I was stationed in Brussels when the US started downsizing in the early 1990s. The Armed Forces Network listed the number of kasernes closing every night. The number was astonishing. There was much gnashing of teeth and pearl clutching by the NATO members, especially Germany. They still came up the US for everything NATO needed and we complied. Consequently, Europe outsourced their defense to the US so they could expand their generous social programs. They didn’t appreciate us then. They don’t now, except now they finally see how exposed they are.

RunningLogic's avatar

Nope they sure don’t! They love to sneer at us and then hold out their hands for more funding at the same time 🙄🙄🙄 I’m over it, personally. I have lived in Europe and have extended family and friends there so I understand not everyone thinks like that but the governments and a good proportion of the population do. Let them take care of themselves for once.

In the end we are all responsible for ourselves. FEMA has been a joke - personally known to me since 1992.

We built the home we have now because once you reach a certain age if there is a problem and you cannot DO for yourself....there is nobody to DO for you.

That actually now covers everything. WHEN there is a collapse of any kind, best know how to manage.

Two thoughts. A friend advised me last year that after 65 there are three stages to life, GO GO, SLOW GO and NO GO! I am 90% GO GO presently but one health problem could push me to SLOW GO.

My wife has a friend who is 90 and lives on her own in her own house. She is catholic and worked hard all her life to run her food store and volunteer for the Church. She now has at least a dozen people who help her from grocery shopping to free hair cuts, to cutting her grass, etc. We bought her a new fridge 5 years ago when her old one stopped working. She earned her way to a great community.

I don't expect such great treatment for myself and am preparing for my eventual retirement so we can be self sufficient.

Same here. I was stationed in Germany in the 70s and my wife and I have family in Germany and Ausria. Charlie Reese was 100% correct. All problems are caused by greedy politicians who are bribed by greedy corporations.

When I was a kid growing up in England, we had a USAF pilot and his family living next door. One of their kids, Billy, became my friend and he introduced me to peanut butter, a jar of Sun-Pat. This was in 1962. I've never forgotten (as you can tell).

Funny! My cousin in France came under the same spell when I sent her peanut butter, consistently on her list ever since!

Seriously, if Russia "takes over" Europe, inheriting all that whininess that comes with it is sure to reduce their readiness. I mean to ask, "How is a world with Europe mad at America because America didn't stop a Russian takeover of Europe (which I don't believe in any case) DIFFERENT from the current world where Europe is always mad at America for one thing or another?"

shayne's avatar

I hadn't thought of it in terms of Europe expanding their social programs, but you are spot on. And likely the very thing (social programs) will take them down...

Ask the people who have been arrested for posting a meme against illegals. Or the young girls who have been raped and their government looks the other way.

UK is doubling down on censorship of the native population who are standing up against the wholesale destruction happening to their country. That Belfast attempted beheading video is being actively suppressed by UK and other governments. The resulting arsons against migrant housing was that society’s immune system operating. Properly or improperly I don’t know, but perhaps the former… there was no self filming of faces by perpetrators, on purpose. These are people that have checked out of the political process, are done appealing to the state and have taken matters into their own hands. This is a fundamental change from all previous protests of this kind. And a potential tipping point if this spreads to other UK communities. These people are reacting to decades of illegal immigration pushed down their throats. All it takes are these one-off events to bring angry citizens into the streets. The Henry Novak protests in Southampton were directed against the police themselves. How long before Leftist politicians and judges are targeted for ‘allowing’ all the illegal immigration? I think these protests are going to get more and more targeted, and Reform part take more and more seats, until U.K. closes its borders and actively initiates deportations. Imagine the Belfast situation occurring simultaneously in 15 other UK cities. That would overwhelm the UK government. Congratulations I guess, to the Labour Party who through its immigration policies has finally united the Catholic and Protestant North Ireland communities.

Astragale's avatar

UK/EU politicians have NEVER given ANY plausible explanation for the endless immigration.

