Good morning, Jeff! I live in CT where my four older children attend public school. My fifth child is not able to because the right to Religious Excemption (RE) was revoked back in the spring of 2020. My older four were “grandfathered in” under that legislation but there are no new REs to allow their little brother to attend the same schools they do. Last week, in a 2/3 decision, an attempt to restore REs was denied in a Connecticut court. I am not a legal person but I understand the case will be appealed and, given right circumstances, could eventually be heard by the SCOTUS. That would likely all happen too late to benefit my son who I am currently homeschooling.
I believe similar cases are rising from other horrible states that deny REs to school children ... do you know the status of any of these cases? Are there any I should be watching?
I am determined to protect my son from further injections he does NOT NEED and that do not have adequate safety measures in place. And so we step forth boldly into the world of homeschooling... God will provide a way for me to educate my child without me having to violate my conscience ... I am learning to trust Him through all of this.
Isn’t the $700 that the Hawaiian people are getting $700 more than East Palestine got? Where oh where are the Republicans? We have no representation whatsoever in this country.
One of our oldest schools here in El Paso, TX - Ysleta High School - has an Indian as a mascot, and the local tribe whose children are among those who attend that school are proud to have the honor.
Religious Freedom is one of the most powerful freedoms we have under the constitution. Thank God the Founding Fathers had enough foresight to include and make it such a powerful right.
About the Georgia indictments … i am actually reading an history of the French revolution - 1789 , i am French myself and i can’t stop comparing the situation today to what it was in 1794 in Paris where our “DA” named Fouquier Tinville was making lists of suspects based on the most misleading reasons and send them to the famous guillotine … Most of those “DA” ended up guillotined themselves … as we say in French : “Plus ca change…”
I just completed an 8900 mile 21 state sightseeing vacation. I saw many Trump 2024 signs along the way. And, I shit you not, I did not see ONE Biden sign anywhere. In fairness, I stayed clear of the big metropolitan areas, but even so. Just sayin'.
So is ANYTHING going to be done about the FACT that trumps indictment was published BEFORE the grand jury was finished?????? Or is this another “ no that didn’t happen, nothing to see “ story lines. What do you think about this,Jeff?
