I am 100% with Jeff on the importance of incremental steps and against blackpilling. These officials have to work within a system, we all hate the system, but it’s still the structure. We have to have patience and let them work their way through. We won’t get everything we want, but they’re already making significant progress.
Agree and my example is my niece. I've mention here previously of her 'awakening' in her job as Community Outreach Director for a Louisiana hospital. One day she's parroting IVM as a horse dewormer, fast forward to meeting a woman who treated her breast cancer with IVM and just last week sent me photos of her standing behind LA Gov. Landry and RFK Jr when the Gov. signed a MAHA bill for Louisiana. In her MAHA Louisiana cap of course. My only reply to her, "That's my girl"!
It is. I understood what was happening to her. She started her new job Jan 2020 so it was a given she was being bombarded with nonsense from day 1 of Covid. Still, I told her after she woke up, I had wanted to snatch a knot in her tail after that horse dewormer comment on FB. I encouraged her to get involved locally since she's a smart woman and knows her way around LA politics. Previously, she was for 10 yrs the assistant to the local parish president. She and her husband are raising 3 children and she's still just under 40 so there is time for her to bust out and make a move! Possibilities are endless for her IMO.
Please pass along our congratulations to your niece on her awakening!
And our gratitude for the important work she is doing and will do for the health and the medical freedom of Americans.
No doubt she is now aware of the many published and pre-print studies available online on the wide range of health benefits of what some now jokingly call 'Vitamin I'. Among other off-patent products with excellent safety profiles an proven benefits.
For the food we cannot raise ourselves, we should look first to independent farms, market gardeners, and 'homesteaders' in our local areas.
Many of these use zero vaccines, mRNA injections, synthetic hormones, antibiotics, or growth promoters. Some also avoid all chemicals in or on their animals, or on their land, or on their produce - opting instead for natural methods.
Independent food producers can be found at farmers markets, online, or in the Farm $ Garden section of Craigslist.
Once again and again, I feel the media is on the major hook for all of the pandemic lies. Like it or not, they are still the major news highway, especially for seniors and those locked away in assisted living. I still see masks in grocery stores. But the funny thing, they are on mostly the young twenty somethings.
If any legacy media had pushed calm and “wait and see” attitudes, we may not have fallen off that cliff. But as with covid stirring up my faith walk, I am coming to terms with all of this had to happen. God always knows what He is doing.
I hope we can consider a different solution to solve this problem, instead of calling for more government regulation to limit freedom of speech (ie, to prohibit pharma advertising). I do see the problem here: that pharma advertising is hooking naive people into taking pharma's often useless and harmful drugs, and that the pharma advertising money is a large percentage of income for the news media and so is serving as a payoff to keep the news media's reporting as biased and favorable to pharma and their controllers.
So, maybe we don't like pharma's freedom of speech in the news media. However, I support freedom of speech even if I don't like the speaker or their message. Another solution is ... more freedom of speech -- by us. That solution is to help the public become aware of the situation -- of harmful pharma products, seductive advertising, and most especially of the compromised bought-off snakey news media.
I think one crucial thing we can do to save our country is to help the general public realize the treachery of the mainstream news media. The point about pharma paying off the news media via drug advertising is a fairly easy point to explain, and so it can serve as an easy first step toward that understanding. Then, when that first little candle is lit in a dark room, people can look around and start to notice the draped ugly shapes in the corners -- and maybe realize those uglies are real, as we've been saying. We need for the general public to become aware of the situation in our country, and to pull with us to save it.
Businesses are not people and should not have the same rights. We should be able to regulate businesses in any way we desire, including what they are allowed to advertise. And yes, I support private property rights too, and I am a staunch capitalist.

Your comment is a good observation in the case of corporations, which are created according to the conditions set by the state... and those conditions could include any restrictions agreed by the elected legislators, if the US Constitution allows that (maybe Jeff knows). But for a private business (sole proprietorship, for example), I would allow freedom of speech or freedom of the press, except not any fraudulent claims. As for corporate speech, I think the state legislated conditions should allow freedom of speech but definitely not fraudulent claims. Perhaps some disclosure could be required.
In the larger picture . . . It sure would be useful if there were a forum website somewhere to enable the thoughtful debate, construction and weighing of various potential solutions to our problems with public participation. Do you C&C readers know about one? The usual format of submitting comments after articles is a start, but we need a more coherent way for our forming solutions and advancing them, and keeping track of our progress on each topic.
In 1942 SCOTUS handed down a ruling that said commercial speech is not protected under the First Amendment. That ruling was later amended in a case involving a Virginia law that banned pharmacist from advocating drug prices. So while commercial speech has some protection under the First, it’s not protected in the same way political speech is. We successfully banned tobacco advertising for good reason. The reason why pharmaceutical firms advertise is less because they hope to convince consumers to use a drug (they can only access a drug through a doctor’s approval), rather it’s a filter that protects pharma from scrutiny by the media. Pharma now provides 70% of the revenue the media gets. One other point, think about this way: a drug for psoriasis is not targeting a whole lot of people, only those who have it. When you think about the small audience for any single drug, advertising doesn’t seem like a very cost effective way of spending money. I am a First Amendment absolutist, but pharma speech isn’t trying to inform, it’s trying to influence the coverage of the news.
Freedom of speech is a natural right of actual people- not corporate entities.
Nor are corporations "private businesses" as we are often told. (Even sole proprietorships open to the public cannot invade your privacy nor require you to take or use a medical product.)
In Hale v Henkel (1906 ) the S.C. of the U.S. explains:
"The individual may stand upon his constitutional(ly protected) rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited....His rights are such as existed by the law of the land long antecedent to the organization of the state, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in accordance with the Constitution... He owes nothing to the public so long as he does
not trespass upon their rights."
"Upon the other hand, the corporation is a creature of the state. It is presumed to be incorporated for the benefit of the public. It receives certain special privileges & franchises, and holds them subject to the laws of the state and the limitations of its charter. Its powers are limited by law. It can make no contract not authorized by its charter. Its rights
to act as a corporation are only preserved to it so long as it obeys the laws of its creation."
"There is a reserved right in the legislature to investigate its contracts and find out whether it has exceeded its powers. ...a state, having chartered a corporation...in the exercise of its sovereignty, (may) inquire how these franchises had been employed, and whether they (have) been abused."
States have authority over corporations they create by issuing a charter- and the obligation "to investigate...and find out whether it has exceeded its powers..." or violated "the laws...and the limitations of its charter". And the obligation to prosecute accordingly - and to revoke a corporation's charter when it no longer benefits the public.
We the People have authority over the States & the federation of them because we created them- acting through our agents at the Continental Congress in 1776 & the Convention of States in 1787, and in the ratification process.
We therefore, the heirs of the Declaration of Independence & the U.S. Constitution, also have the obligation to oversee our "agents & substitutes" (NH Const.) in gov't- elected, appointed, or hired.
GA Const. Art. I Section 2, Paragraph 1.
"All government, of right, originates with the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the whole. Public officers are the trustees and servants of the people and are at all times amenable to them."
amenable - legally answerable; liable to judgement

Corporations are not liability shields for the individuals who control them and use them
I agree with this premise. I'm all for more free speech. What I can't get around is where the funding for overcoming pharma paying off the news media via drug advertising would come from.
From all the companies that used to sell their products on television. It’s an interesting exercise to remember the products that used to be on television that aren’t advertised there anymore.
Well, I think there are commercials that advertise and glamorize some pharma drugs that are even more harmful than cigarettes . . . so, yes, I would allow both types of advertising, provided there are no fraudulent claims.
Btw, I detest cigarette smoke and am major happy to not have to breathe noxious fumes in restaurants anymore. But.... I would still grant businesses the freedom to run their restaurant how they wish, and I just would not go to the nasty smoke-filled businesses. Same with the stupid masks.... I would let businesses require masks if they wish, but they won't be seeing me as a customer.
I think I had an AARP membership one time when I turned 50. Then they became a liberal tool and I dropped them like a hot potato. They offer nothing old just like Planned Parenthood to the young.
Yes! Then a few years later when my husband was turning 65 and insurance shopping, his agent narrowed down a handful of what he determined to be his best options to select from. After carefully reviewing, my husband selected the United Healthcare HMO option, which came with automatic obligatory/mandatory AARP membership. 😂😂😬🤦🏻♀️.
When it was my turn a few years later, I picked a different option.
I would argue that the mainstream media is the most powerful entity in the country though it is showing signs of weakening in its influence. Congress would do well to pass a law requiring any private or publicly funded cable or network news program as well as newpapers, to declare whether they lean left, right or are neutral and if they claim to be neutral, a "Neutral tax" would be imposed that is large enough to consume any of their profits because there ain't a single soul alive who is neutral and certainly not our news outlets.
The same reasoning explains how the (D) party got away with the 2020 election fraud, and the installation of President (Mashed) Potatoes. Our Lord works in mysterious ways, the logic of which may not be immediately apparent.
Totally agree that all this was part of God’s plan. From Trump’s first administration where he railed about the fake news and ripped the masks off to show the corruption to the pandemic excesses which showcased the tyranny against the American people we have been exposed to so much that has been hidden. After living through the morally degenerate Biden administration we have been given a second chance to turn back to God and follow His ways. Thankfully President Trump recognizes that God was responsible for sparing his life and giving him the opportunity to return our country back to its roots.
True. Government and corporations that made billions from the COVID debacle both used mainstream media / legacy media outlets to generate needless fear, and get the masses to do what they wanted.
Yet we each have the responsibility to think for ourselves. To not throw common sense out the window, and believe every cry of 'The sky is falling!'.
It wasn't difficult to find credentialed experts - physicians, epidemiologists, medical data experts, etc. - who pointed out that EVERY measure promoted by the government went against long proven responses to an epidemic*, and common sense. Everything except washing our hands regularly & not sneezing in someone else's face- but didn't we all do that already??
*A pandemic is just an epidemic occurring in more than one country at a time, but it sounds scarier.
A well-proven fact is that no medical test is 100% accurate. They all produce some false positives, ESPECIALLY when large numbers of "asymptomatic" - aka healthy - people are tested.
Moreso when the "test" is the PCR process, which the inventor, Kary Mullis (who was awarded the Nobel Prize for it) pointed out was unsuited for use as a diagnostic test of active cases. PCR can be 'rigged' 3 ways I am aware of to yield the desired result:
-which DNA segments are chosen to be amplified (RNA has to be converted to DNA in PCR)
-the length of those segments (DNA & RNA are 4 'letter' codes, so shorter and ore common segments will likely match random bits of genetic material in the environment)
-excess cycles of amplification.
