An honest question here. Is there such a thing as Palestinian people? It's my understanding they are a mix of Jordanian and Syrian Arabs and there's never been a Palestinian state.

Before Israel, there was a British mandate, not a Palestinian state.

-Before the British Mandate existed the Ottoman Empire, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Ottoman Empire, there was the Mamlyuk Islamic State of Egypt, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Islamic State of Mamlyuk of Egypt, the Empire of Ayubid existed, not the Palestinian State. Goffrey IV of Bulonsky, known as Godfrey de Bouillon, conquered Jerusalem in 1099

-Before the Empire of Ayubid, there existed the French and Christian Kingdom of Jerusalem, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Kingdom of Jerusalem, the empires of Omeyad and Fatimid existed, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the empires of the Omeyad and Fatimid, there was the Byzantine Empire, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Byzantine Empire, there was the Roman Empire, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Roman Empire, there was the Hasmonees State, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Hasmoneysk state, it was the Selevkid state, not the Palestinian state.

-Before the Selevkid Empire, there existed the Empire of Alexander of Macedonia, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Empire of Alexander of Macedonia, there was the Persian Empire, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Persian Empire, there was the Babylon Empire, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Babylon Empire, there existed the Kingdoms of Israel and Judea, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Kingdoms of Israel and Judea, the Kingdom of Israel existed, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Kingdom of Israel, there was a theocracy of the twelve knees of Israel, not the Palestinian state.

-Before the twelve generations of Israel's theocracy, there was an agglomeration of independent Canaan cities-empires, not the Palestinian state.

In fact, this piece of earth was everything EXCEPT THE PALESTINE STATE.

Palestine was a made up word for a made up land that the Roman Emperor Hadrian declared after he put down the second Jewish Rebellion.

And ANY time it was used, every time it was used, by anyone thereafter and until 1948 it meant ANY people living in the land formerly known as Judea or Israel.

Then in 1948, they created Israel as a Nation again.

Thank you for this! Most people lining up against Israel have no knowledge of the history and have just absorbed the propaganda.

The Jews are the ONLY people associated with a LAND for thousands of years. That is a fact.

One only needs to research hamas to know they care nothing about their citizens living in Gaza. Nothing. Their one & only goal is to exterminate all Jews, Christians, and anyone not aligned with their radicalized muslim beliefs. Just research how much money from the US, from Israel, from Europe, and many Arab nations, have been pumped into Gaza to help them nationalize their own territory in Gaza (infrastructure, health & human services, etc). The amounts are insane. Do you think hamas used that money to benefit their citizens? Nope.

Research peace treaties Israel has participated & agreed upon since 1948. Tons of them but memories are short and many reneged (Egypt, Syria, etc). Research the so-called apartheid Israel is being accused of. It's a lie. All of it.

It makes me incredibly sad to see anyone caught in the middle of these attacks. To me, the people of Israel and the people of Gaza are equally suffering. I can still pray to my Lord & Savior on their behalf regardless of "who's side" I'm on. But I also know Israel is God's people.

Yes. Why doesn’t Gaza have running water?

In the past, Israeli settlers, whose government forced them out of Gaza, left fully functional and profitable greenhouses for the Palestinians. The Palestinians then proceeded to dismantle them, ripping out the copper piping, and sold the parts as salvage.

These are not the sharpest tools in the shed and many lack impulse control and revel in brutality.

They revel in brutality because according to their faith, it's honorable and will be greatly rewarded after death.

I keep hearing people referring to hamas as nazi's. I would say hamas is worse than nazi's. The difference is, nazi's tried desperately to hide their crimes because they knew they committed crimes. Hamas displays their brutual, murderous crimes and it's why they proudly post videos & pictures of their conquests. The more brutal and inhumane, the better.

That certainly seems to be the case. I don’t believe they can be negotiated with.

I'll bet all those new IRS employees will be used to audit the US funds going to other countries. What say you?

This is an excellent summation!!! Wow!! Thank you!! I’ve never seen it detailed out this way but I knew there was no nation when there was the British Mandate.

Maybe we need a British Mandate in the US to eliminate the USG. But would we still be Americans?

Israel's fourth prime minister (1969 - 1974), Golda Meir:

- What was the name of all this land before World War I? That's when Britain got the mandate over Palestine, what was that Palestine? It covered the entire area from the Mediterranean Sea to the border of Iraq. Both the east and west banks of the Jordan River were called Palestine. I'm a Palestinian myself. I had a Palestinian passport from 1921 to 1948.
