Yup, the key words being bible-based.

We are going through Titus and our pastor spoke on the qualities of women the Bible describes in the second chapter (we men got ours a few weeks ago). Our pastor was uncompromising and just laid it out, particularly when going over the qualities of a "homemaker" and "obedient to their husbands". Instead of ignoring these unpopular terms, he went over detail what they meant and the obligations resulting to both men and women. All backed up by biblical examples of course.

The world tells us that teaching this stuff will drive people away but our church is booming and packed. There is a hunger out there for straight-up truth, as my our pastor puts it, he's just a messenger. If people have a problem with what the Bible says then their argument is with God, not him.

if people want to be lied to and have their political biases stroked there are plenty of other places to get that, church shouldn't be one of them.