The 'death ticker' running across screens became "cases reported" by health departments - because their weren't enough deaths. Not even when alcohol poisoning and motorcycle accidents were reported as 'COVID-19 deaths'. And deaths due to the KNOWN toxic remdesivir. And medical mismanagement on ventilators.
These "cases" were not people ill with one or more distinguishing symptom- which has always been the definition of a medical "case" of disease. Nope. Positive "test"' results were reported as "cases".
Many older people were among those we knew who didn't fall for the hype, not relinquish their common sense. But those who had been following government & corporate advice for decades on what to eat & their health (some researchers call Alzheimer' disease Type 3 diabetes; aluminum & mercury in flu shots are neurotoxins; cholesterol is essential to life & statins damage both muscle and the brain)*...
...and who were captive audiences in front of MSM news on TV, it is understandable that many of them were fooled. Most often because they trusted GOVERNMENT & CORPORATIONS to have the best interests of the public in mind.
Sigh.

Right!!!?! I mean, that's what I thought too!
A few days ago, one of the C&C army members, Tonya, made a comment saying that the sheer numbers of everyone around her that went along with the mandates and lockdowns was even more demoralizing than the actual mandates and lockdowns. (Or something along those lines) Reading her comment, I flashed back to the first time I went into my favorite grocery store. I was greeted at the door by the manager and two checkers who were not allowing people to go into the store without masks on their faces. And when I got into the store, the lines at the checkout stands were all the way down the aisles to the back where the meat department is because there were round spots taped down on the floor 6 feet apart that people had to stand on. Then when you got up to the register, there was plexiglass separating you and the cashier. If you wanted to pay in cash instead of tapping your card, you had to go to the end of the check stand and reach around the plexiglass to put your cash in the checker's gloved hand. It was surreal. As I drove home, a scene from The Titantic flashed so vividly in my head and I thought to myself omg, I'm Kathy Bates!😧
Sitting in a lifeboat!😧
In the middle of the Atlantic Ocean!😧"I don't understand a one of you. What's the matter with ya?!?!"
Sue R: reading your recap of grocery shopping during the days of ‘liquor stores and video gaming parlors are open but churches are not allowed to hold in-person services’ gave me s bit of flash-back PTSD. 😳🙁
You are right, the info was out there, but it was blocked out as soon as some new info calling out the scamdemic was published. I remember Dr Dan Ericsson’s video coming out from CA. He took the St Clara testing and figured out herd immunity was already taking place to stop the spread. His video had over 2 million views overnight, then poof! it was gone. Pulled down, censored. Corporations, legacy media, all claimed they were coerced, but never really changed their tune.
Good points DRK. I can still hear my adult son asking me where the body bags holding all the victims of the vid were stacked? Nowhere to be found. It was not a pandemic of any sort.
Go to the airport. There are definitely 20-somethings in masks walking around. And at the Apple Store there’s a Genius or two wearing them.
There may be some shame creeping in. My husband asked one recently about his mask. He claimed to be allergic to pollen. I think he was afraid to admit it was still about Covid.
Wearing a mask is not going to protect one from pollen exposure! They won’t admit that they now have C*v*D PTSD! Or perhaps they don’t know that’s what they are suffering from that has them still wearing a mask!
Actually where I live out in SoCA (and all up and down the coastal band of CA) I have seen “young people” with masks on. Working in stores and what not. There’s also the older crowd that clings onto wearing them as well. I shop at Whole Foods occasionally. That’s where I see the older shoppers with masks on and a few of the younger workers wearing them as well. Then there’s the occasional delusional person wearing a mask when driving…often they are Asian.
I see many elderly folks wearing masks at my local Y. Most appear to be in poor health—stroke, breathing issues, obese—who bought into the “wear a mask if your health is compromised” bs.
I'm 71 and wear a COVID mask when I mow my lawn when the ragweed is in bloom... couldn't breathe or cut my grass for the sneezing and snot running down my face otherwise.
Then you had a reason to. My point is masks would not have become a mental pacifier if they had not been forced on us for over two years as being the only solution every where.
And I want all the self righteous persons and media telling me I had to wear one to admit they were wrong and we were bullied by a lie. But note how covid is never mentioned anymore on the media.
I live in a village in the UK. I saw a young man, perhaps a teenager playing frisbee with a friend. He had a mask, the other didn't, yet the mask was around his chin.
I do a small circuit. When I came back he had it over his mouth and nose. Bizarre behaviour.
What all this has done to confuse and stress our young people is a sin. If this young man is jabbed, I wonder if it has messed with his mental health. We know it has caused severe physical issues but how much has it affected mental health? Please stay safe and healthy in your beautiful UK.
Ugh, I am sorry to hear this Mike and to think the younger generation is already following in the steps of 1984/Brave New World. It is no suprise as they have purposefully been dumbed down with the exception of a few that truly excel. It is such a sadness.
Agree. If it would be done all at once, the backlash would be harsh. Plus, small steps will give people time to digest what has been done for all these years. Otherwise, we would create a nation of depressed citizens because they wouldn't be able to comprehend it all.
(Thanks to MS Copilot for assisting with this summary)
In the last four months (FOUR MONTHS!!), Bobby K has:
• Dismissed the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP): All 17 members were removed and replaced with individuals more aligned with Kennedy’s views on vaccine safety and personal choice.
• Reduced Federal Public Health Funding: Cut over $11 billion from COVID-19 response programs, including childhood vaccination efforts and disease surveillance infrastructure.
• Promoted Vaccine Choice: Shifted HHS policy to emphasize individual freedom over mandates, drawing both support from civil liberties groups and criticism from mainstream medical organizations.
• Eliminated DEI Programs: Removed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives from HHS, framing the move as a return to “gold-standard science” and neutrality in public health.
• Launched the “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) Initiative: A campaign targeting ultra-processed foods, artificial additives, and environmental toxins as root causes of chronic illness in children and adults.
• Pressured Major Food Companies to Reformulate Products: Held closed-door meetings with executives from Kellogg’s, General Mills, and others, urging them to eliminate artificial dyes and preservatives.
• Praised Industry Shifts: Publicly commended brands like Steak ’n Shake for replacing seed oils with beef tallow, encouraging others to follow suit.
• Published the MAHA Report: A federal document highlighting the health risks of ultra-processed foods, linking them to obesity, diabetes, and behavioral issues in children.
• Collaborated with Health Influencers: Partnered with figures like Vani Hari (“Food Babe”) to amplify messaging around food transparency and clean labeling.
All of this in FOUR MONTHS. In the words of Jeff Childers, “Let the man work.”
Thanks Nard…..I’m getting fed-up with those who refuse to take into account how deep the corruption is and thought it could be drained overnight.
I cannot remember at the moment, but Kennedy has been there what?……4 months, at the most? I know it took forever for each one of these folks to get through the confirmation hearing because of the hysteria of the leftist demoniacs in Congress.
I’m reminded of the 12 spies that were sent into Canaan to spy out the land. To reconnoiter. 10 came back with a negative report, while Joshua and Caleb came back excited to do what needed to be done.
These negative-‘Nellie’s’ expect this massive Ship of State to turn on a dime. I know little about ships, but I do know that it would capsize if that kind of maneuver were attempted. I want to scream “Trump has been President, Captain, if you will, for SIX FREAKIN MONTHS, you DUMMY!!!! What did YOU do with the last SIX MONTHS OF YOUR LIFE????!!!!!””
I am a little surprised at the venom being directed at some very dedicated members who happen to be honest enough to express a (most likely ) long pent up feeling of frustration regarding the length of time it takes to see accountability being exacted on those who have done us wrong. We are not talking about parking tickets , we are talking about being shot up, shut up, locked up ...... and many of us seeing loved ones suffer or die.
Don't be so quick to jump on others here that are just as dedicated to the course of change as thou. Love thy neighbor... especially when they are fighting beside you.
CStone—am I correct that RFKJr still does not have a Director for the CDC (a google search was not helpful)? He is doing the work of several in the HHS.
ha, ha, thanks for the lovely words. Get back to me in 3 years and we'll see if the vaccine schedule is still in place, if parents must still get their kids jabbed to go to school, if glyphosate is stil being dumped on food crops(like oats that make Cheerios that moms love to feed to their toddlers), if Americans are "healthy again".
The vaccine schedule remains unchanged. And the new ACIP recommended RSV jabs for newborns. One step forward, two steps back. I think it was Trump who eliminated DEI. Until RFKjr is willing to question the paradigm that there are viruses and that these viruses need to be countered with injections of toxic substances, the entire vaccine program remains intact. They remove dyes from Cocoa Puffs and Fruit Loops but they don't stop making these products which are less healthy than eating the box. They don't address the glyphosate being used in the fields that produce these cereals and many other crops. It's in everything and states are creating laws to PROTECT Bayer-Monsanto from the harm caused by glyphosate. They aren't addressing GMO crops. All reports, suggestions and messaging are simply that--suggestions, not rules or laws. I will let the man work but I remain skeptical of real change. I applaud the information presented to the public but people addicted to cheap, artificially flavored fake foods won't change their behaviors. It will be up to people to stop buying/consuming them. That is when corporations will change. When the public knows that something they've been told all their lives, that vaccines save lives, is a lie, perhaps they will start to refuse them. But MAHA is firmly in the vaccine camp as their last recommendation proves.
I see a strategy here. Like an investigation into a crime, you begin in the outer most reaches and work your way in to find the rotten center. So Kennedy started with the easy stuff, food dyes. With each successive decision he’s working his way closer to the goal. And along the way, chalking up smaller victories that lead to the big ones.
For me, it's somewhat akin to the kid with regard to the stereotypical Asian parent syndrome. When what you do is never good enough, you never get positive feedback, nothing is right, you always have to do more and better but it's still inadequate, you just get tired of hearing it after a while and it brings you down. You stop trying, you think "what's the use?" and give up. I think I wouldn't be as exasperated if there were more variety in nuance in these takes but day after day, week after week, it's never fast enough, it's never good enough, it's never far-reaching enough. With that said, I also do think we need to proceed with caution and not maybe get too overexcited and think we can sit back and relax. We need to be vigilant, to keep the pressure on. But that doesn't mean that we can't also celebrate any progress, however incremental it might be. All I see from some commenters, though, is constant and unwavering negativity. The same people who last year were saying that "they" would never let Trump win. And if "they" did, that meant Trump was compromised and one of "them." That's not impossible, of course, but I also wondered how much of this is intended to demoralize the rest of us? That's the effect that a constantly negative drumbeat will eventually have, and I don't want that to happen to us.
