For the same reason WalMart just had to pull a "toy" of magnet balls -- kids swallow them. Probably swallowing ONE wouldn't be an issue, but swallowing 2.... one magnet is in one part of the intestine, the other magnet is in another part of the intestine, they pull together and voila! Blocked intestine. Kids have died. Very sad.
