I don't know if you'll see this, but I just brought Substack up on my computer ... I could never see anyone replying to me on my phone app, wading through hundreds of comments! I just sold my house ... but I'll be coming back. I don't think I can stay in NY for very long (just have to settle my Mom's estate), but I'd love to join you guys when I come back down!!