The entirely empty slogan «Diversity is our strength» has been parroted repeatedly & pretty much anyone who questions that or disagrees, knows they risk arrest & possible prosecution.

Richard Whitney's avatar

Yes. These people are being victimized twice, the first time by their government opening their doors to migrants, the second time by rape or murder by those migrants.

Mrs. RW

Elaine's avatar

That may not be the case for all. Many show up in boats on our NATO allies’ shores. The Med allies do their best to contain this. But it is no less true for France and England.

The basic issue is that these people have no inclination to assimilate. They come from low-trust societies where you get rich by ripping off your neighbors and the government. Their values are incompatible with Western values. It is apparent that the citizens are taking back seat to the benefits provided to these people.

There is for sure a ‘pull’ factor for illegal migrants making their way to EU countries with generous social programs. The suicidal empathy of the Globalist class has been disgraceful. But please do not lose sight of another truth. And that is many illegals from Libya, Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan and Iraq - were fleeing chaotic homelands that lacked a coherent government. You might move yourself from that situation, too. This is the ‘push’ factor that is cousin to the Globalists’ ‘pull’. Now, ask yourself why did these Muslim lands become so disabled, especially in the 21st century? I would forward that US and Israel neocon classes are fully or partially to blame.

Richard Whitney's avatar

Libya had the highest standard of living in Africa, until the US and NATO attacked it, destroyed its infrastructure, brutally killed its leader, and then left the country to fester. But the US got the gold and silver! And looting is cheered loudly by certain people around here.

The US got Iraq's gold also. I remember the photos of US soldiers sitting on piles of it.

Afghanistan is a backward country. It had been modernizing in the 70s, until the US started funding and arming fundamentalist Muslims there, to overthrow the progressive government.

Then the US invaded in 2001, and occupied for 20 years, before withdrawing, leaving the place just as backward as it was before the invasion.

I don't know much about Somalia. But I do know that the US favors certain warlords over others, and I have a suspicion that the Minnesota theft of public funds which were sent to Somalia was actually a way for the Deep State to launder money to those warlords.

I spent the longest night of my life in Brussels on New Year's eve, 1989/90. We went to a pub near the dump hotel we were staying in, drank tasty Belgium beer, danced with a bunch of heavy-set old Belgium women who only spoke Flemish; ordered and drank a beer in a McDonalds too. That part was fun.

The hotel was pitiful, the rooms were barely warmer than the outdoor temp so we would go outside for a little so when we came back in it felt a little warmer, for a few minutes anyway. Time goes real slow that way.

The locals seemed to enjoy our company, dancing & drinking, but since we couldn't understand them they might have been calling us damn yankees or something like that.

That was during Bush Sr's bold invasion of Panama. Armed Services radio kept announcing military alert messages, that was a little surreal.

Al Gonzalez's avatar

Thank you for your service Elaine! Our alleged European friends expect us to continue to fund their idiocy while they block access to their bases and airspace while we deal with Iran because it’s not like Iran is a problem! Imagine reversing the roles and us begging them for help from a foreign power while we waste our own money on a migrant invasion.

Matt L.'s avatar

I’m in favor of Iran war. But consider that EU may be at a tipping point where they don’t want any more illegal migrants. If Iran devolves into a civil war, Iran illegals will depart for the EU, just like poor Muslims did from Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Somalia and other sub Sahara regions where US/Israel neocons have been operating and helping to destabilize. Pull back your aperture and see the larger picture. It’s not just what the MSM pumps into your brain. Jeff’s post today about the bioweapon labs proves that.

Al Gonzalez's avatar

Iranian refugees will be nothing like the others from Muslim countries if anything they will try to join their relatives in NY, California and Canada. Iranians are highly educated people

Matt L.'s avatar

And you know that, how?

I have a fair amount of Persian friends, 1st and 2nd generation here in USA. They and others they know in Iran have left because they can make $4K per month in West vs. $400 per month in Iran. If Iran devolves into civil war, this would likely drive poor Iranians out. You and I only know the successful ones. Those with resources to have gotten out. That is a slice of Iran. But it’s not all of Iran.

