Yep, my father talked about it approvingly. Of course, the JB Society people were made out to be nutjobs at the time. I was thinking back to that song with Michael Jackson and all the other singers "We are the world" from 1985. The sentiment for that song seems more ominous from today's perspective.

Right. There were people and groups talking about this issue back in the 50's. But the threat seemed so removed and unlikely.
