How many of us C&C’ers have already VOTED? Like this comment if you have, I want to know! (Count me as one)

(altho i altered my "i voted" sticker to read, "I THINK I VOTED (b.c. this is Calipornia")

LOL! Here in Santa Barbara County, I get notified that my ballot is received & counted. Just praying my choice for POTUS was left alone. And that the RED WAVE might come ashore here in Kalifornistan!

79SmithW60's avatar

LOL!! Classic! But so true! You "voted", just not who you think you voted for!

CeeMcG's avatar

Do you use BallotTrax? It tells me when my ballot was mailed out and when it was received and counted (here in California). Whether it was counted properly is another matter, of course…but it makes me feel better!

MarΓa Rodero's avatar

Colorado uses ballottrax also and I remember receiving receipt in the last election of who I selected. For some reason I can’t access that information this round. All I got was a β€œJust β€œcounted.” It’s always sus.

Got my ballot confirmed and verified by Ballot Trax!

This is pretty awesome, will use this as backup to the service offered by my home county.

Thanks for the share !

Same, I'm in California but we still have to vote.

79SmithW60's avatar

Always vote, or "they" (the Dims) will vote for you in your voter slot! Don't give them any extra advantage. And besides, wouldn't it be wonderful if Trump also wins the popular vote (even though we don't pick our Presidents by popular vote), just to push that back in their face when they decry our Electoral College constitutional manner of choosing our Presidents? Keep the Faith and God Bless!!!

Also, California could be crucial to hanging on and growing the majority in the US House of Reps.

CaplT's avatar

Absolutely vote in CA. At the very least it lets people know that CA has more reds than previously thought.

In blue states it is always a black pill feeling that your vote doesn’t count. IT DOES.

Garvey needs your vote against Schiff. Shifty was a front runner of the impeachments of DJT.

DJT needs you to tell people it’s not as blue as the Newt keeps telling everyone.

It encourages more conservatives to run for state assembly and state senate positions.

Sounds like Oregon. Took 9 days last election for my ballot to show as received

Oregon Kathy's avatar

Did you mail it or drop it?

Renea Buchholz's avatar

I mailed mine this time. Probably good thing since someone is burning boxes

Here in Maryland, It says I voted (also hope it was as I voted), and RFK Jr. is still on the ballot!

shayne's avatar

Yes, he was on ours too, here in Kansas

Alabama doesn't have early voting and I hope it never does. We or at least my precinct uses paper ballots.

SteelJ's avatar

I like the paper ballots. I like election day only in principle. In real life, it plays into the hands of cheaters. In Arizona, they targeted polling places known to go strong Republican on election day to prevent voting at those places, while polling places in Dem strongholds had no disruptions. We live in the world we have, not the world we wish we had.

Susan Stephens's avatar

Alabama has absentee voting which my husband & I did very early this time. I’m usually a stickler for voting ON Election Day. But considering our ages & the machinations of Dems….

Yes, we mark a paper ballot but feed it into an ES&S machine. β€œThey” say no internet is involved but I’ve seen evidence showing it is - briefly. But all the crooks need is seconds.

I’m advocating paper ballots & hand counting. Been to training. It’s easy once ya get the rhythm going. Major checks/balances during counting. 2 Dems & 2 Reps at each counting table. Very transparent. Count is done at polling place; before ballots have been moved at all.

Julie's avatar

We used to go on election day only. But we have early in person voting in OK, on paper ballots, the process works the same as on election day. Honestly, it's really helpful to have the option, for some folks it's difficult to get off work on a Tuesday. And early voting is generally shorter lines so we get done in a jiffy.

And I like to think that if we vote early, we don't roll up on election day and someone tells us we already voted. Or someone is planning a terrorist attack. You know, stuff.

