As a Patriotic Constitutional Conservative Common Sense American residing in the Patriotic Constitutional Conservative Common Sense State of Florida, tonight - after 5 years of considerable trepidation - I’m finally feeling relaxed and confident enough to attempt to close my other eye while sleeping.

On a side note: Never thought I would see the day when the news would consist of two relevant stories about pens. Strange times indeed. At precisely 9:30 a.m. EST we should all ceremoniously "Flick our Bics" in reverence. (To "flick a Bic pen," you can learn a trick called the pen cap trick by pinching the cap's rim with your thumb and index finger and applying a specific squeeze to make the pointed end fly off). The Pen giveth and the Pen taketh away....or at least tried to. Safe to say that pens are now off the supply list of every court in the country. They could always put a chain on them....but it would have to be a very short chain, otherwise.....well, you know. Hang that idea.

Honestly, my life experience in watching the Democrats listed tells me that if they’re not saying anything about the Autopen it means they’re holding their breath, hoping the story dies away and watching to see the public fallout. Time to publicize it far and wide and with great fanfare.

Susan Daniels's avatar

Others will be charged (or should be if Bondi ever does her job) with using the autopen. It is legal to use if a president has approved its use. Obama said he used it every year on his three-week Hawaiian holiday vacation. (It cost us $50,000 a week just for his rental property.) Let's take a look at what was autopen signed by Obama during that time for eight years.

Well, Obama was theoretically mentally competent and aware of whatever was signed by the autopen, and it's reasonable to assume he directed the autopen use. Biden clearly was non compos mentis for much, if not most of his presidency, so the problem is quite different. Unelected people were obviously using the autopen, and I really hope all the individuals who ran the autopen are identified...and properly prosecuted. Undoubtedly it was multiple people with different interests using the autopen. Did Biden supposedly direct the autopen's use when and if it was requested by various people in his cabinet? Or did they do it without him even knowing? That is one major question. If this isn't investigated and revealed, I feel pretty dismal about where America is going from here.

I don't see how unelected, appointed bureaucrats can sign documents that only the President is allowed to knowingly sign and get away with it. If the "legitimacy" of the autopen documents is allowed to stand, the Presidential powers have become pretty non-existent and anyone can do his job without answering to anyone. Whatever was not knowingly signed by a mentally aware Biden should become null and void, and those who acted on his unknown behalf must be prosecuted for what they did. Whatever was signed this way needs to be reversed immediately. The American people cannot let this go.

Do you actually think that Obama used vacation time to pay attention to anything that was happening in D.C.?

CMCM's avatar

Actually, I've long speculated that since Obama came out of nowhere and had a rather shadowy background (birth place, college career...who knew him, no one spoke out about knowing him, no former teachers commented etc.), he was a former senator who got into office rather oddly, so I wonder he was actually "placed" into the presidency and controlled by others. He could give a good speech back then, but lately, what he says sounds weak and pathetic.

The allusion to dangerous pens and gun control is not lost on me but you know what kills about half as many people every year in this country as pens or guns, (this doesn't include suicides with guns or pens)? Drunk drivers-so why is it that when the left screams "gun control" we're not at least bringing up the issue of drunk drivers and how to stop the slaughter on the highways? How about a requirement to blow in a tube everytime a new body gets behind the wheel? I know we're not talking about how to cure every evil in society in this post but having up close and personal experience with deaths on the highway that are intoxication related, (drugs and alcohol), sure seems like every time gun control is brought up, the right could say, "Yes, let's get the guns out of the hands of criminals and get the drunks out from behind the wheel." Just sayin...

Recently I was sort of *forced* into doing a gig for the local democrats. There was no coercion, but a venue that provides me with regular opportunities to rent out myself and my sound system recommended me to the event planners, and saying no may have cost me some other gigs. I rationalized it by thinking, "this allows me to take $500 out of the coffers of the local democrats"...

The gig was at a retirement community, so it was attended by a bunch of old progressive dems (the funniest kind). I had to sit through a bunch of nauseating speechifying by various local organizers and a couple of Assembly candidates before I got to the fun part - the live mix of the band that was performing.

If I looked beyond the TDS and the borderline communism (I could never do communism - I detest meetings), everyone there were really "nice" people. Boring, yes, and a tendency toward unattractiveness, but nice, for the most part. The folks in the band were nice and a lot of the audience members were nice - several congratulated me on the sound. However, the organizers were serious and dedicated and definitely NOT fun people - nobody I'd hang around with if I had a choice. They gave me a creepy vibe, as did the two candidates.

