To my fellow C&Cers:

You may remember Cody Hudson’s story. In 2021, at the age of 21, he had a devastating covid vax injury. Cody has been in and out of the hospital ever since and recently had his 5th stroke. They discovered 2 blood clots in his heart and DVTs in all 4 limbs.

Thank the Lord he is getting good care at a hospital in Orlando, FL that acknowledges his vax injury.

His family must now move from their home a few hours away so that Cody can receive the treatments he so desperately needs. His blood clotting disorder is so aggressive it prevents long car rides.

Insurance does not cover the extensive immune modulation treatments he needs and is receiving.

His mother Heather is a dear friend. Her posts on X are being censored, as well as all the other vax injured speaking out on X - not just here in the US, but worldwide.

Cody and his family desperately need our help.

The vax was “free” and forced on many, but heaven forbid insurance companies pay for treatment. 😡😡😡

I see a far different Trump this term than his first, back when I was MAGA.

What a disappointment! And I fear JD will also be a shocking disappointment, if Trump leaves or resigns fairly soon... and IMO, that is very possible.

Garden Lover's avatar

You sign a waiver stating you realize it’s an experimental medical treatment and accept all risks. Since you “knowingly” signed that waiver, insurance companies have zero responsibility to cover any adverse reactions/side effects.

By the way, I don’t agree with this, especially with something like the vaccines, but this is how they are getting away with it.

J Boss's avatar

I didn't take the experimental bioweapon shot, but I don't recall hearing anywhere before that people had to sign a waiver. Do you have documentation on that?

In the end, I don't think it really matters. The bailout law cancels all liability for everyone involved in the administering of the shots. I can't imagine they did not include big insurance.

The only liability shield hole I've read about is the employer that mandated it to keep the job. Those folks are gonna pay bigly sooner or later.

Garden Lover's avatar

The reason the pHarma companies didn’t release the “tested” vaccine until it was on the childhood vaccine schedule and had CDC immunity was because the original ones were experimental treatment. So, when you took it, you were agreeing to the experimental treatment. It was all over the news and was given EUA, which means experimental. Most people don’t know what that means, but ignorance is no excuse in the eyes of the law. Also, the EUA protected the makers and administrators of these poison shots.

A Frenchman with a couple million insurance policy took the shot and died. When his widow tried to collect on the policy, the insurance refused. She took it to court and lost.

I realize that’s France, but the same thing would’ve happened in the States.

Christina Kinne's avatar

Just a note, folks, in the future, if you have to go into the hospital for any surgery or stay in a hospital in the USA, you have to sign admittance forms. The NEW FORMS CATEGORIZE VACCINES AS "BIOLOGICS" NOW, SO BE VERY AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING. THIS IS ON THE INTAKE FORMS. YOU HAVE TO EXPLICITLY DOCUMENT THAT YOU DO NOT WANT VACCINES, WITH A WITNESS. OTHERWISE, IF YOU SIGN IT THEY CAN INJECT YOU WHILE YOU ARE OUT.

Garden Lover's avatar

I’ve heard about this. As I was telling someone else, UCLA’s forms are now electronic (and good for an entire year), and there’s no way to alter them. Insist on printed forms so you can cross out what you don’t like.

Beckadee's avatar

EUA- Emergency Use Authorization. The covid vax got that because supposedly there were no other treatments available. The FDA approved it, not the CDC. I can't comment on your waiver statement since I didn't take. I don't believe it's true that taking the covid vax would void your life insurance. This is from a WA state insurance commissioner. https://www.insurance.wa.gov/about-us/news/2021/kreidler-sets-record-straight-vaccines-and-life-insurance.

Garden Lover's avatar

Yup. It’s why they blocked Ivermectin, HCQ, etc.

Christina Kinne's avatar

In the USA, vaccine manufacturers are protected with immunity under the 1986 Vaccine Injury Act. And the USA PREP ACT, full and more extended immunity for any Doctor or Clinic, Nurse injecting vaccines, experimental or otherwise.