Consider also that waves of illegal migrants also place pressure on available housing, and compete with local native citizens for jobs.

Al Gonzalez's avatar

Look it up. Two-thirds of the population has a bachelor’s degree or better. That is a lot higher than many countries that migrants have come from worldwide. Plus they would be escaping a theocracy so they are not necessarily going to be jihadist type radicals easily indoctrinated due to their poverty AND low education.

Phil Denter's avatar

In fairness though, Al, it is worth noting that the USA is the only country on earth who can conjure world reserve currency out of a banker's butt. That fact alone allows you to "waste [y]our own" butt-nuggets at will.

Al Gonzalez's avatar

And so I wonder Phil, when our debt becomes so unsustainable how can we possibly still be the reserve currency because if we go broke how do we pay “our investors” as in all the foreign governments and investors worldwide that bought our treasury bills? Will that be a silent Chinese takeover?

Elaine's avatar

There are precious few people who know how the money system actually runs.

Al Gonzalez's avatar

And too many people looking to grift and be on the dole, too many educated people that are financially illiterate keeping up with the Joneses and not investing for retirement. The fact that so many young educated people espouse socialism while ignoring the historical failures and one 90 miles off our shores. Total cognitive dissonance especially when it has been reported that GAESA the Cuban kleptocratic org reportedly has between 12-17 billion in cash and assets they have stolen from the Cuban people and hoarding.

Phil Denter's avatar

Is Cuba truly an example of Communism failing? Or is it really more an example of crushing sanctions imposed by the superpower that conjures world reserve currency out of a banker's butt succeeding?

The US military ensures that nearly all sales of oil in the world, are transacted in greenbacks. Countries then must keep US dollars in their central banks. Which means those countries must buy US debt (printed fiat currency). As long as US debt is continuously generated and sold, social programs in the USA remain funded (Medicare, Social Security, SNAP, etc.)

What happens when a country tries to sell its oil in non US dollars. They get either kidnapped, or receive a dirt nap. See: Gaddafi/Libya, Saddam/Iraq, Maduro/Venezuela, Supreme Loser/Iran.

China gives out massive Belt & Road loans to countries to improve their infrastructure. In return, China wants oil sales not only at a discount, but denominated in CNY/Yuan. This is unacceptable to USA, and when it happens or is about to happen, the tip of the spear is shown.

Nigeria has the 10th largest oil reserves in the world. Last year, they were also the largest single recipient of China Belt & Road loans (around $25 Billion). This is why there is US attention on that country. Hint: it’s NOT because of the Christians, although this is a good excuse for the masses. Similar to how ‘stopping the drug boats’ was the excuse for the Maduro snatch and remaking of Venezuela to America’s liking.

Phil Denter's avatar

Yes. And Russia. And India. And most of the rest of the non-G7 world.

The US$ is bankrupt and we are witnessing its (glacial) foreclosure.

Al Gonzalez's avatar

And remember Phil we have been described as the “cleanest dirty shirt” in the laundry because our economy is still the strongest so you can imagine the rest of the world. If we shatter that trust when we go bankrupt then what happens? But the reserve currency did not come from a banker’s butt, we bailed them all out for their profligate gambling in 2008 and that damn paper they keep printing is ending up on our back, our children’s and grandchildren’s balance sheet!

Phil Denter's avatar

Bailed Hank Paulson out with what? US$ are the world reserve currency and every single new US$ created today is conjured out of a banker's butt.

Note: Don't think paper. They don't "print" most created dollars. Rather, it is a simple procedure on a very secure computer system. Voila!

-----

"If we shatter that trust when we go bankrupt then what happens?"

I believe that all Hell will break loose. TPTB will let it run hot for a while (in their bunkers). Then they'll implement their one-world currency whereby all must take the mark in order to buy and sell.

