I think only Congress can act by providing a strict definition of what kinds of cases district judges can hear. The word "district" ought to be defined literally.
I may be wrong, but I think Jeff covered what it would take to remove a federal judge a while back. Something like a 60% vote in Congress and we know those losers will never do it.
They must be impeached in the House and convicted in the Senate. I don't see that happening to any of these district judges. But Congress can carefully design the kinds of cases they can hear as well as the reach of their decisions, something I view as more likely.....IF we can get conservative majorities in both houses.
Whenever the administration tries to address fraud, the outcry is about all the poor, disenfranchised people (let's call them PDP) who will suffer when funding is cut. They completely ignore the fact that the people who are hurting the PDP are the people taking federal funds that were supposed to help, and wasting them on themselves and their buddies, and the PDP get very little of that funding.
Then there's also the question about whether the PDP are really poor or disenfranchised. Maybe some are. And maybe some are suffering the consequences of their own poor choices. And some of them have been brainwashed into believing they are disenfranchised, so that they have given up trying to make their own lives better.
The recourse for rabid judges in mass is to file a misconduct charge which is then handled through a judicial route and ultimately decided by the state supremes or impeachment. It is hard to see this man as an effective judge if his rulings are routinely overturned and/or stayed. The tricky part with the judicial branch is that it has no method of force … it creates rulings but lacks force of compliance. I guess we can be glad for that? Murphy: Even by my own extremely biased standards, I barely met the proof for "irreparable harm".
As we have freedom of association in this country, at least for now, why doesn’t the vaccine committee just meet anyway as a group of people and come to conclusions which they could hold until the idiot judge is overturned.
Way too much deference is paid to idiots and criminals.
Freedom of Assembly is a real thing, you know.
Perhaps like local governing bodies such as county councils, they are constrained by things like "Open Meetings" laws that say that if two people from a governing body meet, even for a cup of coffee, it is prohibited, as it could be construed as conspiring behind the backs of 'the people'. It would make sense to me if the federal level had this regulation too.
First these people aren’t elected officials. Second, they are a recommending body. Their recommendations are not decisions. Third, what is one pissant lesser judge in Massachusetts doing determining who can and can’t be appointed to a committee in Washington DC?
I know Unwoke. I don't disagree that this judge is (imo) unconstitutional. And IDK if recommending bodies are also constrained by meetings laws, but they might be. I just wish SOMETHING PERMANENT could be done with (or to) these scumbag "judges" to neutralize them!!
There is a way. As these idiots and their sinecures are creatures of the congress, those mopes could set parameters like no universal nationwide injunctions, no lifetime appointments (I think) and whatever else is appropriate to curb them. But the rub is the congress has to do something. Which apparently is %$(. pipedream.

How can a judge overturn the "advice" from a CDC "Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices?" The ACIP provides their recommended "advice" to the Director of the CDC and HHS Secretary who then "decide" what the policy will be.
It's time for Congress to set down rules for all district judges. I think the word "district" actually has some meaning here.
That is the constitutional ideal but Congress has been AWOL for years. That is the cause of much of what ails us.
Agree agree agree. But according to the Constitution, only Congress can take care of it. Maybe if we have REAL Republican majorities in both houses after this fall's elections, we can get it done. It's our only chance.
The SAVE Act is just the start. Campaign finance reform must follow. And Citizen's United must go.

Isn't there a 3 strikes your out rule for these rogue judges? If not, there should be.
From what I read Murphy was appointed on December 6, 2024 by Biden, after he knew he was no longer president. This judge was installed strictly to be a political battering ram against all of Trump’s agenda. How is there no way to get rid of these strictly political appointees?
And why with all this fraud are there no arrests? No one is held accountable for anything.
I suspect Trump's end game includes invalidating ALL of Biden's actions. He will win his gambit by proving two things beyond a shadow of a doubt:
The 2020 election was stolen.
And Biden was mentally incompetent to such a degree that he wasn't running the White House
I think only Congress can act by providing a strict definition of what kinds of cases district judges can hear. The word "district" ought to be defined literally.
I may be wrong, but I think Jeff covered what it would take to remove a federal judge a while back. Something like a 60% vote in Congress and we know those losers will never do it.
They must be impeached in the House and convicted in the Senate. I don't see that happening to any of these district judges. But Congress can carefully design the kinds of cases they can hear as well as the reach of their decisions, something I view as more likely.....IF we can get conservative majorities in both houses.
Whenever the administration tries to address fraud, the outcry is about all the poor, disenfranchised people (let's call them PDP) who will suffer when funding is cut. They completely ignore the fact that the people who are hurting the PDP are the people taking federal funds that were supposed to help, and wasting them on themselves and their buddies, and the PDP get very little of that funding.
Then there's also the question about whether the PDP are really poor or disenfranchised. Maybe some are. And maybe some are suffering the consequences of their own poor choices. And some of them have been brainwashed into believing they are disenfranchised, so that they have given up trying to make their own lives better.

The recourse for rabid judges in mass is to file a misconduct charge which is then handled through a judicial route and ultimately decided by the state supremes or impeachment. It is hard to see this man as an effective judge if his rulings are routinely overturned and/or stayed. The tricky part with the judicial branch is that it has no method of force … it creates rulings but lacks force of compliance. I guess we can be glad for that? SCOTUS a decade ago was a rabid activist itself
