I SAW that and it's fair to say I was surprised, although I should have expected one of the two party candidates to take on some of the issues that are driving the third party candidate's campaign. Last time, Trump was bought off by a $1m donation by Pfizer and those investigations never happened. Maybe it's different this time. The whole poor health problem with our population has been the single issue that has kept me from deciding to vote for Trump. If he will pull this off, he could go down in history as one of our great presidents.

You do know that cultures around the world eat goat and lamb on the spit? That was a fun photo of him when he was younger, as any young person might take. They eat dogs in many Asian (in particular) countries. If you do a search you can see photos of dogs hanging in a meat market. Some countries even eat cats. I lived and traveled in the Middle East and Asia and I was appalled at what people can and do eat. We Westerners who lived there used to call things "mystery meat". You had to be very careful what you ate.
I also think it was a roasted dog 🐶 that he was taking a bite of in the photograph. No one would take a picture with the expression he had to send to a friend if it was a goat. I have never respected a public figure as much as I do RFKJR, and he makes no lies or excuses for his life before him cleaning up his act. He freely admits that he has tons of skeletons. I have been listening to him speak on Instagram for years now. He has incredible intelligence, spiritual strength and integrity.

Would your husband listen to interviews with Ben Carson and Sarah Huckabee Sanders? I consider their "testimony about Trump." to be first hand evidence rather than hearsay. They worked closely with Trump and know him better than most. They both talk about how hard Trump works and how much he cares for this country.

I'm not sure why you wouldn't trust Ben Carson. Raised by a single mom who made him read even though she was illiterate. He was a very angry young man and God turned his life around.
I think we need to be skeptical of purported WEF links, they could just as easily use that to sway us from supporting someone *they* don’t like and fear. The shots didn't come out until after Biden was "elected." Biden issued the mandates for vaccines which he said he wouldn't do. Trump simply brags about being the President who authorized MRNA to be developed which I personally believe the DOD already had waiting in the wings. But Trump is braggadocios. That doesn't mean that he issues the mandates. He didn't. Biden did.
He encouraged people to get the shots. They are poison, everyone with half a brain knows, and he hasn't ever had any accountability over it because people keep making excuses for him.
Study, prayer, contemplation. Then asking the Holy Spirit to provide insight as to how to be most effective at this moment which includes, but is not limited to- working locally; supporting the elected representatives & candidates that understand our God-Given & Constitutionally protected Rights, working to raise awareness of all the harms built into our legal & medical, legislative & educational systems that have stolen the health & happiness of America's children, including my own, legal actions to hold the bad actors accountable, demanding change, through media & local outreach, exposing the perpetrators & their profits, and finally, when election time rolls around, voting for whomever is telling the most truth about our current situation & who has a reasonable plan to effect great change, for the better.
I'll make that decision after carefully using my God Given capacity for reason & my insights gained through deep & sincere prayers for Wisdom & Guidance.