Maureen Hanf's avatar

Yes I recall hearing at the time that was how it was able to get to market so fast and bypass intense scrutiny then was it was experimental etc. I am sure that is also on reason that 'safe and effective' became their mantra so that people would focus on that instead.

Garden Lover's avatar

It was a bait and switch, which is par for the course.

Jo Ann's avatar

I have never signed any form of waiver from harm. Never been denied treatment, including surgery. Just say no!

Garden Lover's avatar

UCLA requires you to sign an electronic form now or they won’t treat you.

Garden Lover's avatar

Me either. Our insurance is through UCLA and they are our medical group, which essentially means we can’t get any treatment despite paying hefty insurance premiums for it. The next time we go to a clinic, I’ll be requesting a printed version of it. Someone mentioned that in the comments on C&C one time. I don’t think they can legally refuse you. If I can get one, I’ll X out don’t like and initial it. Also, that form is good for a year.

Maureen Hanf's avatar

I hadn't heard that being required to log in was considered shadow banning. I thought that meant strictly that what you write is limited in range as to who can read it. In fact, if i don't see some people after a while on here, I do go track their page to see if they are still active or not.

It sure is a good thing that the USA has its health care ran by Wall Street yachters lest you be "Commies" with universal health care, eh?

Susan G's avatar

Oh yes, I long for the time when my hip replacement will be on a waiting list.

Phil Denter's avatar

Better to be diagnosed, isolated, starved, toxic-poisoned, intubated and murdered for hospital COVID bonuses, I guess. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Good thinking.

-----

At least in every other country in the Western world, EVERYONE who needs a new hip gets one ... unlike your massive tent cities - shitting in your downtown streets.

But, as I say, Wall Streeters need to yacht.

Beth's avatar

Close friend in Canada was an Olympian, downhill skier. Was injured in the Olympic competition... 8 years ago. They finally got him in for surgery LAST YEAR... In your vaunted Canadian Health (s)Care program. It was too late. His shoulder had atrophied in the time between injury and "health care."

He is unable to use his shoulder and the "repair" they did made it worse.

Besides... US health care is expensive due to Big pharma and Big Insurance lobbies. That's the thing that needs to be addressed. Instituting Socialized Health care will only make it worse.

Improving medical training will help, and so will reducing Government interference.

Quiltlady's avatar

Giving people a choice to chose alternative methods of health care, such as Naturopathic medicine would make a huge difference in health outcomes.

Phil Denter's avatar

You seem to have a reading compression problem, Beth. I'm not "vaunting" anything. Just the opposite, in fact. I keep saying that Canada's health care system is fraught with problems and is far from perfect.

-----

I've lived in Canada for 61 years and have never heard of someone waiting anywhere near seven years for surgery! I suspect that there is much more to this story than simply "Canada's shitty health care."

-----

Seriously? You want to get into anecdotal comparisons of medical malpractice? Be careful what you wish for, Beth (I hear you calling).

-----

"Besides... US health care is expensive due to Big pharma and Big Insurance lobbies. That's the thing that needs to be addressed."

Uhhh ... that is Wall Street, Beth. You're basically saying, "Wall Street-ran health care is superior to socialized health care except for Wall Street." 🤷🏻‍♂️

-----

When the rubber met he road with a global pan/plandemic, which country murdered 500K of its citizens with an inexplicable bonus system to hospitals for diagnosis, isolation, starvation, toxic-poisoning (Run-death-is-near), intubation and death? Using that criteria, the USA has, by far, the worst system on earth. Right?

-----

"Instituting Socialized Health care will only make it worse." You don't know that. You can't possibly know that.

-----

"Improving medical training will help, and so will reducing Government interference." Improved medical training would, of course, improve both socialized and for-profit health care.

Less government and more Wall Street yachts. Gotcha. Israel providing universal health care to their citizens on your dime are wrong. Gotcha. All other Western nations providing universal health care (that all citizens use and most greatly appreciate) are wrong while youse guys bitch and moan 24x7 over your for-profit, corrupted system are right. Gotcha. 🙄

-----

What about roads, bridges, tunnels and airports? Should you cease those being socialized and go for-profit? What about policing? Or fire-fighting?