MaryAnn's avatar

I too used to vote on election day. I moved from a small town to a very liberal city shortly before the 2008 election when BHO won. I stood in line for way too long that election day. πŸ˜–

Voted yesterday in MI. Early voting started Saturday. Had my doubts, as I am a firm believer in voting in person on voting day, but I was encouraged to vote early. A half hour away, as only one early voting spot in the whole county and it was downtown in this rust belt city surrounded by rural farmland. It went so smoothly and I was really surprised at how friendly all the poll workers were. And I had a real sense of relief that I didn’t have to worry about it any longer. I didn’t feel that good walking out of a voting booth since 2016!

Paige Green's avatar

Our MI county consolidated the early voting to one place in our central city starting with the primary. It’s a good idea, the clerks and workers can split up the duties instead of spending hours at their individual precincts. But our township has in person early voting this Saturday and Monday. We’re going Saturday - partly for me, so I can chat with them 😊

Just_Henry's avatar

I read where ~20% of those that intended to vote on election day don’t for one reason or another.

LuAnne's avatar

Yep. Last Wed both my hubby & I voted. So has our kids, their spouses, and our 5 voting age grandkids. Our youngest grandchild turned 18 in Sept and she was so thrilled to vote. She texted me later and said, "I voted for the felon Memaw!"

Lol. It's our inside joke.

Cheryl Caraglior's avatar

I voted IN PERSON on the first day of early voting in Florida. I also photographed both sides of the ballot before depositing it in the machine in case there is any question or if it gets "lost."

Our county has never had problems, though, because we have had such outstanding supervisors in our elections office. Very efficient, trustworthy people with integrity. There is absolutely no excuse for requiring days or WEEKS to count ballots.

c Anderson's avatar

And it ain’t one or two of um! This is a

Anarchist anti democracy tactic for sure! Everyone must take their ballot into the court house. The ballot drop boxes are supposed to have video cameras β€œguarding” them! What a farce! Vote now!

Do not trust the polling places to be working correctly on Election Day.

Vote in person!

Do NOT vote by mail or unmanned drop box. That’s where the criminal election interference happens.

Look up your county clerk’s office and bring it there.

Track your vote by ballot number.

Yes! I’m in Oregon - mail in voting. I’ve been signed up for the notification system since it started. Ballot received and signature approved. 😁

Went to my early voting location in mid-Michigan today and the line was so long I decided to try again tomorrow. With the three Wicked Witches running our state I imagine it doesn’t matter one way or another when we vote. I just hope the win is too big to rig.

I was at the MSG rally. It was full of love and energy. So many all stars on the stage. The biggest boos were for the fake news. They deserve to fade into derision and irrelevance.

Jackie J's avatar

You must be a patient sort. I tried to go to a Trump rally a few weeks ago - the folks that got in had arrived at 9am for a 5pm show. 1000’s didn’t get in (myself included). I had a great time anyway-great vibes outside the venue!

Yuri Bezmenov's avatar

The vibes were incredible. Fun to wait with patriots who become friends. Will publish a full report tomorrow.

He gave props to Pat Buchanan!, He touted the Penn State Men's National Wrestling Champion team!, He thanked and stood up for Mayor Eric Adams.

RFK Jr was wildly welcomed and even got crowd to cheer for Ted Kennedy and Title IX which shows how far KookMala Leftists are from traditional Liberalism! Trump threw a brushback pitch right at Xi with the whole "We'd kick their Ass!" comment. His mimicry of KoupMala's teleprompter freeze up was awesome

Based Florida Man's avatar

Pat Buchanan is a hero. He actually saw the replacement for our population by the invaders as a real threat all the way back then. That's why 'they' went after him so hard.

Fla Mom's avatar

Back in my younger, less wise days, I remember being offended at Pat Buchanan's criticism of career feminist women who didn't have children. That was me then. Praise be to God, it's not me now.

Based Florida Man's avatar

Same here. The (subverted media) wants Western populations to self destruct by not having families. Once one understands that it clears up lots of things that are happening to us.

NAB's avatar

Ick. No cheering for Ted Kennedy given his pretty reprehensible treatment of women, but Pat Buchanan is an often over-looked intellectual power house on the right. We should credit him far more often.

Janet's avatar

Most fun I’ve had ever has been standing in lines at events.

