I reread the donation link, and see that it is the TX Board of Nursing bringing charges against you, not the TX Medical Board…but my guess is that they are closely aligned in their levels of corruption and maliciousness.

The Texas Nursing Board is even worse than the Texas medical board. They assume any allegation the nurse is guilty with no way to defend yourself unless you hire a lawyer. The allegations were brought by a doctor (I am assuming) who I had confronted about her care of an unvaccinated patient. She was so unprofessional and rude. She had made a few comments about my patients refusing to take Remdesivir. I quit the hospital after 2 months because it was so unsafe. Terrible nurse ratios/all brand new grads. I had witnessed several people die due to poor care etc. I brought this to administration and I believe in retaliation they filed allegation to the board that I hadn't charted correctly, hadn't given remdesivir, and hadn't given and oral medication to a patient who couldn't safely swallow. (Jeff has my files as I contacted his office for help). They were super helpful in getting me in touch with a lawyer in Texas!