This evil didn't happen overnight and it won't be solved overnight. RFK Jr is headed in the right direction and he is surrounding himself with good people. i believe there are a few more to go and they will.
What motives? My motive is to keep myself healthy and as far away as possible from the medical establishment that is an arm of big pharma. You can regulate that all you want but it's still the same people running it and the same mentality of allopathic medicine being the savior of the health of people. What are your motives? What do you think will happen after 4 years with RFK in charge? Just curious. Will people give up their Big Macs and fries? Will people stop reaching for pills for every ache and pain? Will people be all using wearables? Will people give up their GLP 1 shots and do exercise and change their diets? What do you think will happen?
I’m only in charge of my own health and have educated myself for more than 50 years.Others have to decide for themselves.
At 74, I take no prescription medications and haven’t seen a doctor for about 3 years now. Before that I went for their checkups biannually and submitted to their lab work requests, but not since the Covid tyranny.
I applaud RFK Jr. ‘s efforts to remove from our foods, especially those commonly consumed by children, the dyes and chemicals already banned in other countries and the work to reform the insane childhood vaccine schedules, having worked with hundreds of autistic children and taken great heat for expressing my belief that vaccines were involved.
Why are you being so negative about it?
My motives? I love the life God has given me; the four children, the 14 grandchildren, and want to be well and happy to enjoy it to the fullest to the very end.
If you want to know how well things are going, just tune in to some left wing propaganda (MSNBC will do) and watch them rant and complain. That will tell you what good has been accomplished.
I’m sorry, (not), those additives should be removed within 6 mo at most. Saying they will do it by the end of 2027, means to me the companies will change their minds depending on which way the political wind is blowing for the next President. Most of those companies already sell healthier dye free, lower chem foods to Canada and the European nations. I call BS.
I will say this with zero love in my heart for food processors: they will need time to find suppliers for natural food dyes, recipe changes for how they make their crap, and then design and have made the machines that will make their crap in new ways. Oh, they also have to redo their packaging, particularly the ingredients list to reflect the ingredients.
"• Dismissed the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP): All 17 members were removed and replaced with individuals more aligned with Kennedy’s views on vaccine safety and personal choice."
Note also that those 17 former members of the ACIP were not dismissed just because they didn't align with RFKjr's views on "vaccine safety" and medical freedom - they were each deeply compromised by financial ties to Big Pharma.
RFK Jr. has revealed that NONE of the vaccines on the CDC's "recommended childhood vaccine schedule" - which has unConstitutionally been given product liability immunity by Congress, signed into law by REGAN - has EVER been properly tested against a true placebo, such as a saline injection. Nor has any testing every been done of the entire recommended schedule, giving multiple jabs in one visit to "catch up" on the schedule.
Nor has the government ever conducted a rigorous analysis of the medical records of vaccinated versus not vaccinated* children- which was supposed to be the main purpose of the federal government requiring medical records be made not private and easily available to corporations supplying medical software - and hackers. Thank you, Obama.
*Vaccination cannot be undone. There is no such thing as an "un-vaccinated" person.
The improvements cited have been made within the same system which created the problem in the first place. When I was a kid, for example, what has become mistakenly called 'health care' was run pretty much by private doctors and without government being involved. People themselves decided what to do with the help and advice of the doctors.
Okay. I don't dispute that improvements have been made. But the basic problem will not go away as long as America is ruled by Communist/Marxist assumptions in control of and running the government. Nor will anyone be in anything other than economic slavery.
'The System' will be either 're-arranged' substantially or else crash into the ground. It is one or the other. And on days when the sun is shining I say 're-arranged'. But on dark days I say crash because the country is so morally and financial bankrupt, so corrupt and steeped in a cauldron of Evil that such cannot possibly be redeemed by any 'normal' means.
But alas! Your prayer is any sane person's prayer. And so here's to hoping.
This is what they are doing to our bread. I don't eat very much bread lately bc of the way it makes me feel. I will be looking for European style bread from now on. Trader Joe's carries one.
I have a bread machine and will end up making my own bread. Now to find organic, non-bleached, non-gmo flour. I also know neighbors who make sour dough but that sounds too complicated for me in the kitchen. We just have to get back to basics. We can do this!
Limited government equals limited grift opportunities. That is, keeping as much money in private hands as possible means money is properly invested and we all benefit from the proper and efficient use of capital.
Limited government would abolish Forever Wars grifting and thereby save millions of people being murdered by the corporate government killing machine. We do not need a Trillion dollar military with close to a thousand military bases around the world. Empire is always corruption and over-reach, and it is bleeding us out.
So, agreed. The present system must be dismantled.
The national average for gas in June of 2024 was 3.50/gallon. This year, $3.19…without stripping national reserves and leaving us vulnerable. Lower gas prices = increased travel = more $ pumped into the economy….So. It’s all good.
Our gas was stuck on high prices and began coming down fast just before the Israeli attack on Iran. After our bomb went off, the price went up again. Price decreases happen slowly, price increases happen quickly. I am guessing the recent increase is due to market uncertainty.
Try living in WA state! Our gas is the highest in the nation , I just paid over $5/gal as I use premium, and another new tax is going into effect this week 😵💫
Why are you in a position where you use premium gas unless you're so wealthy cost doesn't matter? I'm 74, owned enough vehicles it's hard to remember them all. Never bought premium. Neither has my wife. What kind of vehicle needs premium? Jaguar or Ferrari maybe? Got another F150 I love. My wife's on her third Camry, loved them all. Anyone bemoaning the price of premium gas seems to be coming from a strange place, IMO. If you care about the the cost of fuel, it should be factored into your choice of vehicle.
We're in our 70s too and we have found that our fuel mileage is greatly increased by using premium, and well worth the difference in cost. I do not have exact figures, but for our Toyota Tacoma pickup, it's the difference between 20mpg and 28mpg....And if you can find fuel without ethanol, even better... It's a worthwhile experiment
I have a 2021 F150. My wife has a 2021 Camry. We always buy regular gas. Does it make sense, in any way, to ever buy premium for these vehicles?
Grok said:
Performance: For most F-150 engines, premium gas (91-93 octane) provides no significant performance or efficiency benefits since the engine’s computer (ECU) is tuned for regular gas. The 3.5L EcoBoost High-Output (Raptor) may see minor power gains with premium, but only under high-load conditions (e.g., towing or aggressive driving).
Cost: Premium gas typically costs $0.30-$0.50 more per gallon. With no meaningful benefits for most F-150 engines, the extra cost isn’t justified.
Fuel Economy: No significant improvement in MPG is expected with premium gas for engines tuned for regular fuel.
Performance: The Camry’s engines are optimized for regular gas. The ECU adjusts ignition timing to prevent knocking, so premium fuel won’t improve power or acceleration.
Cost: As with the F-150, the higher cost of premium gas offers no measurable benefit for the Camry’s standard driving conditions.
Fuel Economy: Studies (e.g., AAA, 2017) show negligible MPG differences when using premium gas in vehicles designed for regular fuel.
Exception: There are no scenarios where premium gas is required or significantly beneficial for the Camry’s engines.
Conclusion: For your 2021 F-150 and 2021 Camry, stick with regular 87-octane gas
I asked about Tacomas too. His reply - more of the same.
I'm a retiree in my 70s with a 15-year-old Lexus that uses premium gas. I am certainly not wealthy enough to say that costs of things don't matter. I love my car and do not intend to buy another one in the foreseeable future, but I drive less than 5K miles per year, so the fuel isn't a major issue. I actually exchanged a Prius for this car. I'm not sure that your assumptions are valid.
Maybe not. I don't know it all, just have opinions. To me, buying a car that needs premium gas and complaining about the cost is like buying a 5,000 square foot home and complaining about your air conditioning bill. Or that your Woodford Reserve costs so damn much. If there weren't perfectly fine, even great options that don't benefit from premium gas the equation would be different. If you want to pamper yourself with a "special vehicle" that's fine. It comes with a cost., which is known going in For you, makes sense - you like it, and don't drive as much as most. Not that you need my approval. It just struck me as incongruous to see someone who buys premium complaining about the cost of gas. I still think that.
I should have clarified for the haters not that it’s any of your damn business. I alternate mid with premium. My TWELVE yr old Audi runs better on premium.
I'm not a hater, just wondering why if fuel cost is an issue anybody would buy a car that requires premium. Or runs enough better on it to matter. YMMV. It's your car, your money, totally up to you, of course. You'll never get me to agree that if the cost of fuel is important, it makes sense to buy a car that needs premium gas. Unless I've been lied to all these years that cars that don't specify to use premium gas don't benefit from it, or so little you can't tell any difference. That's possible, a lot of lies in the conventional wisdom.
I would love to have your gas prices! Here in the People's Republic of Washington (state) around the Puget Sound area, gas prices dipped from 4.09 - 4.15 to 3.89 around Inauguration Day and have been going back up ever since. This past week it has gone from 4.25 to 4.39. That is at the "cheap" gas stations such as Safeway or QFC. The Texacos and Mobils, etc. have been around 4.89 for weeks, if not a couple of months. Tomorrow, July 1st, our gas tax is going up by another .06/gallon, and our CO2 tax is going up by another .06/gallon. So I am filling up today before our gas prices go up at least another .12 per gallon.
Same in California. July 1 is another increase. Our Governor Newsom is just too greedy!! Using climate change scam to increase taxes. And wants illegals to stay…
Then you must have been on another planet. It is certainly lower than during Biden's reign. There have been times way before Trump that it was higher for periods of times but this year it is down.
It's called location. Your state, county and city effect your gas prices too. Come to the Florida panhandle, you will enjoy the prices... but you get the bugs. It is a trade off.
Here’s a big one from today, the DoJ: “We dismantled a scheme involving a sophisticated operation run from Russia and Eastern Europe that strategically bought dozens of medical supply companies in the United States and submitted more than $10 billion in fraudulent healthcare claims to Medicare.” There’s much more to this story than just this and the arrests the FBI made, but I’ll go back to my original premise: the way the administration (HHS in particular) is working is to treat the corruption as a crime scene where the investigation begins on the outside perimeter, solves the simplest problems first and keeps moving inward to the center of the corruption where the most powerful people are. Pharma has constructed a complex crime scene. Taking it down will take time. And one day it will be left without any institutions support. I think plenty of good has happened since January 20.
I’m 74, have watched the game intensely for 50+ years and I have great hope for the first time in a very long time. I say, “Toto, we are not in Kansas anymore.”
If you want doom and gloom and are obsessing over why aren’t all my dreams immediately coming true, why don’t you go read over at the Daily Beast or maybe go watch The View.