If that is ridiculous (it is), please explain why those are good to be socialized while Wall Streeters run their yachts on you for-profit health care. Thank you.

The Dude Abides's avatar

Making the delivery of healthcare to ILLEGALS in this country illegal, with harsh penalties, might be a good first step.

I also support means-testing for both social security and Medicare.

(I get both). This might free up some funds for expanded no-cost healthcare to CITIZENS.

Of course, out debt bomb, which both Parties are responsible for... probably will crush our economy, markets and dollar... soon... especially if Trump's FUBAR in Iran continues.

Janine Melnitz's avatar

I guess you like the MAID program in Canada that euthanizes people at an alarming rate. Universal health care is not the answer. The government can't even handle what they are in charge of now.

Willing Spirit's avatar

P.D. is one of our celebrity Leftist trolls in disguise, I believe. It will never run out of replies because it is rewarded per comment posted.

Phil Denter's avatar

Why do you guess that?

Please provide your source of this "alarming rate."

-----

You malign universal health care like a parrot, "Government bad!" but you never even consider your existing alternative (i.e. "Wall Street worse!").

rolandttg's avatar

I believe I read it is the 5th leading cause of death in Canada. If that is not correct, it is still a very high percentage. And I'm fine with calling it alarming. My sister lives in Canada, and the medical system in Canada is no utopia. They responsibly (sarcasm) gave her scrips for Morphine for years. Like, 5 or 10, while Rush Limbaugh was being eviscerated for his abuse of much lesser opioids. She once told me "I'm down to 8 percocets a day". No argument the US system is broken beyond belief, but Canada is sure not the answer, or even better.

Janet's avatar

Canada has the highest rate of organ donation in the west. Wonder why?

Richard Whitney's avatar

Giving government money to for-profit corporations is a recipe for disaster.

Look at the MIC for proof. A trillion dollars a year, and they don't make anything but profits. Although, that will cut down on wars once the US runs out of ammo.

If we had a decent, honest government, the solution would be to make health care non-profit, with clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, drugs, and medical devices included.

War, prisons, health, and education should all be non-profit. The first two because death and loss of freedom are too important to have greedy bastards profiting from them, the last 2 because health and education are also too important to have greedy bastards profiting from them.

Mrs. RW

Phil Denter's avatar

"Exactamundo." - Arthur Fonzarelli

Susan G's avatar

Guess my attempt at sarcasm failed. The current US system is broken. If you look at the UK (and Canada) those systems are failing. Obama care was supposed to help; instead costs increased dramatically. A political solution in this divided country is impossible. I'm just waiting for Medicare to run out of money to force the necessary changes.

Phil Denter's avatar

I got your sarcasm. I hear you ... but much of the "Canada's health care system is failing" that you are constantly fed is merely Wall Street propaganda. And, even if it were failing (admittedly, it is far from perfect) that would hardly prove Wall Street-ran health care is superior to universal health care (which EVERY nation in the West enjoys - except for the one with tent cities shitting in its downtown streets).

The USA has socialized roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, national defence (errr ... War), policing, fire response, natural disaster response, tax collection, you name it ... but mention "universal health care" and the decades of MK-Ultra kicks-in big-time (and usually with the standard parroting of, God forbid, a waiting list).

-----

Wall Street runs EVERYTHING like "a great vampire squid wrapped around the face of humanity, relentlessly jamming its blood funnel into anything that smells like money" but, like Pavlov's dog, Americans do not connect some simple dots:

A) American health is a broken mess and has been for decades

B) Israel has universal health care paid for by US tax dollars

c) Wall Streeters are making out like bandits

-----

Universal health care is usually not perfect but it's a whole lot better than 500K murdered for bonuses!

Janet's avatar

Ask my sister in Ireland. An obscene amount of their universal health care is being given to illegal aliens. She waits months even adding private insurance onto it which is a life saving must if you have serious health problems. Life saving. UK citizens are in the same dingy but they can’t go anywhere either. Universal usually goes in one direction—awful.

