Add in meditation, following the golden rule, attending to both physical and spiritual, and ditching materialism. Those who hanker for 'things' are willing to destroy themselves to get those 'things' and often times that stress and lack of care of mind and soul comes out as physical illness. An old old thought that. With many cures. Slow down, consume less, ditch the 7 deadly sins, go out doors, get to know nature again, work for something that means something to you - not for globo homo corp rat companies. Get you soul and spirit and mind back in balance. Works wonders. Did you know nearly 70 percent of Americans are on BP meds or statins? And that almost 100 percent of these drugs are made in Chyna? Or India?... hun. So what happens when those drugs are not available any more? Oh, and those bipolar anti depression social anxiety drugs? Ha! Those are also in short supply and nearly 1/2 of Americans are on those too!. What happens if people don't get their drugs that help them cope? They go barking nutso and start jumping off the bridges? Just saying. Get off the drugs. Try re-arranging your life, down sizing, shifting jobs, doing what you love (if you can).

Did you know that a few years ago Losartan---BP medicine---was tainted with airplane fuel? A wife of someone high up in military affairs recently told me this. She was simply stating that we need to stop using drugs made outside the USA. She used Losartan as an example because it was made in China. When the airplane fuel contaminated tablets were found the USA had to scramble to find a new supplier so there were shortages in the meantime. I remember this because my husband was taking Losartan at the time. Of course we were never told the reason for the shortage. BTW my husband is now off BP and cholesterol meds.

Yup - try the other remedies - they work. Beet juice, Hibiscus tea, magnesium, no / very low sodium and better hydration. Works wonders. Tasty too if you like beets. If you don't, skip over to the hibiscus. :)

Nothing wrong with salt for the vast majority of people, it’s the processed refined garbage you need to steer clear from. Real salt, high in trace minerals like Redmond and Celtic sea salt are beneficial for the majority of people.

And grapefruit. They give you stern warnings NOT to consume grapefruit while on BP meds. Why? Because grapefruit naturally lowers BP! Ditch the drugs, eat grapefruit. My husband did. 😍

I heard lots of drugs and vaccines are made in China. Need to check to confirm. Drugs are necessary sometimes during surgery or for an emergency so they do need to be made in the U.S. following good manufacturing practices. I don’t trust China in that regard.

India is the numero uno "alternative source" for our "medications" now--and their quality control is akin to that of China's - i.e., NEGLIGIBLE!!!

🎯 Some "go barking nutso & start jumping off the bridges", or developing cancer, other diseases, as a direct side effect/adverse effect of the RX. No thank you. Nature, whole foods, my own grown foods and local when I can, stay active, wild & "free" (and as far away from the clinics and hospitals as possible).

Well, statins are not necessary because cholesterol is not the cause of heart disease.

BP drugs could be done w for most people of those folks new about and were willing to eat low carb/high natural fat But most people don’t know about that. And neither do most doctors.

Low salt diets do nothing for high blood or for most people. And besides, we need sodium for normal body functioning.

As for the mental drugs, they truly cause dependence, and yes, unfortunately many people would definitely experience adverse effects should they stop suddenly.

I agree that we need alternatives. Unfortunately it requires a major mindset overhaul for most folks to realize that pharmaceuticals are not the only way to well being.

Well alot of people are now seeing it. And can't afford care either, so they turn to the alternatives (which, ha ha work), and then never go back to big harma.... OTH they are still able to motivate the natural whole lifestyle ppl thru fear to jab, so *shrug* not sure how much good it actually does...

PS. As an example, my 16 year old cat. Good genetics likely. She had shots when young cat, but after age 6 yrs she got only 2 rabies in 8 years probably. She eats the crappy dry food, and likes hunting. Never caught her eating, but she loves bird hunting. Not so much mice, LOL. She loves chicken broths so I try to get the low sodium broth stuff that is 'premium' and cut with water to hydrate her. her kidney is just starting to go wonky but they can live several years if they don't get insults. So, she gets purified distilled (when I can find it) water. Best food I can get. And.. maybe she'll go to 19 or 20. Which for a cat is a good looong life. But genetics AND exposure to toxin/poisons is everything. My other boy, multiply jabbed bad teeth/chronic rotten tooth, kidneys failing ...lived hard and had lots of toxin exposures he died at 17 likely from a lymphoma of the GI. If I'd have taken his tooth out early, he'd likely have lasted a bit longer because the kidneys probably would have lasted better. Still 17 isn't anything to sniff at. Many of my other cats - street cats with bad water, food etc and toxin exposures, lived to 13 or 14 and that was it. Healthy food and water and lowered toxin exposures can definitely create long life spans. Same in humans.

Chlorine dioxide (MMS) is fantastic for pets (and livestock), too.

Really good advice! I think in a real societal meltdown, a majority of the population would not survive the first few weeks. Even if they had access to the basics.

Read the book "One Second After". It's about societal breakdown after an EMP. I can't remember the exact phrase/time but preppers know it, something like "3 days til disaster" but in reality, the looting and burning will start much sooner.