No one. He obviously knew the whole time that it would never happen. So that's one thing that is really sticking with me lately. I am still voting for him and I believe on the whole he's doing good things for us. The fact is he will put in policies that will benefit the middle class and straighten out the economy again. He will restart the pipeline. He will deport this massive number of illegals and criminals that have been flown in here. He will incentivize companies to dramatically increase production (the only way to lower inflation). Democrats can't do that politically, only Republicans can. What's different now is that over half the population thinks there are good reasons to be concerned about covid "vaccine" safety, and about 25% believe they know someone who died as a result of the shot. They all have a fear of death because this life is all they know and they have no hope beyond that. I, on the other hand, have the hope of a much better life after death in Christ.
Most people who got religious accommodations got one because they made it clear they understood the law in detail and would sue if it was denied. I know as this is how I got mine. People that just shot their mouth off with "muh freedumb" were denied.
No doubt there were some employers (as Jeff Childers notes) that denied all accommodation requests. However, most employers were not like this. My employer demanded I submit a letter from a religious leader supporting my request. I declined and submitted my own letter detailing where their request wasn't supported by scripture, and more importantly (to them at least) was not required under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and subsequent case law. There' is no spiritual equivalent of a "doctor's note" in the law.
They also insisted I fill out a form detailing every vaccine I'd taken as an adult and justifying my request to be exempt from this one. Again I declined (though I have not had a vax in over fifteen years) and explained how under the law I had no obligation to provide this info, and it was irrelevant for this vax. If they they thought my request was not sincere the onus was on them to prove it. The case law and EEOC guidance to employers is unequivocally clear on this as I pointed out in my response. I have no requirement to help them prove their case.
My accommodation was granted because HR realized I knew the law and had the resources to back up a lawsuit. None of them wanted that on their record as being the person who denied it and caused the lawsuit. This is how you fight this type of stuff, by being informed, knowing the law, and using it against them. Spouting off about "don't tread on me" pretty much guarantees you will lose. In fact, you should not say any of this type of emotion-driven stuff as you'll just get dismissed as an unserious loon (with some justification).
It sucks but often times you have to play the game to win. The good news is that those on the other side usually are not that smart and are fearful. It's pretty easy to use that against them if one is serious about winning.

I correctly stated (in our state) that no documentation or approval by anyone was required. That met with silence. Same issue with standing in front of a school with a sign when they did a vax clinic--it is allowed, but they tried fear tactics first. Know the rules and stand your ground. "Resist the devil, and he will flee" is good advice. God wins, folks.

I have to disagree somewhat, Jeff C - not everyone has knowledge of, access to or understanding of the law - which is not my situation because I’ve been in the legal field 40+ years now. “Muh freedom”, “muh body”, “don’t tread on muh bodily autonomy” AND “no thanks” should be sufficient for any citizen of this country.
But in reality Cindi it isn't enough. Some HR bureaucrat making a decision about someone else's fate doesn't care about that they have a pocket constitution. What they care about is if the company gets sued on viable grounds and they get blamed for it. That's reality and what we have to work with.
And I disagree with your comment that not everyone has the knowledge. They may not have it at this moment, but it's never been easier to acquire knowledge than right now if someone is motivated. It's at everyone's fingertips. A generation or two ago it would have taken numerous visits to a University law library to pull together the relevant case law and administrative rulemakings. Now anyone can do it in their free time in their own home. Not only that, they can easily network with like-minded individuals.
I agree that it would be better if everyone simply agreed that we all have bodily autonomy, and I completely support that. But we win these things by recognizing the actual facts on the ground (i.e. everyone does not recognize it) and using the tools at our disposal (e.g. standing laws that protect sincere religious beliefs). That is how we win. It's how the vast majority of people that were granted vax exemptions got them. We objectively evaluated the situation and played the game to our advantage.
In my case (and most people's) their were three options:
1) take the vax
2) get fired standing for some higher principle
3) demand my religious accommodation under the CRA of 1964
#1 wasn't going to happen. #2 sounds all well and good but I have a family that is counting on me to provide for them. #3 was the obvious choice and I probably spent a good month getting up to speed on every aspect of the law and consulting with smart people who were doing the same. It worked beautifully.
I realize that some companies would not give a religious accommodation under any circumstance and those companies violated the CRA of 1964. Those companies are going to pay for it now (such as United Airlines and BCBS of TN). However, most companies did not but HR made people jump through hoops and tried to make the process seem impossible. Knowing the law shut HR down as they knew what they were doing wasn't supported by case law.
My long-winded response boils down to this, no one is going to save us. When petty tyrants try to impose their will on us we fight them by being smarter and knowing more than they do.
Reality is what it is, and it often sucks. But wishing it wasn't that way not only isn't helpful, but it's counterproductive as it discourages people from recognizing where things stand and fighting back effectively.
You did an excellent job & it worked out well for you but we also all know there is a 2-tiered system of justice & “lawfare” is all the rage right now. I applaud what happened for that gal against BC/BS & am hopeful that other such cases wending their way through the courts will be equally successful.
That such cases are just NOW being brought is still a disgrace on the legal profession. Where were the lawyers in real time when peoples lives were being destroyed by the jab, lockdowns &/or loss of livelihoods?

