“I believe the government pressure was wrong,” he regretfully told the House Judiciary Committee in a letter, “and I regret that we were not more outspoken about it.”

This is what moral cowardice looks like.

Zuck knew it was wrong. He did it anyway. He now expresses regret only because he was found out.

His biggest regret: getting caught

I don’t think he really regrets it at all. He just knows the tide has turned.

Mike Stone published the Corona Fraud today:

In part: "

Something that became obvious as the “pandemic” wore on was that the entire affair was a massive psychological operation (psy-op)—arguably the largest ever perpetrated on humanity. The glue that held it together was fear, carefully cultivated through a relentless stream of propaganda delivered by the mainstream media. Headlines emphasized the mysterious and deadly nature of the “novel virus,” highlighting symptoms such as the loss of taste and smell as though they were unique to the alleged foreign invader. The threat’s purported origin in a mysterious market where exotic animals, including bats, were bought and consumed only heightened public anxiety and reinforced fears of the unknown.

Images of people collapsing in the streets while surrounded by hazmat-suited personnel created scenes straight out of a Hollywood contagion thriller. Across television screens and news websites, red tickers continuously displayed the rising death toll, ensuring that the perceived threat remained at the forefront of public consciousness. Daily case counts, hospitalizations, and deaths were reported with little context, creating the impression of an ever-expanding catastrophe. The public was inundated with alarming statistics, many of which were difficult for the average person to interpret, yet their constant repetition helped sustain a climate of anxiety.

The messaging extended far beyond the media. Constant reminders of the alleged threat appeared everywhere. For those who failed to witness any direct impact from the “virus” in their own lives, signs posted in stores, schools, airports, and public spaces served as a perpetual reminder to maintain social distancing and sanitize regularly. Floor markers dictated where people could stand. Plexiglass barriers separated customers from employees. Public address systems repeated warnings. Every aspect of daily life became saturated with visual and auditory cues designed to keep the threat at the forefront of people’s minds."

rolandttg's avatar

Where did all those plexiglass barriers come from overnight in quantities that allowed all businesses that were allowed to stay open have them?

Bgagnon's avatar

And where did they go when taken down???

rolandttg's avatar

Likely to the same warehouses they came from, waiting for the next plandemic. Be interesting to ask store managers.

Michelle Enmark, DDS's avatar

I noticed when I was in the TSA line at the Sacramento airport a couple of weeks ago that the plexiglass barriers have reappeared at each agent’s desk. Not sure why, as the Tulsa airport that I flew out of a couple of days ago, doesn’t have any.

Truth Seeker's avatar

Astute observation! Clearly part and parcel of the Plandemic

This “there must be no arbitrariness” is well stated, (worth repeating) - from Confucius:

If language is not correct,

then what is said is not what is meant; if what is said is not what is meant, then what must be done remains undone;

if this remains undone, morals and art will deteriorate;

if justice goes astray, the people will stand about in helpless confusion.

So here it is, straight from the DNI, MASSIVE BREAKING NEWS about the corrupt criminal and murderer Anthony Fauci. The facts and evidence we've all been waiting for and many knew existed but was witheld from us. He should go to jail for the rest of his natural life and then be publicly hung. 5 minutes from DNI Gabbard I strongly recommend you must watch and share as widely as you can:

https://x.com/DNIGabbard/status/2067792184753938484

Dave aka Geezermann's avatar

YES, apparently just last night, in Tulsi's last hours before leaving the DNI, she released the fact that the government KNEW Covid was NOT a natural occurrence, but was manufactured intentionally, and released intentionally. It was engineered.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

And lied about repeatedly, to cover up their crime against humanity. Let that sink in. Responsible for the murders of millions of people around the world.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

And they stole our government and many other governments because of it. A coup d'etat was conducted against the American people.

Leskunque Lepew's avatar

They = WEF/ Transnational gangsters

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Correct! I probably should have spelled that out. Sometimes, I take it for granted everyone knows who the they are.

Lisa Ricketts's avatar

Alan Devincentis's avatar

I still don’t believe they created effall. Just fear. They created fear. It tested the world. Most failed.

Scott's avatar

I'm absolutely with you on this. Psyop was the real test--and it worked.