"So it is written. So it shall be done." 🙏🏻

I can only hope we’ve all had a person that loved us and encouraged us no matter where we were at any time or place in our life. At times we all need someone that will wait on us. Someone that will keep praying and keep speaking faith into our future. Someone that will believe in us when we didn’t believe in ourselves. Someone that covered us in mercy, not judgement, not find fault but will love us back into wholeness.

We often write people off too easily. Where they are now, is not where they’re going to end up. We shouldn’t judge people by the present. Some of the people we’re tempted to write off are chosen vessels, all they need is for someone to wait on them. Someone to say yes they may be off course but I’m going to give them a call, take them to lunch, let them know I’m thinking of them, that I believe in them. Not to judge them, not to straighten them out but just to say I love you.

Sometimes I think about how many times God has waited on me. He waited when I was off coarse, he waited when I wouldn’t forgive, he waited when I was compromised, when I had the wrong friends,. He could have said that’s it I’m done with you, but he waited, he showed me mercy. He picked me up when I fell, he waited when I was bitter, he waited when I didn’t believe.

Sometimes it’s good to look back and say Lord thank you for waiting on me. Lord thank You for giving me another chance. Thank You for cleaning up the mess I made. Thank You for covering me when I didn’t deserve it. God has waited on all of us, now he’s asking will you wait on someone for Him.

Growing up my mother was the matriarch of our family. She was the driving force that brought a positive future view too each one of us kids. She brought God and religion into our house, and into our family. This began before the 4 of us kids were born, she brought God into my father’s life. My father and his family struggled through the depression, they didn’t practice religion. My mother waited on him.

When we were kids many times my father would take the 4 of us kids to church while my mother stayed home and prepared the family Sunday dinner. I know my father enjoyed taking us to church, he knew he was helping place the goodness of God into our lives, it was something he never had. ( I wish I could go back to those days).

When my brother Paul was getting confirmed he needed a sponsor and my father wanted to sponsor him but couldn’t because he had never been confirmed. Before my brother was confirmed a priest from the parish sponsored my father, he was confirmed, and then he sponsored my brother Paul, something I’ll always remember. My mother’s patience had certainly paid off.

In proverbs it says train up a child and when they are old they will not depart from it. You may have a child that has gone off coarse. The good news is they have been trained to know the Lord. That faith was deposited into their spirit. Proverbs intentionally doesn’t speak about the middle of life. They may get off track. You may not see how they are going to get back on track, what are you supposed to do?, wait on them, keep encouraging, keep praying, keep loving them. You keep praying and things are happening. In the end they will come back to God.

We’re not here to convict people, the Holy Spirit is the one that convicts. Our job is just to plant the seeds. The scripture says love never fails. God waited on you now it’s time we wait on them. Don’t give up on prayer, encouragement, helping someone in need. It’s the goodness of God that will lead them to repentance. We’re all on a journey don’t stop loving those around you, love never fails. Happy Saturday! Hope you all have a Great weekend. J.Goodrich

GG's avatar

What in the world?!

How is your comment relevant to what James Goodrich wrote?

Why would you respond to a comment about offering encouragement to those who have gone astray with your own about being violently threatened? What’s your point? Are you trying to cause dissension? Anger? Animosity?

Are you a troll?

I’m lost. This seems like such a non sequitur. Is it possible you responded to the wrong comment?

Debi Lutman's avatar

No she’s not a troll. But a James, or one like he’s admonishing us to become, is what is needed here. We don’t know what others have been through, experienced. I believe she is a vessel that’s on a mission. Maybe when it’s fulfilled, she may be able to receive messages like his. (His essentially ✝️)

nancy's avatar

Look at it as a reminder to never let your guard down. Many have failed because they were not always aware of danger. Sad I know, but be realistic.

GG's avatar

I don’t think what James Goodrich posted encouraged anyone to let their guard down. You can keep loving someone and praying for the best for them without making yourself vulnerable to physical violence. It was a really weird response to an encouraging post.

