How do you block someone? there are a few I'd like to block but I haven't figured out how.
To properly block, you tap their avatar, on their account page tap the three little dots (on iPhone app that’s upper right of screen). This opens a drop down menu where you can select to either block or mute. Most propaganda accounts are worthy of the “block”. I have only used the “mute” button when I feel someone is simply misguided/brainwashed and I’m tired of being notified of their blather. Mute only affects notifications. You both still see each other in the chat stream.

Well, it’s been a while. Someone on here told me how to do it, and I did five of them at once, but I think if you tap on their name and go to their page and then you can block or mute them.

If blocked, what happens. Do I not see them or are they unable to comment to me? I’ve blocked some , I still see them. I haven’t tried to reply to a comment and I don’t know if they see mine. Puzzled.
When you “mute” you both still see each others comments but you won’t get notices of their replies in your notifications.
When you “block” you never see any comment they make in the comment section and they can’t see yours. It’s as if neither of you are here for the other. For some accounts this is pure bliss for me. LOL

Perhaps one reason that conservatives have a lower rate of depression is that we read Coffee and Covid daily? Better than any antidepressant pill I can think of!
