Isn’t that character owned by PBS? Public broadcasting so they can’t sue you considering your taxes fund their broadcast. That’s why Beaches (sandals all inclusive family resorts) has Sesame Street characters at their resort, the characters are publicly owned so the resort doesn’t have to pay royalties
