I don't think it is more complicated than DeSantis and Newsom are trying to bypass the primaries. It's a Democrat/Republican debate before their nominees are selected. It is a way of setting in peoples' minds that these are the acceptable candidates.
I think Vivek is great. I used to like DeSantis, but he's flip-flopped and made some unforced errors in the campaign, just like Scott Walker from WI. I feel bad because I think he is a great governor, and I'm afraid his attempt to unseat Trump will be his undoing.
If he can disparage Soros and WEF and NWO kooks and convince me there's distance from that crowd that helped place him into the young, bright and wealthy club then I'm all for him.

RFK Jr. is a throw back like Jim Webb was in 2015 primary, as a Senator he'd just be another Manchin with his role to play and a microphone to lecture to but as Pres. he'd be stirring the pot, be assaulted by the media, and fighting tooth and nail, getting back-stabbed (hopefully only figuratively) by various DEEP STATERS like Trump was. THEY OWN our GVT. and will not give it back to us without much effort and opposition.
