Local wins; New York Times leads FBI to leaker; State Dept kills off travel to 14 countries; Bragg loses his first Trump challenge; lots of SADS stuff; health freedom news from Florida; and more.
Probably need to add San Francisco to that Level 4 Advisory List.....Hell, bump it to 5. While we're at it, it's time to add Walmart to the Endangered Species List.
"Probe Bragg's orifice." Well, there goes breakfast.
Your are correct....at 70 yrs old it certainly does not mean, what it used to represent as civil liberty and civil rights to me. They change word meanings now like folks do socks.
Welcome to your NEW FRONTIER! Englush no spokken heer no moor! Sigh....

Oh cāmon theyāre tackling all the important issues - disfiguring children, getting rid of gas powered lawn equipment and vehicles, paid leave for all, abortion at any time.
Walz and Biden and all of the other DEMONratic and RINO "leadership" weren't really elected--they were "appointed" by the deep state cabalists via the "no excuse mail-in ballot and Internet hackable voting "machines" that were instituted in the "swing" states over the past 5 years. Things are moving at breakneck speed toward the total annihilation of our once great Constitutional Republic.
Just noting that 20 years on, the countries selected for an *Amerikan Demokracy suppository* are now so unsafe that our Amerikan Guvernment says that nobody should dare to go there. Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria. Go Team Obama/Bush! Mission accomplished
Detroit has been corrupt for so many years no one even bothers with it any longer. 65 years ago, it was the gem city of the Midwest. Doesnāt take long to destroy anything man touches.
Detroit was once considered to be the 'Paris of the Midwest'. The beautiful art-deco buildings that were once the pride of the nascent Detroit auto industry are still there.
I was shocked to learn that Kwame was/is a WEF Young Acolyte. Kwame's corruption was legendary as pretty much everyone knows.
The not-quite-fatal deathblow to Detroit started with Coleman Young. Coleman did everything he could to play the race card and to alienate Detroit from the suburbs. The culture of racial victimization has persisted to the city's detriment despite all attempts to reintegrate Detroit into the larger surrounding suburban area.
My Dad was an executive with the Detroit Free Press (back when it wasn't a garbage rag) and part of my childhood upbringing was spent with my Dad driving through Detroit and his pointing out all the ways Detroit's infrastructure was destroyed even before the '67 Riots and Coleman Young's administration. My Dad blamed the auto industry and seeing what happened to places like Pontiac and Flint, I tend to agree with him.
Places like the Grande Ballroom that was legendary for hosting bands back when music mattered like Iggy, MC5 (think 'Kick out the Jams'), are now empty husks along Michigan Avenue which is still, all these years later, like driving through a third world city or a post-apocalyptic movie set. I remember a friend who was a big Eminem fan making a trip to Detroit back in the late '00s to see Eight Mile looking for notable spots from the movie. Predictably, she was horrified particularly when she got a glimpse of Seven Mile towards the east-side.
It's been nothing short of miraculous that a dying, rust belt example of urban detritus has been brought back from the brink through the vision of the late-Mike Ilitch and Dan Gilbert. It's questionable whether it will be sustained with Michigan's leftward lurch under Whitmer and businesses migrating steadily out of the state.
Coming from mid Michigan, near Saginaw, you can add that city to the list. The auto industry did help in the destruction of Detroit, but over 80 years of Democratic influence have made it nothing but a scene of urban decay. It is living off itās former sportās glory now, the only reason any one goes to that area and if the pro teams donāt start bringing in championships, the fans wonāt keep coming, but it is always good to get all kinds of Federal and state monies that is laundered and never actually helps those who need it.
The list of Michigan cities abandoned by the auto industry is long. As you said, Saginaw, Bay City, the aforementioned Flint, Pontiac, Detroit and the surrounding suburbs.
Detroit has its beauty. The classic art-deco buildings that date back to the '20s. The new construction.
Our favorite thing used to be to eat at this great Vietnamese place north of Little Caesar's Arena, walk down Woodward to the riverfront and Hart Plaza, hang-out down there, and walk back through Greektown, passing Ford Field and Comerica. We always felt safe, day or night.
Detroit's like any other city: you just have to know where you can and should not be.
If you haven't yet read it, I highly recommend Detroit: An American Autopsy, by talented Detroit-based writer Charlie LeDuff. Another great one is Detroit: A Biography, by Scott Martelle. The Detroit experience - socially, economically, and politically - remains relevant for all big American cities. I'm witnessing our increasingly blue capital city in a vast sea of red take on all the trappings of San Francisco, New York, and Chicago and threatening to bring the rest of our state with it.
Did this all start with the "death" of American dominance in the auto-making biz--which would have been from the late 1970's onward? Just curious, Hannah!
Detroit specifically was in recession beginning in the late '50s as the war-based economy started to contract. Detroit was a magnet for all of the war-based factory jobs in the '40s which brought lots of people and new social problems (the Detroit race riots in 1943, for example). When the war ended, so did the jobs. Detroit was already in decline by the time of the '67 Riots.