Truth Seeker's avatar

No idea the actual #'s. Clearly fear was the button pushed. That would not have been possible had it been widely known that health does not come,

nor could it, from needles.

Bare-Faced Plague-Spreader's avatar

Still this is a false dichotomy. The real question is, was it dangerous at all?

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

No, that is not the question at all. The question is who approved it and who let it happen and what will be the accountability for what they did to the world.

Bare-Faced Plague-Spreader's avatar

And yet it is the question. The above narrative still would approve of the restrictions and regulations surrounding it. There is still a "novel deadly virus" as an assertion that Tulsi does not dissent against at all, but rather "they lied about the origins."

If we had had the debate on its "novel deadliness" to begin with, there never would have been "approval."

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

We didnt get the debate because they covered up, lied, censored, stole licenses and locked up everyone who wanted the debate, ergo, accountability for what they did, in all aspects, is what we MUST have to ensure this NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN, and people go to prison or face the death penalty for the death penalty they imposed on miliions.

Cousin Clem's avatar

Yes, this allows the entire vaccine paradigm to exist. If there are no viruses, there is no need for vaccines. THAT is something the government and pharma will not allow. Vaccines provide massive profits, massive control of populations, allow for continual pandemic constructs based upon nothing but claims by health agencies like WHO, CDC and other global agencies.

Drapetomania's avatar

Exactly..

Imagine if "journalists" had looked at the age stratified deaths/infection fatality rates (and not confuse case fatality rates)

lack of evidence for wearing of masks or lock downs for respiratory infections. Etc etc

I watched a mother and daughter on a sunny and windy day standing in the ocean up to their knees with masks on..whilst a fat guy waddled towards them also wearing a mask..

If a large % of the population are barely sentient cretins then we are doomed to repeat this again..

Truth Seeker's avatar

Many are the questions. To include what questions are best.

Until a cause or causes are determined, that is a massive conondrum.

(Hint) Twas not a "virus"

PCR testing and mRNA injections were half of the dialectic.

Drapetomania's avatar

But you don`t like questions..

Because you don`t have answers..

Most of you Terrain cultists don`t even understand the research behind it..

Remember the bizarre lecture you gave me where I was talking about bacteria and you got confused and thought Cholera was a virus.

I politely corrected you..

What did you do "truthy"?..

Apologize?" a correction?

Nope..not our "truthy"

Without blushing You lectured me again and then said the comedic gold "I don`t engage with lay people"

I love engaging with dumb people who think they are smart..

Michelle Enmark, DDS's avatar

Many questions, Dan, that’s for sure!

Truth Seeker's avatar

An even better question is what exactly was "it"?

The answer may be forthcoming.

That would include a massive takedown of Big P, the Medical Cartel delivery boys, and a World View infarct for millions.

Bitsy54's avatar

In a word, no, it was the flu

Lisa Ricketts's avatar

The VIRUS behaved differently dependent on individuals, which is likely why some people suffered more than others'. I was relatively healthy, slim and active/ no co-morbidity issues; However, it hit me very hard the first few days, much like a bad flu. Then I appeared to rally and ran a few errands on day 6. Within a few hours, the crushing had a crushing headache and heavy fatigue! So back to bed until the pneumonia portion set in and I could not inflate my lungs! That was when I got into a steamy shower, then decided to force myself outside into the garden to breath fresh air and get some sun!

I knew that working in the garden would get oxygen into my lungs and the sun would create Vitamin 'D'! Laying in bed any longer would have likely killed me. I would have just slipped away of lack of oxygen.

I experienced this in the last week of 2019- week one of 2020, a few miles from Dr, Bhattacharya's home base of Stanford University! We now know that this Virus was unleashed and those infected traveled to certain areas, infecting millions. I lived in an area where 80% of the home that were sold, sold to Asians, mostly Chinese TRUSTS, purchased via Chinese real estate agents, and always outbidding others' at roughly $50-$70,000 over the asking price!

Bare-Faced Plague-Spreader's avatar

When do viruses "not" behave differently depending on the individuals?

That's the point here, really. Should you have to wear a mask, stay at home, and adhere to restrictions to accommodate a morbidly obese diabetic with heart failure who could be far more vulnerable than you to the virus?

