A friend of mine recommended earthing to me. I watched a movie about it on YouTube. I’ve read some about it. The Movie talks about how in the last hundred years or so we’ve moved away from leather shoes and so forth to synthetic soles and that is a problem. But dry leather is an insulator And people have not gone around in bare feet for centuries maybe millennia in general. In Addition to that grass is not a conductor of electricity and I would be surprised if the highly calloused thick skin of people who often go around in bare feet is a very good conductor of electricity. In addition to that I never did see what the voltage potential of a human body is but I’ll bet it’s not very much maybe less than 10 volts? A low potential like that makes it even more difficult for current to flow. So I’m not trying to poo poo the whole idea but it doesn’t seem to make much sense to me.