Oh joy of joys....another blue tainted rogue judge playing the much ballyhooed cryptic "expert" card. Citing an article from the New York Times proves that he's a research impaired buffoon wandering about in the tall weeds, no doubt bedazzled by the latest Pfizer sing-a-long jingle. Being an “expert” is not a clear pathway to one’s intentions, motivations or character. Altruistic behavior isn't a slam dunk, although it should be given any high position of trust. Tell me professor, did the article mention anything about playing Russian Roulette with children? I suspect that he hasn't even weighed the possibility that pharmaceutical companies are in the marketing business, not healthcare. (Gasp!...Say, it isn't so.) I don't wish it on anybody, but these freakshows need to feel the impact of their own moronic policies up close and personal before they get the proverbial wake up call. That goes for immigration and a myriad of other tactless, half-baked ideologies.

If I even think I am coming down with the flu, I take one. I haven’t been sick since. I had Covid (before ivermectin) and it was a nightmare. Hopefully, I will never go through that again.

Outside of the medical industrial complex one can take VASTLY effective steps to protect and recover health. But this sounds like a fairy tale to most.

Accessing robustly effective alternative medicine - as in too many areas of technocratic life - requires antennae and discernment.

Industrial education and mass media indoctrinate qualities into us, namely fear and passivity, which abort such discernment.

My Favorite Things's avatar

Jeffrey,

That is absolutely 💯 true! I doubt many doctors will tell you simply taking certain probiotics along with dietary changes can stop migraines. They would rather give you prescription meds.

Quiltlady's avatar

I used to suffer from migraines. I gave up refined white sugar and I never had another migraine.

Hi Melinda, the Scamdemic brought those of us looking for the truth to folks like Jeff Childers and Coffee and Covid. Every day Jeff serves up the truth with a side of humor. There are very few who do so better.

Welcome!

Phil Denter's avatar

When it comes to geopolitics, here are a very few who do much better:

I highly recommend "Judging Freedom" with Judge Andrew Napolitano and his stable of top-notch geopolitical analysts:

Mcgregor, Wilkerson, Ritter, Johnson, Sachs, Mearsheimer, Blumenthal, Maté, Hoh, Kwiatkowski, Freeman, Crooke, Doctorow, Diesen, Giraldi et al.

https://www.youtube.com/@judgingfreedom

Cheers!

Janine Melnitz's avatar

Max Blumenthal and McGregor are fantastic

Willing Spirit's avatar

You would think there are some huge dividends for P.D. to push “Napolitano and his stable of top-notch geopolitical analysts…”. Is It getting royalties from the sales of the book, ‘Judging Freedom’?

This is happening a lot. Someone fill me in…do they disagree wholeheartedly with Trump or something?

Looks to me like Trump is doing a top notch job of geopolitical analysis, though I’m certain P.D. doesn’t think so.

Phil Denter's avatar

"Judging Freedom" is the best geopolitical show that I have watched since I started tracking all this in 1982. Bar none.

As we have freedom of association in this country, at least for now, why doesn’t the vaccine committee just meet anyway as a group of people and come to conclusions which they could hold until the idiot judge is overturned.

Way too much deference is paid to idiots and criminals.

Maureen's avatar

Freedom of Assembly is a real thing, you know.

Donna's avatar

Gail W's avatar

Perhaps like local governing bodies such as county councils, they are constrained by things like "Open Meetings" laws that say that if two people from a governing body meet, even for a cup of coffee, it is prohibited, as it could be construed as conspiring behind the backs of 'the people'. It would make sense to me if the federal level had this regulation too.

Unwoke in Idaho's avatar

First these people aren’t elected officials. Second, they are a recommending body. Their recommendations are not decisions. Third, what is one pissant lesser judge in Massachusetts doing determining who can and can’t be appointed to a committee in Washington DC?

Gail W's avatar

I know Unwoke. I don't disagree that this judge is (imo) unconstitutional. And IDK if recommending bodies are also constrained by meetings laws, but they might be. I just wish SOMETHING PERMANENT could be done with (or to) these scumbag "judges" to neutralize them!!

Unwoke in Idaho's avatar

There is a way. As these idiots and their sinecures are creatures of the congress, those mopes could set parameters like no universal nationwide injunctions, no lifetime appointments (I think) and whatever else is appropriate to curb them. But the rub is the congress has to do something. Which apparently is %$(. pipedream.