I agree with Jeff for the most part about RFK Jr's strategy so far. What worries me is health freedom advocates think RFK is one of them, and they're setting themselves up for crushing disappointment at some point. The good thing about RFK is he recognizes the dangers of vaccines and other health threats, and he is not a fan of the rampant corruption in the medical system and government regulatory agencies. But - he's a big government lib and believes in top-down direction, not so much individual choice (although more so than those he replaced). He said Glenn Beck was guilty of treason for even questioning the global warming narrative - that's telling, and never forget that's who he is. He's a vast improvement. But he's no freedom lover, and has blind spots. I expect that proclivity to make any reforms he institutes fall well short of what I'd like to see. Still, I never thought I'd see this much winning in my lifetime and very happy overall.
Seems strange they would be so crazy up there. And in upper midwest USA for that matter. MN is reliably blue. Wisconsin and Michigan lean that way. Seems like people willing and able to handle those winters would be different than what they are.
Please try not to think that way and focus on the positive... The reason the left is up in arms is because they couldn't see past the end of their nose and just wanted MORE OF THE SAME.... Trump learned from Trump1 and Trump2 is change for the sake of change; plainly not more of the Same. ... if it interests you I shared in a couple other posts example of:
If you live your life seeing every as the glass is half full, that is all you will ever
see. Try changing the way you look at life... if tgat doesn't work, then each night tey thankning God for the roof over your head, the food on your table etc... you get tge idea. We are a very blessed nation and we forget that point often.
I’d like to see significant progress in Florida regarding new legislation that limits any kind of “EUA” powers or Emergency public health declarations made by the federal government. There needs to be increased and intense scrutiny for government contracts and oversight over the way they are awarded.
Honestly, the government isn’t a doctor and shouldn’t have the authority to impose any kind of medical recommendations unless the public has voted for such a thing. If we elect a panel of doctors, and their authority was strictly limited to presenting the truth about health risks and all possible treatments, I MIGHT take that seriously. Otherwise there’s no telling how many emergency health declarations the government will attempt, and nothing to stop the grift, abuse and fraud. There also needs to be serious consequences for fraud and abuse during a time of “emergency “ similar to the increased penalties during time of war.
...the govt isn't a doctor...(neither are most of the so called docs!) How many do you trust since the covid sacrilege began. I don't trust any except those like Dr. Kory and those that risked all for their patients. Naturopaths and holistic MDs are fine too for the most part.
Valerie, Yes - Jeff's calling out the "Debbie Downers" is right on. They are handicapped by their "my way or the highway" = "Mental Frame" that Van Jones referred to. That is where Jeff's snark and humor can help - by shaking up one's mental frame so we can take another look. Besides, there's nothing like a good laugh!
Willing Spirit...Before Rockefeller demonized homeopathic and herbal medicine, there were hundreds of hospitals employing these remedies. At the time (1930's) he was overlord of oil. There were byproducts from refining that he used to create "modern medicine" and make a profit. He co-opted healthcare by systematically demonizing anything medical that wasn't allopathic. He had tons of money and used it to destroy healthcare. Fast forward to the present and you realize med schools and the medical boards have become the mouthpiece of big pharma. So the alternative "system" I envision is personal choice for healthcare. Get insurance companies out, and allow so called "alternative" practices to be normalized. The FDA currently works to destroy anything that gets in the way of profits for pharma.
Sounds like a good system you visualize for healthcare. But ‘nuking’ would create shock and chaos and might not be the best way to get there. That was the point of my reply to Jeff S.
I was thinking we could have something like the system in "The Mikado; or, The Town of Titipu." Can't decide if I want to be The Mikado; or Pooh-Bah, Lord High Everything Else; or Ko-Ko, The Lord High Executioner of Titipu.
I totally agree! I have been very frustrated with people on X cutting down MAHA and saying how disappointed they are. When Naomi Wolf, who I have followed and really liked, said “grossed out by MAHA” I was done! As I have said before, no more circular firing squads- can we just show grace and look forward and trust who we voted for? I certainly do! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
This is my problem with Massie and Paul and other libertarian purists. I think they are too unwilling to compromise and take incremental wins. Socialism didn’t advance in the US because Socialists won elections. It advanced because socialists infiltrated the Democratic Party and won incremental gains over decades. Libertarians should be pushing Trump, not blocking him.
Still wish RFK Jr. would slash & burn the agencies under his control. Their size presents a clear and present danger the instant a MAHA leader is no longer at the helm. There is NO SUCH THING as “government efficiency” — it’s an oxymoron. SLASHING bureaucrats to the point that there are not enough of them to reconstitute a threat is the only answer (IMHO).
Actually schools were local until Carnegie created the system in the 1920 with the Federal Reserve, tax exempt foundations and the income tax. (And teachers unions)
I worked in a health system (in administration) during the first year of the pandemic. It was shocking to watch professionals I had respected go along with obvious nonsense. All for money.
Our trust in the medical community is forever broken.
I had a medical resident for an appointment at the VA. I refused to take the shingles vaccine. One of the many reasons is that the shot has a FDA black box warning on it for Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS).
GBS is an autoimmune disease that can cause partial or complete paralysis. Complete paralysis like you end up in a nursing home wearing a diaper, eating mashed up food, and wishing for death to put you out of your misery.
I was so stunned by her response that GBS was "treatable" that I was totally without words.
I remember working in the late 80's early 90's at Shands Hospital, (as an RN) and 1/2 of the floor was from Guillain-Barre patients who had gotten the flu shot. Since than I have been anti flu and vaccine shots.
Oh my gosh, I just heard an ad on the radio today exhorting young women to get mammos because " breast cancer is showing up in younger and younger women, and is more aggressive".
What saddens me is that how many veterans would believe her horrible health care advice?
I had a PCP question me when I also refused to take the TDaP. At that time there were only 28 cases reported to the CDC in 2022. More recent numbers for 2023 are only 15 cases of tetanus.
They were purposefully trying to kill off veterans, knowing that we are mostly on the correct side of the political spectrum (the freedom/constitutional side).
Where do you go to the VA? I went to the one in Hampton Va... i believe is the largest one. Now, I
go to one at Elgin AFB. I have not had any problems at either of them. No one has tried to force me to get any shot... they ask if i want it and I say No... no more discussion. During COVID, i was going to the one in Hampton almost monthly for some medical and dental issues. No once was i denied treatment or felt pressured. I am not jabbed
😭 That on top of them scaring the hell out of everybody that they’re going to die without it. I was scared to death not allowing my parents to get it worried. I was doing the wrong thing, man I hate those people.
Then put the blame where it belongs. VA never said you had to take the shots and they neved held back benefits. People spread rumors along with media / SMS. I thought the VA did an outstanding job during COVID. They did not mandate the jab to get treatment... which I was very grateful. If you got the jab, it was not because they forced you but they had it available. it would be unreasonable
to think they it would not have it available. Fear made people get it.
A C-vaxxed family member in her 60's was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre. She was paralyzed from the neck down. Had to wear diapers and be fed liquids. She could not even chew her food and had difficulty swallowing. She eventually improved after several months and "free" medical care due to living in a country with socialized medicine. (I'm sure her care here in the US would have run into the hundreds of thousands.) She was deeply depressed, of course couldn't work, and I worried during her worst times if her husband would give up on her. Have her institutionalized because it was so very difficult for him to care for her. And he couldn't work during this time in their business which had two workers. He and his wife. So, while it is true that she improved, not everyone does so, according to the research.
BTW, a 12 year old grandchild of mine was recommended to get the adult pneumonia vax. Not for risk of pneumonia, but because the doctor wanted to see if something showed up in the blood test for a medical problem my grandchild was having. Guillain-Barre is listed by the FDA as a potential adverse event of the pneumonia vax. I assume the doctor was totally ignorant about the side effects. But my grandchild did not get the vax. It was a Hell NO to both the vax and the doctor.
Terrible! What really makes me the angriest about the pneumonia vax is that it was designed and tested for adults 60 and over. But also approved for 2 year olds and up, and at the same dosage. Those people are literal monsters!
I bet my records have a CO for me even though I am not part of the VA. I just tell docs they are full of poop and leave the office. I say it in a very nice way however.
It’s so tragic that the damn Covid genetic injections caused more shingles, outbreaks, which fueled propaganda directed at Senior’s to go get shingles shots.
Note: There were only 3 years which the efficacy went above 50% and never higher than 55%. (By the way, the title of the page on the top is "Flu Shots Work" - I kid you not)
It would have been nice if one of the new and revised ACIP members would have brought up for discussion why they continue to recommend a shot that does not work. How could the money spent on these shots be repurposed for a better cause.
I applied to our local hospital to volunteer as a Baby Cuddler. The only vaccine they “required” that couldn’t be declined was the flu shot, so I sadly declined volunteering. (All other volunteers EXCEPT Baby Cuddlers could decline the flu shot.)🤷🏻♀️😔
Wow, Kathleen, that resident’s response says it all. I just finished reading an update on Substack by Grace Schara’s dad about the wrongful death (murder by hospital) trial that just ended. Chilling.
The pLandemic was a created crisis to steal the country (and every western society) to impose global marxism. It also resulted in millions of grievous MURDERS and BILLIONS upon BILLIONS grifted. These are facts and yet I don't see any prosecutions starting up, not even any investigations which would lead to prosecutions of pond scum like BIll Gates who put all of it in place. Please somebody tell me I'm wrong, tell me accountability for all the rats is coming. Tell me the human cockroach will be squashed under the foot of REAL science and medicine.
I truly believe we won’t see the pond scum be held responsible in our lifetime but God’s judgment will hold a lot more weight anyway. This lifetime is just a wisp compared to eternity burning in hell. Not that I wish that on anyone. I pray they will find the Lord
Dan, although it is so hard to wait, God sees, knows and does not forget. Vengeance is mine says the Lord. I have had to put my faith in that otherwise I would run mad.
Well, RFK already retracted billions of dollars to GAVI, Gates’ worldwide vaccine initiative. That tells you they’ve got their eye on him. In my heart of hearts, I know that this administration is going to go after all of them. They not only know what we know, they know a lot more and have the tools to bring them all to justice. It took 10 years from when Trump came down the escalator to get to where we are now and there’s a lot of malfeasance in those 10 years, so be patient and give them time. I think a whole lot of big wigs are going to jail. I guess we will have to wait and see if the auto pen pardons are legal, because you know that’s gonna come up. Especially with Fauci.
I think if they let the auto pen pardons stand we will all know the fix is in. And I'm not talking about Trump putting the fix in... Im talking about the deep state still in power in places like SCOTUS, Congress, and the Executive.