Verve's avatar

Was lucky enough to go to 2 rallies in the last election- SC and WI - I never had so much fun talking to my fellow Americans in line - especially the newly legal Americans who had recently become full fledged citizens- the event was so well organized and we were all treated with such enthusiasm, respect and dignity by the organizers. Really gave me a lot of hope on how good Americans really are.

LMWC's avatar

I went to two Trump rallies in 2020 in locked down MI. We waited 4 hours to get into an airport hanger. It was packed, but we had so much fun waiting in line with maskless people, and seeing Air Force I land was a thrill I will never forget. Trump’s been to MI a bunch of times. He is trying to prove he can win the β€œblue wall”, (PA, WI, and MI). He won all 3 in 2020, even if the official results were the opposite. The more Trump can show the massive crowds that the media can’t ignore, the harder the cheat becomes.

On an island's avatar

The Novi, MI rally was small in comparison to many others. We had a beautiful but chilly morning and waited about 3 hours to get in which was brutal on the back. Once inside it was standing room only because there were people that arrived a couple hours before us. It was a good rally! We were exhausted afterwards (and we’re much younger than Trump)! That man is badass! A couple hours later he filled the stadium at Penn State and then yesterday did MSG. Incredible stamina!! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έβ™₯️

Anita from Tucson - Now In MI's avatar

I watched that rally on RSBN's Rumble channel.

Impressive endorsement from the Michigan Islamic community, and a shout out to Chaldean Christians? (I also watched the one at Penn State, so I may be conflating the two)

I'm glad you were able to go!

Plus, these rallies are going to end soon!

Yes, I learned from the AZ rally in Florence Jan 2022 when Kari Lake was running for governor, that you have to go hours and hours early to get inside the chaired section.

It wasn't easy for me doing that at the Traverse City one on Friday, but I don't think I could have stood for the extra hours we had to wait while Trump did the Joe Rogan podcast in Texas. So I'm glad that I was at the shuttle parking lot when it opened at 10am. Plus I met a friend on the bus that I buddied up with. A poll worker and someone who answered some of the nuts and bolts questions I had about early voting in Michigan.

Incredible stamina, indeed. That man is one-of-a-kind.

KBB's avatar

Our local news just reported that Trump is doing a rally Thursday in ALBUQUERQUE!! That can only mean their surveys show that deep-blue New Mexico is in play. And if NM is in play, then we can take CO. Please please please let us have a red wave! New Mexico is a heavily Hispanic, heavily Catholic state. There is absolutely no reason we should be governed by anti-God, pro-abortion left-wing lunatics (any more).

NAB's avatar

I think he does rallies where he can help out the R ticket, too.

Based Florida Man's avatar

The R's down the ballot are in good shape riding the Trump Wave.

Freebird's avatar

Yes! I’m in Texas just five hours away from Albuquerque, and I join your prayer and hope for NM to turn red! It has been blue for a long time, but it would be great to see our neighboring state turn blue!

Believe me when I say I felt every positive vibe emanating from the people outside waiting to get in AND the people who were there inside. It felt like we were witnessing a once in a lifetime event that will be recorded in the history books. I felt grateful for the individuals that left their own ambitions behind to step up with President Trump to help bring our country back. The man from Cantor - Fitzgerald had a special message for the world and his losses on 9/11 obviously changed his life path. When Melania gracefully and elegantly walked across the stage something shifted within my spirit. The words in my head said β€œQueen Melania”

Many thanks to you, Jeff, for being a source of hope and guidance when my employer was trying to force me to get vaccinated back in 2022. I too did not take the vaccine because of Jeff. Unfortunately, I had to take the first swine flu shot. I was in the military and didn’t have a choice, and have suffered ever since. It was good to read about what the government did to us in 1976. They also tried to do it again in the 1980s. I was a fairly new RN and the whole ward was full of Gillian beret patients from flu shots. I knew then I would never take another shot. Keep praying for Trump & our nation πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»

Why would anybody except a drone join the military today? Even under Trump? They have always been able to force-jab members. I still remember getting vax's from what seemed like air-guns back in '71. No needle, it just shot the payload right through your skin with a blast of air. Maybe they still do it that way?