Mostly I came away with the impression of a bunch of old party apparatchiks who are feeling a bit desperate these days. They tried to put on the hopeful face and talk up the party line, but the attendance was lower than I expected, even for my blue part of blue California. The old pinkos are dying out, and they are being replaced by mostly-fat young anarcho-socialists who don't want to work, love their face tattoos and green hair, and want everything delivered instantly for free. None of those attended this event.

That's my report from the front. You have been briefed.

They were old, but not decrepit. It was a retirement community, not a rest home. A lot of them were dancing to the music, which was produced by a band whose members were all older than me. They were there because they're democrats who support Progressive ideology, most of them unaware of its evil underpinnings. These people remember the Democrats who supported unions and the working people in this country. They stuck flowers into gun barrels in the 1960s, and Lennon's "Imagine" is probably an anthem for most of them.

There was a time in my life when I was like this, when I thought "Progressive" meant pro-progress and the achievement of everything humans are capable of as a species. I only learned of the roots of the Progressive movement a decade or so ago, and that was part of my awakening to this poisonous ideology.

While I still believe in my heart that the human race is capable of being so much more than it is, I know that political ideologies aren't the way that's going to happen. The only way I see us moving forward is by spiritual awakening and people taking responsibility for their own behavior.

On a serious note, this brings to mind the story of Pinocchio. A story steeped in the occult.

In the cartoon, Gepetto can be seen "wishing on a star." Except what is depicted is Gepetto PRAYING to the "morning star, son of the dawn." Lucifer. He counterfeits The Bright and Morning Star, Christ Jesus.

The notion that Pinocchio, a creation of man, can become a "real boy" is occult, through and through. It is a cartoon that depicts Gepetto saying "I can be like The Most High."

Sorry if I ruined anyone's childhood . . .

It's not a good sign in the Charlie Kirk shooting that they haven't recovered the bullet.

Also the 'recovered' rifle is sketchy. And if the bullet doesn't match that rifle, then the bullet will mysteriously never be found.

Hopefully it all gets cleared up.

I think you're correct. https://www.newsnationnow.com/politics/charlie-kirk-bullet-exit-wound/

...now it's a miracle bullet:

"The coroner found the bullet “just beneath the skin,” The bullet “should have just gone through and through. It likely would have killed those standing behind him too,”

“Even in death, Charlie managed to save the lives of those around him. Remarkable. Miraculous,” he said."

Expand full comment
Fish Whistle's avatar

It is very unlikely that the coroner found the .30/06 bullet still in Charlie Kirk's body. At 200 yards, that round has enough kinetic energy to enter, create significant internal damage, and make a sizable exit wound. The bullet would continue to travel until it hit something with enough mass to stop it. It is a good and solid hunting caliber for medium, large game. It originated as a military caliber.

Expand full comment
Based Florida Man's avatar

Yes. Lots of vids show the explosive power of that round when fired from that distance. So... still a sketchy story.

The coroners report will be interesting.

Expand full comment
Mike's avatar

I'm sure the Warren Commission will work out all the details. They are experts in the "magic bullet" theory.

Expand full comment
Bill Lacey's avatar

Sorry, no. A 30-06 hollow point, designed for hunting so the bullet doesn't keep traveling, stops inside the target after doing massive damage. And with a low grain powder, the velocity is reduced.

Expand full comment
Tom's avatar

Ammo selection to avoid over-penetration is well studied. One has to be careful of overpenetration with a round as anemic as .380 ACP or .38 Special.

A 30-06 hunting bullet would easily overpenetrate a human sized target shot in the neck.

Not trying to be argumentative, but there is a lot of data out there.

Expand full comment
Fish Whistle's avatar

But remember you are speaking of a human neck, not the chest of a deer or moose... BTW, military snipers have traditionally used spire point boat tail bullets, not hollow points. The gram weight of the bullet and powder charge are dependent upon the mission.

Expand full comment
Bill Lacey's avatar

True. I was just making the point that it's not impossible for the bullet to have stopped inside Charlie Kirk, as most of the comments here are implying. A hollow point flattens and fragments on impact, so passing through the victim and continuing to travel is impossible. And using a hollow point, given the internal damage it does, might have been Robinson's choice, versus a FMJ, which would continue through the victim but with much less internal damage.

I’m pretty sure the bullet hit his body armor and the edge, changing the trajectory to an upward direction, and being possible to be soft point, ( they make that in 30-06) would have pretty much shattered, sending multiple smallish fragments up into his brain. And none having enough mass to come out. It makes sense to me. May also have done the same thing if it hit his collar bone. As far as the rifle goes, yeah, weird. But I seem to remember a video early on of someone jumping off a roof that looked like he was carrying something long.

He wasn’t wearing body armor, I believe. You could see his nipples through the t-shirt and rolls of his stomach when he was sitting, hunched over. Hr was throwing hats to the crowd, moving very naturally.