You are not looking in the right places. The DOJ is very busy these days. As it has been noted many times today... they have not been in their
jobs very long...and they had to get confirmed. I am positive they are all working a lot more hours then anyone one of us (we have time to actually comment on here).
Speaking of bank accounts, I have banked with the online bank based in Oklahoma - Old Glory Bank - for two years now. They are patriot owned and run, and have the best customer service.
leftist hypocrisy knows no bounds - they are ok with forcing a cake baker to violate his religious faith but have no problems debanking conservatives - it's all politics for them
I remember that - it is truly amazing that any company or any executive takes a public political stand potentially potentially alienating a significant customer base - I'll never buy another NIKE product or see a Disney movie
I switched to them in January. I am very pleased with the customer service so far as well as the ease of their app. The only thing I wish they would do is allow us to connect our accounts with Zelle, etc. Their Glory Pay solution only allows transferring between other Old Glory account holders. So I miss the convenience I had paying my hairdresser or lawn care provider, etc. Still, I’ll never switch back to any of the other banks because I love what this bank and their leaders stand for.
I do have a physical debit card with them which I use locally. And I still have a PayPal account which I use similar to Zelle, and it is connected to my Old Glory account for ease of transfers in either direction. They also now offer home loans and Heloc's.
A friend recently posted that her check to the IRS was ‘washed’ and cashed by a perp at our local USPS. Gel pens are not susceptible to washing so add a measure of protection.
So far I haven't had one go missing in the post, but I do keep close track of what's not in. I just don't trust online exchange sites like Paypal. And when Paypal announced it's fines for people who spread "misinformation" about the C19 shot, I thought then this has gotten way over the line.
Yeah we have the debit cards and PayPal too, but certain small business services don’t accept cards at all (usage rates make it impossible,) so even my Paypal debit is worthless. So connecting a Zelle-type payment system inside the banking app the way my old bank did it was quite convenient. But, like I said, it’s not enough to make me want to continue to support those big banks anymore. Heck even the lower interest rates on my accounts aren’t enough to go back. I understand that things like that might be necessary for a bank in the very beginning as the bank is trying to grow and will eventually even out, especially in such a monopolistic environment. But only those with hundreds of thousands of dollars sitting in accounts will see the interest rates as an important factor. For people like us whose American Dream was top sized I’m not going to quibble over a difference of $98 in interest. 😆 In a sense poor people have more freedom to patron banks that value our freedoms and be a part of helping them grow. For anyone trying to make sure they earn that extra $1,000 in interest each year, I’d ask if supporting the present corrupt banking system is worth it.
I also keep in mind that one of Trump's goals is ending the Federal Reserve, and replacing it with a constitutional means of monetary exchange, without the debt to a central bank. He is also replacing the IRS with the ERS, External Revenue Service via tariffs.
I think Venmo is owned by PayPal, and PayPal has their censorial policy whereby they threaten fines for folks with unacceptable viewpoints. I quit PayPal when that came out.
Yeah I have Venmo too. It was just a nice convenience to be able to make a payment from within my banking app directly to them. So yeah, Zelle or Venmo connected to the app would be nice.
He’s been working on that for years! I heard him speak several times, including the day he was in Austin to try to persuade our legislature. I was privileged to be able to email and talk with several of them on that day regarding having the gold standard for currency in Texas. It took at least three years after that for this to pass. Just goes to show everything that you want to do in the political realm takes time. So, I hope everyone will be thinking about that as they watch the Maha progress.
I’m 1200 miles away from mine. With online banking and mobile deposits etc I can do everything I need to do. Publix has charge free ATMs and CUs do have sister agreements where I can withdraw larger amounts of cash if needed from a local credit union.
Let’s compare ACIP to our school system. In education, Dems played the long game. They didn’t just pop in one day and announce that they were going to completely change the way we educate (indoctrinate) our children. They did it over DECADES. They were patient and methodical. The changes were small and incremental. When they got pushback, they temporarily retreated, regrouped, and looked for another avenue. Now, I’m hoping that all the badly needed changes to healthcare don’t take decades, but Jeff is right. We need to celebrate the wins. Because every win is a little boost in the momentum.
And it’s easier to dismantle the changes when they haven’t settled into the culture yet. That’s why going against the vaccine narrative is such an uphill battle. But we’ll have a better chance of winning if we work to change people’s mindsets and default settings, and make lasting change possible.
"The civilized world has been thoroughly saturated with Christianity for 2000 years.
Any country grounded in Judeo-Christian values cannot be overthrown until those roots are cut. But to cut the roots - to change culture - a long march through the institutions is necessary."
- Antonio Gramsci, Italian Marxist theorist and politician (1891-1937)
A long time ago (mid-nineties), I couldn’t keep my daughter well. It was weird how whatever was going around she got it and it took multiple rounds of antibiotics before she was OK. She would get strep five times a year. She struggled in school, had black circles under her eyes, and I was her best friend. Because she was tired all the time I thought she needed an amphetamine. But the psychiatrist said she was on the “spectrum” and that she was vaccine injured. She also had multiple autoimmune diseases, and viral overload. She had VAIDS. Anyway, I expected headlines around the world would soon announce that vaccines were toxic and making kids sick. Instead, forced vaccination became the norm and the vaccine schedule exploded as did autism and autoimmune disease. The vaccine industry has a narcissistic personality disorder. If you push they blast you. Walk softly, ever so softly with those creeps. It’s a long road. Go Bobby.
Van Jones may 'get it' but the rank and file are still highly motivated by any orange man bad argument as it confirms the narrative they cling to like driftwood after a shipwreck.
The TDS is certainly very strong with some; but as Jeff C. says, incremental changes are to be celebrated...and there can be no doubt that we are seeing incremental changes in every demographic except (sadly) mine (old white women who may or may not have a cat).
Old white woman here too with 3 stray cats, drives a Subaru Outback with Trump/Vance sticker, a FA-45 FO-47 sticker and a Biden Laptop Matters sticker. Just in case someone might confuse me as a Lesbian Libtard based on my ride. Has been known to power wash on my sidewalk- LETS GO BRANDON. I could go on. lol
I have Trump bumper stickers along the back of my car, plus several NRA stickers around my car, and an All Lives Matter as well. Old ladies are the ones who flip me off LOL!!!!!! And I'm an old boomer with 5 cats and 3 more I feed.
I apologize for my cohort. Ever since the Kavanaugh hearings, I thought older women who have adult male children, husbands, brothers, and grandchildren would envision their own loved ones under such preposterous attack, and get wise. Not to mention females competing athletically with XYs. It is baffling.
Yes, it is baffling. And I always laugh, thinking, Trump is living rent free in their heads. Too much speed, acid, coke, heroin back in their youth. 'Cos you know it was so pure in the 60s and 70s. LOL
I think it is the ones who don't have strong males in their families. The TDS old white women liberals (and gay old
men) I have found blame
white males for their many problems. They had a terrible life and instead of takong reaponsibility for it, they blame the men in their lives. President Trump just represents all the men.
I've been supporting Garrett Ziegler and his Marco Polo group for awhile now re Hunter's laptop. The FAFO sticker was a quick find I don't think they were able to fully get it going- finding a printing company etc.
Gradually then suddenly. I'm seeing subtile movement in that demographic. All it will take is for the right group leaders to shift views (like Rogan with the men) and the rest will suddenly hold consistent opinions.
Wonder who that will be? My town has a very large retirement community - everything from maintenance provided homes to memory care and they have a 'Seniors for Social Justice' group that meets regularly and holds a local candidate forum every year. If anything, I would say the group is getting larger, if the forum turnout is any indication. They are part of two of the most liberal precincts in the city and voter turnout runs 5-8 % points over Conservative precincts.
Hi Donna. I’m a SW Missouri resident. Went to UMC. My mother in law (a conservative) lives at large assisted living place in Columbia MO. It is filled with old, liberal, highly vaxxed progressives. I am very thankful to no longer live in Columbia! Hang in there!!
My experience with TRYING to reason with most of them is that that any whiff of dissent just sends them into a fit of pique or rage (there is no reasoning involved - weak or otherwise) especially since 2020 happened. I actually had a few liberal or liberal leaning friends and relatives, that while we mostly just avoided politics, if it came up, had a few conversations where we DID manage to have an exchange, and agree to disagree and move on. Not anymore. Have all but given up trying.
Right… optimism is nice, but the primary reason I voted for him was his promise to get us out of these endless wars.
Everyone keeps saying how complicated it is. Actually, it isn’t. You call back all of our personnel, you cut off all funding, and you quit sending any military supplies.
The genocide in Gaza has now gone on for 20 months. 200K dead. And Ukraine is just a mess.
My father, now 74, is still working everyday to survive and pay the bills. He owns a small business in NM. During Covid he and my step-mom took out a PPE loan of approximately 40k. They spent the next 3-4 years paying off every last penny of it. I often wonder why his loans were not forgiven while so many other businesses, including the one I worked for at the time, had their loans to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars forgiven. The grift and waste of taxpayer dollars during that time was enormous. And in the end, the hard-working, diligent small business owner, and every day taxpayer, are once again the losers.
Thanks for this. Makes for fascinating and head-exploding reading.
Seems a lot of loans were given in April and May of '20 ... we were not supposed to have a months long shutdown... yet small orgs were getting tens of thousands of dollars and more. Such fear.
Omg. Just looked at my zip code and I’m floored. Ex. 500k forgiven - 100% to payroll yea right. Name after name of individuals - 10k loans all forgiven. So many….
Given Gavin's effort to maintain power (er, emergency powers), and his billion dollar no-bid contract for masks, he'd be a good target. Especially with his Triad connections. I would think a conviction would stop all presidential aspirations.
And isn't it odd that for years (decades?) on end, those congressional hearings are held with all sorts of evil POS-es admitting they have lied under oath, or broke the law, and yet not one of them is ever arrested afterwards? Things that make you go "hmmmm."
Earthly justice is right and good but it often falls short. I'm comforted that God forgives eternal damnation against those who repent but also reserves it for those who maintain their arrogance against Himself and His believers.
Romans 12:19 Beloved, never AVENGE YOURSELVES, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”
Trump admin is busy giving huge contracts to absolutely orwellian horrific companies like Palantir. They are pushing hard to get every last bit of our data. DOGE already has a treasure trove that they paid nothing for (and which we got nothing for).
But seriously, I’m not on board. There’s something weirdly weird about all of it, too. I’m hopeful he has something waiting in the wings that will make all of this go away…and this is just a ploy to buy more time.
Words cannot express my deep disappointment, overall, with RFK Jr. I expected that he would only be able to accomplish maybe 20% of what he wanted to. But the mystifying part is when he actually goes against what he has stood for for so many years.