TimeIsNear's avatar

They were still doing it this way in '89. I remember walking in line and they pumped it into both arms. I got very sick a couple of days later and my drill instructor wouldn't let me go see a doctor. He was an asshole. I only got to go when I was working in the chow hall delirious with fever and vomited. They sent me to see the doctor who was a colonel, and he asked why I didn't come in earlier. I let him know he wouldn't let me come in and he was pissed off. He gave me 4 days of bed rest and they were not to disturb me in anyway. Those were the 4 quietest days in our platoon. Our instructor was very abusive and I guess word got back to the commander. He called our entire platoon into a room to write down everything we witnessed and endured. He said I don't even want you to write your name on the paper. I guess all the stories matched up because we got another instructor and the other one was demoted in rank. That probably killed his career. Every single time I had to take a vaccine, I would get very ill and end up at the base hospital. I can show my immunization records and medical records to prove it. When I got out in '96, I said I would never take one again and I haven't. The VA hounded me by mail and phone to come get my covid jab along with my family. I finally went off on the nurse that called for like 10 minutes. I've never heard back from them again and they have never asked me to take another vaccine. I think I missed the Anthrax vaccine while in the Gulf War. I remember it caused a lot of issues. I know I went over there healthy and came back with a lot of problems and injured to top it off. They have me under the umbrella of Gulf War Syndrome and the VA pays me compensation now. I lost nearly everything before they awarded in 2020 after turning over 1k pages of medical records. Knowing what I know now, I would have never enlisted but I tell those around me not to join. Find another way. It's not worth it.

LamedVav disavows all vaxes.'s avatar

Yes, Time, there is no money that can buy health! It is abominable that the government treats our military this way.

TimeIsNear's avatar

Agreed! I've struggled with my health ever since I got out and it's got worse over the years. I think what makes me angry the most is how the VA treats veterans along with the fact the I was medical and financially destroyed before the compensated me. At least they owned it and I finally got back up on my feet in 2020. It wasn't an easy road since my world crashed down around me in January 2011. It's not only how they treat them now, but also these policies that support and promote all the debauchery within the ranks. Those who don't agree with it have to tolerate it.

InquizitiveOne's avatar

Yes, I went to basic in summer 1990 and have photos of the jab day where they lined us up and injected both arms with air injectors.

My Favorite Things's avatar

Fla Mom's avatar

SteelJ, no, no more air gun vaccinations, just single-use disposable needle/syringe combinations. The infection risk between patients was considered too high with the air guns once HIV came along.

SteelJ's avatar

Yes, I was curious after I posted about those air guns and did a search. Because there can be splashback from the blast onto the gun, which can contaminate subsequent doses, it was considered unsafe and they went back to needles. Didn't know about the HIV connection, makes sense.

I pray someone in a Trump Administration will address the military’s coercion for injections.

If going to a jungle perhaps certain shots may be helpful. But across the board …. I disagree.

For instance; every body (no matter weight or size gets same amount of injection.

Should be more personalized. Blacks process these injection very differently than Caucasians. That’s a significant thing. No wonder some get sicker or have more reactions than others.

Cookie Cutter is fine for uniforms, boots, weaponry, haircuts, etc. But putting foreign substances into one’s body is a different animal.

Good morning, Jeff and sweet C&C family! Let us rejoice and be glad in this new day of The Lord’s making. I voted yesterday! I was never happier to cast a ballot! Do not deny yourself the privilege and pleasure of coloring in the bubble next to Trump’s name (by God’s grace, we still vote on paper in the Free State of Florida). It is exquisite and will be your very own color revolution! Since we use black ink here in FL, how about β€œthe black revolution”?

Valerie's avatar

Texas has a cool way of voting. So you pick your candidates on a computer, review when finished, it prints out your paper ballot, which you then again review to make sure every pick is what you wanted. You then move to a scanner and feed your ballot into a scanner and your paper ballot drops into a bin so verification can happen if need be. Still some opportunity for problems, but I like the system and my ability to check and recheck.

