Someone from TN did comment about it a month or so ago. It's tied up still, in some bureaucratic maneuver, so not really available OTC. I noted it particularly because I was going to be driving through TN and wanted to buy some OTC.
In Tn a prescription is no longer required. I don't know if someone without a Tn address can get it. It is only available at a few pharmacies, usually compounding pharmacies. I have never even tried to use insurance for it. There is a limited amount of paperwork involved, but no prescription.

Thanks, L1. Is the issue that very few pharmacies will dispense it OTC even with a valid prescription and legal standing to do so?
I’m just guessing, but seems like the big pharmacies were being told not to do it even though legal in Tn.
OK, thanks.
I am thinking about ordering some more from an online Indian pharmacy.
Along with antibiotics.