The only problem with that, and I am not saying you were wrong because I have done similar, is that when we play the game, we encourage the game and we encourage them to close holes in the game. I don't know the actual answer because my company just threatened jab or job, no mention of any exemptions, and I said let me know when you decide to fire me and I'll write up how you are violating my rights. My company wasn't big enough to fight that fight for a person who works from home and has zero physical interactions with anyone work related. (for me, it was the hill to die on, and my family backed me. It's not that for everyone.).
But my point is, sure know how to play the game, play it if you must, but be aware that solves nothing in the long run. They just remove Religious exemptions like they did for school children. Then you have no exemptions and you need to go back to square 1 to fight. So why not fight at square 1 to start with? A consideration.
I don't agree it solves nothing in the long run. It may not be the best answer which would be that everyone immediately recognizes bodily autonomy. But I'm a realist, know that's not going to happen any time soon, and it certainly wasn't going to happen between when my company mandated the jab and the deadline.
My stance made clear to them I was not going to roll over and that *under the law* (i.e. the Civil Rights Act) they were required to accommodate my religious beliefs. That is a WIN for me, my family, and my fellow coworkers who followed suit. And it did nothing to harm those who are trying to fight mandates in general (unlike those who acquiesced and took the jab which made it harder for all of us).
This is very similar to those who say we should leave our kids in public schools and fight to reform them. Sorry no. My kids come first and I'm not going to leave them in a completely dysfunctional and demented system that will take at least five years to turn around. I'm happy to fight to reform public schools in parallel, but I'm not going to leave my kids to be brainwashed in the hopes that years down the road things *might* change. Nope, they are out because they come first.
I completely get what both you and Cindy are saying and that we must fight all of this demonic stuff. But if there are options to protect ourselves in the meantime, shouldn't we take advantage of them? Short of Jesus returning, no one is going to save us. That's why it's incumbent upon all of us to know the law so we can protect our families. We can do this and still fight them.

I recall at the time, from what I was seeing on the Internet, the HR forms were made such that people got lost in the weeds. (I remember seeing one from Kaiser Permanente, it was absurd.) And worse, many people who did not belong to a church, or who didn't think they could get a letter from their priest or minister or rabbi, never thought to even try for a religious exemption, assuming it would be dishonest somehow or pointless. I say to them, how is it dishonest? If you have a sincerely held religious belief, under US law, that is your religious belief.
One lesson I took from this covidian time: Know your rights. I thought I did, but I got a whole new level of education.
Agree. Not saying that people shouldn't think "don't tread on me" but that it's not the proper response when dealing with a bureaucracy when one wants to win. You need a serious understanding of the law.
Another thing I've been doing has to do with yearly reviews. Most companies have a place where the employee can add some thoughts of their own on the review that become part of their HR record. For the past couple of years I've been adding comments along the lines of "my sincere religious beliefs require the pursuit of truth in all my actions".
It sounds benign but what it's doing is establishing a paper trail regarding my refusal to call men wearing a dress women (and visa versa) or participate in "pride" events. The CRA of 1964 requires employers to make reasonable accommodations for sincerely held religious beliefs, this is unambiguous law. The goal is to create a clear and undeniable pattern of sincerely held religious beliefs in my HR record that they cannot claim I'm making up.