Minneapolis. Used to be my beautiful city...now it's unrecognizable. My husband and I can no longer stomach our *very high* tax dollars going to support this state's lunatic governor, abhorrent policies, abuse of power, overtaxation, worship of far left positions, abortion sanctuary state,, legal abortion UP UNTIL BIRTH, sexual mutilation of children...I could go on and on. We are looking to sell our house soon and move to a place where the government aligns with our Christian values. I simply cannot picture myself standing before God and admitting I continued to give these evil leaders my money KNOWING full well what they stand for. I'm done.
Well, even Dizzy Joe got a colonoscopy but(no pun intended) I think it was to see if they could find whose hand was running the puppet! Might be the same one running Fat Alvin!
Yeah! Especially for all the human feces laying around and currently serving in SF political offices, a unsuspecting person could get e-coli and cholera. ššš
When I was in SF 3 or 4 years ago, I was BLOWN AWAY by what a cesspool it had become. Drug addicts were accosting families with kids in the middle of the day, not a cop in sight. I was there with my wife, and for the first time, I truly was fearful to walk anywhere at night.
I wouldn't step foot near SF even if you paid me. People now assume if you park your car there, it will be broken into and possibly stolen. This once beautiful gem of a city is a cesspool now. Filthy, dangerous, ugly, peopled by monsters.
Me too. I was on here early when there was only one comment but I had to come back and add to the love, Mr Honorable Childers. I get so indigo blue to yellow sad here in mordor, and no more badass artists... so you inspire me in that thankless daddy way rare men like you do... and you wade in sausage goo all day and come back to cheer us up. I just cried out there in The Sun over it.
Thank you. I'm sobbing now because I feel like such a pussy I can't believe it but it's the truth.
Thanks for not being a pussy and every day showing how not to be one.
Just give me an hour or two and i can at least rev up to a good fake i'll trick myself back into making real.
Oh yeah, tell your wonderful wife thank you. You may be born again but it's just toooo obvious she's the underpinning of all that optimism you spray so freely.
No, it's a factual-based disagreement outside the US borders.
The civilized world and Europe are united in stopping Putin's War. Here it's become rather shrill like a "Rumble" Qtardia scream of bio labs and "illegal war" but as a reference deleting Putin referenced in his ACTUAL illegal war/invasion of Ukraine.
Tucker is leading the charge with fabrications on that front. It's a sad display.
I do applaud him for sticking to it. Seriously. That's one of the best qualities of a Marine - Semper Fi. However, jarheads are a little short on critical thinking skills but that is a skillset not required to be a good Marine.
Think the Marine here is making regular, factually-based comments and he's typically not met with anything other than, "I don't like these facts."
My experience studying the region and travel there acknowledges Benjamin's expertise to which he speaks. I've not seen him make errors in facts as so many others do probably because they prefer or choose to ignore facts and simply go the other way of demented Biden. (It is Biden and his Obamunist handlers who gave Putin the idea he could get away with his illegal invasion.)
Benjamin is not short on critical thinking but he's not seen much in the way of factual disagreement. Mostly, it's just name calling.
No, he gets up each morning and finds a "Mission Impossible" assignment on his mirror and says to himself, "Are you kidding me? I gotta do this AGAIN?"
I know I shouldn't, but I have 24 hours to waste and it's better than finding stuff for privates to do (that doesn't involve marrying strippers, buying camaros at 24% interest, or playing with snamed named veny-mous)
Let's see the whole list you have so we can do the math for ourselves. If you have so little respect for Mr. Childers, what are you doing here? Even if his record is only 50-50, which I doubt, that's a heck of a better record than a lot of other lawyers had by doing NOTHING during the scamdemic. Better to try and fail than blindly follow along.
Trump's "charges" (Which are BS, being an idiot is not illegal)
Mandates-he ironically skips a lot of foreign coverage, I don't know why. But he discusses the EU and WHO along with Europe but Skips Russia. Very ironic given that Russia is huge into the vaccine mandates and just approved the sputnik covid shot in under 3 months for children.
But very, very bad on:
Foreign policy-especially Ukraine and Nato.
If Trump was in office he would be singing a very different tune and how we have to support our allies and help our friends, the Ukrainians.
Can't speak to the 50-50 record perspective posed but it's largely driven by domestic and foreign policy. Outside the borders of the US, the takes get real bad, lack facts and have become jump the shark hysterical. Not in a good way either.
There are Americans who don't feel the incompetent, illegitimate administration controlling the oval means a reflexively negative to everything including foreign policy is the right path. It will only worsen things and give aid and comfort to the ChiCom-Russia-Mullahs Alliance which if you noticed is on the march.
Well of course as a Neocon you're only concern is "Outside the borders of the US" (which gives away your neocon agenda) and "foreign policy" as this is the only area the Neocon narrative is concerned with. The Neocons have been driving the bus on foreign policy in the USG since before I was born and they do not even care if the American people are ruled domestically by a Bolshevik tyranny as long as they are able to continue to bleed Americans dry to maintain their NWO USG hegemony. I understand that for you and Ben to even consider such a concept would cause unacceptable cognitive dissonance. So you construct your own little fantasy world of selected "facts" to justify your paradigm of "US foreign relations" and never trouble yourself with the ethical or moral implications.