Why has no one on here expounded on the theory Charlie was actually shot from behind, around the right ear, exiting in the left neck area, hence the very bloody exit wound. They are trying to spin this as no exit wound in his back, but this would actually be the entrance area. They are trying to tie this all up in too pretty a package.

In the footage I viewed, I saw the neck wound appear and immediately thought 'low caliber' because a high caliber hit would have done a hell of a lot more damage than what I was seeing. Also, there was no blood splatter all over the place which would also fit in with 'low caliber' as being the round used. I also suspected that a rooftop trajectory would not fit in with what I was seeing. I say 'suspected' because I was not there, but I still am waiting to hear if the angle is off and/or the canopy was in the way of a clear rooftop shot.

Also, in footage viewed I saw the guy who put something into his pocket and that did not look right. Put that together with the odd behaviors and distractions immediately going around Charlie? Like 911, things just didn't and still don't add up. And now, Peters says the security detail was Israeli? My, my, my!

I heard commentary saying a guy to the right had a pistol under his arm and made the shot, and that this was a technique employed by intelligence agencies in such goings on. It did not look quite right to me and maybe it is fraught with too much failure risk potential. Or maybe it was unused backup if the first plan failed to do the job. The thing which looks more probable is the muscle motion of 'detonator' man in the Stew Peters video. I find that plausible because it looks consistent with how hands move. But I still go for the big things which are unmistakable. And in the Kirk assassination this is that a large caliber shot is totally inconsistent with what we actually saw. That is, in the Kennedy assassination, half of the back of Kennedy's head was blown away and there was plenty of blood spray and splatter all over the place. And that is what a large caliber round does. it makes a real mess. This kind of thing is totally missing with Charlie's kill shot.

My final thought given what we saw is this. If there is no real government follow up by the FBI and/or Justice, then once again we will be handed yet another cover up. However, by now and with past experience, the public will not believe it. And in not believing cynicism of the government will only grow.

Expand full comment
Wheaton's avatar

They seem to have everyone in on the cover up, including the governor of Utah, JD Vance and of course the fbi and cia. I have watched such detailed videos that I see with my own eyes the so called security was definitely in on it, including Frank, his mentor who was clearly giving signs. I also saw Frank in one video run to the suv immediately: he did not run to Charlie’s side like he said. According to Peggy hall, the whole event is staged using a Hollywood gun machine, something hit him, but it was a Hollywood gun shot and fake blood was ready, also I saw the main security man put a black box under Charlie’s chair, which could have made the chair bounce up to create that effect of Charlie being hit. Also Charlie’s own team released the video of him getting shot to control that image that circulated first and quickly, this could have been quickly altered in real time to add ai effects. They had the old guy in place to distract and say it was me, they likely had multiple ways to create multiple story lines for confusion and believably

Expand full comment

Not buying that it was faked. Frank Turek was a long time friend of Charlie’s, he appeared on the podcast many times. Charlie would never be part of such a thing. I’ve followed him for years. His faith, family and country was sincere. I do think there is a coverup going on, but I have to trust it is for some reason I don’t know about.

No one suggests that maybe the shot was from behind Charlie, right ear area entrance coming out the left neck area. Small entrance wound but large exit wound. If so the bullet would have ended up buried in the grass and ground. Any coincidence that they started tearing up all that sod a few days after to cement it all. A designated “construction zone”.

Expand full comment
daverkb's avatar

Although I have no way of knowing, I tend to incline in your direction. The shot narrative is wholly faulty. We clearly saw something which does not match 'the roof top' shooter narrative. And everything else highly irregular supports that the official narrative being proffered is totally absurd.

Expand full comment
LMWC's avatar

One of the videos I saw suggesting the behind Charlie “kill shot” was saying the trajectory backwards and forwards would be easy to compute just going from entrance and exit extending it downward and upward from behind. Simple high school math. This guy suggested just looking at the forensics. But for some reason, more and more ludicrous facts keep coming out.

Wheaton's avatar

He has only known Frank since 2020. That is when Charlie emailed Frank and asked for his help. Also, that’s not my point. I never said Frank conspired to hurt Charlie. Quite the opposite. Frank is assisting in pulling off this fake scene so that Charlie can go into hiding, collect many millions of dollars(150M) in exchange for not speaking any further about Israel. It was very orchestrated and that’s very easy to see from stew Peters, Peggy hall and thousands of others who all share much more details in slow motion. Everyone online is questioning Erika and the whole narrative, this is not my original idea and most importantly I am

Not looking to change anyone’s mind or convince anyone, so I don’t care if you believe me or not, my post is for people who have certain other feelings or instincts to hear something that resonates, maybe one percent who read this.