Unfortunately, big medicine decided from the get go (they were bought and paid for of course) that even a previous anaphylactic response to a vaccine was not a valid medical reason to forgo a covid shot bc it was just so dangerous. If it had been even a 90% mortality rate I’d still argue this is wrong but it was no more dangerous than the flu for most people. This insane mentality made religious exemption the only smart option for most of us, especially if you couldn’t get your own doctor to write you a medical one. There is long standing doctrine in the Catholic Church to defer to your own (more devout) sense of morality should you find yourself at odds with an idiot like the current communist pope. That’s what I ran with in my own exemption but honestly, as I said yesterday, they really only required that you simply ask for the exemption which was smart on their part. My body, my temple, made in gods image and all is just as valid as anything else.
The problem for even religious people is that you would have a jury that would have to decide if your religious belief was “sincere” enough. What happens if you’re not religious at all? It should never have been tied to medical or religious belief. Simply the “my-body-my-choice” right to say no

The information I received from Jeff and also Liberty Counsel was that that “sincerity of belief” would have no standing and that if I received pushback to “prove” my religious beliefs, that I should document everything because we’re going to court. Didn’t matter if your religious conversion had happened 50 years or 50 minutes prior. My church refused to write a letter concerning faith, but I was able to get them to write a letter that I was a member, so other than that, how are you going to prove faith?
So, I wrote a letter with my German husband, back in 2005, I think, we were applying for his green card, after our marriage, describing his "deeply held, sincere, Religious beliefs" that vaccines were not for him. That God literally told him not to do it!
First look up deeply held, sincere belief. Then look up Religious. Then look up God. See how others have described these very human experiences. Think deeply on your own beliefs. Reach deep into your heart! Is there a Creator? A loving Intelligence who brought all things, all life, into existence? Did this Loving Intelligence create your immune system? Is it "wonderfully & fearfully made?" Is your blood something God wishes to remain pure? Your DNA? Or, do you want a fallible human scientist to rewrite it for you? Inject toxins, neurotoxins, DNA contaminants, Mouse Retroviruses & other unnatural & dangerous substances into it? Does God want this for you? For your children?!
I had a truly Religious Experience, the greatest "psychic" warning of my life, when my 2 month old baby was injected with the toxic mess I now know CDC reccommended childhood vaccines to be. It truly was a warning from the Holy Spirit, imo. That which connects human beings to God. It connects you to your higher consciousness & to your Creator.
Deep study, deep prayer, thought & learning will help you articulate what you truly believe. Be sincere. And you will be successful. We were, with my husband. He received his green card without any vaccines, but only after he was ruled "inadmissible" for his refusal. But, through his deeply held, sincere & Religious beliefs, spelled out carefully, & thoughtfully, he recieved a "waiver of inadmissiblilty" from US Immigration.
There was actually a wonderful document on pubmed written by a pastor / ethics professor that has since disappeared or been eliminated from easy search. It was from about ten years ago and I quoted it as well as it mentioned the many vaccines that contain or were built from the cells from an abortion.
Dr Colleen Huber has a substack that had some excellent references for exemptions as well if she still has them up there. She kicked me off her site for disagreeing with her about fenbendazole. 🤷♀️. I was highly disappointed in her actions as I did not say anything untoward or inappropriate yet she deleted my comments and blocked me from further comment and kicked me off her substack. It was awful and upset me greatly as I was an admirer of hers thru the pandemic.
You sign it with your signature. Early on, I had imagined that one would need all sorts of proof, like church membership, letter from priest, etc etc. Not so. I credit Peggy Hall for educating me on this subject.
In US law religious belief includes any strongly held moral belief, such as that it’s wrong to tell a lie. I drew up a religious accommodation request that would work for an atheist! This approach works for any requirement where signing a consent form is required. See:

Our family ran, 30+ year old business was ordered shutdown. (Large, live events.) Lost a full year of all revenues & income.. Forced to take on a 30 year SBA loan, just to save our home.. Now, even without any other business debt & only a mortgage personally, the SBA has a lien on everything. Personal & business.. Forced into debt, only because of lockdowns. We get a lot of “so sorry”, but that doesn’t change the horror we are still living with.. And yes, we said NO to any experimental injections, because we could. I want that lien removed!!!
It seems like you could sue the government to cover the cost of the mortgage plus additional damages for the resulting upending of your lives. I think that would be fair.
Georgetown University (my alma mater that I'm quite annoyed with) had a ridiculous "proof of vaccination or negative test within 72 hours" for everyone coming onto campus for the yearly Reunion Weekend in 2023! Everyone. They were also requiring "proof of vaccination or negative test within 72 hours" for any prospective students even touring campus.
I wrote to them and asked why they were still clinging to this debunked nonsense. They wrote back immediately and said the requirement was "under review." A week or so later the requirement magically disappeared. Wow.

