I don't think a case like this was considered in the constitution, when the cabinet doesn't declare him unfit/unable to discharge his duties he's presumed to be in charge and can use these executive powers. Presidential pardons can also not be revoked, which is probably a good thing in normal circumstances, sounds a lot like double jeopardy to me.

A pediatrician recently told my niece that her daughter will more sickly and maybe die early if she doesn't give her the shots. She's been kicked out of/refused by 2 practices for not allowing her daughter to get shots and one that took her retired 6 months later. There's a point where doctors need to be held accountable too.
Tell your niece that the only reason for "well baby" checkups is to jab them, full stop. She doesn't need a pediatrician to tell her whether or not the baby is thriving - parents already know this. All the measuring and weighing, etc, telling you what percentile they are - it's all theater. Peds kick out parents who don't want jabs for their babies because it loses them money. If she still wants a doc for the baby, she should find a family practice doc or nurse practitioner who doesn't rely on jabs to fill their pockets.
My views of any vaccine have changed a lot over the last 5 years, but I was a family doc on a salary that didn't change no matter what the vaccination status of my patients was. Checking developmental milestones can detect autism, e.g., and early diagnosis and intervention can lead to better outcomes; a baby falling off the growth curve is important to know about for early diagnosis of the cause, if it turns out to be pathological; and the household safety discussions I had, about what really kills toddlers, for example (5 gal buckets of water, open toilets, etc., are dangerous b/c toddlers are top-heavy and curious. Also poisoning, so securing the things one typically keeps under the kitchen cabinet, etc.), etc., at what we called a teachable moment were useful, I thought. The top causes of injury and death vary dramatically during babyhood, toddlerhood, in school age, and the teen years, and injury is the main health issue in the young. The information is available to any parent willing to do the weighing, measuring, and testing (of developmental milestones) and to do the reading about safety issues, but those at most at risk may be the least curious, the least interested, the least likely to do any of this independently. We were not (I'm retired) all evil.
I agree: you're not all evil. That's why I advised to find a healthcare practitioner who doesn't push/rely on the the jabs. Pediatricians typically want/demand all kids to get all the jabs. It's a rare one who allows for anything outside of the cdc schedule.

They can refuse, but they guilt trip the mothers by saying “Do you want to be responsible for your child’s death?” They also kick you out of the practice because it interferes with their bonus ratio from the insurance companies. Unfortunately there are a few States, California and New York, maybe Illinois? Where your kid can’t go to school unless fully vaccinated. No exemptions. In California your child has to have had a vaccine reaction to a specific shot…like TDap, for example. Then they’re exempt from only that vaccine. It’s ridiculous. A lot of people moved out of the state after SB 277 passed…that was the personal belief exemption. A friend of mine doesn’t vaccinate, her Dad was a Chiropractor. He told her, “Your baby doesn’t need well baby checkups. You can buy a scale and weigh your own baby.”

Midwifery is becoming more popular for good reason. We just had a cooperative of co-operative of certified midwives open a birthing center in central Cali. Parents directives and natural deliveries are a priority. May be time to start looking for them in your areas and investing in them in some way.
Had babies 2-4 at home with midwife. With #1, hospital experience was degrading. I waited on shots for #2, a boy, and thankful to God I did due to the % autism. Was deliberately slow on the others. No issues pre-school age unless your doc makes it one (had one change of physician due to that). School is another issue--I felt I had to by then. We did all the required, but no (mostly) optionals. After covid, I will encourage all my kids to forego grandkids' vaccines. We'll see.. I ended up homeschooling. I know homeschooling families who forego vaccines entirely and have extremely healthy children.
Please don't apologize! There are hundreds of thousands of us who did NOT ask those questions, and dutifully let our children be injected with poison. The laws do vary from state to state. Great book, and agree about apologizing. I am furious that I didn't know all this and allowed my child to be vaccinated. Although, when the pediatrician started to recommend and eventually push the Gardisil shot, I stood up to him and said, "No." Perhaps it was divine intervention, but I looked up the side effects of this particular shot and one of them was Guillain–Barré. One of my co-workers at the time had a daughter suffering from this. I had never heard of it before. I told the doctor what I had read about it and he told me, "You don't need to read about it, I will tell you what you need to know." I didn't take kindly to that. After being our pediatrician for 12 years, we left his practice. A few years later, a friend who still had him as a doctor said he was no longer recommending the Gardisil shot. Maybe I had a little something to do with that. I also made sure my child did not have the Covid shot, required by college (in California). Unfortunately had all other shots. But, lessons learned and my future grandchildren will not have any.
Don't forget to add "vitamin k" which is touted as a vitamin shot, but has all same adjuvants in it as the vaxxes (like aluminum, polysorbate 80, thimerosal, peanut oil, etc) AND has a black box warning that death is a potential side effect. Encourage all new moms to get oral vitamin k to use if they feel they need it. But the body needs a low vit k level in the first week to distribute all the stem cells from mama/umbilical cord that first week.

Thanks. I don't think anyone is saying that no one died of cancer before covid. But if you do some research, you'll see that way less did, and in the 1970s or 1980s it was a rarity. So it's not just the jabs, obviously. It's the poisoning on every level. The jabs are a tipping point though, IMHO.
I was really referring to myself, not wanting to conclude that my friend's cancer was because he had been injected, since in my medical career I was aware of what some now characterize as 'turbo' cancer. There may be a higher rate now of aggressive cancers detected at advanced stages, but we can't let our anger at the unethical, even criminal, acts of the injection-pushers affect our dispassionate analysis of the data (assuming there are uncorrupted sources of data to analyze).
As you say, cancer rates, esp. in the young, have been rising, even before Covid, and there are many speculations about cause, and I hope RFK, Jr, can help direct our research dollars more helpfully than they have been for a long time. I wouldn't be surprised if the injections turn out to be a cause as well.