Susan Daniels's avatar

Encouraging but pollyanna-ish. Only a person who has never felt endangered in any way could have written that.

J Boss's avatar

That's not true, that only someone who has never felt endangered could not write that.

Only someone consumed by the fear would find it impossible.

One can and should stand guard, ready to protect and defend. But one can learn to do that without losing one's humanity and compassion, with enough time and faith.

Most of humanity, at least in America, is good or at least not bad. I pray you see and experience that.

mspring's avatar

Susan, it's the world we have always lived in. We see more, because the 24/7 news media shoves it in our faces. The stabbing was in UK, but it happens every weekend in Detroit, and tens of times/weekend in Chicago, tho they tend to use guns vs knives. It has been like this in those Democrat run cities for generations. We didn't hear about it, but it existed. Given that our cosmos/world is irredeemably evil and has been since almost the beginning, James' posting is still important, perhaps more so in that light.

Susan Daniels's avatar

We are living in a dangerous world now.

Butte Bill's avatar

Yes. If someone were to break into our home at midnight, my wife would insist on the young man sitting down while she fixed tea so that they could talk. I would ask her to take her time so I could remember the combination to our gun safe. And who knows? Perhaps her approach works mo better.

What few people understand is enough Russian history to realize what Putin's motives are. From the 17th century forward, Russia has been most primarily concerned with creating a circle of buffer states around its homeland to protect it from repeated invasions by nations such as Mongolia, France, Germany, the Ottoman Empire, Poland, Sweden and Japan. Even Peter the Great and especially Peter the Great was concerned with territorial security. This has been, and is, the habit and goal of Russian governments from the time of the first Romanov czars through the Soviet era until now. After the end of the Cold War things had stabilized until Clinton talked Ukraine into surrendering its defensive nuclear weapons, creating vulnerability and giving Putin an opening. Biden's weakness just encouraged him. Everything that is going on now stems from this. My point is, from a Russian perspective and from an historical perspective, Putin is acting rationally to insulate his country from potential invasion. The presence of those biolabs just made his action even more urgent. He is not a some Bond villain, however entertaining and pleasing that idea is. Trump is one of the few contemporary leaders who recognizes this. You are right, Bones. those biolabs were the provocation.

You are right about the islamocommies bleats. And not I'm not stuck in Cold War, I moved on long ago, but apparently you still are if you think Putin is eager to do anything other than defeat Ukraine to the point of gaining permanent control of the Donbas and getting rid of all the biolabs. He has several other domestic fish to fry.

Other European Locations: Similar events and conferences have taken place in other European cities, including Helsingborg, Berlin, and Rome.Danish Forum: A forum on "Decolonizing Mindsets for Security in Europe" was held in Copenhagen. This event explored the post-imperial space of Russia and ways Western policy can meaningfully support the futures of captive nations within the federation.

These forums are attended by regional indigenous activists, European politicians, and international experts who argue that breaking up the Russian Empire is the only way to ensure lasting security and democratic freedom in Eurasia.

Politically, the concept has also been echoed by top European leaders, such as Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas, who have publicly suggested that defeating and breaking up the Russian Federation could be a positive outcome for European and global security."

Think tanks and forums are the way the ruling elites announces and implements their plans. Think Event 201.

The primary provocation was NATO expanding to Russia's borders when we had promised not to.

Beckadee's avatar

I think that and the biolabs and the Nazi Azov's.

CK's avatar

The Biden’s are trash but the labs predate them.

CK's avatar

They predate POTUS Joe.

Beckadee's avatar

from 2020-2024 for sure but even in the 70's when he was hatched?

CK's avatar

I think Joe hatched a few years after sliced bread was invented.

Beckadee's avatar

yes but when did US really start funding bio-labs around the world. I would guess in the 70's but could have been right after WW2.

My guess is that Russia / China are pursuing the same bioweapons. And the internal US rational is that the West must do the same. Like a sort of MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) we saw w/ nukes. US could not do this in America (without a lot of uncomfortable questions) so they sought out shadow locations across the globe. I’m not saying it’s right. Just a rational, Realpolitik thought.