Gail W's avatar

Oh yes, now that you mention that I remember that the "no nationwide" rulings idea was raised LAST YEAR!!!!!

WT#$%^ do we DO with CONGRESS now!!???? UGH! 😡

For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist. Watch yourselves, that you do not lose what we have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward. Anyone who goes too far and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God; the one who abides in the teaching, he has both the Father and the Son.

How can a judge overturn the "advice" from a CDC "Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices?" The ACIP provides their recommended "advice" to the Director of the CDC and HHS Secretary who then "decide" what the policy will be.

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

It's time for Congress to set down rules for all district judges. I think the word "district" actually has some meaning here.

Lynne Morris's avatar

That is the constitutional ideal but Congress has been AWOL for years. That is the cause of much of what ails us.

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

Agree agree agree. But according to the Constitution, only Congress can take care of it. Maybe if we have REAL Republican majorities in both houses after this fall's elections, we can get it done. It's our only chance.

Lynne Morris's avatar

The SAVE Act is just the start. Campaign finance reform must follow. And Citizen's United must go.

Just an FYI HR 1526 the No Rogue Rulings Act (NORRA) passed the House last April and has been sitting in the Senate ever since.

Conservative Contrarian's avatar

Hahaha, are you serious? The US Congress??? 😎

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

I know. It's a big ask. But Congress is the only way this change can be made. Maybe if real conservatives get out and vote in November, we can change the country for real.

JasonT's avatar

A jusge can't, as SCOTUS continues to rule. Trump's respect for the rule of law is impressive. It may not be endless if such lawlessness continues.

Unwoke in Idaho… avid reader, but had to look that one up… just in case there are more inquiring minds:

Nicolae ~Ceausescu… met future Romanian leader Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej in prison, and succeeded him after his death in 1965. He ruled Romania according to orthodox Communist principles, causing food shortages by forcing the export of most of the country's agricultural products. The resulting unrest led to the collapse of Ceausescu's regime and his execution in 1989.

Isn't there a 3 strikes your out rule for these rogue judges? If not, there should be.

LMWC's avatar

From what I read Murphy was appointed on December 6, 2024 by Biden, after he knew he was no longer president. This judge was installed strictly to be a political battering ram against all of Trump’s agenda. How is there no way to get rid of these strictly political appointees?

And why with all this fraud are there no arrests? No one is held accountable for anything.

Jeffrey N. Gratton's avatar

I suspect Trump's end game includes invalidating ALL of Biden's actions. He will win his gambit by proving two things beyond a shadow of a doubt:

The 2020 election was stolen.

And Biden was mentally incompetent to such a degree that he wasn't running the White House

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

I think only Congress can act by providing a strict definition of what kinds of cases district judges can hear. The word "district" ought to be defined literally.

Leskunque Lepew's avatar

Congress.....!! Thet never saw a check they didn't like.

Long Enough?'s avatar

I may be wrong, but I think Jeff covered what it would take to remove a federal judge a while back. Something like a 60% vote in Congress and we know those losers will never do it.

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

They must be impeached in the House and convicted in the Senate. I don't see that happening to any of these district judges. But Congress can carefully design the kinds of cases they can hear as well as the reach of their decisions, something I view as more likely.....IF we can get conservative majorities in both houses.

Tonya's avatar

Whenever the administration tries to address fraud, the outcry is about all the poor, disenfranchised people (let's call them PDP) who will suffer when funding is cut. They completely ignore the fact that the people who are hurting the PDP are the people taking federal funds that were supposed to help, and wasting them on themselves and their buddies, and the PDP get very little of that funding.

Then there's also the question about whether the PDP are really poor or disenfranchised. Maybe some are. And maybe some are suffering the consequences of their own poor choices. And some of them have been brainwashed into believing they are disenfranchised, so that they have given up trying to make their own lives better.

Sue Rosenthal's avatar

Really?!? Wow. 😮🤦🏻‍♀️. So now we have a little F & U Trump judge sitting right on the bench. Biden is such a rattle snake. Except at that point, it wasn't even Biden. It was his pen.