Bitsy54's avatar

SC has the same. Do you have a QR code on your printed ballot? If so, THAT is the black box that no one can explain: why is it there, I ask. Answer, β€œ that is what the scanner reads”, the voter Registrar answers. β€œWhy can’t the scanner read the filled in bubbles on my ballot, like the old Scantron machines teachers used to correct tests?” Answer: πŸ¦— and πŸ€” with some πŸ₯΄

Juju's avatar

Where’s the evidence that the machine that scans the ballot scanned it without changing it?

J Boss's avatar

And therein lies the rub.

That's the only way they can cheat enough, use the computers to flip ballots.

Truth 101's avatar

"Where's the evidence. . " that your vote wasn't changed. I like your sense of humor Juju. πŸ˜‚

P Flournoy's avatar

The problem in Dallas county is that people are finding that when they vote for Trump, it has switched their vote to Kamala. Many of us are standing outside the polls, asking people about their voting experience, and if they have had problems, we have them fill out a declaration of truth and take a picture of them with the affidavit, indicating what the problem was. Hopefully, if need be, these can be used if needed. It will not prevent us from having standing.

Freebird's avatar

And I wish that we could receive a printed copy of our own for verification, or a receipt of some sort.

Valerie's avatar

That would be great! And seriously, why isn’t that a thing?

J Boss's avatar

And I defied the no cell phones rule and took a picture of my printed ballot.

Valerie's avatar

Oooh rebellious. I like it!

Roger Beal's avatar

Same system as our N E GA precinct uses.

Stacy's avatar

I love that country up there, especially Hall, White, and Towns Counties.

Dorota's avatar

Similarly in New Jersey, except the paper stays inside and you can see it through the glass.

Justin's avatar

No QR codes on the printed ballot? (which may or may not represent your voting choices)

Have you thought about running for Supervisor of Elections up there? I saw in a Tim Pool video last night all the crowds gathered for the MSG rally and he described the overwhelming sentiment (and evidence) that NYC is a depressing shadow of its former glory. Make no mistake, I’m out to welcome all the red voters who move here to FL but I have the utmost admiration for those who would stay and fight for the place they love.

Stacy's avatar

I loved your story, thank you! Poll working is very rewarding and I need to pick it back up. By God’s grace, I’m in a red county (at least for now).

Stacy's avatar

I thank you, from the bottom of the heart I left in Texas, for your post. With three very beloved reasons for not returning to my first and most cherished home, I have to bring it to me any way I can. I agree, the process you describe is fascinating and I delight in all good things uniquely Texan, but I’m troubled by the accounts of voters out of Dallas and White Settlement of ballot receipts that reflect incorrect votes or switched candidates, or something to that effect. Our process here in FL, my very close second home, relies on optical scanning of paper ballots. Still β€œretro”, but I know my candidates don’t get switched and it’s a step up from the chads we used to poke out of our old ballots.

Lisa Ca's avatar

Ironically in CA we have boh mail in ballot, electronic, or paper versions. We always vote paper and turn in the mail in ballot. You must. Im ok with it all

Kitkat's avatar

I turned my ballot in at the Ronald Regan Library on Saturday. Lots of patriots there doing the same. Everyone was friendly, chatty and upbeat. It was a beautiful day! :D

JF's avatar

We turned our ballots in at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills and enjoyed worshiping our Lord there with them!

Lisa Ca's avatar

Yayyy! ❀️

Jeff C's avatar

After a day or two, check the county registrar's website to make sure it was accepted. Everyone submitting a ballot to a drop box and particularly by mail needs to do this. If it somehow got "lost" and hasn't been credited you can vote in person and they'll void out the mail ballot.

Lisa Ca's avatar

For us we dont vote mail in. We vote in person and surrender the mail in.

He sent it back to the states where it always belonged. He has no position to stand on or fear at the federal level. He gave that power back to us as he should have. What more could he have done? There is no way to ratify a law that bans it at the federal level so the issue will ALWAYS hijack elections if it remained there.