The wearables statement is insanity.
So, sure, take a victory lap for this initial bit of very important ACIP news. But holding our officials feet to the fire is not blackpilling when people continue to die and be injured.
This new "black pill" narrative is a psyop just like "conspiracy theory". It is meant to shut down debate and discussion. They don't want criticism.
The sheeple are going to be periodically given "crumbs" and told to cheer and be happy with it. I saw it with other issues over the years.
Go back 3 months and read the newsletters when DOGE was breaking all rules and moving lightning speed - because "that is the only way to get things done". Disrupt things! Remember - it was perfectly ok to e-mail people their termination letters.
Now, we must be patient, things take time. Perhaps Jeff or others can post the rule book so I can better understand what is ok to "disrupt" and what "takes time".
Agree. The moms and dads who have been dealing with vaccine injured children, or who continue to grieve the loss of their child due to a vaccine, have been patient enough and have suffered enough.
That’s so encouraging!!
"snatch a knot in her tail” – Today I learned a new bit of slang.
You are most welcome!
My mother's family always said, "Jerk a knot in (pronoun needed) tail." It always cracked me up, even when it was my tail.
🤣🤣🤣🐴
Please pass along our congratulations to your niece on her awakening!
And our gratitude for the important work she is doing and will do for the health and the medical freedom of Americans.
No doubt she is now aware of the many published and pre-print studies available online on the wide range of health benefits of what some now jokingly call 'Vitamin I'. Among other off-patent products with excellent safety profiles an proven benefits.
so is this RL.

My AG just sent out an email on this!
Independent food producer here. 👩🏻🌾👋 We can also be found on LocalHarvest.org
In my area, Market Wagon has a delivery service for lot of local farms!

The media is part of the problem & they made money along with the rest of the connected during the pandemic takeover.
I will consider it a major victory if pharma is banned from all tv advertising. Actually, all advertising whatsoever.
"Businesses are not people and should not have the same rights."
--UncleWiggly
We should be able regulate business in whatever way we desire" ????
Wow, the can of worms in that assertion is immense.
Then why should businesses pay taxes? If you pay taxes, you should have a seat at the table.
Mary Ann,
Excellent point!
Black's Law Dictionary 7th Edition
Corporations are not liability shields for the individuals who control them and use them
to break the law.
Did I miss something?
I agree with this premise. I'm all for more free speech. What I can't get around is where the funding for overcoming pharma paying off the news media via drug advertising would come from.
From all the companies that used to sell their products on television. It’s an interesting exercise to remember the products that used to be on television that aren’t advertised there anymore.
Kathryn,
Are you okay with commercials that advertise and glamorize the smoking 🚬 of cigarettes? 🚬
Yep, I will second that one, Mary!
Mary Ann,
I agree! Symptoms should be treated and discussed by patients & Practioners.
The promotion of drugs is supposedly regulated by FDA. Stopping the ads on TV promoting pharmaceuticals would seem a good next move by HHS.
Two Democratic senators (Bernie Sanders is one of them) have introduced a bill to end pharmaceutical advertising.
Exactly. They were paid BIG time for spewing those lies. AARP is still pushing it. So are local stations.
My husband and I joined AMAC, (Mature American Citizens, Inc.)Conservative for seniors and they named Trump the Man of the Year for 2024.
He has been my man of the year since 2016!
I heard a female came in second .........
Nope. MAGA voters came in second
AARP has been a cancer since long before 2020. We dropped that membership as soon as they showed who they are.
I think I had an AARP membership one time when I turned 50. Then they became a liberal tool and I dropped them like a hot potato. They offer nothing old just like Planned Parenthood to the young.
You mean you didn’t stick around for the tote bag? 🤣
At some point in my 50's many close relatives and friends were telling me it was time to join AARP, and what a good thing the perks and benefits were.
So I did some research. I remember thinking to myself, well this just sounds like a big fat union, so I'm not gonna do it.
It's amazing the power of getting that "membership card" promotion just before your 50th birthday.
Ha. Good idea!
The Transnational captured MSM is their main weapon used to attack our country.
The same reasoning explains how the (D) party got away with the 2020 election fraud, and the installation of President (Mashed) Potatoes. Our Lord works in mysterious ways, the logic of which may not be immediately apparent.
100%.
Sigh.
*References documenting the truth of these statements is available upon request.
"It wasn't difficult to find credentialed experts - physicians, epidemiologists, medical data experts, etc. - who pointed out that EVERY measure promoted by the government went against long proven responses to an epidemic*, and common sense."
I saw online a similar chart posted by Johns Hopkins - which disappeared within days. Oppsie...
Good points DRK. I can still hear my adult son asking me where the body bags holding all the victims of the vid were stacked? Nowhere to be found. It was not a pandemic of any sort.
Well said, all great points.
I am only finding masks on those in their 70's and above. Have not noted anyone my age or younger wearing them thank goodness.
I say they suffer from Long Stupid about which I did a post.
None at the huge mall nor outside the airport when I picked up relatives recently. Perhaps it is demographics.
Out in California people are still wearing masks!
I have a T shirt that i wear often : " The wearing of masks is acceptable for unattractive people "
comes in an assortment of rainbow colors....
yup, liberal states:{
Yep, I was going to say the same about airports, I noticed that the other day, too.
I suspect its bc you are in a liberal state, I am not and that most likely is the reason.
And liberal areas or pockets in red states. too.
I see many elderly folks wearing masks at my local Y. Most appear to be in poor health—stroke, breathing issues, obese—who bought into the “wear a mask if your health is compromised” bs.
Just don't see them with the exception of maybe 3-5 people in their 70/80s.
Happy to see this! More people are awake now.
Yes CA is a “progressive/liberal” state (but not in the true meaning of the word “liberal”) and SoCA is a part of CA.
yes, sadly so.
I live in the DC area and I see young people with masks on the regular. About as many as the old folks. It's about 2% of people from my best estimate.
It appears the liberal states can't give up the covid ptsd. so sad.
Many younger people wear them.
Thank goodness not where I am! What a sadness these young people can't think for themselves. They are walking themselves into Orwell's 1984.
I'm 71 and wear a COVID mask when I mow my lawn when the ragweed is in bloom... couldn't breathe or cut my grass for the sneezing and snot running down my face otherwise.
Did you wear a mask mowing lawn before covid?
Yep... had to pay more for them back then... then COVID came along and they were everywhere
Excellent question!
Thank you Lori. The neurotoxic jabs are bound to affect mental health. I am preparing another post and this is a link I found.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37986769/
Thank you ever so much for this link.
What’s your age?
In the market here in "red" Eagle Idaho, several of all age groups in masks!?!?
is Idaho lib or not? if lib, that explains it.
Not as a state but Eagle is a suburb of Boise, a college town with a pride flag promoting mayor. And I thought I got away from this by leaving L.A....
Ugh, I am sorry to hear this Mike and to think the younger generation is already following in the steps of 1984/Brave New World. It is no suprise as they have purposefully been dumbed down with the exception of a few that truly excel. It is such a sadness.
I think he was referring to masks on protestors.
TAW.....His Truth always wins.
Mainstream media has serious issues. Mainstream is the broad way that leads to destruction.
https://baldmichael.substack.com/p/whats-really-wrong-with-the-mainstream?utm_source=publication-search
It’s hilarious to me how immediately after your post, the black-pillers responded with cynical doom and gloom takes.
Right? Being black pilled is so bad for one’s mental health, but whatevs.
We knew it would be that way!
Agree. If it would be done all at once, the backlash would be harsh. Plus, small steps will give people time to digest what has been done for all these years. Otherwise, we would create a nation of depressed citizens because they wouldn't be able to comprehend it all.
Exactly. There’s a reason why Deep sea Divers require decompression.
I don't see any real progress. As long as the system exists, nothing will change.
Really? I’ve seen a LOT of progress:
Rant over.
I’m going to go wash dishes now.
"I’m reminded of the 12 spies that were sent into Canaan to spy out the land." I read that 4 times and thought it said CANADA! I need more sleep...
😂😂
I am a little surprised at the venom being directed at some very dedicated members who happen to be honest enough to express a (most likely ) long pent up feeling of frustration regarding the length of time it takes to see accountability being exacted on those who have done us wrong. We are not talking about parking tickets , we are talking about being shot up, shut up, locked up ...... and many of us seeing loved ones suffer or die.
Don't be so quick to jump on others here that are just as dedicated to the course of change as thou. Love thy neighbor... especially when they are fighting beside you.
Love your cynical, humorous 'touch', C!! Much akin to our intrepid 'author', Jeff Childers' approach to 'news', lawfare and life in general!
Good rant!
YES!
I will second that.
My dishes are waitingtoo lol!
CStone—am I correct that RFKJr still does not have a Director for the CDC (a google search was not helpful)? He is doing the work of several in the HHS.
If Cousin Clem had a brain, he’d be dangerous.
Be nice... we have been through a lot in the last 5 years. Sometimes it takes longer for some one to believe that things are changing.
ha, ha, thanks for the lovely words.
Yes, absolutely right - we will see. Only God knows the future.
Amen Nard! Appreciate the progress. We’ve never seen anything like it in our lifetimes.
Thank you for a reasonable comment ...... without the screaming 😂
Again... nobody has turned traitor nor used harsh language when showing some frustration in regards to what admittably is a slow process.
Surprising to me to see a few members over-reacting to the freedom of expression. Especially on this site.
Patience…
He’s been there FOUR FREAKING MONTHS. That’s all. FOUR.
This evil didn't happen overnight and it won't be solved overnight. RFK Jr is headed in the right direction and he is surrounding himself with good people. i believe there are a few more to go and they will.
@Cousin Clem; Your motives are questionable.
HILLARY, is that you?
I call BS.
Time will tell. Baby steps and patience. He’s up against a mammoth of an industry.
Kenned has nah been there FOUR FREAKING MONTHS.
The word is out. There’s no going back for them now.
@ Erin Montgomery: Well, golly gee whizz…what’s your better approach and what army will help you achieve it?
Why be all negative and pessimistic about everything?
Wow. Nice list. Thanks.
GREAT post!
I pray that we’re on the precipice of the dismantling of the system.
God never seems to use normal means. I mean, look at Donald Trump!
Why, oh why, do you prefer to dwell in negativity?
@daverkb; So, no increment celebrations for you, huh?
One more cupcake for me!
gave that a begrudging like . 😇
Yes! Thank you!!!
Terrific list of accomplishments!

Ask a neighbor to share some sourdough starter. The starter is the most complicated part.