As someone currently involved in a lawsuit against my former employer for refusing their vaccine mandate I have been so distressed over the process. You feel so isolated because nearly everyone else has moved on with their lives while I sit here broken burning through my 401K as the wheels of justice slowly turn. My faith gives me the strength to carry on and cast my fears to the side because I know God will provide. It’s so encouraging to hear these vaccine lawsuit stories Jeff. Please keep them coming…I am not alone. So many fellow Americans need to be encouraged as they patiently wait for justice after their careers were ruined.

While a single 700K judgment might not be noticeable, the thought/worry that others might begin filing lawsuits and possibly receiving substantial damages might be sobering....
I agree. In addition to the court rulings the Blue Cross Blue Shield jury verdict is a shot across the bow. Hopefully these companies just stop fighting the employees they terminated and settle with them to avoid a long drawn out process.

I had a bet with a friend who happens to be a staunch democrat (but still capable of humor and rational debate) that Biden wouldn't make it to 2023 and that he would be replaced by Kamala. You do know that cultures around the world eat goat and lamb on the spit? That was a fun photo of him when he was younger, as any young person might take. He makes no excuses for his life before kicking drugs and turning it around. He is not a career politician. He freely says that he has many skeletons. I respect that honesty.
They eat dogs in many Asian (in particular) countries. If you do a search you can see photos of dogs hanging in a meat market. Some countries even eat cats. I lived and traveled in the Middle East and Asia and I was appalled at what people can and do eat. We Westerners who lived there used to call things "mystery meat". Then asking the Holy Spirit to provide insight as to how to be most effective at this moment which includes, but is not limited to- working locally; supporting the elected representatives & candidates that understand our God-Given & Constitutionally protected Rights, working to raise awareness of all the harms built into our legal & medical, legislative & educational systems that have stolen the health & happiness of America's children, including my own, legal actions to hold the bad actors accountable, demanding change, through media & local outreach, exposing the perpetrators & their profits, and finally, when election time rolls around, voting for whomever is telling the most truth about our current situation & who has a reasonable plan to effect great change, for the better.
I'll make that decision after carefully using my God Given capacity for reason & my insights gained through deep & sincere prayers for Wisdom & Guidance.
It's all I know anyone can do, but if you have further suggestions I'm eager always for better ideas options!

Most people who got religious accommodations got one because they made it clear they understood the law in detail and would sue if it was denied. I know as this is how I got mine. People that just shot their mouth off with "muh freedumb" were denied.
No doubt there were some employers (as Jeff Childers notes) that denied all accommodation requests. However, most employers were not like this. My employer demanded I submit a letter from a religious leader supporting my request. I declined and submitted my own letter detailing where their request wasn't supported by scripture, and more importantly (to them at least) was not required under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and subsequent case law. There' is no spiritual equivalent of a "doctor's note" in the law.
They also insisted I fill out a form detailing every vaccine I'd taken as an adult and justifying my request to be exempt from this one. Again I declined (though I have not had a vax in over fifteen years) and explained how under the law I had no obligation to provide this info, and it was irrelevant for this vax. If they they thought my request was not sincere the onus was on them to prove it. The case law and EEOC guidance to employers is unequivocally clear on this as I pointed out in my response. I have no requirement to help them prove their case.
My accommodation was granted because HR realized I knew the law and had the resources to back up a lawsuit. None of them wanted that on their record as being the person who denied it and caused the lawsuit. This is how you fight this type of stuff, by being informed, knowing the law, and using it against them. Spouting off about "don't tread on me" pretty much guarantees you will lose. In fact, you should not say any of this type of emotion-driven stuff as you'll just get dismissed as an unserious loon (with some justification).
It sucks but often times you have to play the game to win. The good news is that those on the other side usually are not that smart and are fearful. It's pretty easy to use that against them if one is serious about winning.
when I pulled my kids out of public school, I got the same kind of pushback--just intimidation to see if you know the law. I correctly stated (in our state) that no documentation or approval by anyone was required. That met with silence. Same issue with standing in front of a school with a sign when they did a vax clinic--it is allowed, but they tried fear tactics first. Know the rules and stand your ground. "Resist the devil, and he will flee" is good advice. God wins, folks.

