I’ve been fortunate that my primary care doctor has not pushed the vaccine. My pain management doc told me not to get it. She says that a lot of her patients are getting cancers. One of my good friends was told not to get it by her doctor but she did anyways in order to see her grandbabies in California. Before the shot she had Crohn’s disease and diverticulitis. After the shot she now has 7 autoimmune diseases. I couldn’t believe my ears when she said that. I don’t understand why anyone would jump at the chance to take a drug that hasn’t gone through years of testing. Nobody knows the long term effects. Where will be in 5 years? 10 years?

You are fortunate! Such doctors are rare.
Re: your vaccinated and ill friend, I think that fear trumped logic. Not to mention the 'safe and effective ' mantra. 🙄