ValerieKay's avatar

What about investigation into US GOF research labs such as the one in Hamilton, MT? The one where the "men with vials on in a carry-on" were headed?

Lydia Lozano's avatar

I am also interested in what is going on at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility in Manhattan, Kansas, which is carrying out research that the government used to classify as so dangerous that it had to be conducted off-shore on Plum Island. Oddly close to Fort Riley and huge chunk of farmland now owned by the Chinese.

Richard Whitney's avatar

I couldn't believe it when they did that either.

Plum Island is an island, and still Lyme Disease escaped to the mainland from it.

So close it down and move bioweapon research, which includes trying to find diseases to wipe out crops and livestock, as well as humans, to KANSAS?!!!

What could possibly go wrong?

And we should never forget- it's all illegal. That makes all involved criminals.

Mrs. RW

shayne's avatar

I'm in Topeka, an hour east of Manhattan KS. And many of us here were very upset when KState built that lab. It's also one of the few veterinary schools in the country.

Lydia Lozano's avatar

Ugh. Even worse. What are the prevailing winds? I never did understand why they closed down Plum Island. Wonder which of your congressmen accomplished the move to Kansas? Which governor?

Bard Joseph's avatar

Fort Riley where the Spanish flu began.

Connie Lemmincakes's avatar

What about Western Michigan University where the bio-ticks are being weaponized?

Lydia Lozano's avatar

And we are paying for it all. All of it! Happy April 15.

The questions left unanswered about US bio labs in 30 countries:

1. Who authorized this?

2. Who knew about it, and said nothing?

3. Why are there biolabs in 30 countries? (I know what they say is the reason, but what’s the real reason?)

4. How did whoever authorized this convince themselves labs in 30 countries could be kept secure enough to prevent leakage or theft of the bio weapons?

5. Were any U.S. laws broken while creating these labs, and if so, will ANYONE ever be held accountable?

6. Is there ANYTHING immoral, vile, evil, or fatal our government won’t do?

CStone's avatar

Good……no…..EXCELLENT questions.

Add one…….how many became millionaires through the NGO’s that financed these demonic labs?

Richard Whitney's avatar

Yes, US laws were broken. According to the Constitution, any treaty the US signs and ratifies becomes the law of the land.

The US signed and ratified the 1972 Bio-weapon and Chemical Weapon treaty that banned research on bio and chemical weapons.

When the anthrax was released on Americans starting a week after 9-11, targeting especially 2 Congress members who were resisting passing the "Patriot" Act, which destroyed the Bill of Rights, I thought for sure they would finally shut down the labs.

Instead, they passed the PREP Act, used to attack the entire public during covid.

They are all criminals.

“Who” is the million Dollar question. Unfortunately, naming them is not easy. Perhaps we shall call them “they who shall not be named”.

Lydia Lozano's avatar

Why do I suspect Dr. Fauci was somehow involved as well as the Pentagon and Foggy Bottom? Can someone follow the money? Congress had to have appropriated it for a different use.

Steenroid's avatar

The answer to #6 is no.

SteelJ's avatar

How about these answers - 1) our leaders, basically all of them. 2) everybody with clout. 3) they love to inflict pain, misery, and death 4) they don't care, and see #3 5) Sure laws were broken, and nobody will pay (reference the COVID response for one example 6) no, you have them pegged

Jeff: we dont need Tom Clancy. We’ve got you! Love, M

CStone's avatar

My understanding was that those close to both Tim Clancy and Breitbart, that both were assassinated with an untraceable drug that caused a heart attack. Tom Clancy supposedly was supplied with info from agents in the government ……i.e. his books were not altogether ‘fiction’.

Read Rainbow Six. It predates and predicts the entire covid fiasco

Watch 2011 film Contaguin. The virus comes from a bat in China and needs a rushed vaccine to rescue everyone from the disease and lockdowns.

