Many may be (recently) converted democrats (or still democrats who never liked vaccines and ignored the base messaging)--all blindsided by the shenanigans during covid (as we all were) but still clinging to their belief in cLiMaTe ChAnGe and vote blue no matter who (not understanding the reason why things never change). There was once a time when being against vaccinating your children made you a hippie tree hugger, bleeding heart liberal. I remember that time....I know I have been thrilled to see the changes I have been wanting for the last 27 years as a pharmacist, having to explain to people that no, doctors really don't know everything, no, you actually need cholesterol in your body, no you don't need an antibiotic for a cold, no vitamin D isn't rat poison unless you are using pure powder which you can't just buy.
