Here in Western Canada we have 4 seasons and the views are beautiful, no palmetto bugs. If we weren't being governed by a dictator who loves China, it would be my favourite place to live, mountains and the ocean, we even have a desert area, great in winter for skiing. I guess my comment looks more like a sales pitch and less like a comment. Have a great day C&C peeps.

I loved & laughed hard at the dictators rival Pierre Poilievre munches apple interview on YouTube. Love that guy!!!

Thanks for the reference. I had not heard about him. I just enjoyed watching parts 1 and 2. The crunch of the fresh apple got my salivary glands going. I hope he wins!

OH! I really, really love this. I wish that Trump could keep his cool and answer questions calmly like Poilievre does. He calls the interviewer out without calling him names. Love it!

Thank you very much, Hannahlehigh! This was delightful. I don’t know how I missed this. My daughter tells me it’s been on Fox, etc., so I’m late to the party on some things, apparently. “Common sense isn’t so common”, says PP…so true! Would Trudope ever make such a comment? Nah, he doesn’t have it. Thx again.

That's how I feel about the area of Upstate NY in which I live. We are in the Finger Lakes region and I love the weather, the seasons, the lakes, the vineyards. But, we too, are ruled by an absolutely insane woman named Kathy Hochul whose appearance is physiognomy defined. In addition to delusions of grandeur, she just loves unlimited baby killing and quarantine camps. Sometimes the devil you know (Cuomo) truly is better than the devil you don't.

That’s where I originated, and I agree, the lake plains and finger lakes is the most beautiful country on earth. And the people are mostly conservatives, everywhere but the five shitholes. I had to bail. I couldn’t explain to the conservatives that if they don’t vote, they can’t win. So the cheaters in the welfare dumps win every time. 22% voter turnout, 85% conservative. Brilliant.

The conservatives in my area are simply living in a different time. They can't accept that the political landscape has so radically changed under their feet and they still think they will be "left alone" though their way of life is undermined every minute of every day. It is frustrating, I agree.

I love Western Canada. Used to to through there every year on my way to Alaska. Covid changed all that. I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to enjoy the majestic wide open spaces of this beautiful country. Being unvaccinated made me a pariah and I felt like a villain just trying to get into the country.

Im so sorry you were made to feel that way, now you can come here w/o the injections, if that helps. Im also un vaccinated.

I had an admiration, almost veneration for Canada previously. Not only is the country gorgeous, the people seemed sane, not as many drama queens. Wow, Covid really changed my thoughts about it and shocked me.

You must be very brave. I think the hype in Canada was even worse than it is here. I might try another trip!

Not from where I am but I did travel to the Toronto area one winter and saw them, it was spectacular, there was even a bus full of tourists there to watch it, I lied down on the ground, a hill, and watched, it was a once in a lifetime thrill.

I bet! I've wanted to see them sometime and our son says next year is supposed to be a peak year so I'm hoping to plan a trip:)

Head up north in Alberta to a friendly little town called High Level. I spent a few (winter) months there and one could usually take a drive out of town on a clear night and watch those gorgeous lights dancing in the sky above. A marvel of nature!
