch the big three. On those three Trump is the only person who has stood up at all, albeit not perfectly.

We actually have brains here and think this stuff through. Bumper sticker slogans like "DeSantis drained the swamp" just don't cut it. That's why he's down to around 10% in the polls.

Edit: I will give DeSantis credit for some of the clever things he's done using state laws to deincentivize illegal immigration. He's one of the few governors who has actually done anything here. But fighting the swamp means a wholesale plan forward regarding those plundering the country. Trump (and possibly Vivek) are the only ones addressing this.