And yet Trump personally supported the March for Life in DC every January. The first president to do so since it’s inception almost 50 years ago. There is a delicate balance and what Trump is perceived to be about is not necessarily the whole truth.

If you didn’t hear Hogan on the PBD podcast last week, I highly recommend listening. One thing he said was that he’s known Trump for 20 years and he’s exactly the same person today that he was back then. You know, back when the media loved him. Those bastards.

rolandttg's avatar

Good catch on the 1976 swine flu debacle. I had completely forgotten about that. You are spot on how they made sure not to allow that to happen again. Two other examples of how they learned from their mistakes was making sure they never lost control of the narrative to the point massive Viet Nam War protests would happen again, and making sure they owned the media so that San Jose Mercury article penned by Gary Webb ( committed suicide. Shot himself twice in the head". about the Iran Contra importation of cocaine into Cali would never happen again either.

Maureen ODH's avatar

Thank you rolandttg for honoring Gary Webb…. a true investigative journalist…

Interesting. Will add to my watch list.

My good friend’s mother got the swine flu shot in 1976. Almost immediately her legs started going numb. She was reduced to leg braces for a time then spent the last 30 years of her life in a wheelchair. My friend and I knew from the get go we would never take the death vaxx, I don’t even get flu shots!

None of these jabs have ever worked. Most of medicine is one big fraud, except for the emergency room.

John Cougar Misanthrope's avatar

" ... learned from their mistakes was making sure they never lost control of the narrative to the point massive Viet Nam War protests would happen again ..."

This is why reporters embedded with U.S. troops were tightly controlled beginning with the Grenada invasion in 1982. The U.S. military recognized from the experience in Vietnam that the anti-war protests were fueled, in large part, by first-hand reportage contrary to the military-approved version which became known as the "five o'clock follies". If anything, the military were determined to control that aspect of the narrative. Of course they couldn't, which is how Abu Ghraib and the incidents at Haditha and Mahmudiyah in Iraq were revealed. Afghanistan was a separate issue as revealed in the late-Michael Hastings' reporting with Rolling Stone and his book, The Operators.

Kathleen Janoski's avatar

Wonder if that is why Michael Hastings had to die.

John Cougar Misanthrope's avatar

I've always wondered about that, despite Michael Hastings' family denying anything suspicious about the accident that killed him. The McChrystal article in Rolling Stone alone compelled McChrystal to resign. The book just fleshed it out. I suspect that Michael Hastings made powerful enemies.

rolandttg's avatar

I heard he was getting ready to wrote an explosive hit piece on the CIA. He was so paranoid that last day he unsuccessfully tried to borrow his neighbor's car.

RJ Rambler's avatar

I didn't forget! That, bird flu, and a dozen others that didn't really happen which might also include blue tongue and mad cow. Thanks for the other reminders. No trust = chaos = control to whomever will grab it. All others have to much FEAR.

Curtis's avatar

The MSG rally was epic. Trump has built a unifying movement that will not be stopped. Kamala knows she's cooked. Trump has already won in the public sphere. I've long suspected that they might do something to disrupt the election, like touch off a civil war, but I don't think they're going to. The language they use shows that they know the jig is up; they're in damage control mode now.

AngelaK's avatar

Lol. you guys have to look up Kamala at a black church mimicking the black preachers and pretending to be a Christian.

RunningLogic's avatar

So Christian… to the point where she ejects people who say β€œJesus is Lord” from her rally and says they’re at the wrong one πŸ˜• She’s as fake at that as she is at anything else!

LMWC's avatar

We won’t know the outcome for at least a week. Too many states do not have time limits counting mail in ballots.

SB's avatar

I'm still not holding my breath but I heard she had no campaign events planned last week or this week in any swing states. Theory is she's given up and is trying to offer support for congressional candidates but I wouldn't think they would want her around?