I have a friend who was in ICU with double pneumonia around November in 2020. He claims it was due to Covid, I disagree on the diagnosis of Covid. He decided on not getting the protocols...if he had, he would probably not be around right now.

He was in the military and although physically far better off than me, he did get many shots and was subjected to far more of the elements, as well as foreign conflicts than me. I told him, I agree with everything he went through, save that it was a "novel deadly virus."

Cousin Clem's avatar

I still don't buy the entire covid lab leak story. All manufactured(not the virus, the entire story). It gets people arguing that it was either wet market bats OR lab leaks. How about the third very strong possibility that there was NO covid19 and the vaccines were the bioweapons that everyone feared, not any make believe virus. I don't doubt Fauci was funding labs that made some very strong and sometimes lethal poisons but I just don't accept any of the chinese lab leak virus baloney. The guy who put out the paper identifying the alleged novel virus called covid19 just made it up. The tests to detect the alleged novel virus were made up(as admitted by the designer of the tests). After querying over 250 global health agencies, NONE has admitted to having proof of any isolated covid19. I think Tulsi also knows this but is keeping the narrative alive. I recommend reading this very informative explanation of the entire virus con: https://drsambailey.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/A-FAREWELL-TO-VIROLOGY-Expert-Edition-V1.2.pdf

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

I agree Clem, and to be clear, whatever poison they had wasn't caused by a leak. It was intentionally set upon the world to do massive destruction and change the governance of the entire world, including, and especially the USA. Look to schwab, gates, macron, trudeau, etc etc etc and all the deep state marxists like ovomit, clinton, fauci, brennan, etc etc etc to beging to understand the magnitude of the conspiracy against humanity.

And I agree, the "vaccines" carried the poisonous payload. They ignored Nuremberg and EVERY ETHICAL requirement ever established, which is proof in and of itself.

Truth Seeker's avatar

Crystal clear. The WEFer criminals are circling the bowl.

rolandttg's avatar

Remember deaths from flu and pneumonia deaths all but disappeared in 2020 for almost 3 years.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Yes, it was amazing, apparently they discovered a zoonotic virus which had an appetite for all the others!!! They cured the common flu! Genuis!

Truth Seeker's avatar

When the fact that of "virus" fiction is widely know, you will be exonerated for being far ahead of most. Would speculate that the assertion

that TG knows is accurate.

The "zoonotic" transmission of the fictitious virus is cover story.

Drapetomania's avatar

A bio-weapon? that (mostly) killed people over the age of 65 with co-comorbidities and outside the obvious breeding age..Who would or could design such a lousy "bio-weapon" with such a low infection fatality rate????..they should be sacked of course for such a lousy "weapon"..

Cousin Clem's avatar

you may want to check out the book Cause Unknown by Ed Dowd which used actuary figures to document the sudden deaths of people of ALL ages dying during 2021-2023. Many young people. The actual period of flu/covid before the jabs were released had low death count with the usual older folk that you mention. The stats show a large spike in young working age people after the jabs. You also read of high school athletes dropping dead right at their games of heart failure, Im sure.

Drapetomania's avatar

Thanks mate! I have it in kindle..but have not had time to read it yet.

"..document the sudden deaths of people of ALL ages dying during 2021-2023. .."

Sure..but

I was only talking about the "viral" deaths themselves. Not after jab stats..

The needle contents were added trash..and "The Needles Secret" by Giradot..shows a simple mechanism for this.

Lack of aspiration of the needle before the clot shot.

which meant a % were getting the trash into the capillaries/lymphatic system etc.

Since young people, especially athletes have more muscle/cap etc then they had a great chance of getting major problems

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Yeah, I am aware and all cause mortality jumped by, I believe, 40%! But that was the purpose of the jab wasn't it? Not the psyop fake virus. To satisfy these evil people's desire to kill off a large number of the human race. They want a human population of only 500 million people on the entire earth. They are both evil and sick with their deeply flawed ideas about population. They should be the first to surrender their lives for their cause.

Young people continue to die at a higher rate or suffer loss of fertility, etc.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Thanks for sharing that .pdf, Im going to get really familar with it.

Truth Seeker's avatar

Sam Bailey's takedown of the "viral" cause of illness is possibly the best ever. She is prolific, brilliant, a source for impeccable evidence of the entire fraud. You posted a .pdf file, for most the video is even better.

