The newest highly dangerous occupation in America is "social media influencer".

Dangerous to others, never themselves. It should be the other way around. But as a word, it is incredibly apt. Influencer. Roll it off the tongue. It portrays that every person that follows them, is an imbecile and need to be influenced. And it makes themselves out to be the snake oil salesman of the late 19th century. Like the wizard of oz.

And what were people that had great influence over others in the past? We called them an inspiration. Humanity has fallen. Not a gloom and doom, just think about that term for a minute.

This morning received a message thru my website. An ‘influencer’ wanted me to post his blog on education, on my website. What?

I reported it as spam 🤫

Didn’t even bother to check out whether he was woke or not, it’s my website, selling products, nothing to do with education in any way! 🤪
