On April 5, Stanford announced the vaccine mandate would end on April 10. Why not say "effective immediately"?

Covered by the Fed timing for it ending. There's no "good" reason for not just saying "we're done" but it does work to mask the idea that they could have been wrong about it in the first place.

Same reason they put on other mandates ten days or so after an announcement of such. Remember? Everyone has to wear a mask starting in two weeks.

Because there is no emergency!!

But there is a need to control the population and make them do what they want. To flex their muscles and say -I made them put their masks on or get the jab on the date I specified. I am in control!! The peasants do as they are told!
