OT, but I've been dealing with blepharitis in my eyes for 7 months - no AHEM - doctor can cure. I've tried all natural options and am now using 1.87% ivermectin topically on my eyelids. Not seeing much change, as i think it's caused by demodex mites that I can't get rid of. You think using oral ivermectin might be useful? I'm looking for any help from anyone who's dealt with this.

Yes horsepaste works for demodex. Make sure you only use the stuff that is IV only… not mixed with another type of parasitic ingredient. I use the paste (it’s really a gel), measured out and put into an empty gelatin capsule (purchased in quantity from Amazon) and swallow with full glass of water. Recommended dose is 150mcg per kg of body weight taken once a week. One dose weekly exactly 7 days apart is required to keep them at bay due to life cycle. Closer dosing or further apart is ineffective since it won’t kill them in the bot stages. It definitely does work. In Africa they call IV the “Sunday-Sunday” medicine as they take it that day weekly. Big Pharma knows it works for this as they have a topical prescription gel called Soolantra priced at several hundred dollars for a 30gm tube. IV has a 16 hr half life and doesn’t build up anywhere in your body.

Thanks so much. Should I just buy the tablets? I don’t know what you’re talking about when you say gel and how to get it in a capsule so I’m just wondering if I can just buy the like 5 mg of Viber ivermectin and take that would you be willing to advise me on how to find that?
