Good morning. Where do I start? Words are inadequate to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the donations and prayers. I am overwhelmed. I would rather be on the giving end than the receiving end, but sometimes one has to ask for a little help to be able to get out from under the heavy burdens. Most of us here have also dealt with these same things from time to time, as well as health issues that come with age. And we understand that we cannot rely on "government" for everything, but we must turn to our faith, our family and our community for support. In case you were wondering how public health officials were going to win back our trust, the answer is -- they aren't. They don't care about your trust, they only care about the narrative.

PA already has a large control group, the Amish/Old Order Mennonites, who just happen to be concentrated in Lancaster County. And to also happen to own most of the highly prized, most fertile agricultural land in the world. Those people will move to another state (or country) rather than abandon their religious beliefs., freeing up that land for development. It’s happening in New York State where vaccination is now mandatory with no religious exemption. Makes me wonder what we don’t know about who could be funding Shapiro to have mandatory vaccination be "on the table" just in time for midterms. Shapiro certainly knows the Plain Folk do not typically vote, and when they do vote, it isn’t Democrat. I sense a bigger picture here. One good thing about this is we may see a repeat of 2024 when the Amish turned out in historical numbers to vote for Trump. And no, there's not a big difference between Kavanaugh issuing his own opinion that explained the legislative means for circumventing the SCOTUS ruling's practical effect. IIRC, he didn't just "spell out" why he joined the majority. He provided guidance as to how to overcome it. His separate opinion was wholly unnecessary to the case the Court faced.
In fact, it could be argued that what Kavanaugh did FROM the High Court was more egregious than what that immigrant/judge did from Massachusetts.

He didn't just "explain why it failed". He provided explicit guidance on how to overcome the failure. To wit:

Yes, I recall that it was ‘advice’ that Justice Thomas gave at the end of his opinion, that Judge Cannon picked up on, and I believe it had to do with the viability of Jack Smith. Shortly thereafter, using Justice Thomas legal interpretation, Judge Cannon ruled against Smith. IIRC.

PA already has a large control group, the Amish/Old Order Mennonites, who just happen to be concentrated in Lancaster County. And to also happen to own most of the highly prized, most fertile agricultural land in the world. Those people will move to another state (or country) rather than abandon their religious beliefs., freeing up that land for development. It’s happening in New York State where vaccination is now mandatory with no religious exemption. Makes me wonder what we don’t know about who could be funding Shapiro to have mandatory vaccination be "on the table" just in time for midterms. Shapiro certainly knows the Plain Folk do not typically vote, and when they do vote, it isn’t Democrat. I sense a bigger picture here. One good thing about this is we may see a repeat of 2024 when the Amish turned out in historical numbers to vote for Trump. Hopefully Stacy Garrity’s campaign messaging will reflect this latest example of Shapiro shenanigans, but she’s working with a large financial deficit compared to Shapiro.

Are we literally living in a country now where a judge basically / openly colludes with a plaintiff party, and John Roberts just sits there and lets it happen? The SC is as much of a joke as the rest of the judiciary.
Didn't SCOTUS Justices Kavanaugh (birthright citizenship) and Thomas (I forget the particular issue) give hints and guidance to our side about how to legally circumvent High Court rulings?
Are you asking me to research or fact check your own reply? There’s a big difference in spelling out why something was ruled against versus spelling out what needs to be done and when for a SINGLE judge to decide it.

And no, there's not a big difference between Kavanaugh issuing his own opinion that explained the legislative means for circumventing the SCOTUS ruling's practical effect. IIRC, he didn't just "spell out" why he joined the majority. He provided guidance as to how to overcome it. His separate opinion was wholly unnecessary to the case the Court faced.
In fact, it could be argued that what Kavanaugh did FROM the High Court was more egregious than what that immigrant/judge did from Massachusetts.

If you don’t think there is a difference between a SC ruling (9 justices) with an explanation as to why it failed versus a scenario where a single so called judge (vis a vis judge shopping who just happens to be Obama appointed) provides instructions on how to re-file it, who to file it with, and when to refile it so that SHE can re-approve it, then we have no common ground here.
He didn't just "explain why it failed". He provided explicit guidance on how to overcome the failure. To wit:

I thought the Kavanaugh thing was over birthright citizenship (he sided with the majority, but then issued his own opinion as to how legislation could overcome the Court's ruling). That's my recollection.
WRT Justice Thomas, I don't recall the specifics but whatever it was, I think Judge Cannon then acted in a way consistent with what Thomas had written. Whether she was or wasn't influenced by what Thomas wrote, IDK. But he did provide some kind of advice or guidance, IIRC.
Yes, I recall that it was ‘advice’ that Justice Thomas gave at the end of his opinion, that Judge Cannon picked up on, and I believe it had to do with the viability of Jack Smith. Shortly thereafter, using Justice Thomas legal interpretation, Judge Cannon ruled against Smith. IIRC.

This is the first I've heard of the app. When I had 6 weeks of abnormal uterine bleeding after getting the first 2 jabs, despite being 20 years post-menopause, my Ob/Gyn made me have an endometrial biopsy which ruled out uterine cancer, but never reported it as a vaccine side effect. I looked for a way to report it myself but the VAERS site was not very user friendly. If I'd known about the CDC app, I could have reported it there.

About this incoming postal rule. These blue states had better start getting their voter registration data ready to send out and fast. On the other part, you just know that the USG is ready to receive and has the AI tools and systems ready and integrated, set to rapidly analyze the data and come up with an approved list to hand the states.
A real judge next week would pose the question to these blue states: What have you done to comply with the voter data reporting if you plan to use the USPS for your mail in voting schemes? I'm only saying that IIRC, both Kavanaugh and Thomas provided "guidance" as to how to overcome SCOTUS rulings.
They provided guidance on the law, and proper application thereof, as well as the steps Congress would have to take to change that law, properly making it clear you could not use the judicial branch to create new laws or change existing ones. They did not provide guidance on how to weaponize or manipulate the law so that a single, particular judge could have more road to work with. One is an activist playing fast and loose, the others are scholarly judges adhering to their oath.