Drapetomania's avatar

Some of the terrain supporters write in obscure ways...she appears to believe cholera outbreaks kill people due to "dirty water" as in dirt in the water (boiling water at the brewery taking water from the broad st pump with no deaths of workers of course is never mentioned)....and appears (who knows?)to think bacteria are "intellectual constructs"...so no..

Truth Seeker's avatar

You make a common error. She is exposing the fraud of virus, that is the point. Suggesting a "cause" of illness is not the issue. The "terrain" is a constuct that is enormous, certainly more credible than "virus"

so, yes definitely

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Do you have a link to video?

Truth Seeker's avatar

In general tend to avoid posting links. This one is SO important that

will step outside the lines:

https://drsambailey.com/resources/videos/viruses-unplugged/the-truth-about-virus-isolation/

Michelle's avatar

She still called it an “accidental leak.” :/

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

She released evidence, facts, about what fauci, et al, did. We may never get the fact we all believe, because of the tyrannical dictatorship where it occurred and who I believe was involved in the conspiracy up to their eyeballs. I dont think she was going to let all of the rest of what she published to fail on that issue.

Truth Seeker's avatar

probably not, because NO ONE knows what was released or how it was released, if anything. The testing and treatments were a sophisticated setup, that much is known.

Lisa Ricketts's avatar

This is WHY I always refer to the event as THE PLANDEMIC! Only an idiot could continue to believe the VIRUS would behave in a way that NO OTHER VIRUS to date (2020) has EVER BEHAVED!

The fact that Doctors and Nurses were so easily DUPED or worse, WILLINGLY went along with the SPECTIACAL / OSCAR WORTHY/BROADWAY PRODUCTION of a pandemic is a HUGH TELL that our MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT, UNIVERSITIES, HOSPITALS and GOVRERNMENT INSTITUTIONS are ALL CAPTURED by

RunningLogic's avatar

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

I didn't see those posts and just want her video posted and reposted as far and wide as possible. That motherfucker and every damned person who willingly coordinated and worked with him must pay - dearly - with their lives, for what they did to the world.

RunningLogic's avatar

Well to be fair it was a late post and a reply to one of my comments 🙂 So unlikely you’d have seen it there at least.

And I agree, this needs to be spread far and wide!

Bare-Faced Plague-Spreader's avatar

Why is it a bridge too far to think that "Fauci lied to us about its origins" to "The government lied that it was dangerous at all?"

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Fauci, as a government official in high position of authority did all the dirty work and did it with many other deep state actors. Dont make this about "government" which is far to nebulous and avoids accountability. I want the damn actual carcasses of those that did it.

SteelJ's avatar

Agree. Holding government agencies or corporations accountable is smoke and mirrors. It's not a deterrent. Until individuals pay, nothing changes.

Bare-Faced Plague-Spreader's avatar

I don't think he did all the dirty work though, there are many players in this, and yes, it is nebulous, and deliberately so. We should leave no stone unturned. Definitely do not dilute the focus on Fauci, as he was a primary player, but no one who brought along these ridiculous restrictions and regulations should be left untouched.

Cousin Clem's avatar

From a Substack by the very knowledgeable Sasha Latypova---If you still think that Tulsi Muppet is “revealing the biolabs info for the first time evah!TM”, here is Uncle Vladimir in 2022 revealing this urgent information, yet again: https://x.com/AlternatNews/status/2065722346917220453? So, should we save the tax dollars, abolish the Office of National Intelligence and simply use the internet from now on?

Even ODNI account on X says that all of this was compiled from “open source information”. Did you think that Tulsi is going to tell you something you don’t know? LMAO.

Let us not forget that “during covid”, Tulsi was an enthusiastic Biden ass-kisser and a zealous advocate for track-n-trace and lots of other public health fascism. Incessant publicity for democracy?

"The compensatory economy provides that when bankers and speculators clean out the people and bring them to their knees, government agencies shall step in and help them up so that they can be fleeced again. This is the function of such agencies as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Reconstruction Finance Corporation and dozens of others. The theory of the compensatory economy supplants all morality in public life, and is responsible for much corruption of the officials in Washington. Thus, also, the predeliction of the international bankers for putting ignorant provincial into key positions is not an idle fancy, and is perhaps reason for much incessant publicity for democracy. It suits the internationals that public officials be of the stupidest type, and the guise of democracy effectively controls them."