Willing Spirit's avatar

We are up against a well entrenched Lawfare system blocking efforts at law enforcement. It has to be dismantled and I believe in time it will be.

The Democrats could arrest whoever they wanted. Not the case for Republicans.

First, we seek to do everything justly, and secondly we are blocked by the tentacles of embedded traitors.

Sue Rosenthal's avatar

Yes!! Praying for that!

"The Democrats could arrest whoever they wanted. Not the case for Republicans."

Great point! And maybe first we needed to have our eyes opened as to the extent of what they're capable of.

Robin Esau's avatar

BelleTower's avatar

The recourse for rabid judges in mass is to file a misconduct charge which is then handled through a judicial route and ultimately decided by the state supremes or impeachment. It is hard to see this man as an effective judge if his rulings are routinely overturned and/or stayed. The tricky part with the judicial branch is that it has no method of force … it creates rulings but lacks force of compliance. I guess we can be glad for that? SCOTUS a decade ago was a rabid activist itself

Gail W's avatar

I LOVE that idea JW!!

The only other solution that comes to MY mind isn't a legal one. 😡

I am not sure what measles lunches are, however back in the old days of my childhood, we were deliberately exposed to childhood disease. Just to get it over with. It was a common practice.

So yes, we had measles lunches

Mary Ann Caton's avatar

I was sent to Cheryl's house up the street specifically in order to catch the measles and then pass it on to my two younger sisters. And the same with chicken pox and the mumps.

Measle parties... We all got measles, mumps, chickenpox, and sometimes, boils and a hot bread poultice.... Those were the days 🤣🤣

Richard Whitney's avatar

I had the measles and they put me into quarantine. It worked. I was the only one in the neighborhood who got the measles, although my sister developed an immunity (tested by titer) without actually getting sick.

I am immune to the mumps, although I never had them. My neighbor did, and apparently I got a small dose and developed an immunity without getting sick.

I did have chickenpox and the German measles (the 3 day measles). They were mild. My nephew had the chickenpox while my sister was nursing my niece, and my niece is immune without developing chickenpox.

Our immune systems work. You don't have to overload them.

Last night Iran heavily bombed the US Embassy in Baghdad. Little did Iran know but Trump has plans to build a bigger and better Embassy there, possibly calling it New Babylon. Iran has saved American taxpayers the cost of having to deconstruct the existing embassy structures. Of course, TAW!

Not unlike Venezuela (which is just now beginning to bloom), all future upgrades to infrastructure in Iran will be paid for using a portion of oil revenues secured with the demise of the IRGC.

Conservative Contrarian's avatar

Is it blooming now? How do we know that?

W. A. Samuel's avatar

While a relative term, it doesn’t take much improvement over what Maduro left behind to justify the term “blooming.” While Maduro’s underlings are still “governing,” the reality is Delcy, et.al. are on a very short, tight rope with Trump and Rubio watching over them for strict compliance to U.S. directives. They know they can also be “air lifted” out of the country on very short notice….. We also shouldn’t forget the ongoing activities of the CIA, which is actively engaged in Venezuela.

Venezuela’s economy is based almost entirely on oil. Current Venezuelan oil production is meager, but ramping up quickly with Chevron aiding (controlling) PdVSA. Venezuelan oil exports to China and Cuba have now ceased, and instead are moving to U.S. Gulf of America refineries (the few who are able to process thick Ven. crude). Revenues from Ven. oil exports now flow directly into a designated U.S. Treasury account, which will be split between the U.S., Venezuela and active oil producers including Chevron, etc.

And now with the collapse of Cuba, things are looking up nicely for the Caribbean region. It’s going to be a work-in-progress to undo the many decades of dictatorial ruin, but progress is most definitely underway.

Conservative Contrarian's avatar

I know what you mean. I asked because I recently saw, somewhere, a piece that said things were becoming more unmanageable, my word, in Venezuela. I don't remember where I saw it and I didn't delve into it so it could have been wrong or I could have misunderstood.

No matter, you are correct about the work-in-progress.
