She recommend Pure Encapsulations - so I ordered it from them . 600 mg - 1-2 x per day depending how severe .
It’s a little pricey , so I stopped for a bit and then when it got bad again I ordered another bottle and it eventually went away … perhaps worth a try 🤷♀️
Thank you!!! Interestingly, a friend recommended ALA to me on Sunday, and I got a bottle, but will order some Pure Encapsulations brand. I’ve been taking 400 mg per day. Seems 600 mg, especially up to twice a day, is high, but I’ll try it! My situation is severe. Nine months of no taste or smell now.

Divide the doses …am/pm, it may take 2-3 months to notice , and I would order It directly from the company 👍