Willing Spirit's avatar

Rewatched Contagion recently. Uncanny coincidence that Americans viewed this, then largely lived it. No wonder so many susceptible to brainwashing individuals were so thrilled about the vaccine.

Susan W's avatar

Just read the plot summary for that book. Interesting to note that critics said the writing and character development were great but the plot was unrealistic. Ha!

Gonna try and get it from Library. Don't recall reading this one.

Pat Wetzel's avatar

During covid, I was at an Airbnb, looking for something fairly mindless to read. This book practically jumped out at me. Curious synchonicity!

Ole's avatar

Vince Flynn, author of "American Assain" and the Mitch Rapp series has also passed, though he died of prostate cancer in 2013. Great reads!

Pat Wetzel's avatar

Love the old Mitch Rapp books. What was the one where the assassin was killing off congressmen? One of the early ones that got me hooked on the author.

Ole's avatar

I think it was "Transfer of Power". I have given away several copies, would send one to our libtard congress person but she would consider it a threat and have me arrested!

Steenroid's avatar

Someone was telling him something for sure.

Willing Spirit's avatar

A lot like Michael Crichton and Dean Koontz. They’ve been told stuff.

And sadly we don't have Vince Flynn anymore either. Definitely one of my favorite authors. RIP Vince

Everything censored on social media during the plandemic should be considered ABSOLUTE TRUTH until proven otherwise.

The crazy conspiracy stuff never got censored but its crazy how the true conspiracies were censored... but ultimately proven true.

Primum non nocere's avatar

If its being heavily censored or atracked by controlled opposition on social media the its true. End of discussion.

Name one example of this that is NOT this case.

SteelJ's avatar

Yup, they play the game very well.

Primum non nocere's avatar

There is not ONE.

Name one if you can.

NOT ONE example of a heavily censored plandemic "conspiracy" that has been shown to be false.

Yes indeed. He feels (rightly) compelled to defend them. But the biolabs are a true existential threat.

St. Alia the Knife's avatar

Y'all are welcome to join us, maybe somewhere on the coast? We have some lovely beaches and the weather is usually fairly mild in the summer, compared to the rest of the country. :-)

Well, I can imagine WORSE things than Russian troops marching down the Champs Élysées or Picadilly Circus or Unter den Linden, especially if their first occupation order was "All you Muslims self-deport within the next 30 days after which our policy is 'shoot on sight'. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

That might even move our Congress to action on a clarification to the First Amendment, viz.: that Islam is not a "religion" in the sense that the Founders meant when wordsmithing it.

Yeah, yeah, I know... But I can dream, can't I?

Jeffrey N. Gratton's avatar

Isn't Russia one of the few countries where Christians and Muslims accommodate each other respectfully?

FrankInFL's avatar

Yes, because Muslims are a thin minority. Not in the -stans, of course, but Russia is not the -stans.

SteelJ's avatar

I bought into the "all Muslims bad" dogma for years. I now realize it's another example of the "fear card" manipulation the PTB always use, because it always works so well. Another way to keep us fighting each other instead of fighting our real enemy, the oligarchy.

Bard Joseph's avatar

Sounds anti semantic.

Europe destroying themselves from within by allowing unfettered immigration. So why should we pay to protect them? From what?

Lori's avatar

I have just moved to Team Russia. I fully back their decision to attack based on BioLabs. I would have done the same. Get rid of Zelensky, the Deep State players and Dems that are part of this. Thank you to Tulsi for exposing this shit show for what is is, biological warfare and depop.

And for Pete's sake, stop blaming the animals (vet med) for the reasons this research is done. It is done to cause death and destruction and other Book of Revelation tribulations. Always blaming the animals like they did during covid blaming pangolins. If that don't piss me off. Put the blame where it lies; depraved subhumans.

Xen's avatar

They are depraved subhumans, accurate.

Navyo Ericsen's avatar

And not only the biolabs, the persecution of ethnic Russians in western Ukraine by literal Nazis (the Azov Battalion).