Richard Whitney's avatar

That is not how I remember it. I used Facebook as my main source of information from 2011 to 2017.

In 2017, shortly after Trump was inaugurated, Congress Democrats hauled Zuckergberg, Dorsey, and the head of YouTube in front of them to threaten them.

It was as Jeff says, "Nice little companies you have there. Be a shame if something happened to them."

Nancy Pelosi, who came from a Mafia family (I think), led the charge. It was pure Mafioso pressure.

Zuckerberg put up more of a fight than the other two. He kept defending the first amendment, but the Dems made it clear that they were not interested.

That summer, Facebook hired the Atlantic Council to censor, and I got my very first jail time, for posting a meme that showed the Azov brigade holding a NATO flag and a swastika flag.

I had posted that meme every time the topic of the Kiev assault on the Donbass came up, for 3 years, and never had it banned before.

After that I was thrown in jail so many times I got the T-shirt. My daughter bought me a T-shirt that says Facebook Inmate, Multiple Times.

So it started in 2017, not 2020, and it was draconian. Yes, once covid started I got more time, because I didn't go along with the program.

But I blamed the Atlantic Council and the Democrats, not Zuckerberg, because I had watched that hearing.

Mrs. RW

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

I think that was all theater. As i understand it, Facebook was/is a CIA PSYOP and Intel gathering apparatus on which most people are happy to share their whole life story.

Richard Whitney's avatar

I agree. I even have a meme that says something like that. It was meant to be a device with which our rulers could monitor us, but we changed it into an information sharing device.

And then the Democrats ruined it. They don't like us talking among ourselves.

And England just took it a step further, requiring everyone to show their ID to get on social media. Germany will be next. Blackrock Merz is always complaining that people are mean to him on the internet.

Snowflakes, they are, but they have the power to stop the horizontal communication that social media makes possible.

That's why they always wax nostalgic about the Good Ol Days, when all Americans knew is what our overlords told them on the TV and radio, top down. They want to go back to those days.

A carpet of gold or a carpet of bombs?

Would you be principled enough to choose the bombs?

Zuckerberg chose the gold, but he didn't want to. Before 2017, FB was free and open to any information. Maybe not child porn (which is a good thing to censor, including trans propaganda aimed at children), but news around the world.

I had friends all over the world, and the most informative got permanently banned, after 2017. It was the Democrats who pushed that.

When the Little Things End Up Being the Big Things, by Unknown

Last year my son and I went to a local hardware store to buy his handyman grandpa the gift of a weed eater and a certain attachment that goes with it. Grandpa is a little older and slower than he used to be, but he does a lot for us, so we wanted to spend a little money to help make his life a little easier.

As we get there, there's only one of the attachments left that we needed, and an employee was on his ladder and pulling it down for another customer. My son looked devastated. He knew how much his Grandpa had been pining for this particular item for his lawn, and we were going to have the pleasure of surprising him with it.

My son looked at me and quietly gasped, "That's the last one. What are we going to do for Pa now?"

The gentleman shopper overheard this and briefly studied my son's face. Then casually handed the prize to him saying, "I think Pa needs this more than I do. I'll just ask for a call from the store when they are in stock again."

It was such a small moment for this guy, but it's one of those things that you witness that will literally help shape my son and his view of the world.

After that the saying, "It takes a village," didn't mean what I thought it meant every time I'd heard it before. This new understanding made me realize that society, as a whole, is impacting all these young people in so many ways. And most of them don't even know it.

It is said that our children are 1/3rd of the population and all of our future, so should we not all work together - as our hardware store hero did - and make that future a bright one?

Dawn Ceylong's avatar

Love it except for the “it takes a village” - that was meant to make us accept the government raising our children and I don’t want that village anywhere near me. It’s just simple human kindness toward one another. I will seek opportunities to be that man- God Bless him

RunningLogic's avatar

Agree, I will forever associate that phrase with the odious Hillary Clinton 😝

Juju's avatar

I’ve learned it takes a family, not a village. And the larger the family the easier it is. For all members. Sure we need the community around us to reinforce what we are teaching, but “reinforce” is the operative word here. The left tried to replace the parents and have the village do the initial teaching. That’s a village I can live without.

