My disabled sister in St. Pete did not evacuate (she's usually one of the first). Her husband is a pilot and they are both sailers so they watch weather very closely...on NOAA and not MSM. They also now have solar panels so they not only powered their house, but the neighbor's as well. She's also quite liberal, but obviously thinking for herself here.