Unfortunately I need Gluten-free, so much as I used to enjoy sourdough (in Texas) it is now a no-go.
If politics is downstream from culture, eventually we’ll see the system change. It will take longer than we like, but chipping away works.
And I still don’t see any change in gas prices except in went up 20 cents to 2.99 again last week. Been in the 2.69-2.99 range for a couple years now.
Montana gas prices 2 weeks ago; Glendive, Billings$2.85, same time Helena region $3.19. Currently Helena $3.29.
Would I love to see those gas prices here in SoCal. Here it's $4.45 for regular thanks to Gruesomes unlimited gas taxes.
FWIW - I asked Grok
Hmmm…
Same in Oregon. We are slaves to taxes.
Please read Jeff's Sunday C&C. Specifically where he says the NYT was forced to report that "Summer Gas Prices Haven't Been This Low Since 2021"
I would love to have your gas prices!
Mrs. "the Knife"
Oregon just keeps raising the taxes on gas so we never get a break.
Doom and gloom…
It's called location. Your state, county and city effect your gas prices too. Come to the Florida panhandle, you will enjoy the prices... but you get the bugs. It is a trade off.
In SW Montana, gas was 3.14 last week.
Same. Seems to me they are just playing a shell game (as usual, which has gone on as long as I've been old enough to pay attention, and I'm 61).
What the psalmist said:
Search me, O God, and know my heart;
Try me and know my anxious thoughts;
And see if there be any hurtful way in me,
And lead me in the everlasting way.

Then why do you expect them to be able to get all the rot out in 4 months, since it has been this way your whole life?
Because Trump is still bragging about "Operation Warp Speed" and chemtrails are still littering the sky?
Because nothing concrete has been done?
Uh, removing mercury from flu shots is concrete.
Closing borders is concrete.
Quieting Iran is definitely concrete.
The Supreme Court upholding state's rights to protect kids from genital mutilation is concrete.
It's not perfect and never will be until the One True King reigns. However, a lot of good is happening here and now.
Corporations have frozen their hiring and I can't get a job. This is the first time ever. Yeah, things are just amazing.
So they removed mercury from something that's already harmful. Bravo!
The Iran thing was theater.
The Supreme Court is not Trump.
LOL
Because they promised it?
I’m 74, have watched the game intensely for 50+ years and I have great hope for the first time in a very long time. I say, “Toto, we are not in Kansas anymore.”
If you want doom and gloom and are obsessing over why aren’t all my dreams immediately coming true, why don’t you go read over at the Daily Beast or maybe go watch The View.
Enjoy your duping + I hope you can work on the anger problem.
Thanks so much for the concern; but I really wonder what team you’re batting for. Very suspect.
So suspicious to disagree. The horror. The absolute horror.
We are much better off than what just happened in Canada with Carney. They just turned 1984/Brave New World in one fell swoop.
Seems strange they would be so crazy up there. And in upper midwest USA for that matter. MN is reliably blue. Wisconsin and Michigan lean that way. Seems like people willing and able to handle those winters would be different than what they are.
I'm 61, too. -The Real Liar
So.... you're lying?
No. Just exaggerating.

MAGA
Hey cuz ,I guess you missed the whole paragraph about the black pills
If you live your life seeing every as the glass is half full, that is all you will ever
see. Try changing the way you look at life... if tgat doesn't work, then each night tey thankning God for the roof over your head, the food on your table etc... you get tge idea. We are a very blessed nation and we forget that point often.
@Cousin Clem…There is none so blind as those who will not see.
Yes, your blindness is exasperating.
I’m rubber and you’re glue. This bounces off me and sticks to you.
Your motives are questionable.
I am not surprised you'd use a retort created for 6-year-olds.
Please do inform me of what my "motives" are. This ought to be interesting.
Me think thou doest protest too much. You very well know what you’re up to.
I absolutely agree. We are playing the long game and those who get distracted by the trees will not get out of the forest.
"Nuke*" the system.
* That's not what I really wanted to write, but this is a family publication.
Yeah? What system do you expect to take its place? There will always be a system. Be careful what you ask for.
All good, I’m sure. Just don’t know that nuking would result in any of those for a very, very long time.
That’s called a coup and we aren’t here for that, we’re working for drastic change from within.
"Change from within" - where have I heard that before? Oh right, every single election promise since I've been of voting age, back in the 1980s.
Oh, hush. You need Jesus! Trusting Him is THE important thing.
perhaps she should give up voting too since she is so disappointed all the time. Her constant rambling and negativity is boring.
I don't vote. It's a waste of time.
So boring that you can't bear to keep scrolling.
LOL.
Who you working for? Surely you’re not this pessimistic about Trump for free.
I suspect Massie and Paul have hidden masters whose bidding they must do.
I think the Libertarian purism is just a cover.
I don’t think so. Lots of libertarians are purists without any orders. I know a number of them.
It didn't happen overnight, so it will take some time for every W

How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God!
How vast is the sum of them!
If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand.
When I awake, I am still with You.

Good morning!
Good morning! Have a blessed day!
Thank you for providing wonderful scriptures.
By the powerful name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen.
That's NOT His name.

The 1830s was mentioned…. Don’t forget the government school system started in the 1830s.
Actually schools were local until Carnegie created the system in the 1920 with the Federal Reserve, tax exempt foundations and the income tax. (And teachers unions)
But teachers unions didn’t get collective bargaining rights until much later though.
Thank You - Never realized .... This is soooo interesting, because look what immediately followed: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bath_School_disaster
I personally know 3 people who had GBS post flu shot just last year.
That is heartbreaking
My personal trainer got it from flu shot a long time ago. So, no more jabs for him since (especially THIS one)
Wow. Thanks for sharing that. I wonder if there was a particularly bad batch.
Immune systems ruined by the c-19 jabs, I’d be willing to bet. Like the cancer upsurge.
Oh my gosh, I just heard an ad on the radio today exhorting young women to get mammos because " breast cancer is showing up in younger and younger women, and is more aggressive".
Turbo cancer
Yikes.
I had to dump Mayo Clinic for forced masks and high pressure for jabs. They never relented even after the scam became obvious.
Mayo Clinic was SO zealous with the covidism.
Do you think money was a motivator? (she said sarcastically)
It’s more evil than just money, it’s demonic.
GBS is treatable, so get the shingles vaccine. A gun shot wound is also treatable and I don't want one of those either!
Great response! I need to remember that! I’m also originally from KS, but sadly now live in WA.
A nurse friend of mine was very upset that her doc told
her NOT to get the jabs bc she had had POTS after some
other shots a few years back. Her face was paralyzed like Justin Beiber’s for weeks on end! But she came around after seeing others in dire straits.
Any idea how the Beebs is doing? What about tragic Celine Dion and get Stiff Person Syndrome?
Good grief these people are EVILE!!!!
And they own firearms, or at least know how to use them.
Yes!
And they are eligible for benefits which the broke govt can’t afford.
Yes it’s terrible especially in the elderly who rely on Drs for everything. Going after Veterans is 🤬🤬🤬
And a lot of veterans may be suffering from cognitive issues caused by PTSD, traumatic brain injury, anxiety, depression, and military sexual trauma.
They may not have the energy or the ability to totally research issues.
So many veterans were afraid they would lose their benefits for refusal to take the covid DeathVax.
They use those numbers as proof the shots ‘work’. It’s a catch 22.
EEE-VILLE !!! 😈
My mom refused the shingles shot for the single reason her friends who got it ended up getting shingles.
I had side effects from taking the pneumonia vaccine.
Vision problems for 18 months and balance problems. The balance problems have remained and have lessened.
Terrible! What really makes me the angriest about the pneumonia vax is that it was designed and tested for adults 60 and over. But also approved for 2 year olds and up, and at the same dosage. Those people are literal monsters!
Was the Dr. doing some kind of research on the side? Did you get a new Dr.?
Yes, I do have a new doctor but I never addressed the adverse events from the pneumonia shot because I did not want to get gaslighted.
I hope you told that doc he/she is nuts and to read TATWD....
I heard you!! I have educated a number of physicians, technicians, & nurses at the VA.
Always kind and respectful so I don’t get a Code Orange (generally carrying my “The Real Antony Fauci”, my constant companion at the VA)
What is a Code Orange Dr. Linda? My first thought was something to do with Trump.
Disruptive or difficult person
I bet my records have a CO for me even though I am not part of the VA. I just tell docs they are full of poop and leave the office. I say it in a very nice way however.
Maybe she'd like to tell that to Justin Bieber.
It’s so tragic that the damn Covid genetic injections caused more shingles, outbreaks, which fueled propaganda directed at Senior’s to go get shingles shots.
Shingles is treatable.
Yes, there are anti-virals to treat shingles.
And have been since I had shingles 45 years ago at the age of about 21.
I had Shingles over 60 years ago, when I was 10. Recurred 50 years later just before I was due for my Shingrix shot!
That's incredible. I mean, shingles is treatable too. So, I'll roll the dice on shingles and not on GBS, thank you very much.
I believe they are still making healthcare workers take the flu vaccine or wear a mask during flu season.
You should have told her that the flu is treatable also!
Here is CDC's flu shot efficacy for the past 20 years.
https://www.cdc.gov/flu-vaccines-work/php/effectiveness-studies/past-seasons-estimates.html
Do the kids really need it?
I applied to our local hospital to volunteer as a Baby Cuddler. The only vaccine they “required” that couldn’t be declined was the flu shot, so I sadly declined volunteering. (All other volunteers EXCEPT Baby Cuddlers could decline the flu shot.)🤷🏻♀️😔
Wow, Kathleen, that resident’s response says it all. I just finished reading an update on Substack by Grace Schara’s dad about the wrongful death (murder by hospital) trial that just ended. Chilling.
The medical murder of Grace is so heartbreaking.
My uncle got that from the legionnaires vax , he was a marathon runner and died in a hospital paralyzed.
Hard to "like" your comment, but I wanted you to know I read it.
Same reason.
What an idiot. That resident likely also believes myocarditis is a mild, self-limiting condition too and can be treated.
Bill Gates was even at Bezos' wedding in Venice.
Walking around free as a bird just like Fauci.
Gates is as dirty and evil a motherfucker as exists on the face of the earth. He and fauci were locked at the hip on hurting humanity since 1985.
Perhaps not in our lifetime, but justice will be coming.
Appreciate your enthusiasm . Wish o shared it.
Patience Grasshopper
I think if they let the auto pen pardons stand we will all know the fix is in. And I'm not talking about Trump putting the fix in... Im talking about the deep state still in power in places like SCOTUS, Congress, and the Executive.
