Yesterday a friend of mine asked if I had heard that covid might have started in China in a market. I was stunned. I asked how he didn’t know that was debunked several years ago.
I advised him to stop hanging around with stupid people. I then went in to explain that covid is a human construct.
Maybe I should take my own advice. However, he did listen.
This is totally out of context today and I don't know who wrote it. I don't even know when I copied it down, but last night , when I was leafing through an old book, this fell out. I find it both amusing and thought-provoking.
This is a story about 4 people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
When I read about the absolute sham that is supposed to be the rule of law in this country, I am reminded of that scene from the original Ghostbusters movie where all the ghosts are accidently released into the city. I feel we're at that moment. It literally feels like all the demons have been released into our country and the level of insanity continues to increase each day. This is a spiritual battle against the "powers and principalities" of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). We must remain vigilant and seek Jesus in prayer. Meaningful relationships are also crucial. Isolation is a killer. May God bless and protect each and every one of you.

I own a small business I started 50 years ago. It's still small because it's an extremely niche business that sells equipment for specialty pharmaceutical research. But it's a nice little business and it easily weathered the 2008 fiscal mismanagement mess and the 2020 virus whatever it was/is. However, over the past six months sales are off 40%. This has never happened before. And, having spoken with other business owners that I associate with, business seems to be off about 30% all around, at least in my field. Just sayin'.
I can attest to the dishwasher thing. Unbelievable how crappy the new one is - a Maytag, which I wanted but couldn't afford when we did our kitchen reno in 2007 - leaving food residue, holding fewer items, at 3x the price of the Kenmore that lasted 17 years with almost-daily use. And it takes 1 hour and 50 minutes to do a load that the Kenmore did in 60 minutes.
Jeff, I sense a slight change in your substacks this past 6-7 days. There are some serious things happening that need a little more attention such as Macron naming a 34 year old WEF puppet as his asst PM, another chicken facility up in flames yesterday in Texas, shortage of prescription drugs in the UK, French farmers protesting in France, blocking main roads into Paris, with support from other European farmers, the UK now in its second year of strikes, train, NHS, civil service, nurses, doctors, paramedics.....gov’t has not once intervened. attempts to create chaos?, a terribly corrupt covid inquiry taking place in the UK, people post covid injections continuing to die, and get cancer. Oh and I almost forgot, britain and the eu hinting at conscription?
Satan and his followers can never fight fair. They fake everything. They take what God made and destroy it or try to change it. They stand no chance against God so they try to destroy us. All they know is pain and destruction. They have lost already. Yes they are in government everywhere and then some. But it’s ok. God loves them and the war is already won!!
