I am guessing some Karen will cry about it, but until they do the only rule I know is that in some places you are not allowed political clothing, pins, hats etc. If it is raining then they sure can't say anything, trash bag ponchos are common use to keep one dry during rain. And vests? They are considered part of a uniform for some workers.