JudyC's avatar

And often, “family” doesn’t always mean blood relative. I’ve created a “family” of beloved friends (a handful, mind you) that are as close as family, as my birth family is scattered across the globe. This new family is in many ways closer than my family of origin because they CHOOSE to be involved and supportive, rather than being obligated to.

TriTorch's avatar

Understood. How about:

Are we not our brother's keeper?

LMWC's avatar

We once had community. Whether in large cities, small towns or rural countryside we once had churches, neighborhoods, schools, civic groups, associations, the local coffee shop or restaurants where people gathered, where people had a sense of belonging within the scope of government. The Federal government was far off, and we trusted it for the most part, that it cared about America and Americans. Many of the churches are now gone. The city neighborhood’s are gone taken over by invaders who have no wish to assimilate. Schools have become indoctrination centers in many areas and our children are failing at basic education skills. Civic groups are dying on the vine. And neighborhood coffee shops are now replaced by Starbucks, where people sip overpriced lattes while playing on their phones….alone.

Still, I am optimistic that things are turning. Light is scouring the hidden. People are waking up. Churches are reviving, and parents are questioning schools. We no longer blindly trust government, and though this is painful now, we are slowly raising awareness and moving forward.

Willing Spirit's avatar

I lived it in the 60s. Small local schools shut down, students bussed away from their communities. There was a lot of parental protest and the federal government came down hard, while offering carrots like increased funding to buy color t.v.s and such for schools.

Charlie Kirk was right in saying that much done in the name of Civil Rights was dangerously detrimental to the U.S. Just look where we are today, reaping the harvest of those actions.

RunningLogic's avatar

And local coffee shops are popping up everywhere too!! 😊

Only if they are open to be helped! Some feel entitled to what belongs to others' and are too deluded to participate in saving themselves. They tend to mentally or physically check out!

This is why we need Mental and addiction related facilities with the ability for family to request evaluations! Not a return to no questions asked committals, but also, not allowing people to waste away on the streets with no actual efforts made to rehabilitate the human inside the walking corps!

PonyBoy's avatar

Just a few hours after leaving my brother the morning my brother died in an accident behind his house, I arrived home at my place and played a telephone message that my mother left for me telling me that Bob had died.

That morning, I had drove to Bob's house to drop off one of his chainsaws he had left with me the day before as he had helped me cut up a blown down tree in my yard.

After I left Bob's, he had continued to work on cutting down a huge Oak tree that was precariously bent at a 90 degree angle and leaning against another huge Oak.

I should have stayed and helped him but I didn't.

Bob was my only brother, 3 years older than me, a husband and a father of two.

I cannot accurately express how important he was ro me.

I wanted desperately to trade places with him as I had neither wife nor children, even though I knew that was impossible.

Grief consumed my world.

Bob was 42 and I was three years younger.

Love your brothers and sisters everyone.

“It takes a village” is what every hometown did before the 70s.

Every adult in town who saw one of the kids do something wrong was free to tell them to cut it out. Dad or kid on the block mowed elderly person’s lawn next door.

Hilary Clinton does not live in my head and her village never took care of me and mine. That saying comes from Africa hundreds of years before her.

It still “takes a village,” and rainbows are a still a sign of God’s promise not a moral or mental illness.

Richard Whitney's avatar

I had an elderly black man tell me what life was like in the black part of town in the 40s and 50s.

The older ladies kept an eye on the neighborhood kids. If they did anything wrong, their parents would get notified, and the kids would be disciplined.

If a man beat his wife, he got a visit from the church elders.

The school kept the kids in line.

That's a village raising the kids.

Mrs. RW

Willing Spirit's avatar

My small southern town was quite segregated until the Civil Rights era upended everything. Recently a politically prominent black man was interviewed by the local paper with fond recollections of the days when black communities took care of their own. He especially reminisced about having a small time black baseball league that competed against others in the region, and the good times their own schools brought.

Many prosperous Caucasian households had ties through employment of cooks, housekeepers and gardeners.