You are not looking in the right places. The DOJ is very busy these days. As it has been noted many times today... they have not been in their
jobs very long...and they had to get confirmed. I am positive they are all working a lot more hours then anyone one of us (we have time to actually comment on here).
Same
Exactly
Speaking of bank accounts, I have banked with the online bank based in Oklahoma - Old Glory Bank - for two years now. They are patriot owned and run, and have the best customer service.
leftist hypocrisy knows no bounds - they are ok with forcing a cake baker to violate his religious faith but have no problems debanking conservatives - it's all politics for them
Its more than politics. They want to bury us. Literally.
They are also cheering on some florist who refused to serve Trump supporters. Hypocrisy, much?
Chase debanked Dr. Mercola and all his top employees about 2 years ago.
I remember that - it is truly amazing that any company or any executive takes a public political stand potentially potentially alienating a significant customer base - I'll never buy another NIKE product or see a Disney movie
same.
It is nice to pay people who provide services for you in cash. Keeping cash flowing helps slow the oncoming freight train of CBDC.
I do have a physical debit card with them which I use locally. And I still have a PayPal account which I use similar to Zelle, and it is connected to my Old Glory account for ease of transfers in either direction. They also now offer home loans and Heloc's.
I have checks, envelopes and stamps :) That's how I pay everyone except my utilities. I pay them from my billpayer with my bank.
A friend recently posted that her check to the IRS was ‘washed’ and cashed by a perp at our local USPS. Gel pens are not susceptible to washing so add a measure of protection.
Thank you for that heads up. It's a sad day when a Post Office worker would do something like this.
I still use checks too, but they do go ‘missing’. Lots of hassles recovering the funds.
So far I haven't had one go missing in the post, but I do keep close track of what's not in. I just don't trust online exchange sites like Paypal. And when Paypal announced it's fines for people who spread "misinformation" about the C19 shot, I thought then this has gotten way over the line.
Way over, I agree. I stopped using my paypal but do use Venmo. I might have to rethink that.
I quit using PayPal when they issued their policy about fining people with unacceptable viewpoints. Nope.
Same.
Perhaps try Venmo for smaller things.
Venmo is owned by PayPal.
I think Venmo is owned by PayPal, and PayPal has their censorial policy whereby they threaten fines for folks with unacceptable viewpoints. I quit PayPal when that came out.
My daughter is quite angry with me for quitting PayPal. She wants to start an online business taking PayPal as payment, and I refuse to cosign.
Yep. Me too.
Any comments on Zelle?
I use it through my credit union. So far so good, but there can be fraud in everything.
I haven’t researched Zelle. I’d love to hear what anyone else knows about it.
Yea, I think you’re right. Darnit.
I have a paypal account but my card is expired, haven’t bothered to delete the account. I should.
Yeah I have Venmo too. It was just a nice convenience to be able to make a payment from within my banking app directly to them. So yeah, Zelle or Venmo connected to the app would be nice.
My hair gal loves cash!
A shout out to Kevin Freeman, author of “Pirate Money”.
I’ve banked at my credit union for fifty years. Even when I left Michigan and moved to Florida I’ve remained with my same credit union.
Credit Unions are a great place to bank, if someone has access to a local one.
I’m 1200 miles away from mine. With online banking and mobile deposits etc I can do everything I need to do. Publix has charge free ATMs and CUs do have sister agreements where I can withdraw larger amounts of cash if needed from a local credit union.
Thank you Dave for that info.
You're welcome.
Thanks for the tip, Dave.
You're welcome.
💯! It gives people time to digest the evil that was done to them. We can't just hit them over the head with everything at once.
A very long game!
Great analogy!
Great point!
Go Bobby.
Sorry to read that about your daughter. Hope she is better. Prayers for you and your girl.
Thank you. She is. A lot of spectrum disorders can be cured with diet, supplements, and obviously never take another vaccine.
Good. Wish youse continued success in the battle.
Hope you have found a good functional doctor for your daughter, and perhaps worked on rebuilding her micro biome. 🙏🏽
Hi cc!! Can I get a JAR ??
jeffs always right!!
We need merch and a candc cruise !
Talent on loan from God bumper sticker
"JAR JAR BILT" ;)
Jeffs Always Right, Jeffs Always Right, Bathing In Liberal Tears !!!!!!
Hmm… that’s Rush’s moniker.
Yes I doubt Jeff would want to take it, yet he deserves it. I’m amazed at this writing and his talent.
Yes and apt in both cases… God filled some big shoes with some big shoes- 🙏🏻🙏🏻
I like that bumper sticker.
Thank you. Pretty sad. That idea makes sense at least.
Go on wicho bad self!

WooHoo. Love it!
FA-45 FO-47 sticker ..... Funny 😁
"It Took 2000 Mules
To Install 1 Jackass"
One sticker on each side of my SUV back windows...
that one is good!
Our kind of girl!
Oh I like your FA-45 FO-47 bumper sticker. I'll have to look for one. I have a
"FJB Edition" silver 3D badge decal that looks like it came with the vehicle. My friends that at figured it out wanted one!
Good for you and I like those bumper stickers haven’t ever seen them before.
https://marcopolo501c3.substack.com/
I've been supporting Garrett Ziegler and his Marco Polo group for awhile now re Hunter's laptop. The FAFO sticker was a quick find I don't think they were able to fully get it going- finding a printing company etc.
Thank you for your support!
We were able to find a printer after some time looking.
Our first physical copies shipped in February 2023. Over 21,000 later, they are still being distributed: BidenReport.com
Hey now, I am an old (ish - coming up on 60) white woman with FOUR cats....
But yeah, have more or less cut ties with some of my unhinged peers whose hobby seems to be screaming at the sky.
Enjoy your fifties and sixties, young cat lady!
"may or may not", lol
Jones is in the club playing his part in media.
He still looks like bill hicks .
Your poor mom!! My mom is a centrist D (refuses to see her party left her) and in a smaller AL place in town but they don't have any political groups.
Or, is “Orange man bad” all their weak reasoning can muster?
My experience with TRYING to reason with most of them is that that any whiff of dissent just sends them into a fit of pique or rage (there is no reasoning involved - weak or otherwise) especially since 2020 happened. I actually had a few liberal or liberal leaning friends and relatives, that while we mostly just avoided politics, if it came up, had a few conversations where we DID manage to have an exchange, and agree to disagree and move on. Not anymore. Have all but given up trying.
I prefer the acronym TIGER - Trump Is Getting Everything Right!
Or JIGER. Jeff is getting everything right!
Ditto.
Not when it comes to promoting peace. He hasn’t pulled the plug on Ukraine fiasco. Jury still out on Israel Middle East hegemony.
Yeah, I’ll be sure and look at the glass half empty
Right… optimism is nice, but the primary reason I voted for him was his promise to get us out of these endless wars.
Everyone keeps saying how complicated it is. Actually, it isn’t. You call back all of our personnel, you cut off all funding, and you quit sending any military supplies.
The genocide in Gaza has now gone on for 20 months. 200K dead. And Ukraine is just a mess.
AMERICA FIRST!!!
I like TAW. It sounds like dah in Russian. 😁
Ohhhh I like this one!!!
Right??!! I have the exact same questions and complaints!!
Part of the problem is New Mexico. Terrible governor and terrible politicians who do not give a rip for their constituents.
So many….
"DOJ now faces a target-rich environment."
Will be interesting if we actually see some perp walks.
We're entering the 2nd half of the year with no significant arrests yet.
Plenty of Faux News appearances tho!
Given Gavin's effort to maintain power (er, emergency powers), and his billion dollar no-bid contract for masks, he'd be a good target. Especially with his Triad connections. I would think a conviction would stop all presidential aspirations.
(speaking for a friend)
Illinois Gov Pritzker too
It'll never happen. The elites won't go after each other.
They just snark at each other in public for show.
And isn't it odd that for years (decades?) on end, those congressional hearings are held with all sorts of evil POS-es admitting they have lied under oath, or broke the law, and yet not one of them is ever arrested afterwards? Things that make you go "hmmmm."
my hmmmmm has now changed to " i'm fkn tired of this charade ! "
It may make you go hmmmm. But I have screaming fits at times.
Supposedly, the election EO cases start late summer.
We have to fix 2020.
It's not over.
I recall months ago hearing some journalists chuckle at the idea that anything meaningful would happen with the Epstein Files......
sometimes your brain gets set off much the way mine does ..bfm
like an alarm clock !
PSALM 103:1B-2, 3-4, 8-9, 10-11
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and all that is within me,
bless his holy name.
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and do not forget all his benefits—
who forgives all your iniquity,
who heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the Pit,
who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
The Lord is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.
He will not always accuse,
nor will he keep his anger forever.
He does not deal with us according to our sins,
nor repay us according to our iniquities.
For as the heavens are high above the earth,
so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him.
Gavin Newsom got PPP loans for his PLUMP JACK restaurants in CA-within a week of the loan being announced ( what an amazing accounting team!)
He ended up paying the manager of 1 outlet...1.4 Million dollars - for 6 months work ( managers average about $60,000/yr- what an amazing manager!)
That manager was his SISTER. And the restaurant did 75% less business during that 6 months.
🤔🤔🤕
😡😡🤬🤬
Surprise surprise 😡
😳wow
Earthly justice is right and good but it often falls short. I'm comforted that God forgives eternal damnation against those who repent but also reserves it for those who maintain their arrogance against Himself and His believers.
Romans 12:19 Beloved, never AVENGE YOURSELVES, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”
And He sees all...it gives me comfort to know every person will be held accountable.
How about them 'wearables" though Bobby?
Does the end justify the Means?
Please just opt in and comply.
Compliance is Science.
Do your part to keep us all safe!
Trump admin is busy giving huge contracts to absolutely orwellian horrific companies like Palantir. They are pushing hard to get every last bit of our data. DOGE already has a treasure trove that they paid nothing for (and which we got nothing for).
🤣
But seriously, I’m not on board. There’s something weirdly weird about all of it, too. I’m hopeful he has something waiting in the wings that will make all of this go away…and this is just a ploy to buy more time.
"Means" well played :)
Love the pun!!
Crumbs, indeed.
Now strap on that wearable!

"Why did he (Fauci) need immunity?"
https://x.com/JohnMcCloy/status/1939739468912570520
I’m sure he’s gotten an earful about that nonsense.
Good one! I definitely disagree with him on this issue.
Not with a 10 foot barge pole.
Yes! # 1
Can now scratch this off my bucket list! 😀 Jeff, best guy/ blog on the internet! So thankful for all assembled here!
Congrats 😁
Hidy-Ho, neighbour!
GM!