I have to disagree somewhat, Jeff C - not everyone has knowledge of, access to or understanding of the law - which is not my situation because I’ve been in the legal field 40+ years now. “Muh freedom”, “muh body”, “don’t tread on muh bodily autonomy” AND “no thanks” should be sufficient for any citizen of this country.
But in reality Cindi it isn't enough. Some HR bureaucrat making a decision about someone else's fate doesn't care about that they have a pocket constitution. What they care about is if the company gets sued on viable grounds and they get blamed for it. That's reality and what we have to work with.
And I disagree with your comment that not everyone has the knowledge. They may not have it at this moment, but it's never been easier to acquire knowledge than right now if someone is motivated. It's at everyone's fingertips. A generation or two ago it would have taken numerous visits to a University law library to pull together the relevant case law and administrative rulemakings. Now anyone can do it in their free time in their own home. Not only that, they can easily network with like-minded individuals.
I agree that it would be better if everyone simply agreed that we all have bodily autonomy, and I completely support that. But we win these things by recognizing the actual facts on the ground (i.e. everyone does not recognize it) and using the tools at our disposal (e.g. standing laws that protect sincere religious beliefs). That is how we win. It's how the vast majority of people that were granted vax exemptions got them. We objectively evaluated the situation and played the game to our advantage.
In my case (and most people's) their were three options:
1) take the vax
2) get fired standing for some higher principle
3) demand my religious accommodation under the CRA of 1964
#1 wasn't going to happen. #2 sounds all well and good but I have a family that is counting on me to provide for them. #3 was the obvious choice and I probably spent a good month getting up to speed on every aspect of the law and consulting with smart people who were doing the same. It worked beautifully.
I realize that some companies would not give a religious accommodation under any circumstance and those companies violated the CRA of 1964. Those companies are going to pay for it now (such as United Airlines and BCBS of TN). However, most companies did not but HR made people jump through hoops and tried to make the process seem impossible. Knowing the law shut HR down as they knew what they were doing wasn't supported by case law.
My long-winded response boils down to this, no one is going to save us. When petty tyrants try to impose their will on us we fight them by being smarter and knowing more than they do.
Reality is what it is, and it often sucks. But wishing it wasn't that way not only isn't helpful, but it's counterproductive as it discourages people from recognizing where things stand and fighting back effectively.
You did an excellent job & it worked out well for you but we also all know there is a 2-tiered system of justice & “lawfare” is all the rage right now. I applaud what happened for that gal against BC/BS & am hopeful that other such cases wending their way through the courts will be equally successful.
That such cases are just NOW being brought is still a disgrace on the legal profession. Where were the lawyers in real time when peoples lives were being destroyed by the jab, lockdowns &/or loss of livelihoods?