Was that less respectful and dignified than working for MacDonald’s, cleaning companies, or landscaping businesses?

Or just sitting on the sofa watching t.v. with bags of chips and sodas and gaining weight, while collecting welfare?

I’m fine with integration, except I experienced a lot of reverse racism in my education career and there are too many instances of shots fired and stabbings occurring in public spaces for me to feel comfortable.

Black people don’t seem happier or more motivated to embrace the traditional values that made this country great.

It seems the opposite happened with the experiment we’ve lived for the past 60 years.

Richard Whitney's avatar

I agree. I had another black friend who talked about her happy memories of those days.

Everyone competed to keep their yards looking beautiful.

On Sundays after church, people would sit on their front porches and others in the neighborhood would walk down the street and stop to chat.

She went to her old neighborhood to visit, and was shocked at how rundown it is now, with no one out tending their gardens or kids playing.

It's the same in white areas, of course.

Mrs. RW

Lisa Ricketts's avatar

Indeed, it is the same! My childhood neighborhood is almost completely Asian. The only people I see (when visiting my elderly Mum) are delivery people or Chinese Grandparents pushing a lone grandchild in a stroller stopping to show the child something on a tablet, if it should stir, then using hand gestures in attempt to explain why he is stopping under the shade tree, because he does not speak English!

Meanwhile, Hispanic or Vietnamese Gardeners and Construction workers toil away at every 3rd house, though non but the few remaining Caucasian families have tasteful landscaping and bring their bins behind the fence, as Code dictates!

Lisa Ricketts's avatar

Helping to raise the kids! This what the Johnson Administration and the Feminist Eugenics movement could not allow. The Black and White families, Churches, and Community equally valuing families the same! They needed to put an end to the reality that values and religion shape morality, and Civility, not skin color!

JasonT's avatar

I prefer “community” as it implies shared culture and values. “Village” where I came from was the local home for the mentally weak.

TriTorch's avatar

“Community” = common unity. Agree, better for sure.

Hana CL's avatar

I also get a visceral negative response when I hear that “takes a village” phrase. 🤮 I can still hear Killary spouting that. Ugh!

Dawn Ceylong's avatar

Willing Spirit's avatar

Some fool put that sign up; “We’re in this together” on my dog walking route at Covid beginning and I finally had to go a different way for the sake of my blood pressure.

LamedVav disavows all vaxes.'s avatar

“It takes a village” is Hillary Clinton’s communist propaganda. No to her! It takes good individuals. I’ll take freedom not communes/villages with dictators.

RunningLogic's avatar

She twisted the idea of neighbors and family looking out for and supporting each other during difficult times into paying more taxes so the government could take over those functions 😑

Lisa Ricketts's avatar

You forgot that when the Government controls the Daycare choices, they can then start the indoctrination at the formative years and the child bonds to the System rather than the Family!

The Daycare Generation are the Blue Haired, Rainbow Flag Waving' Rabble Rouser for Hire, that we see disrupting ICE and populating NO KINGS rallies! The indoctrinated, were not educated! If they were Educated, they would not be susceptible to the suggestive NARATIVES of MARXISTS, SOCIALISTS, ANTIFA and others'.

RunningLogic's avatar

I didn’t forget at all! Clearly that was the whole point of shifting responsibility for children to the government “village”! Especially with Hillary’s disparaging remarks about stay at home moms. She wanted to shame women into not wanting to stay at home. Because they can’t control the children as easily then.

JudyC's avatar

It’s as odious to me as “we’re all in this together” “for the greater good”!

Paula zajac's avatar

You said it,sir. A fine commentary about the world I want to live in. Everyday I see our young people hankering, I believe, for leadership from the adults of the world. For the surrounding adults in the community to show consciousness of the presence of our next generation RIGHT THERE. I think I can almost hear them saying “don’t you see me here? Don’t you want to do the thing I need for you to do?” Hardware Hero, for sure. I won’t forget this story. Needs to be shared!

In whose hand are the depths of the earth,

The peaks of the mountains are His also.

The sea is His, for it was He who made it,

Come, let us worship and bow down,

Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.

For He is our God,

And we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand.

If useful then what is the use? If only entertaining, then appreciate and move on. If actionable, take notes.
