Thank you so much for this information - it greatly helped me prepare for my interview. I was completely grilled with every question mentioned in the post by my employers employment attorney. He even brought up the over the counter Tylenol, Advil blah blah. I stuck to my guns. Hopefully, I will have my exemption granted. I just feel violated to even have to explain such personal information to a complete stranger.

I have a coworker whose religious exemption accommodation request reads as follows: "I prayed to the divine energy of the universe to ask if I should receive the Covid-19 vaccine, and the divine energy of the universe answered my prayer with the word, 'No.' In accordance with this answer to my prayer, it is my sincerely-held, personal religious belief that I must not receive the Covid-19 vaccine. My deeply-held, personal, religious beliefs are exactly that -- deeply-held, personal, and religious. As such, I request a religious exemption accommodation." Coworker is not claiming any connection to an organized church or religious leader, states this is his personal, deeply-held religious belief. His strategy is to keep it very simple and straightforward. Thoughts on how this may or may not succeed?