The only problem with that, and I am not saying you were wrong because I have done similar, is that when we play the game, we encourage the game and we encourage them to close holes in the game. I don't know the actual answer because my company just threatened jab or job, no mention of any exemptions, and I said let me know when you decide to fire me and I'll write up how you are violating my rights. My company wasn't big enough to fight that fight for a person who works from home and has zero physical interactions with anyone work related. (for me, it was the hill to die on, and my family backed me. It's not that for everyone.).
But my point is, sure know how to play the game, play it if you must, but be aware that solves nothing in the long run. They just remove Religious exemptions like they did for school children. Then you have no exemptions and you need to go back to square 1 to fight. So why not fight at square 1 to start with? A consideration.
I don't agree it solves nothing in the long run. It may not be the best answer which would be that everyone immediately recognizes bodily autonomy. But I'm a realist, know that's not going to happen any time soon, and it certainly wasn't going to happen between when my company mandated the jab and the deadline.
My stance made clear to them I was not going to roll over and that *under the law* (i.e. the Civil Rights Act) they were required to accommodate my religious beliefs. That is a WIN for me, my family, and my fellow coworkers who followed suit. And it did nothing to harm those who are trying to fight mandates in general (unlike those who acquiesced and took the jab which made it harder for all of us).
This is very similar to those who say we should leave our kids in public schools and fight to reform them. Sorry no. My kids come first and I'm not going to leave them in a completely dysfunctional and demented system that will take at least five years to turn around. I'm happy to fight to reform public schools in parallel, but I'm not going to leave my kids to be brainwashed in the hopes that years down the road things *might* change. Nope, they are out because they come first.

But if there are options to protect ourselves in the meantime, shouldn't we take advantage of them? Short of Jesus returning, no one is going to save us. This was exactly what I did when I wrote my RN wife's religious accomodations requests, with copious cites to the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Didn't know if the hospitals would grant them still, but wanted to setup the litigation stance in advance if they didn't.
So far it's worked 100% of the 5 or 6 times she's done it.
This is a very important comment-- thank you for making it.
I recall at the time, from what I was seeing on the Internet, the HR forms were made such that people got lost in the weeds. (I remember seeing one from Kaiser Permanente, it was absurd.) And worse, many people who did not belong to a church, or who didn't think they could get a letter from their priest or minister or rabbi, never thought to even try for a religious exemption, assuming it would be dishonest somehow or pointless. I say to them, how is it dishonest? If you have a sincerely held religious belief, under US law, that is your religious belief.
One lesson I took from this covidian time: Know your rights. I thought I did, but I got a whole new level of education.
Agree. Not saying that people shouldn't think "don't tread on me" but that it's not the proper response when dealing with a bureaucracy when one wants to win. You need a serious understanding of the law.
Another thing I've been doing has to do with yearly reviews. Most companies have a place where the employee can add some thoughts of their own on the review that become part of their HR record. For the past couple of years I've been adding comments along the lines of "my sincere religious beliefs require the pursuit of truth in all my actions".
It sounds benign but what it's doing is establishing a paper trail regarding my refusal to call men wearing a dress women (and visa versa) or participate in "pride" events. The CRA of 1964 requires employers to make reasonable accommodations for sincerely held religious beliefs, this is unambiguous law. The goal is to create a clear and undeniable pattern of sincerely held religious beliefs in my HR record that they cannot claim I'm making up.

Unfortunately, big medicine decided from the get go (they were bought and paid for of course) that even a previous anaphylactic response to a vaccine was not a valid medical reason to forgo a covid shot bc it was just so dangerous. If it had been even a 90% mortality rate I’d still argue this is wrong but it was no more dangerous than the flu for most people. This insane mentality made religious exemption the only smart option for most of us, especially if you couldn’t get your own doctor to write you a medical one. There is long standing doctrine in the Catholic Church to defer to your own (more devout) sense of morality should you find yourself at odds with an idiot like the current communist pope. That’s what I ran with in my own exemption but honestly, as I said yesterday, they really only required that you simply ask for the exemption which was smart on their part. My body, my temple, made in gods image and all is just as valid as anything else.
The problem for even religious people is that you would have a jury that would have to decide if your religious belief was “sincere” enough. What happens if you’re not religious at all? It should never have been tied to medical or religious belief. Simply the “my-body-my-choice” right to say no

The information I received from Jeff and also Liberty Counsel was that that “sincerity of belief” would have no standing and that if I received pushback to “prove” my religious beliefs, that I should document everything because we’re going to court. My church refused to write a letter concerning faith, but I was able to get them to write a letter that I was a member, so other than that, how are you going to prove faith?

