We need to distinguish true Marxist/Communist/Socialist/Leftists from classic liberal Democrats. Also, Teddy Kennedy is not RFK Jr any more than my leftist sister is me.
I think one point is to vote for RFK Jr to beat Joe Biden in the primaries — RFK would be far better for our country than JRB and Kamala Harris. Then, RFK and whatever Republican wins the R primary could duke it out in the general.
Remember, Trump still boasts that he practically invented the Covid shots much as Al Gore claimed to have invented the Internet :-) So no man (or woman, assuming we know what a woman is) will be perfect.
Also note that many people (including myself) have changed their minds and hearts during this hideous CovidEra and its revelations. I’ve personally learned more than I ever expected about so much! I hope my honesty and integrity were unwavering, but my mind definitely changed as I opened it to new information and critical thinking.
So we should look at the totality of what a candidate did in the pre-Covid past as well as in the CovidEra and beyond. A change of heart and mind may be OK, especially if it shows a logical progression from ignorance to enlightenment.
Many liberal Democrats have become conservatives or are marooned politically because of what they learned during the eye-opening CovidEra. Examples include some great doctors: Paul Marik, Pierre Kory, Del Bigtree, Robert Malone, Peter McCullough.
I'm speculating, but wouldn't be a bit surprised if Paul Marik, Pierre Kory, Del Bigtree, Robert Malone, Peter McCullough endorse Kennedy as an alternative to Biden or whomever the D's think would be in this country's best interest.
And there was Teddy Kennedy! He fought hard for immigration policies that have not been in our best interests and the cover up of Mary Jo...shameful and he got a way with it, but then again, a rotting cancer filled brain might have been God’s justice.
I could hardly believe it when Ted Kennedy wanted to run for president! Chappaquiddick happened in 1969 when I was 20, and everyone I knew understood exactly what Kennedy had done and gotten away with. And then 11 years later he thought we would all forget and he could be president! I was appalled.
You all are educating me about Kennedy. I just read his book and was impressed. And he is a dem. Bad for his resume'
The fact he is still a Democrat tells all I need to know not to support him.