A pediatrician recently told my niece that her daughter will more sickly and maybe die early if she doesn't give her the shots. She's been kicked out of/refused by 2 practices for not allowing her daughter to get shots and one that took her retired 6 months later. There's a point where doctors need to be held accountable too.
Tell your niece that the only reason for "well baby" checkups is to jab them, full stop. She doesn't need a pediatrician to tell her whether or not the baby is thriving - parents already know this. All the measuring and weighing, etc, telling you what percentile they are - it's all theater. Peds kick out parents who don't want jabs for their babies because it loses them money. If she still wants a doc for the baby, she should find a family practice doc or nurse practitioner who doesn't rely on jabs to fill their pockets.
My views of any vaccine have changed a lot over the last 5 years, but I was a family doc on a salary that didn't change no matter what the vaccination status of my patients was. Checking developmental milestones can detect autism, e.g., and early diagnosis and intervention can lead to better outcomes; a baby falling off the growth curve is important to know about for early diagnosis of the cause, if it turns out to be pathological; and the household safety discussions I had, about what really kills toddlers, for example (5 gal buckets of water, open toilets, etc., are dangerous b/c toddlers are top-heavy and curious. Also poisoning, so securing the things one typically keeps under the kitchen cabinet, etc.), etc., at what we called a teachable moment were useful, I thought. The top causes of injury and death vary dramatically during babyhood, toddlerhood, in school age, and the teen years, and injury is the main health issue in the young. The information is available to any parent willing to do the weighing, measuring, and testing (of developmental milestones) and to do the reading about safety issues, but those at most at risk may be the least curious, the least interested, the least likely to do any of this independently. We were not (I'm retired) all evil.
I agree: you're not all evil. That's why I advised to find a healthcare practitioner who doesn't push/rely on the the jabs. Pediatricians typically want/demand all kids to get all the jabs. It's a rare one who allows for anything outside of the cdc schedule.

They can refuse, but they guilt trip the mothers by saying “Do you want to be responsible for your child’s death?” They also kick you out of the practice because it interferes with their bonus ratio from the insurance companies. Unfortunately there are a few States, California and New York, maybe Illinois? Where your kid can’t go to school unless fully vaccinated. No exemptions. In California your child has to have had a vaccine reaction to a specific shot…like TDap, for example. Then they’re exempt from only that vaccine. It’s ridiculous. A lot of people moved out of the state after SB 277 passed…that was the personal belief exemption. A friend of mine doesn’t vaccinate, her Dad was a Chiropractor. He told her, “Your baby doesn’t need well baby checkups. You can buy a scale and weigh your own baby.”
“Do you want to be responsible for your child’s death?” And the guilted parents don’t realize they are giving the doctor permission for the doctor to be responsible for the child’s death, but the doctor knows the game that they can’t be prosecuted.

Midwifery is becoming more popular for good reason. We just had a cooperative of co-operative of certified midwives open a birthing center in central Cali. Parents directives and natural deliveries are a priority. May be time to start looking for them in your areas and investing in them in some way.
Had babies 2-4 at home with midwife. With #1, hospital experience was degrading. I waited on shots for #2, a boy, and thankful to God I did due to the % autism. Was deliberately slow on the others. No issues pre-school age unless your doc makes it one (had one change of physician due to that). School is another issue--I felt I had to by then. We did all the required, but no (mostly) optionals. After covid, I will encourage all my kids to forego grandkids' vaccines. We'll see.. I ended up homeschooling. I know homeschooling families who forego vaccines entirely and have extremely healthy children.

Great book, and agree about apologizing. I am furious that I didn't know all this and allowed my child to be vaccinated. Although, when the pediatrician started to recommend and eventually push the Gardisil shot, I stood up to him and said, "No." Perhaps it was divine intervention, but I looked up the side effects of this particular shot and one of them was Guillain–Barré. One of my co-workers at the time had a daughter suffering from this. I had never heard of it before. I told the doctor what I had read about it and he told me, "You don't need to read about it, I will tell you what you need to know." I didn't take kindly to that. After being our pediatrician for 12 years, we left his practice. A few years later, a friend who still had him as a doctor said he was no longer recommending the Gardisil shot. Maybe I had a little something to do with that. I also made sure my child did not have the Covid shot, required by college (in California). Unfortunately had all other shots. But, lessons learned and my future grandchildren will not have any.

Thanks. I don't think anyone is saying that no one died of cancer before covid. But if you do some research, you'll see that way less did, and in the 1970s or 1980s it was a rarity. So it's not just the jabs, obviously. It's the poisoning on every level. The jabs are a tipping point though, IMHO.
I was really referring to myself, not wanting to conclude that my friend's cancer was because he had been injected, since in my medical career I was aware of what some now characterize as 'turbo' cancer. There may be a higher rate now of aggressive cancers detected at advanced stages, but we can't let our anger at the unethical, even criminal, acts of the injection-pushers affect our dispassionate analysis of the data (assuming there are uncorrupted sources of data to analyze).
As you say, cancer rates, esp. in the young, have been rising, even before Covid, and there are many speculations about cause, and I hope RFK, Jr, can help direct our research dollars more helpfully than they have been for a long time. I wouldn't be surprised if the injections turn out to be a cause as well.