Dude, he used the term 'neocon' and if that's what you're referring to as 'name calling', then I'm gonna have my doctor write you a prescription for 'two testicles'. Curiously similar to Benjewmin's previous claim of a 'death threat' from a C&C commenter.
If the term neo-conservative offends you, it's only because it accurately describes your perspective. But you got all kinds of company in the USG who are proud to have a neocon perspective including some of the biggest names in Congress.
He's bringing it. Many Americans understand demented Biden and his Obamunist handlers gave Putin the green light for his illegal invasion of Ukraine.
As Americans, we have to deal with the bad and think/act long term. That's what most of the world is doing standing up against Putin's illegal invasion.
Now that is the most concise statement I've seen. Obviously if Trump were in office that wouldn't have happened. Doesn't justify a thing though unless you subscribe to the Neocon narrative to never turn down a good opportunity for another war. If they want to come here to fight, we will quickly dispatch them to the afterlife. If they fuck up on the other side of the planet, that's not my problem nor should it be. Patriotic Nationalism semper fi. Empire and international hegemony based on empire building and foreign regime change is illegitimate and immoral and Constitutionally illegal yet the USG has been engaged in it since Abraham Lincoln waged unlimited warfare on half of America. Yet this is what the NeoCons who control the USG have been all about since before WWII. As a result, they have progressively destroyed America morally, ethically and financially. The great American middle class, the wonder and envy of the world, has been hollowed out economically and culturally. We now stand on the brink thanks to the NeoCons.
I can only pray that Trump gets back into office but, either way, the real war here in America has been engaged. Trump threw down the gauntlet in his interview with Tucker when he said the Number 1 problem, above China, above Ukraine and Russia, above everything else is the Deep State in America. This is the enemy the American people are now engaged in war with. International adversaries are nothing compared to this threat to the very existence of America. Those exterior threats are easily handled. We are that strong.
It is a Neocon deception that America cannot defend herself without controlling the rest of the world through NATO and the exportation of the wealth of the American people to buy the loyalty of foreign despots and governments. This is EXACTLY what the founding fathers including George Washington warned us about. But once the Neocons got in control of the USG they would rather submit to a Bolshevik coup than truly protect the interests of the American people. And that's the BOTTOM line.
This thread has been so amusing. What is the point, though? Benny and Horsey need to just FaceTime each other and spar over some nice Russian Breakfast Tea. Covid&Coffee may be a bit too fractious for their sensitive dispositions.
Yes. No matter how pissed off I am/was at the commander in chief (Either Trump, Obama, Bush, or the senile child sniffer) never before did I think to take classified data and leak it into a public forum.
Not even when I got worked for 2 months straight without a day off. Not a chance.
Just because 9 out of 10 strokes reported to VAERS in the past 32 years happened in the past 2 years, that's no reason to think that the covid shots might be causing strokes.
Probably need to add San Francisco to that Level 4 Advisory List.....Hell, bump it to 5. While we're at it, it's time to add Walmart to the Endangered Species List.
"Probe Bragg's orifice." Well, there goes breakfast.

If the term neo-conservative offends you, it's only because it accurately describes your perspective. But you got all kinds of company in the USG who are proud to have a neocon perspective including some of the biggest names in Congress.
Hmmm B2NN... internalize... perhaps meditate your chosen hubris path....āto ascribe or attribute without reasonā... ānaive men think that by Iāll-treating (speaking of) others they think they make their own superiority the greaterā... https://open.substack.com/pub/petermcculloughmd/p/the-meaning-of-hubris?r=697d8&utm_medium=ios&utm_campaign=post
Facts are hard to deal with.
Jeff posts a lot of bad takes like his hero putin.
"I can beat Ukraine in 3 days"
-Putin
"Putin is winning his war!"
-Jeff
B2N, Letās have your list. Be specific.
Please do not engage! It is a waste of time and space - he and his gollumpal Horsey
He doesnāt have a list ..heās just a troll!
I know but let him have his chance at āfreeā speech
Itās rather lengthy.
Bring it on
He's bringing it.
Obamunist...LOLOL
This thread has been so amusing. What is the point, though? Benny and Horsey need to just FaceTime each other and spar over some nice Russian Breakfast Tea. Covid&Coffee may be a bit too fractious for their sensitive dispositions.
But Benji likes Biden, at least when it comes to Ukraine.
That's not what she said.
See above.
Jeff's boys are 417 days into a 3 day war.
not a good record.
LOL All I can do is laugh.
If I remember correctly, you have more than 14 years of service as a Marine. Is your rank higher than the Airman just arrested for leaking govt intel?
Yes. No matter how pissed off I am/was at the commander in chief (Either Trump, Obama, Bush, or the senile child sniffer) never before did I think to take classified data and leak it into a public forum.
Not even when I got worked for 2 months straight without a day off. Not a chance.
This is the greatest country on earth, bar none.
Local fights against the Big Pharma - Government overreach is important and necessary.
Just don't touch foreign policy.
Just because 9 out of 10 strokes reported to VAERS in the past 32 years happened in the past 2 years, that's no reason to think that the covid shots might be causing strokes.
How dare your science get in the way of our agenda!
