It's atrocious, what they are recommending! Being not a Vet but yet over 65, I keep wondering if they aren't trying to get rid of us! Or are they truthfully so unwittingly clueless... either way, the results are mostly the same...

pitiable, and potentially tragic.
I pray that they receive truth in all in its forms, and have the capacity to receive it, and are spared unnecessary suffering.
(there is some individual suffering that is necessary for our maturation and understanding, and thankfully God is a merciful God always -- if we need to suffer to learn or experience a thing, then He will make it so we can endure it with His help, wisdom, guidance and gifts of discernment and intuition -- AND in His timing which is informed by His all-knowingness)
Right, I kinda thought of that when I was typing it, but I thought maybe it's possible all the government agencies are synced up in that way?
Does the VA follow the same guidelines (say from the CDC) for promoting certain protocols at certain age groups, I wonder?
And do they have similar contracts for this number of vaxxs for this age group and that number of vaxxs for another age group, like with Medicare (or probably private insurance plans as well)?
They may all just dance to the same drummer out of lazy, sleepy, sheepy cultures, is what I was also thinking.
I've only worked for government at the county level before, but it seems they, too, loved to lockstep with government ways in general.
And don't get me started on mandatory union membership... lol.
Thank you! Very much.

65 must be the magic number for VA's death panel.
I suppose it has something to do with being reimbursed by Medicare, too...
Medicare does not pay for any care you receive at a VA hospital.

The VA can't charge Medicare...because both are government agencies.

Be careful if your doc tells you to get the shingles vaccine. There is a FDA black box warning on it for developing Guillain-Barre syndrome.
A friend of mine, who uses private insurance, told me that Medicare won't cover pap smears for women over 65. The VA will still do them for over-65s.
Not sure about the vaccine schedule in reference to whether or not they follow the same schedule as Medicare and private insurance.