Reach deep into your heart! Is there a Creator? A loving Intelligence who brought all things, all life, into existence? Did this Loving Intelligence create your immune system? Is it "wonderfully & fearfully made?" Is your blood something God wishes to remain pure? Your DNA? Or, do you want a fallible human scientist to rewrite it for you? Inject toxins, neurotoxins, DNA contaminants, Mouse Retroviruses & other unnatural & dangerous substances into it? Does God want this for you? For your children?!
I had a truly Religious Experience, the greatest "psychic" warning of my life, when my 2 month old baby was injected with the toxic mess I now know CDC reccommended childhood vaccines to be. There was actually a wonderful document on pubmed written by a pastor / ethics professor that has since disappeared or been eliminated from easy search. It was from about ten years ago and I quoted it as well as it mentioned the many vaccines that contain or were built from the cells from an abortion.

I’m glad people who were fired over the mandates are finally getting some justice. As someone who was forced out of a job over this, I can tell you that nothing will make up for the betrayal and upending of lives that happened as a result.

We get a lot of “so sorry”, but that doesn’t change the horror we are still living with.. And yes, we said NO to any experimental injections, because we could. I want that lien removed!!!

Georgetown University (my alma mater that I'm quite annoyed with) had a ridiculous "proof of vaccination or negative test within 72 hours" for everyone coming onto campus for the yearly Reunion Weekend in 2023! Everyone. They were also requiring "proof of vaccination or negative test within 72 hours" for any prospective students even touring campus.
I wrote to them and asked why they were still clinging to this debunked nonsense. They wrote back immediately and said the requirement was "under review." A week or so later the requirement magically disappeared. Wow.
I think they may have still been requiring more shots for currently enrolled students. What. Lunacy.

As someone currently involved in a lawsuit against my former employer for refusing their vaccine mandate I have been so distressed over the process. You feel so isolated because nearly everyone else has moved on with their lives while I sit here broken burning through my 401K as the wheels of justice slowly turn. My faith gives me the strength to carry on and cast my fears to the side because I know God will provide. It’s so encouraging to hear these vaccine lawsuit stories Jeff. Please keep them coming…I am not alone. So many fellow Americans need to be encouraged as they patiently wait for justice after their careers were ruined.

The Telegraph published a hagiographic article today proffering Michelle Obama as the democrats' only hope. I stand by my prediction that a reluctant Michelle Obama will be ushered in to save the day, to the relief of white guilt-ridden affluent suburban soccer moms.

Other than the obvious (given that Obama became president), I'm curious as to what happened with the lawsuit. The only good guess I have is that the Big Money has to saves itself from what itself has created over many, many decades, and now run to an uncontrollable total insanity with 'the employees' threatening to take over the company store ... and running it into the ground, and the Money Franchise with it. To reverse gears on an insane crowd which has no reverse gear would take a multi-generational shift in the overarching Big Narrative, which is something to unite the masses under the 'new/old' leadership of the Apex Elite. I think anything that happens now is not going to be good for the American population. The dollar is in the process of being destroyed through monetary inflation and that is now on the fast track - it's in the pipeline. I knew that when I saw the Biden regime begin to create more money at a rate exponentially higher than we have ever seen before. It's pure insanity. I don't know how the Apex money elite are going to control or shelter from that but it can't be stopped. Apparently, the Marxist elites that rule the US and the military thought they could conquer the whole planet with their plandemic, money creation and using the bio-weapon to shove 90% of humanity off the planet and turn the rest into trans-human slaves. Well, they failed. Only the western nations of Australia, NZ, Japan, Canada, the US and parts of Europe fell for it. And OF COURSE, Israel. And not all of them. Just guessing, but apparently only a third of the US fell for it, a third were 'forced' to take the shot and a third refused.
Having failed to achieve their objective, the Marxist elites now have to consolidate their gains, subdue the remaining population and wall us off from the rest of the world - if they can. They will have to build a new "Iron Curtain" around these populations to isolate us from the rest of the world. If they are unable to control the American people, their plan will not work. It all comes down to us. Without the US, their whole plan will fall apart. Like you, I'm not sure what part the Apex money elite will play in all this.