Juju's avatar

The reason she spent time in TX was because they thought it was a better gamble to turn TX blue given the number of electoral votes, and the fact that a ton of CA residents fleed there but are still (stupidly) blue. If they get TX then none of the swing states matter.

Yeah and they tried to shame those with the conspiracy theories. 🀣 I’m sorry but if you’re stupid enough to think that was a good day for such an exercise in this contentious environment then you don’t deserve to be working for our government in any way

"A rapid and unanticipated rise in rhetoric and threats stemming from disinformation about the purpose of the event and its proximity to Election Day contributed to the decision to postpone."

I was 21 in 1976. I lined up for my swine flu vaccine like a good patriotic girl should do.

I went home and became violently ill. I laid on the floor of my bathroom for hours with both ends going non stop. To this day, I have never been as sick as I was that night. If I had not been so young, I do not think I would have survived.

The silver lining of this story - I did not and would not take the Covid vaccine after already being a victim of the pharmaceutical company and government propaganda machine.

JW's avatar

I also was 21 and pregnant. I was told to get that shot or the fetus was in danger. They used the air injector to administer it. I too was extremely sick but was told it was a normal reaction. I have never taken another flu shot since that day and have never had the flu.

Tucker could certainly blow a bigger hole in the safe and effective narrative if he would interview Tom Haviland about the white fibrous clots being found in the dead as well as the living:

https://laurakasner.substack.com/p/tucker-meets-the-clots

Johnny-O's avatar

The mainstream alternative media, aka the Tucker Carlsons of the world....while there are things I appreciate them, one can make a pretty compelling argument that they are gatekeepers (wittingly or unwittingly). Certain topics do not get touched.

Juju's avatar

Don’t judge until the fat lady sings. There may be a strategic reason why they are holding back before the election. I was encouraged that yesterday at MSG he actually scoffed at β€œsafe and effective” during his speech. I’m pretty sure he has a stronger opinion. Let’s see what they do with it over the next four years once the election is over.

Laura Kasner's avatar

I agree with you Juju. I told Tom that I don’t expect Tucker to contact you until after the election.

I don’t think Tucker will forget that he has that vial of clots in his possession.

Juju's avatar

Not voting because of this single issue is stupid. Oh ok, let’s lose ALL our freedom of speech and move to a Marxist one-party controlled country because Trump believed what he was being advised on and hasn’t said he’s sorry yet. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. If they had campaigned on this issue I GUARANTEE Trump would NOT have the support he has today. Too many Americans are still in the dark, OR having a VERY hard time reconciling their own hateful actions at that time given they didn’t know what they do now, or condoning all that happened by remaining silent. Dr Phil was right, those who stand by and say nothing out of fear of being attacked themselves are JUST as guilty as the bullies. That’s a difficult pill to swallow. They aren’t ready yet to face this and it would have caused us to lose the election if we forced them to. It was wise to hold off on addressing this issue.

Laura Kasner's avatar

Amen Juju! Beautifully said.

Johnny-O's avatar

I won't hold my breath.

Maureen ODH's avatar

Exactly… Johnny-O…. and in the vein of gatekeepers… Rogan could have asked several important questions… but wittingly or unwittingly he let some very obvious opportunities for interjection slide… 🧐

Chevrus's avatar

This often appears to be the case. I have to wonder if it’s not a matter of survival….

NAB's avatar

I really don't see it with Tucker. That man touches too many "third rails." The reaction to when he had Darryl Cooper on tells me everything I need to know. There is no bigger "third rail" than in questioning the long-revered myth of WWII and its heroes (NB: using "myth" doesn't mean that I am denying WWII. It does mean that we are required to accept only one narrative surrounding it and no deviations are allowed). I'm not saying Tucker couldn't be a "limited hangout," I'm just saying I need more proof.

Juju's avatar

I’ve had plenty more proof from countless other interviews and speeches. He’s patriotic and unafraid to speak the truth.

NAB's avatar

I agree, Juju. I am a big supporter of Tucker. When I said I need more proof, it would be to convince me that he is somehow controlled opposition, as people like to say. I don't think he is. I think he is genuine and truly loves our country.
